Ohhhh, I can’t believe tomorrow is Day 8️⃣ and final day of the #SummerMoonYogis #yogachallenge. 😢 It has been such a wonderful experience seeing my co-hosts and our participants share their exquisite posts. I learned so much from all of you! 😘💗🙏🏻 . . The last #asana is Kapotasana aka #pigeonpose or #yogischoice, so in closing I opted for Eka Pada Dhanurasana aka #oneleggedbowpose or #fallendancer pose. The sun was really starting to beat down on my face and I was getting a bit dehydrated (guilty! 🙋🏻‍♀️), so it was difficult to get my foot to my head. Every moment of the asana practice is a journey or knowing and not knowing. All in all, it is beautiful. 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑 . .
