Also, this is in no way historically accurate, i picked from a range of fashion plates from 1800-1820, ish? Mixed n matched various elements i saw fit for the movie dress

My S.O bought me, my friend Sam and Phoebe tickets to the Leonard Cohen ballet because me and Sam were desperate to see a ballet. I asked how come they thought to get Phoebe a ticket. The reply

" well I was really impressed with her extensive ballet knowledge the last time she was over. Talking about Swan Lake and the nut cracker"

Symbology in Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princesses

As many of you may know, each of the 12 princesses has a color, flower and gemstone, and this is no different from the other members of the royal family, today I will be talking about it and how it makes sense in the story of the movie.

This information is not confirmed, it's just theories that make a lot of sense, and others are just obvious. YouTube channel credits: Hipopoticamente falando.

Queen Isabella

Color: Purple - this color it is linked to the mystical world and means spirituality, magic and mystery.

Flower: Lady of the night - This flower is the one on her dress, and in addition to really looking like this flower, it has a strong meaning for us to believe that it is this one. The Lady of the night is known for only blooming at night, which alludes to princesses going out to dance at night, not to mention that magical flowers resemble the plant, these flowers fulfill wishes, and Lady of the night has a reputation for placing orders at certain times of the year, beyond its goblet shape, and Isabella had an important goblet as emphasized in the film. Obsidian Green has the power to promote relationships between people, and as we see in the movie, Rowena does the exact opposite of that, pushing princesses away from their father.
