That's very fair. The manga right now is going through the different battles and you don't know which pov it's going to next, it's either going to be the same one in the next chapter or something else entirely.

Bakugou was my favorite from the very beginning of when I started the anime in 2018 and then I picked up the manga right around chapter 285, so I am particularly very invested in his fate.

Firmly believe that Robin wonders off when drunk and Eddie, is as always the worst enabler, just disappears with her. Steve is tearing his hair out (metaphorically, he can never do it literally) trying to find them as their sober driver and in the end he'll find them in the oddest places usually cus he can hear Eddie cackling but once because Eddie dropped out of a tree onto Steve because Robin had gotten stuck and couldn't get down after Eddie encouraged her to follow him

Oh definitely, and I think it is actually quite clear in the sheer fact that Lestat, not knowing anything from Claudia, went and tracked him down mentally. And kept track of him...

Lestat did not do that because he is "indifferent" to Bruce... and of course, with something similar that happened to him, he was definitely not unaffected.

Bruce will later find his death in a very special scene... depending on how they will adapt it, I can easily see Louis being the one tbh.

Honestly? I feel like it would suit him. He's already got the pretty shiny mermaid hair, we've already seen him hanging off the edge of a boat in a peaceful lake, he'd probably love the dark underwater caves and all the cool weird creepy fish you can find in the deeps. He chills with the sharks and plays with the dolphins. He's probably still scared of seagulls.

And guess what? He even already has the beautiful singing voice! So, imagine: Joel sitting on a rock in the stormy sea, singing and hoping someone on the passing ships will hear him. Except instead of leading them to their deaths, he rescues the entranced sailors and starts excitedly talking to them because no artist is complete without an audience, right? And if he learns you were unhappy on your ship, well—

Alright, I looked at AO3 for the most popular ships and unsurprisingly, Joeleksi is right at the top with uuuh, almost twice as many fics as the next one.

I like Joeleksi! I think they're cute together and their little dances and the hugs with the pat pat are adorable 🥰 That being said, I understand if people get bored with or want to take a break from reading Joeleksi, just because there's so many of them (they make up 19.7 % of BC fics with a relationship right now).

Joonas/Niko does nothing for me, mainly because I'm not really interested in Niko as a fanfic character in general. I don't know why but he just doesn't do anything for me. I don't dislike stories with him as a main love interest but they don't interest me either.

For Joel/Joonas and Olli/Tommi, it really depends on how it's written. I really liked your -- I forgot the title, but the one where Joonas drags Joel to go ice skating and then comes out to him, that was cute! You know, they're close friends, they spend time together, they support and love each other, it's just cute and sweet.

(Unpopular opinion? I don't love it too much when Joel's depicted as some brooding depressed guy and Joonas as his savior who is determined to drag him out of his headspace/befriend him/force him to meet the other band members/... But I get if people want to write that, too, we only see small parts of how the guys actually are and have to build our fanfic chracterisation on that, so of course everyone gets assigned certain character traits.)

I had more thoughts about this but I'm tired and forgot while I was trying to gather the thoughts into a coherent explanation, sorry. So yeah, I really can just say it depends on how they're written if I like them or not.

I do really love Aleksi/Olli. I don't know why but something about them being more reserved (publically) than most of the others and eventually falling in love just gets me 🥺

Tropes I won't go near: Major Character Death, miss me with that. Also reader inserts. I don't like anything too dark or violent either.

I also didn't think I liked Soulmate fics OR vampires AND I have trouble following longer fics, especially with a complicated/not straightforward plot, and now look at what you all have me read:

🥲🥲🥲 I looked at which languages you could do for translation and interpreting at my university, and for everything except Russian, you had to be on at least an A-levels level, and I had never had a single lesson in any of the other languages (Spanish, French, Italian), so my only options were English, which I'd had of course, and Russian, which you could study from scratch. I thought hey, I've always been good at languages and they teach you Russian from zero onwards, that's managable, right? So now I'm here with 5 years for a 3-year degree because I kept failing my grammar classes and also just didn't study enough in general and lost all motivation etc. you know how it is.

Anyway, I still have days and bursts of energy and motivation where I am SO motivated and happy to study Russian, in general I do really love learning languags and about culture stuff, but I think I don't want to keep studying it at university - the constant knowledge in the back of my mind that I HAD to study this and that topic at a certain time or else I'd fail (which I DID, mind you) and have to live with all the consequences really took the enjoyment out of it.

I know it will be harder to keep learning Russian by myself and I'll have to revise a LOT first, but I'll also have the freedom to skip topics I don't care about - sorry, sorry, but I can NOT be bothered to learn about another tsar Alexander or Peter the fiftieth and whatever they did or what the highest mountain or the longest river in Russia is. Or maybe I will! Maybe now, those can be little fun facts to know instead of facts to learn by heart so I'll pass an exam!

So yeah. Picked Russian because it was my only option, loved it at first and grew frustrated more and more, somehow finished it still and am now hoping to get new motivation and especially excitement in learning Russian again! Your fics will certainly help, I'm sure ✨
