Content warnings for: discussion of CSA, SA, incest, suicide, victim blaming, nonconsensual sexual behaviour, harassment, ableism/sanism, & inappropriate relationship dynamics with minors & youth.
Biel / @/pooyngalfuturo / @/lelwafuturo223 / @/nianankoro / groomed me for over 10 years, attacked & denied my CSA/SA trauma during my suicidal mental crisis, victim blamed me, sexually triggered me, & more.
just as the title says. i've decided to finally open up about this, after weeks of processing my traumas with my support system, & after listening to other (ex-)mutuals of Biel's who've experienced or witnessed similar patterns of behaviour (most prominently grooming) from her over the years. i write this post as both a warning for other survivors who know Biel about her actions towards me & others, & also as me standing up publicly for the first time ever about the predatory foundation of our 10 year long friendship that I was too scared, passive & inexperienced to be able to talk openly about until now.
her current & past social media handles include: tumblr: @/pooyngalfuturo / @/bielzabussy / @/yariima / @/anarcho-bussyism / @/rosenfant / @/oreoxian / @/panaghiotis223 / @/princesshexadecaroon; twitter: @/lelwafuturo223 / @/quriaqos223 / @/yaariyan223 / @/bint_samay; discord: @/nianankoro / @/yaariyan / @/6ingelpamarel; instagram: @/kuriakon223; tiktok: @/ta3anugiyyah223

3, 10, 12, 15!!!!
wahh tysm friend!!!
3) have you ever doubted your faith?
yes, as an insecure teen just joining Tumblr, where I thought atheism was a logical progression, but as of now my faith has never been stronger 8)
10) do you have a favorite prayer/ritual?
yes! I always pray w/my little lamby I got as a youngling every night,,"now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord myself to keep, the angels watch me through the night, until I wake, to morning light" in hindsight maybe that's why I love my sweet piano sm??
Tumblr media
12) were you born in a religious family?
yes, my parents raised my brother and I as non-denominational Christians,,which is part of why I questioned stuff when I joined Tumblr,, I'm still learning to form my own opinions,,miss Brenda Lee Davies (God is Grey on YouTube) has been v validating in me being a progressive Christian 8')
15) have you ever had a divine experience?
I'm not sure,,there was that one time when I apparently fought an actual demon,,but I've seen little things,,like I prayed for a friend a lot n she eventually asked me about becoming a xian on her own,,I prayed to see "Helen the angel fairy" (a sweet gal from school who says hi to me sometimes) n I got to see her again,,idk lil happy things happen often,,I try to pray/talk to God a lot I think~ ^^
WAIT yes when I got baptized!!! I'd never felt so renewed and happy and free oh my goodness!!

Emishi Q&A
Some questions submitted by @bielzabussy, answered by Sasakawa san, an Emishi man from Iwate prefecture.
“Thank you very much for your questions about the modern Emishi people. To these questions about "modern Emishi," I have to explain who Emishi are, the outline of the "Emishi living in the present period." It will be very complicated right now, so I will tell you about them next time.
A lot of people, including historians out of Japan, seem to consider that Emishi are just an extinct ethnic group, or ancestors of Ainu, or that the descendants are just ethnic Japanese because they have been assimilated to Japan, or some people may think Emishi is just the ethnic Japanese living in the remote region. So they may consider those who are insisting they “the modern Emishi” as insane people.
But if you carefully look them at, you can see the truth that there are quite a few of those who can be identified as modern Emishi, however they have the diversified ways of recognizing Emishi linkages.
In his book ("Minzoku no Soshutsu"(Iwanami Shoten, Publishers, 2014), Sociologist Dr. Masataka Okamoto also reports not only the existence of modern Emishi, but also other hidden ethnic groups currently considered "Japanese people," such as Kumaso/Hayato people living in Kyushu island, Izumo people living in eastern Shimane prefecture, western Honshu island and Ikema people living on Ikema, Irabu and northeastern Miyakojima islands. He is also a member of the Izumo people.
The following answers are based on my individual recognition, study and knowledge. I also identify as one of the modern Emishi people, but I acknowledge that there are still a lot of unknown things about Emishi people.”
Q: How do [Emishi people] view the term Emishi?
A: They have used this term as their actual antonym, however they are not sure if the term is the original antonym or not. Dr. Kyosuke Kintaichi had insisted that the origin of "Emishi" was "Enciw" in Ainu language like the antonym of Sakhalin Ainu people, some modern Emishi may consider this the original term. Some people say that Emishi is derived from the Ainu word, emushi (sword).
Dr. Kyoko Kojima denies the Emishi antonym, saying Emishi is just an Old Japanese (上代日本語) word, and originally referred to the indigenous people in the Kanto region, or in Yamato province (Nara prefecture), not the indigenous people in northern Honshu. Myself and other Emishi agree with this.
Reference: Kyoko Kojima "Emishi,Ezo kara Ainu e" (Yoshikawa-Kobunkan 2009)
The antonym must be written with Katakana, Hiragana, Latin alphabet or any other phonograms, they do not use the term with the Chinese characters such as "蝦夷," meaning literally, “The shrimpy, hairy barbarians.”
Some Emishi have incorrectly used "蝦夷" as their antonym, because they have uncritically accepted the official historical terms used by the dominant perspective of the Japanese history academic circle, and to hide their own ethnic ancestry from Wajin people.
Reference: Author: Kyosuke Kindaichi, Editor: Masaki Kudo"Kodai-Emishi to Ainu" Heibonsha 2004
Q: Do they view it as derogatory?
A: Until the 20th century, The descendants had avoided identifying themselves as Emishi because they were ashamed of their ancestry. Emishi were considered barbarians, inferior and backward, and were discriminated by Japanese people out of the Tohoku region as unsophisticated and narrow-minded people.
Q: Do they keep their identity secret?
A: I have heard and seen cases of some remote communities living in mountain, coastal, or the other districts, but I haven't heard if they've been keeping their ethnicity hidden from outsiders or not. I have heard that some descendants of the forced Emishi migration may have been keeping their ancestry secret.
Q: How do they view Tohoku-jin?
A: Almost all people living in, or are from, northern Honshu consider themselves as Tohoku-jin. Personally, I feel weird when Emishi think themselves as Tohoku-jin because
1. Tohoku-jin are usually considered the descendants of Emishi, but Tohoku-jin also includes a lot of non-Emishi immigrants.
2. The word Tohoku comes from the Chinese characters that mean "The Deep Remote Region in the Northeast." Many modern Emishi people do not realize the original meaning of these terms. The meaning of Tohoku is not from the perspective of the native people, but from the immigrants and outsiders from the southwest regions.
Q: Do they still speak their own language?
A: Emishi language is extinct, though Ainuic languages place names identify areas where they were spoken. And there are many discussions about what qualifies a language as Emishi.
There are a variety of Ainuic Emishi languages previously spoken in northern Honshu, except Tsugaru (Western Aomori prefecture), and Shimokita (Northeast of Aomori prefecture), where Ainu was spoken.
The linguist, Dr. Harutsugu Yamaura, who is Emishi, has revitalized the variety of Japonic languages spoken in Kesen region, located southeast of Iwate prefecture, and northeast of Miyagi prefecture. He identifies the Kesen language as a unique language, not a variety of Japonic, or Japanese dialect. He created working scripts of the Kesen language based on the Latin Alphabet, though Kesen Kana scripts are not official ones.
Q: When did their language die?
A: The exact time is unknown, but I think the extinction occurred during the medieval, or early modern period, during the 1190-1200 Emishi rebellions in the Tohoku region. Mr. Junya Mega, curator of Iwate Prefectural Museum, commented that some of the isolated Emishi people living in the mountain region and the coastal regions might have spoken the Ainuic language until latter periods.
Q: Are there any Japanese language resources that could be helpful or informative?
A: The following scholars and their studies are very useful.
Mr. Shintaro Ishiwatari
Mr. Sansai Kikuchi for the descendants of forced migrated Emishi people
Mr. Junya Mega
Dr. Isao Kikuchi
Dr. Masataka Okamoto.
