I honestly hope he will. I hated the guy in Captain Spirit but Dontnod has always tried to humanize their “villain” characters (except Jeffershit. Fuck him), like David, Nathan and Victoria, and depicting Charles as more morally gray was an interesting contrast to Chris’s black-and-white view of the world through his superheroes and supervillains. Maybe episode 2 will give us more backstory.

Happy Pangolin Day!! I was way too tired to stay up past midnight thirty to finish this guy but I had to share the start because it’s Pangolin Day and pangolins are THE BEST! They are also the most trafficked animal (for ludicrous “medical” reasons) and are quickly declining in numbers. They are not easy to care for in captivity, making it difficult to rehabilitate rescued pangolins. I hope someday that people stop their dumb superstitions that grinding up cute animals will make you a sex machine and stop keeping animals captive for their beauty, power and rarity. Here are some happy facts for you about pangolins: 1️⃣ Pangolin babies ride on their mommy’s backs! 2️⃣ Pangolin scales make up 20% of their weight!! 3️⃣Their tongues are longer than their bodies and they don’t have teeth. They grind up food in their stomach with gravel and keratinous spines. 4️⃣There are 8 species of pangolins; 4 in Asia and 4 in Africa.
