Trust me, I finally decided to make one small change at a time. Before I knew it I was regaining my health, I have removed 10 medications from my daily routine because of my changes. A key factor was my gut health START TAKING A GOOD PROBIOTIC!!! Seriously. Take it at bedtime and you will start to notice so many benefits. My skin has changed, my eyelashes grew back in, I used to be allergic to 78 of the 80 things they tested me for, but has since been reversed. I’m telling you it’s like a fucking miracle and it’s all because I started caring about the balance inside and out. Now it wasn’t just the probiotic, it was removing processed foods and making whole food choices that are nutrient dense. My point is that if you do a little bit of work now it will help you for a lifetime. - - The universe is all about balance. I am constantly searching for balance. I am a very black or white type of person but am slowly chipping away at that to fine the gray. - - I don’t want to live in the gym, but I don’t want to live on the couch either. It’s all about finding that flow. - - I’ve been out of the gym for about 6 months right now to be honest with you. My spine recovery is more intensive and taking longer than I thought it would.
