Daha sonra ocağa aldığımız tavaya ısınınca 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ekleyip eriyince üzerine etlerimizi ekleyip 30 saniye etlerin bir tarafını pişirip öbür tarafını da çevirip 30 saniye de bu tarafı pişiriyoruz ve ocaktan alıyoruz.
Soğanları yemeklik doğruyoruz, sarımsakları da ince ince doğruyoruz.
Tavaya kalan tereyağını ekleyip soğan ve sarımsakları kavuruyoruz.
Mantarları da doğrayıp soğanların üzerine ekliyoruz.
Mantarlarda güzelce pişince üzerine unu da ekleyip kavuruyoruz.
Daha sonra et suyunu da ekleyip kaynamaya başlayınca kremayı ve hardal sosunu ekliyoruz.
Tuz ve karabiberini de ekleyip kaynayınca üzerine mühürlediğimiz etleri de döküp 2-3 dakika pişince kapatıyoruz.Servisi makarna ile yaptım.

Those radishes add just the right touch - I have come to really really love radishes (air-fry them and they are very potato-like!) 😋 I send healthy recipes like this out in my weekly newsletter - want to subscribe? https://forms.gle/294fANVKAafReuQJ7 SLOW COOKER BEEF STROGANOFF Ingredients 1¾ lbs. boneless beef chuck, cut into strips ½ cup reduced-sodium beef stock, divided ¾ tsp salt 5 cups button mushrooms, cut into quarters ¼ cup low-fat cream cheese 1 tbsp yellow mustard 1 cup red radishes, sliced thin Directions Season the beef with a ¼ teaspoon salt. Sear the beef over high heat in a dry nonstick skillet until well-browned. Add a ¼ cup of beef stock and bring to a boil. Once boiling, transfer beef and any remaining liquid to a slow cooker. Cook on high for 1½ hours. Using the same skillet, cook the mushrooms in a ¼ cup of beef stock until mushrooms are tender and all liquid has evaporated. After beef has cooked, stir in the mushrooms, cream cheese, and mustard. Allow to sit in the slow cooker, covered, for about 10 minutes to heat through. Divide beef and mushrooms into 4 equal-sized portions and garnish each with a ¼ cup of sliced red radishes.
