Dear Astroblob, I was really close to someone and now I'm not and I wish I could stop thinking about the 10 years of friendship we had and how they seem to have moved on without another thought. We were teenagers when we met and our friendship was one of the most important relationships of my life, she influenced who I am so intensely that I feel like I've lost a limb sometimes. Kevin Spacey came out as gay Sunday night, but some people think the timing was more of a cover up.

The legendary actor revealed that he’s “living as a gay man” amid an apology to Anthony Rapp, who accused him of trying to seduce him when he was 14 years old.

“This story has encouraged me to address other things about my life. I know that there are stories out there about me and that some have been fueled by the fact that I have been so protective of my privacy. As those closest to me know, in my life I have had relationships with both men and women,” Spacey said in a statement.

“I have loved and had romantic encounters with men throughout my life, and I choose now to live as a gay man. I want to deal with this honestly and openly and that starts with examining my own behavior.”

Earlier that night, Rapp had accused Spacey of trying to seduce him in 1986.
