Hi can a get a fucking uhhhhhh hcs for if Sammy a) hadn't been got by the keepers, and b) knew what they did to Benders? I got a number of thoughts and feelings about both.
Oh FR I have so many feelings..I wish he could've seen Benders (I love how we decided that’s toon!bendy’s name) instead of Beast/Ink Bendy
...
If the Keepers didn't catch Sammy:
He probably would've known about Lord Amok in the sewers and beat his ass immediately, yelling shit like "there's only one true lord here, you heretics!!!!!!!!"
But then hilarity would ensue when he's proclaimed to be the new Lord Amok (since the title is passed onto whoever dethroned him) tho obviously he'd refuse the title.
He might try to rally a few Lost Ones to preach about Bendy being a savior instead of an evil Wilson claimed to destroy, though it’s risky if Wilson or the Keepers hear about this resistance.
So Sammy would probably just stick to making small tributes here and there, praying in his hideout often.
Him struggling to appease Bendy through countless cycles would def make him envious of Audrey, wondering why he’s noticing her more than him, a devoted prophet.
Maybe in an alternate vers of Malice kidnapping Audrey, Sammy does instead and makes her solve a riddle involving music (winning means she’s set free, losing means she’s sacrificed to a swarm of Searchers in a pool beneath them).
Even if she wins, the (unsurprising) twist is that he intended to use her to summon Bendy all along, but he gets axed by Tom (like in ch 5)
Oh and he’d be absolutely be pissed if he ever learned Wilson made a toon to overthrow Bendy.
If Sammy met Toon Bendy/Benders
Contrary to popular belief, I think he’s admire Bendy in either form (though he finds the Ink Demon more respectable).
“Your power has weakened, my lord...but...you have achieved perfection. No matter..you’ve returned to guide us, and that’s all we could ever ask for!”
Though obviously Benders is just gonna see Sammy as a fuckin weirdo and will run from him at every opportunity.
Again, would be jealous of Audrey.
If he found the Keeper’s logs, of course he’ll be infuriated that they dared to harm his lord and savior! Especially through torture.
He may be too weak to harm them, but he’s certain they’ll all face the Ink Demon’s wrath soon.
He’d probably convince Benders to get angry and “awaken” his true-self, gleefully dragging faithless Lost Ones to him as offerings.

Because I am on a roll today:
Wtdw Hunger Games! With some extra stuff.
Tumblr media
Our lovely tributes! I decided to see what their training scores would be.
Ben, Eric, Alyssa, Masquerade
Audrey, Mimic, Winnie
No One
Wiatt, Hayden, Lisa, Mike
Celio
Liz, Oliver
Hazel
Pen, Ridley
Lewis, Carly, Melody
Sara, Damien
Norman
Andrew
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Not even past the blood bath and Ridley has explosives, Sara has killed a child, Hayden was beaten up by a child, and Winnie has camping equipment which I'm sure he'll use as a weapon somehow.
Tumblr media
Our second death, but not much to say other than the tribute hunting groups are quite the arrangement, especially with resentment already established both within and between groups.
Tumblr media
RIP, our first deaths.
Tumblr media
Pen gets his rage out with Winnie, though we're unsure if it's fatal or not, however, what is fatal is drowning, and though Ridley may have not used explosives, Hayden and Masquerade might just be able to. Andrew decides to spare Sara, an interesting choice, Lisa is now down, Mimic and Celio think about home, whilst Ben and Oliver think about sanity and winning respectively.
Tumblr media
Eric and Carly have teamed up with Liz while her brother has not a care in the world, Oliver has gotten a kill, the triplets are being menaces, and Sara attempts to get food.
Tumblr media
Seems those head bashings were fatal.
Tumblr media
Ghost stories are shared, though Damien is too busy trying not to die to join, Eric and Oliver try to huddle for warmth, oblivious to Carly betraying and killing Liz, and Ben receives medical supplies despite being completely uninjured.
Tumblr media
Melody somehow has explosives and gets Damien, Pen is so fucking tired, and Carly questions her sanity after killing her teammate and getting separated from her father.
Tumblr media
This feels like and attack to Oliver specifically.
Tumblr media
Ben and Oliver bond, the game misgenders Celio, Sara blows herself up, and Morningglory cuddles as Hayden kills Andrew.
Tumblr media
Celio gets a hatchet, Carly gets explosives, Masquerade falls and dies, and Hayden and Mike arm themselves.
Tumblr media
13 left...
Tumblr media
Eric kills Oliver per his request, Celio screams for help, Melody fends off three others, and Alyssa also blows herself up.
Tumblr media
Mimic kills Hayden by falling from a tree, Cleio wants Ben to kill them but he refuses, Melody has a bomb, and Eric fights his daughter but spares her. Dad of the year tbh-
Tumblr media
9 remaining.
Tumblr media
Celio refuses to kill the child, Pen is added to the list of people with bombs, Eric initiates a weird ass hostage situation for some ungodly reason, and Lewis falls into a hole and dies.
Tumblr media
God imagine being Carly rn. You've just killed a man. Your dad died from an infection. it's only you, another child and some random guy left.
Tumblr media
It's... weirdly calm. Too calm.
Tumblr media
3 tributes remain, and...
Tumblr media
oh... not yet?
Tumblr media
Almost...
Tumblr media
It's almost over.
Tumblr media
...I swear... to fucking god...
Tumblr media
why? WHY?!

A lot of adjectives come to mind when one mentions Fred Astaire: debonair, poised, elegant, captivating. And nouns too, especially grace, sophistication and talent. Fred Astaire is regarded by many as the greatest popular music dancer of all time. Astaire is usually remembered for his pairings with Ginger Rogers, who starred in several films with him, including Swing Time (1936).
Light on his feet, Fred Astaire revolutionized the movie musical with his elegant and seemingly effortless dance style. He may have made dancing look easy, but he was a well-known perfectionist, and his work was the product of endless hours of practice.
Astaire started performing as a child, partnering up with his older sister Adele. The two toured the vaudeville circuit before making it to Broadway in 1917. Among their many productions the brother-sister team starred in the 1927 George and Ira Gershwin musical Funny Face. For all his early success, though, career in the movies eluded Astaire. He had done a screen test, but he failed to attract any interest. A studio executive wrote at the time, "Can't sing. Can't act. Slightly balding. Can dance a little."
In 1932, Astaire suffered a career setback. His sister Adele retired from the act to marry a British aristocrat. He floundered a bit professionally without his usual partner, but then decided to go to Hollywood to try once more to break into film.
Finally, Astaire landed a small role in 1933's Dancing Lady with Joan Crawford. The role opened the door to new opportunities, and Astaire signed a contract with RKO Radio Pictures. He was matched up with another Broadway talent, Ginger Rogers, for Flying Down to Rio, also in 1933. Cast as supporting players, their dance number stole the movie. Astaire and Rogers appeared in several more films together, including The Gay Divorcee (1934) and Top Hat (1935). The duo became film's most beloved dance team. Their routines featured a hybrid of styles—borrowing elements from tap, ballroom and even ballet. Katharine Hepburn once described what each of them brought their successful partnership: "Fred gave Ginger class, and Ginger gave Fred sex."
Off-screen, Astaire was known for his relentless pursuit of perfection. He thought nothing of rehearsing a scene for days, and Rogers eventually tired of the grueling schedule. The pair went their separate ways after 1939's The Story of Vernon and Irene Castle. Years later, they reunited once more for 1949's The Barkleys of Broadway.
After the split with Rogers in 1939, Astaire performed with such leading ladies as Rita Hayworth, Cyd Charisse, Judy Garland, Leslie Caron and Audrey Hepburn. Some of his most famous musicals from his later career include Easter Parade with Garland and Funny Face with Hepburn.
As his movie roles tapered off, Astaire worked more in television. He often appeared as himself for special tribute shows. Astaire had a growing interest in dramatic parts, working on such series as Dr. Kildare. He also worked with another legendary dancer, Gene Kelly, on the documentary That's Entertainment, which explored the golden era of the movie musical.
Around this time, Astaire received his only Academy Award nomination for his supporting role in the 1974 disaster film The Towering Inferno. He also won an Emmy Award for his work on the television special A Family Upside Down in 1978. More accolades soon followed. Astaire received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Film Institute in 1981.
A few years later, Astaire was hospitalized for pneumonia. He died on June 22, 1987, in Los Angeles, California. With his passing, Hollywood had lost one of its greatest talents. Former actor and president Ronald Reagan, upon learning the news, called Astaire "an American legend" and "the ultimate dancer." Rogers said Astaire "was the best partner anyone could ever have."
I hope you enjoy this as much as I have.

1971 Cecil Beaton, Marisa Berenson in a Paul Poiret dress as the Marchesa Luisa Casati for The Proust Ball at the Rothschild family’s opulent Château de Ferrières in France, December 1971.
Tribute to Marchesa Luisa Casati.
Marisa Berenson went as Marchesa Luisa Casati to The Proust Ball—the idea of costume designer Piero Tosi, with whom Berenson had just worked on the film Death in Venice. “You are not going to go like all those other women,” he proclaimed, instead dressing her in a Paul Poiret dress adorned with jeweled snakes, a curled red wig, black lipstick, and a black tiara. "When I walked in, nobody recognized me,” she says. “I had so much fun because I was totally sticking out from everybody else.
The Proust Ball (Bal Proust), 1971.
The Proust Ball, thrown in honor of the 100th anniversary of Marcel Proust’s birth in 1971, might be considered Marie-Helene de Rothschild’s greatest triumph. Around 350 guests attended the extremely rich dinner at her home outside of Paris, the Château de Ferrières, with 350 or so more arriving in time for a second, later dinner. Among the guests were Audrey Hepburn, Princess Grace of Monaco, Elizabeth Taylor, and Richard Burton, while Cecil Beaton was the night’s photographer. French model and actress Marisa Berenson remembers the night, saying, “As soon as you arrived at Ferrières it was like going back in time, but more luxuriously with highly refined taste… . The women wore dresses, bodices, big headdresses, tiaras, lots of jewelry. It was truly the era of Proust.” (x)

What's in a name?
Tumblr media
I'm not sure I've ever publicly shared how/why Audrey was named Audrey. Years ago, in an author's note on FFN, I shared why her mother was named Elizabeth Julia Andrews nee Wells.
"Audrey's mother's name, place of birth, and birthday (October 1) are in honor of my favorite actress, Julie Andrews. Dame Julie's birthname was Julia Elizabeth Wells (Audrey's mum is Elizabeth Julia Wells). Her (Julie Andrews) parents divorced when she was young and she took her stepfather's last name, Andrews. Her pen name is Julie Edwards (Her husband is director Blake Edwards)."
In the Return, Jon and Audrey's oldest daughter is named for her grandmother, bringing the name back to Julia Elizabeth.
As for Audrey, she was also a tribute to Julie Andrews and another actress during the same time who left an indelible mark on Hollywood- Audrey Hepburn.
How is naming Audrey after Audrey Hepburn a tribute to Julie Andrews? Julie Andrews originated the role of Eliza Dolittle in the Broadway version of "My Fair Lady" (1956). Audrey Hepburn took over the role for the film version (1964). This was a bit controversial at the time as Andrews was considered the perfect Eliza and Hepburn's singing voice had to be dubbed. However, Julie had no screen experience and Audrey was an established star. It all worked out in the end as "Mary Poppins" followed closely by "The Sound of Music" established Julie's on-screen presence and stardom for all time.
The meaning of the name Audrey also suits my girl to a T:
Tumblr media
As for Audrey Hepburn, she is an incredibly interesting person separate from her acting career.
Favorite quotes from Audrey Hepburn that Audrey Andrews has posted on her walls somewhere:
"I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles."
Tumblr media
"I decided, very early on, just to accept life unconditionally; I never expected it to do anything special for me, yet I seemed to accomplish far more than I had ever hoped. Most of the time it just happened to me without my ever seeking it."
Tumblr media
"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."
Tumblr media
"True friends are families which you can select."
Tumblr media
"There are more important things than outward appearance. No amount of makeup can cover an ugly personality."
Tumblr media
"Living is like tearing through a museum. Not until later do you really start absorbing what you saw, thinking about it, looking it up in a book, and remembering because you can't take it in all at once."
Tumblr media
"If my world were to cave in tomorrow, I would look back on all the pleasures, excitements and worthwhilenesses I have been lucky enough to have had. Not the sadness, not my miscarriages or my father leaving home, but the joy of everything else. It will have been enough."
Tumblr media
“They say love is the best investment; the more you give, the more you get in return.”

Propaganda for both ships provided under the cut
Hayniss (Age Gap - Ages not provided)
"These two are kindred spirits. They both survived the games using their wits and then cope with the aftermath using their hardened hearts.
This ship is tragic because not only is it questionable to society due to the age gap and dynamics, but they also could never be together because Katniss is forced into a fabricated relationship with another victor of the games, Peeta, for the sake of preserving the Capitol's image in allowing the two of them to survive the games.
You see, Peeta and Katniss have to portray their refusal to kill each other as an act of love rather than the act of defiance it really was. Meanwhile, Haymitch, as Katniss' (and Peeta's) mentor, has to be one of ones orchestrating said romance behind the scenes as part of what is essentially her PR team.
Haymitch has to instruct Katniss, this cold hearted and brash girl who warmed his soul and reminded him of who the real enemy is, on how exactly to convince others she's in love with someone who isn't him. I think this is all also poetic and tragic in a sense, as she's the first tribute he really tried to help win the games in a long time. He sees himself in her, he's protective of her, and you can't tell me he doesn't love her."
SeymourxTwoey Propaganda (Species Difference, Abusive Dynamic)
"Twoey is the least interesting part of the movie in canon for me, but I find him much more interesting when I think of him/write him as simultaneously being a voice in Seymour's head, a physical manifestation of his intrusive thoughts/mental health struggles, and an independently alive/conscious, mute alien plant. This way of conceptualizing him is weird and contradictory by design, partially because it makes him and his dynamic with Seymour interesting and complicated and partially because it raises questions as to where he ends and Seymour begins and just generally adds a lot of weight and edge to Seymour's self doubt/loathing, which is his fatal flaw in my rewrite where one of the changes is that Seymour is a tragic Shakespearean hero. Most of my specific thoughts on this ship don't make sense without the context of my rewrite, but I like the ideas of Seymour literally getting screwed by the physical manifestation of his mental health issues (which he is consenting to due to his drive to torture himself/self hatred manifesting in this case as psuedo-sexual attraction towards a being that is manipulating/abusing him, has the potential to cause him great physical harm/pain, and is named after/heavily associated with his crush), having a sexual relationship with a being that he has a sort-of father-son dynamic with when he himself was abused by his sort-of father, and 'accusing' (in quotes because he isn't actually mad at her and doesn't think she did anything morally wrong, he also doesn't communicate with her about this because he's terrible at communicating with her) Audrey of seeking out abusive guys when he is literally doing that. Technically the version of Seymour x Audrey in my rewrite is extremely comship as well, but it's not in canon, and Seymour x Twoey is also fun, so I'm submitting it even though the Little Shop fandom has like five people in it and most of them don't even like Seymour x Twoey."

What is our representation of fashion?
All of us who fall in love with fashion had the opportunity to do it in so many ways
Some of us wore our mother’s heels
Tumblr media
Others discovered luxury
Tumblr media
fendi resort 2023
Tumblr media
versace fall winter 2022
And some were taught by watching the masters of it
Tumblr media Tumblr media
alexander mcqueen spring summer 1999
Each started the beginning of your crazy love story with the subject that make all of us dream,
Fashion.
Even if a love story is singular,unique they all have one thing in common,passion.
Just like fashion.
Because every famous designer or models didn’t arrived where they are right now by luck or maybe luck did played a part
But the main fuel of their rise to power is their passion that fueled their vision of fashion and every part that they could use to make their vision come to life
Each one of them have their own vision their own style but one thing that is common is that they all use it to express what can’t come into words
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just like Simon Porte-Jacquemus who dedicated his fall winter 2020 collection to his mother,Valérie Jacquemus
“I was seven when I made a skirt out of a curtain for my mother, and she brought me to school wearing it.”
Tumblr media
Donatella Versace has been the creative director of Versace for now more than two decades
She always used the brand as an immense tribute to her brother Gianni who tragically died in July 1997
Donatella kept the essence of the brand created by her brother in 1978
She participated to the creation of the phenomenon of "supermodel"
A group of models in the 90s including:
Tumblr media
Kate Moss,Naomi Campbell,Shalom Harlow,Claudia Schiffer,Yasmeen Ghauri,Amber Valletta and others
I asked fashion pages that i follow their representation of fashion
what was your first experience with fashion?
what does fashion mean to you?
what is your favorite fashion moment of all time?
@high_fashion_ on tiktok 20,4K followers:
"I don't have a concrete answer to the first question, I didn't have any experience except that I once went to a casting and after that I fell in love with fashion and I started filming first on one account and then I started on this one"
what is your favorite fashion moment of all time?
"my favourite fashion moment is maybe bella hadid for coperni spray-dress"

"Fashion for me is passion, where you can be yourself and create new trends and ideas! That even with the judgments, you remain firm, because fashion allows us to think that the sky is the limit. Fashion allows us to be self-confident, fashion allows us to tell the world who we really are. Fashion is love, purity, freedom, happiness and acceptance."
"For me, a milestone in the world of fashion was christian dior's “New Look”, it was iconic."

"not a moment exactly but elizabeth hawes talking about sustainable fashion and style over trendiness she was so ahead of her time"
@modeladdict_ on instagram 1.1k followers:
"My first contact with fashion was watching the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2011. After watching the show, I became interested in the fashion industry."
"Fashion for me is art and creativity. It is a political act. It is the way that human beings express themselves to the world."
"I think I have three favorite moments in fashion and they're all from Alexander McQueen shows:
•Shalom Harlow closing the S/S 1999 show;
•Kate Moss hologram at the A/W 2006 show;
•Adina Fohlin in the wind tunnel at the A/W 2003 show."
@hautecouturing on instagram 170 followers:
"I personally study fashion design at university in Milan, for me fashion means expressing who you are without being judged, and honestly I don’t have a favorite fashion moment"
@velodive on instagram 0.9k followers:
"ever since i was little, i had an affinity for fashion. not that i was gifted in any way, but i was really drawn to it. from the casual outfits and small details that people use to express themselves, to the abstract fashion only seen on film and carnivals, i appreciated it all. the first exposure to fashion was probably when i was sitting in my parents' bedroom and some runway show was playing on fashiontv. i asked my mom how would you wear an outfit that eccentric on day-to-day basis and she explained the whole concept. i've been sewing outfits for my dolls ever since."
"it's not an integral part of my life, but it's something that makes it better – in a way. i've always elevated towards pretty things, like any human being, but picking out nice clothes for a special occasion is something i really enjoy doing. i care about my outfits, too. i spend a lot of time coosing my outfits in the morning, doing my makeup, picking out accessories, even if it's just a hair tie around my wrist. i'm a detail-oriented person, so i guess i can appreciate fashion on daily basis."
"i have two. the first one is the labyrinth scene in orlando (1992), the costume change was amazing to me. the whole costume design aspect of that movie is actually so good. the second one is givenchy haute couture spring 1997 by alexander mcqueen. the whole show is special to me."
@xoxofashionicons on tiktok 2.4k followers:
"I think my first approach to fashion was when my father told me about Naomi Campbell, and from there I started watching 90s fashion shows and fell in love with her."
"For me, fashion is the freedom to express yourself and wear what makes you confident and makes you feel good (but always with some rules)."
"I think my favorite moments in fashion are almost all the shows of Mugler, John Galliano, Versace and Alexander McQueen in the 90's/2000's and then some celebrity red carpet looks."
@saturnde1ll on tiktok 357 followers:
"my first experience with fashion was when my and my mom were watching a france document about fashion and i started getting interestred abt it"
"fashion means art to me because you can literally show yourself with it you can show your emotions you can play with it and you can do so many more"
"i dont have a favorite fashion moment rn:)"
@archivefashion_ on instagram 1.3k:
"i got interested in fashion in 2021 when i started sketching kpop outfits"
"fashion for me is pure art, through fashion you can know a person's style and even their personality"
"my favorite fashion moment is the catwalk gigi hadid for jacquemus fall winter 2020"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I first started having an interest for fashion because of two collections:
-Versace Fall Winter 2020 Ready to Wear
-Jacquemus Fall Winter 2020 Ready to Wear
I didn’t really knew anything about fashion at that time,but those two collections really spoke to me.I discovered that fashion could be fun and could be used to send a message.
Jacquemus fall winter 2020 was used as a tribute to the mother’s designer,Valérie Jacquemus.
The fabrics and the designs were so simple but so beautiful.With a lot of light colors.Simon shown to the world that simplicity could create so much beauty
Jacquemus Fall Winter 2020 collection
Tumblr media
The one memory that i’ll keep from the Versace fw 20 collection will always be those dresses.
Because the fabrics reminded me of the same ones on my presents that i can find every christmas of every years.
And if clothes could make you remind of things entirely apart in your life so they could represent anything and everything.
Fashion doesn’t have barriers the only one that count is the sky and this one is endless.
This industry that is named by one word only count under her so many actors of it,creations and people who work every day to push the boundaries in every aspects of it.
No matter it is the designs,the models,the runways or the meaning behind it so let me ask the question to you,
What does fashion mean to you?
••••
It’s my very first so i’m all open to hear your opinions and and constructive criticism!
-English is not my first language
Hope you enjoyed <3
