Your f/o will be happy to keep your safe foods in the house, and won’t raise a judgemental eyebrow if you’re selective with ordering food (asking for things to be removed or modified for example) If you want to introduce new things to your diet they will support you but they won't make you feel like you 'failed' if it doesn't work out. Yes, even the ones who are more daring or colourful in their food choices.

They will be perfectly loving towards you as you are, they don’t want you to be different or change to a standard of ‘normalcy.’ They won't mock or shame you or pressure you into eating things that make you gag or feel sick, and will be happy to accommodate your needs because they love you as you are.

They want you to feel safe when eating with them! Food should not be a chore. When you enjoy your comfort foods it makes them smile :)

Also imagine your autistic/food sensitive f/o feeling more comfy with someone who just gets them.

i just wanna talk about how lunar and sun are treated so differently even though they are both trauma and abuse survivors (im not arguing about whether sun isnt or not, because he is and im not diving into that)

lunar is what people usually think of when they think of "trauma survivor." when he gets triggered he panics, he runs, and he cries.

sun is *not* what people think of when they think of trauma survivor. when sun gets triggered he panics, he fights, and he gets violent

(ever heard of fight or flight?)

sun is *still* a trauma survivor and how he reacts is a *trauma response. and it is a common response.*

with trauma disorders its common for the people with them to become irritable and violent when upset. *that* is what sun is experiencing.

stop demonizing a traumatized person for having unpalatable trauma responses. its wrong and ableist towards trauma survivors who are violent and angry because theyre scared.

That's what I've been saying!!!!!!! And people who say it is not true are SO wrong. Haven't you seen the way people have started LOVING Usopp after OPLA came out because Jacob is hot? Same thing with Buggy and Jeff. I have seen a radical change regarding these characters only because of looks... And it actively bothers me because their dynamics with Sanji / Shanks are incredible and people don't appreciate them enough...

But I've seen a lot of change too (positively speaking) when it comes to ships ?? So I'm really happy we now have more content and shippers out there who focus on the dynamics 😭💖

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s fairy godmother, taking it even farther, says “the world is full of zanies and fools who don't believe in sensible rules and won't believe what sensible people say, and because these daft and dewey-eyed dopes keep building up impossible hopes, impossible things are happening every day”—believing in the impossible makes it come true, the dreaming is the impetus for the magic which will get Cinderella to the ball, it does do something in the end. when actually, the point of the Cinderella fairytale is that even when you don't have the power to have an effect on anything else in your situation or the world at large, you do have power over what sort of person you become. hoping and dreaming is fine as far as it goes, and might be considered a kind of necessary condition for remaining good and kind (once you give up holding onto hope it’s possible succumbing to bitterness is inevitable), but the hoping and dreaming is not the point. we don’t celebrate Cinderella marrying the prince because that’s her dream come true. we celebrate because she’s finally, at last, getting what she deserves, because of the kind of person she is! if none of Cinderella’s “dreams” came true and she still didn’t let the world turn her hard and cruel, she still would have won. the fairytale ending heaps victory on top of victory, revealing the miracle of Cinderella’s heart for all to see.
