Are you comfortable with writing a few headcanons about firebrand with a partner? This is about your comfort, and if your not comfortable with that,maybe some general headcanons for Sean from whispered faith? Only if your okay with that, though!

i'm not the best with romance, but i can try :)!

(I'll make a separate post for Sean in the future as well, as he's one of my favs.)

Firebrand partner headcanons

(plus a small moodboard for funsies)

-Definitely would write poetry for his partner. Like the most romantic, caring words ever. He would send them somehow with mail, or would get someone to deliver it, since he is stuck in the Collective realm. His handwriting would he very fancy and neat, some words probably wouldn't even be clear from his calligraphy, and he would also put some small gifts in there. Nothing too fancy, maybe a flower, or really anything he can find from the Collective Realm. (i'm not really sure how much freedom he has in there, so I'll just assume)

-If his partner struggled financially, he would not hesitate to send over a bunch of money. Like a ridiculous amount. If he got asked where he even got that, he would not elaborate.

-As for nicknames, he would probably use classic and sweet words, like darling, honey, dear, etc., but most of the time he would use his partner's full name. He'd probably be embarrassed that a god is calling a normal human these things, so he'd only do it when they would be alone.

-Gets in a lot of fights with Observer. They never really had a good relationship to begin with, but if Observer started stalking his partner and being weird around them... all hell would break loose. He would probably monitor Observer 24/7, and if he tried to mess with his partner, especially with electronic devices, Firebrand would quickly shut all signal off. He would basically do anything in his power to protect his partner from Observer.

-I feel like he's just a general masochist. Not in a weird sexual way, more in a 'i want to experience what it's like to be human and feel emotions and pain' way? Pain would just gives him a rush, as Firebrand is mostly emotionless in his life, and pretty miserable too. So i think he really wouldn't mind being a punching bag of sorts. (also a cool HC is that he has high pain tolerance, and can't feel his burnt skin much) Basically, if his partner was angry, he wouldn't mind taking a few punches on the chest. Or if his partner was a smoker, he wouldn't mind getting a cigarette crushed on him. (not in an abusive way, of course, he would consent to it and have clear boundaries)

-I think he'd be pretty scared to show his face for the first time. And when his partner saw his face, and actually thought he looked beautiful, he'd just be like "oh." and get embarrassed that he was so worried. Also i think he's pretty blushy, and would honestly get flustered easily despite his very stoic and stern personality.

-Lastly, I'll just sum up what i think he'd be like in a relationship. I feel he'd be very passionate, like his partner is the light of his life. He doesn't have much light in his life anyway, and being stuck in his god-like form and in that realm, having his partner would make him feel alive. I don't think he'd be the most romantic amd affectionate person ever, as i think he'd be more reserved and would take time to actually be soft and show vulnerability. There wouldn't be any extravagant gifts or surprises, just gentle and passionate love between two different beings that found each other.

hi hi mamba, i want to start this off with a congrats and a thank you so much for putting in the work and the energy to do this event. i really appreciate it so much and i'm so so proud of you. you're doing wonderful, darling !

for your event, i actually can't decide myself so i'm going to give you the choice to pick for me between toji and satoru from jjk - (i really really hope you're not indecisive and are able to work well under pressure ! but you can let me know if you need me to choose one);

this might need a bit of a trigger warning, but something i'm still learning to love about myself is my weight and my body. i kinda struggle with my eating habits a little bit sometimes and i won't go into detail but it's something that i'm working on :)

as far as my personality goes, i would describe myself as someone who speaks her mind and usually doesn't hold back from doing so (mostly bc i think honesty is the best policy in any kind of relationship). and um this might be kind of contradicting, but at the same time i also isolate myself from loved ones when i'm feeling down or pressured and keep everything to myself bc i don't like arguing/conflict. my friends describe me as having a sarcastic sense of humour and say that i roll my eyes a lot but they also think i'm very very sweet because i flirt with them often just for fun hehe. i'm mostly an introvert because i need to have my alone time but when i'm feeling charged then i'm able to make friends very very quickly. and my dad says it's because i'm empathetic and always know what to say when it comes to ppl hehe. (ahh this is getting too long... i just love talking about myself. i'll try wrapping it up quickly!) some other things you should know about me: i'm a hopeless romantic, don't like horror, am a total daydreamer, i write romance, fanfiction, and poetry, pink is my favourite colour, i'm a lipgloss/lipstick addict (and collect them for fun even when i don't need them), spring is my favourite season, my love language is physical touch, i'm an infp, and if it's important for the moodboard i'm south asian!

let's keep this sfw for ease, so i'll end it by describing my dream date with both men. you can then choose which one you'll do!

1. i know satoru's really really tall, but i just picture toji being taller and bigger in my head so i have this headcanon that i'm like half his size (for reference, i'm 5'3-ish) and in my head we are just grumpy x sunshine couple all the way. dream date with toji would be us going to the amusement park (my fav place on earth) and just being kids tbh. i'd force him to wear cutesy animal headbands and ride the rollercoaster and the ferris wheel with me and we'd stand in long long lines just talking and he would probably whine and complain about everything but he'd put up with it for me (also i'd probably manipulate him with my big eyes and my own bratty attitude ^^)

2. with satoru, i feel like since he's pretty childish in a relationship, i'd definitely act more bossy/mature with him as a result. (he'd look so pretty taking orders, wouldn't he?) dream date with satoru would just be a stay at home date. we'd start off by cooking dinner and dessert together, then have a spa night, and end it by doing a disney movie marathon together. he's so money i just have the urge to show him that we can do things without spending so much or going out to fancy restaurants and stuff.

anyway, i'm sorry for making this so long. as you can tell, i'm a talker. i'll leave the choice up to you for which boy to pick, but i just want to say thank you in advance. i love u sm mamba. congrats again baby doll <33

𓆩ᥫ᭡𓆪 i’ve said this for others as well, but toji’s also the kind of lover who is very attentive to you and your likes. i also think that he spoils you quite a bit! he’ll take note of your collection of lipglosses and lipsticks and whenever he’s out, he always keeps his eyes open for ones that he thinks you’ll like.

𓆩ᥫ᭡𓆪 now this is a secret, but toji gets a little squeamish in high places, so he’s a little nervous at first about going on the roller coasters and ferris wheels, but it’s all so worth it as he gets to hear your joyful squeals and laughter, watching your eyes crinkle as you belt out all these happy noises. the fact that you’re enjoying yourself makes him all the more pleased and he takes his own enjoyment purely from you.

𓆩ᥫ᭡𓆪 he knows how you love the romantic things in life, so he takes you to the biggest ferris wheel in the park at night when all the lights shine like colourful stars. he wraps his arm around you and admires you admiring the scene around you, leaning into his embrace and just taking in the moment. he can’t stop himself from thinking just how precious you are to him, how much he loves you, and would absolutely tear the world apart to keep you safe.

Heyo Jo, I drop another thing into your ask box because I recently watched the Sugar Rush Ride (Japanese version) MV and I've fallen in love with this frame in particular

I LOVE IT 😭

It's so aesthetically pleasing that it can be used in a moodboard or something 🥺

But it also made me wonder in which part of the timeline we are here. In this one it seems that TxT have come back into Magic Island after "ages" so I was wondering if they're hinting the next chapter (get it? 🤣) into their storyline or not. The amount of butterflies I saw here makes me think so.

Also maybe it's a little obvious but Yeonjun keeps having that little scar/wound on his nose and he looks so adorable 🥺

I remember he had it in other previous eras so I was wondering if there was a connection to it (maybe his characterization?) or it's just a simple aesthetic detail that the visual directors keep adding on him because it's appealing.

Also I listened to Hydrangea Love too.

A soft cute ballad from them I CAN'T I love them 😭 idk if it can be included into the lore because it's an OST 🤔

Also I tried to at least finding some meaning behind the title because we don't have an official translation yet (and I think we'll get one only when Sweet will be released completely) and UGH, they should have choosed another flower instead of the hydrangea, that flower has so, so, soo many different meanings my head exploded when I tried to do some research about it.

Maybe they hinted something in the concept photos by putting some hydrangea there but I suck on recognising flowers so 😅🥲

for the timeline, in the beginning we see yeonjun in his car that got away at the end of gbgb jap ver! he has an incident and gets transported to magic island/neverland. all of the others get transported too from wherever they are and they are able to reunite. so i think srr jap fits after gbgb jap that goes after loser=lover 👍

yeonjun with that scar on his nose is indeed adorable 😔 this frame especially is majestic likeeee look at that 🤯

tbh i think both? it's like the aesthetic of having a band-aid over your noise bridge! but yeah, it's also an occurring theme for yeonjun 😮 honesty i didn't investigate if having a scar on your nose has a meaning 🤔 (if anyone knows feel free to explain it to us <3), anyways, the fact that he always has scars connects to his impulsive and risk-taking nature. and he's also a fighter! in the star seekers his weapon is a sword so he is definitely more exposed to being injured in combat than soobin for example, who is an archer.

You never considered that flowers might get cancelled; you didn’t consider that the bakery will have an accident and might not be able to deliver the cake on time, and you definitely did not consider that you would not fit into your mother’s wedding dress, one you’ve dreamed of getting married in since you were a wee little girl.

You felt panic rising in your chest. It was only a week till the wedding, and you didn’t have a dress. It was impossible to find a wedding dress within a week of wedding. Slowly realizing that you might not have a dress to get married in, you started to cry quietly.

“Hey hey hey! How’s my fav bride!!” Your sister entered the room with muffins and coffee, but instantly dropped her cheery mood seeing you lie on your bed, looking at the ceiling and crying silently, “Oh my god are you okay? Are you hurt?” she rushes to your side, asking you questions to which she was not getting any answers to.

“The dress is not fitting,” you cry aloud, “It’s not bloody closing and there’s only one week till the wedding and I don’t have anything to wear!”

“Oh come on, it’s not that bad,” your sister said, changing her tone the moment she noticed you teary glare, “I mean, we can fix this! All we have to do is get the dress fitted!”

“It won’t be fixed within a week,” a sudden bone crushing sadness came over you, so you lie down again and curl up, “Maybe I shouldn’t get married!”

“Now where is that coming from?” your sister walked over to the desk where she put the coffee, bringing one cup to you, which you refuse, “you know how excited Tom is for the wedding. He is practically bouncing off the walls at this point, I’ve never seen anyone so excited to get married. I hope my girlfriend is half as excited to get married to me when the time comes!”

“Did you propose to her yet?” you finally decide to get up, taking a muffin from the box and tearing up a piece. The dress didn’t fit anyways, so it didn’t matter if you were gorging on muffins or not.

“Not yet, but soon!” she smiled, “and hey this whole dress thing will be solved you know? We just have to go on a proper dress shopping!”

“But I always wanted to get married in this!” you look down at the skirt, ruffling the fabric with your hands, “feels like a dream just got destroyed.”

Your sister was about to say something, but right then someone knocked on your door, before opening it a crack. It was Harrison.

“May I come in? Are you all having secret council meeting or something?”

“Harrison, yes come in!” you return his smile as he walks into the room, takes your desk chair and sits down on it.

“I don’t know much about bridal skin care and things, but swollen red eyes are definitely not a part of it!” he pointed you, before taking up the coffee you refused earlier, “why are you crying?”

“Her dress doesn’t fit!” your sister spoke before you did, earning another glare from you.

“Oh, well that’s a disaster! Good thing you have a backup dress!”

You scrunch your eyebrows in confusion, “I don’t have a backup dress…”

He was standing on a crossroads right now. He could say that he was the one he got the backup dress, take the credit, and maybe make a little space in your heart. Or, he could say that it was Tom who thought of getting the backup dress. it will be a selfless act, but that does not mean it won’t hurt. In the end he went the answer that his heart told him was right.

“Tom got one for you. He said that it’s always good to have a backup dress. I have it in my flat, shall we get it?” he finished in one breath before getting up.

Changing out of the dress as soon as you could, you followed him to his car, your sister staying back to take care of a few things. The car ride was silent, both of you lost in your own thoughts.

“Here we go,” Harrison announces, opening up his closet door and bringing out a white garment bag and laying it on his bed, opening it up so that you could get a peak.

“It’s perfect!” you gasped silently, looking at the beauty in front of you. You know you always said that you want to get married wearing your mom’s dress, but now that you were seeing it, you knew there was no other dress you want to get married in. The dress, forgoing the traditional all white theme, was a mix between navy blue, and white with a tulle skirt, and an illusion neckline, and needless to say, spoke to your non-traditionalist side, who always thought white dresses were boring.

“Try it on.” Harrison encouraged quietly, before patting your shoulder and leaving the room. As he continued to his way to the kitchen, he kept thinking why he was doing it. He kept thinking why he said it was Tom who got the dress when really it was him. He knew that you’d never get married in a complete white dress. That was not you. So when you two went for wedding dress window shopping just for fun and he saw you gaze at this dress for more than a few minutes, he made up his mind. He went back next day, and bought the dress, hiding it in his closet until the need arises.

The fact, the simple reason behind it was that he was in love with you. It was also the tragedy of it all. He was in love with a girl, who was going to marry his best friend, and no matter what, he could never let anyone know. He would be destroying three lives if he ever let’s anyone know that he loves you. So he did the only rational thing. He kept his mouth shut, kept all his feelings to himself, and made sure nothing stopped you from getting the perfect wedding you deserved.

“How does it look?” You came out of his room, doing a slow turn to help him give his opinion. You were unable to keep the stupid smile off of you face. It felt like finally everything was going to be alright, that the cancelled flowers will be fine, and the cake blunder will be alright. You felt like yourself in that dress, and for the first time you realized that you were getting married to the love of your life, and everything was going to be perfect.

“You look beautiful!” he almost teared up, unable to say anything else. He knew if he opened his mouth he would confess it all to you. So he only smiled at you, while you looked down at the dress, smiling to yourself. After taking in a few deep breaths, he suggested, “how about you change back, and we can take the dress back to your place and deal with other two disasters?”

“The flower and cake?” you looked up, “how are we going to manage that?”

He shrugs with an all knowing smirk, “We’ll see! Let’s go.”

You go back to his room, changing carefully and putting the gown back in the bag. Taking one last look at the dress you carefully close it up. He helps you to carry it to the car, dropping it off at your house before driving to the florist and bakery that had the cake order.

The morning of the wedding was perfect. For the first time in weeks you had sunshine, and a clear sky, and everything looked like it was bathed in golden light. Everything was in order. The florist fixed their delivery issue, so the flowers will be delivered on time, the new bakery that accepted your emergency cake order called and confirmed that the cake will be delivered in time. Your dress was perfect, in short everything was just perfect and you were getting married.

It was not only you who was in great mood. Everyone else was so happy to see you and Tom finally get married and have that happily ever after. But there was only one person you felt was somehow off. Only one person who was pretending hard enough to be happy, and yet, he wasn’t.

Having your hair and makeup finished, you and your bridesmaids were having one last toast to your single life, when Harrison knocked on the door.

“I know I’m from the groom’s party, but I was hoping to join this toast…” he smiles as your mother hands him a glass of champagne, “Now we know you are going to be married to an idiot, but he is probably one of the most lovable Idiot in the world, and as his best friend, I can promise you that he will love you and keep you happy forever!” he raises the glass towards you, “here’s to wishing you a happy married life!”

Everyone else cheered, and then chattered around for a while, before leaving you alone for the last few minutes. Harrison was the last one to leave, and just as he was about to close the door behind him, you called him back.

“Harrison, wait, I need to talk to you!” you had no idea what to say, you just knew that you had to ask. He came into the room, looking at you curiously. “I asked Tom, and he didn’t get me the backup dress,” you could see his expression change into something unreadable, “I asked him, and he said that he didn’t call the florist, or make a last minute arrangement for the cake. So, would you care to tell me why you said Tom was the one who did all that, when it was really you all along?”

He stared at you for a good moment before smiling sadly, “Because you’re getting married to him?” taking his hand out of the pocket, he runs it through his immaculately styled hair, “because I wanted you to know that when the need arises, he would be able to take care of you.”

“But he didn’t take care of it all. You did. So why lie?” you walked closer to him, hoping to understand why his eyes did not reflect the happiness he was portraying all this time, “Haz, it was you all along, so why didn’t you say anything?”

“But it was not me all along. Was it?” he was looked over your head and outside the window before returning his gaze back on your face, “it was never me, even though I wanted it to be. Don’t get me wrong, I am so happy to see you and my best friend get the happy ending. But it doesn’t lessen my hurt.”

What was it you were feeling? A grain of disbelief? Sadness? Surprise? Whatever it was it was swelling up inside your chest, almost chocking you. You ask in a shaky voice, “What do you mean Haz?”

He considered his answer, weighing each word and the consequence it will have on your lives, but then he decided to let it go. There was no point in hiding anymore, you would never be his. So he closed his eyes, breathed deeply, before finally speaking,

“I love you. I’ve always loved you, and I’ll always love you for the rest of my life. Even if you don’t love me back, and even if we both move on from this moment right here right now, there will always be a part of me that will always love you no matter what,” he finishes in one breath, before fixing his eyes back on you, “And yes I lied about it all, the dress, cake and florist, because I couldn’t tell you the truth without revealing what I’ve always kept a secret. I’m sorry, I was only trying to protect you.’

You felt too lightheaded to stand straight, so you walk to a chair in the corner of the room, and sit down on it, staring at the mantelpiece with a vacant stare. He loved you. He has always loved you and you were a damn fool to think otherwise. All those times in the early days when you were all friends, all those times when you thought he didn’t feel the same way you did, was wrong. He loved you, and not knowing that, you had fallen in love with his best friend.

You could almost feel your shoulders grow heavy with the realization that there was nothing you could do. There was no way to turn the time back and make it right. You couldn’t go back in time and slap your younger self, shake her by the shoulder, and tell her to take a chance, to tell Harrison how you really feel. There was nothing to be done, and the sense of futility only made you angry, and in your anger, for the last time you wanted to hurt him.

“I love Tom,” you said, still staring at the mantelpiece, before looking back at Harrison, “I love him, and I’m going to marry him, and we are going to bury this subject right here, right now. Never ever speak of this to anyone, ever again!”

Harrison knew that you meant to hurt him with your initial words. But by the end your declaration had turned into a plea. So he smiled again, a reassuring smile that promised that everything in the world will be alright, and spoke softly, “I was never going to,” and with that he walks towards the makeup table in the room, takes a couple of tissues and wipes the remaining tears on his face before turning to you “I’ll never speak of this moment ever. Now look alive, you have to walk down the aisle in 10 minutes.”

You wanted to focus on the ceremony, but in your mind you were replaying your conversation with Harrison, and your eyes kept going back to his frame, standing right next to Tom, making quiet jokes with Harry. As you walked down the aisle, you saw Tom’s face, all happy and smiling giddily at you. But it was Harrison who almost cried, playing it down by saying how he sad that the idiot thing 1 is getting married before him. And now that you were looking for Harrison all over the reception tent, he was nowhere to be found.

Finally after looking for him for hours, you catch a glimpse of him on the other end of the dance floor, and that makes you take off. By the time you caught up to him outside the tent, you were out of breath.

“Haz, wait!” you called out, running after him. He stops and turns back at you, looking at you curiously, “Where are you going? The party is not done yet!”

He deliberated for a moment before answering, “Yeah I know, I just have an early flight to catch tomorrow. Have some auditions and readings,” both of you stand there in awkward silence, before you decide to speak up.

“I didn’t mean to hurt you back there you know…” he nods his head, “I was just, angry, at how stupid I was to never tell you that I loved you. I thought that you never felt the same, and then Tom happened…” you trailed off, watching his expression of defeat.

“It’s okay. If it wasn’t meant to be, it wasn’t meant to be.” He shrugs it off, but learning the fact that you loved him too makes him feel like Atlas, with the entire weight of sadness in his heart.

“Maybe in some other life?” you smile at him sadly, trying to keep your tears at bay. Why did it feel like you were saying good bye forever?

He walks closer to you, wrapping his hand behind your head and kissing you forehead, staying there for a few moment as he whispers against your skin “In another life,” and then kisses your forehead again before turning away sharply before you could see him cry. And you knew that both of you were now waiting for that another life, when you’d be able to be together, forever.

For the character thing: Byakuya Togami!

Aaaay, thank you very much Anon! I’ve been wanting to ramble about him since Void’s question.

Favourite thing about them:Where to start? He’s my DR1 fav for a reason; he holds a lot more genuine spine than what you expect from the ‘prissy uptown boy who talks hot shit’ we see in media (especially Western fiction.) He’s shown (especially in DR:AE and DR3 Future) that he is fully capable of fighting and commandment. He’s much more world-weary and strategic than people give him credit for; where while he will not jump into every single fight (like how he was waiting for the ample time to win the Killing Game, before chapter 4) there’s also this manner of genuine courage and power to him when he does attack. He knows it’s all about timing the blows, and the few times in canon it implies those blows hit hard. I find that a lot more interesting than other characters who talk all that only to just baulk and cower if someone had it with them. TL;DR: Byakuya really is a Lavaheart, with actual weight and security of his skills.

Least favourite thing about them: He’s a dramatic egotistical prick who won’t care who he’s talking to in the flesh, let’s be honest here. Thankfully character development has him learn to tune it down as he matures; but that dramatic prickly gene is still there.

Favourite line: “It seems… I must fight alongside you all for a little while longer.”

BrOTP: I said the Mystery Trio already with Makoto SO… I really like Byakuya&Sayaka friendship too. I feel like the two have similar ambitions and worldviews; and maybe can help each other with the similar childhoods they have. It has this sense of gossiping duo going on here that do have a layer of appreciation only the two alone know.

OTP: Togafuka. Longest yeah boi ever. After character development from chapter 2 the two can really learn to improve themselves with the help of one another (canonically even! Who was the one who gave Touko the stun gun in DR:AE again?) As well as both of them learning how to trust and how to heal from such shadowed childhoods, to the point where it can just blossom into romance. Platonic appreciation works too! 

NOTP: Already mentioned Makoto. So another one is ByakuyaxJunko (I have no idea if people even ship that. Sure hope not.) They’re enemies. He wanted to murder her, she wanted to break him into insanity or death through despair, all this through DR1. Makoto couldn’t even finish the word ‘mastermind’ around him before he sees red. Although, I really do enjoy ‘hate-shipping’ them as the blood-soaked enemies to begin with anyway.

Random headcanon: He may be a prick while awake but he’s also the blessed sleeper ever. When falling asleep, his body simply curls up and would even hug or spoon something subconsciously. It can give his significant other an image of a sleeping cat. No snoring, no sudden movements, no pushes; and is even warm to the touch. He is completely unaware of any of this when awake.

Unpopular opinion: My unpopular opinion with the Imposter holds here, and I expand that by basically saying that I despise his tag on Tumblr. Enough with the ‘lol long legs!’ jokes, and definitely enough of the ‘money!!’ jokes. He doesn’t give two shits about money. Along with that, the use of sparkly glittery gold or money in any aesthetic/moodboard/whatever posts is getting really tiresome. Get creative! Use tarnished industrial metal (yes, industrial gold is a thing. It’s in your phone or laptop right now,) whatever! Just quit following after the very tip of the iceberg of his character that’s so rampant in the fandom.

Advance Team Filler Masterpost

It came to my attention while I was liveblogging the Bount Arc that some people... skip the filler? I mean, life is short, you do you, but I *love* Bleach filler. Well. Some Bleach filler. When it’s good, it’s really really good, and when it’s bad, it’s Bad.

To make a long story short, hubbo and I are now re-watching the Advance Team Arc, one of my favorite parts of the manga, whose pacing was absolutely destroyed in the anime, first by those dumb mod souls, and then by a zillion filler eps. I’ve decided to try to do a filler arc round-up here, so future generations can make informed decisions about what to skip and what to not. Whenever I hit a Personal Fav, I will try to do a full post on it.

Some things that I can already tell you are going to be running gags:

- Renji is explicitly the Advance Team leader, but everyone keeps forgetting and calling it the Hitsugaya Team. This happens in both the manga and the anime and it is hilarious to me.

- A good percentage of these filler stories could have been addressed right away by doing a konsou instead of listening to some dumb ghost’s sob story.

- Menos. So many Menos.

I plan to be editing this post a lot, so I kinda recommend you not reblog it until I’m done, but it’s not like I can stop you. It’s done! You can reblog it now!

First of all, I am obsessed with this 1 second scene from the opening. Why is Ikkaku half out the door and also lying on Renji?? Anyway, now that you’re thinking about this, too, let’s go.

Bleach 128-131: Matsumoto befriends a ghost kid whose ghost sister is secretly a “Mock Arrancar” that can duplicate itself. It’s fine. Kinda boring, but not terrible. Highlights: Ikkaku and Yumichika are definitely dressed like they are about to go on a date with someone they just met on Grindr. Nobody bothers to tell Renji about the Mock Arrancar until the 3rd or 4th episode of this, even though he is honestly the best out of all of them for fighting a hundred guys at once. Renji fights an Arrancar with a broom.

Bleach 132: Karin challenges some kids to a soccer game, despite the fact that her friends blow at soccer. She gets Hitsugaya to play on her team, they defeat some middle schoolers. If you’re a HitsuKarin person, I guess you might enjoy this one. I found it deeply boring. Highlights: Hitsugaya plays soccer in slacks. Hitsugaya spends half the episode texting. Remember texting on flip phones? That took some skill!

Bleach 133: Ikkaku gets too emotionally involved in the High School Kendo Team. This is one of my all time favorites, and it gets its own post.

Bleach 134: THE CAKE EPISODE. THE GREATEST OF ALL FILLER EPS. Here is one post that I made on it already, and here is the greatest thing I have ever made, a Bad Cake Montage Moodboard. By popular demand, I have added a full-length writeup.

Bleach 135: Kon episode, DO NOT WATCH. Highlights: Exactly two good things happen this episode. (1) Matsumoto puts Kon in a stuffed toy belonging to a child and then Walks Away Tall. I think I have made this quite clear by now, but Matsumoto is my Queen and President. (2) There’s an extremely cool Hollow that turns out to be the ghosts of two dogs?? I wasn’t actually paying attention when they explained its deal, this episode is torture, but it had a cool design. Matsumoto shows up at the end and kills it, Kon is worthless. Please do not watch this.

Bleach 136-137: Some idiot Arrancars steal the Hogyouku and try to give it to Urahara for some reason. Renji blows up Urahara’s van. Thanks, I hate it.

Bleach 147-149: Rukia gets some in the Forest of Menos. Absolute perfection, do not miss.

Do you think your iv’s blindspot gives you many problems: sometimes? but i usually don’t care too much about it? if anything, the problems i get from it are about how soc can annoy me, especially when i’m told to care about it, that just pisses me off. also, okay, to be fair, i can get a bit lonely hah because 1. whoever i feel closest to is not available or they don’t have sx which can make recharging a bit difficult sometimes, which leads to 2. me isolating with my other interests instead, so then 3. i don’t really meet a lot of new people to sx with/i take a really long time to trust someone enough to let them in/whoever i’d like to know better is really hard to get to. anywAYS

What do you like about your type the most and what do you like the least: i like my functions, and though i’d like higher se, i also think higher fe is actually okay. high ni being such a slow and incomprehensible process is sorta annoying but i’m striving for that se-development/-balance lol. tert ti (especially with ni) is also kinda problematic lol - mine at least - cause it’s so fucking faulty, i feel it can be sorta useless cause though i’ll be like “that totally makes sense” my arguments can be dissected pretty quickly, and i hope i can get better about that. i’m better at reasoning by using fe, if at all i also like being a 9-core because imo it is a strength *ni-fe voice* to be able to step outside of yourself and understand; and i feel more accomplished/integrated 9s (finding their “gut” centre and what they want, and being able to assert that clearly) are pretty fucking fascinating, and, yah, that’s the goal. obviously until you get there there’s the usual downsides of “sleepwalking”, saying yes to things and then not being able to backpedal for external or internal reasons, which sucks a lot; and if it were possible i would trade my 1-wing for an 8-wing, cause i think it could be beneficial for that asserting-yourself-problem. being a passive-agressive nagger is just jnnnghhhg, the worst worst worst, and infinitely multiplied when i’m disintegrating. being triple withdrawn is a bit of a challenge sometimes cause it tends to make me underuse fe and that’s... not so good.

When you see moodboards of your type, do they seem accurate to you: gosh people i have no si, i don’t even remember what i looked at yesterday i think, mostly, yes? sometimes i’d like stronger colors, especially for infj ones, those tend to be pretty pastelly as far as i can recall. on the other hand sx/sp ones often seem to come off a little stronger and more intense (thematically) than how i usually feel lol, maybe because of the 9-core. sx 9 is less stabby with their sx than other sx types lol. there’s been a good expression for what i mean in one of those more recent sx posts: “On the other hand, Sx can also be represented as rushing water; a river that seeks nothing more than to find its ocean, someone to lose itself into.” i highkey relate to that

What is MBTI and Enneagram for you: i just really like trying to understand people, and i think it’s fun to try to figure out stuff like that and make sense of certain behaviours and reactions via typing. also, i found reading posts about functions i don’t use by people who do use them is pretty helpful and definitely made me more patient and open-minded while helping me figure out what i don’t like about other people and also why lol, so i can handle certain situations better than before

Do you relate to your type stereotypes: the infj “jesus” stuff, or “wanting to be beneficial to all mankind” and idk, i don’t see too much stereotyping anymore, but that put me off from the very beginning lol (if anything, i actually fit the infp “crybaby” stereotype most). similar with 9s having that stoner quality or something (though i know a 9 who does have that “””aura””” lol... maybe it’s a n vs s thing?), but yeah i don’t think i come off like that. i also feel like i’m more emotionally expressive than is generally said of 9s, idk? with sx/sp being oh so magnetic ?, that doesn’t seem quite right for me - then again, it could also be low self-esteem speaking and/or i generally have trouble figuring out how i come off; either way, someone (i think god-of-whi-ne-and-ti-ts) said so-blinds are hit and miss and i see myself in the miss-category for the most part jfklasj, like i’m not putting people off automatically but i’m also... not all that alluring/charismatic or whatever imo.

How long have you been studying this stuff: i’ve known about mbti since about ... 3 years? but didn’t actually “study” it. started enneagram a little over a year ago, and that’s also when i looked deeper into mbti as well

Any mistypings: infj was always pretty clear, but i did think i was a 5 and a 4 before i got to 9

Other pseudosciences you know/like: i do like dabbling in astrology, and though i’m not convinced of it as “””science”””, i like learning about the system, what everything’s supposed to mean, blabla
