usually cooking would be one of your main hobbies that helped you calm down after a long day, the feeling of creating something for you and your loved ones to enjoy later on pushing you to do the best possible job.

well, it did calm you down, until your boyfriend decided to help you out in the kitchen. now, you could feel his body heat next to you, his messy hands everywhere as he tried his best to cut up some vegetables and the pot of soup stirring on top of the stove.

“wow,” jude begins, pointing the knife at you, “normally, people what thank others when they help, y’know?”

you roll your eyes and take the knife from his hands, skillfully continuing to cut up the vegetables for the sauce you were about to make.

“yeah, when they help.” you shake your head and point at the potato next to judes hand, which he then hands over to you, “all you did was stir the water from the pasta and spill over the can of cream, love.” you remind him.

this time, it is jude who rolls his eyes and leans forward against the counter, his head almost touching yours, “it did make you laugh.”

“i laugh when i am about to have a breakdown, yeah.” you nod, gently bumping your head against his as you continue to put the cut up vegetables into the sauce.

the two of you continue to finish up the meal, jude being tasked to stir the sauce as you prepare the table. the silence surrounding you was comfortable, the smell in the air made your stomach growl in anticipation. as jude fills the plates up with the dish, you watch him as he carefully balances both plates towards the table, eyebrows furrowed and tongue peaking out of his mouth. he was determined to, that much you could tell.

“thanks.” you smile at him as he sits down, your hand resting on his on top of the table.

“since it’s made with love,” he begins, raising his spoon to feed you first, “it will taste the best.”

the flavors of the soup hit you at once, a smile spreading on your lips as you nod at his words, “it does taste amazing, thank you, baby.”

jude smirks at you, putting his spoon that he fed you with into his mouth, “you taste the best, babe.”

Also for the holiday, I'm going to talk about something I've been nervous to talk about on social media (why I'm hiding it under the read more 🫣)

I had FFS 42 days ago (28 days after taking this picture). The changes are pretty subtle, like I don't think many people even noticed the change, but I do and it feels great to get rid of a lot of daily dysphoria 😮‍💨 Also my surgeon a unrelated non-aesthetic change that made it easier to breathe out of my nose that made the surgery worth it despite the downsides (send an ask if you want more details)

And I have bottom and top surgery in 85 days!! I bet nervous but also very excited 😁

I have a consult for one more gender-affirming surgery, body contouring. I'm not certain whether I'm going to get it. These surgeries are all about trying to weigh out the costs and risks with how much the dysphoria hurts. And I always try to remember something I've heard from another post-op trans person, "Never let anyone pressure you into not get a surgery you want, never let anyone pressure you into getting a surgery you don't want."

Also, I want to acknowledge the extreme privilege of being able to afford these surgeries. (A big reason why I was nervous about posting about this) I'll be honest, I lucked into a job with great insurance and that's the only way I can afford these surgeries and I'll still be paying off medical debt for a while. I really hope we someday live in a world where everyone who wants gender affirming surgeries can get them. And such a world is worth fighting for!

you work at one of those mega gas station/ rest stops in the middle of nowhere. your job mainly consists of selling people various snacks from the convenience store or checking out shower stalls for various truckers that come through or re-stocking the spinning hotdog rollers.

sevika stops at your gas station one day to fill up and grab some chips for the long trip ahead of her.

when she sees you, she's starstruck.

she's absolutely silent at the register as you ring her up, just flabbergasted by you and your beauty.

you seem to barely notice her, exhausted at the end of your shift. sevika's grateful for this-- because she's absolutely mortified by her behavior. she's never been this flustered by a girl before.

but she makes it her life mission to get you to notice her.

any time she's even in your state, she makes a long detour to go see you at the gas station.

half the time she goes you aren't even there. she ends these trips cursing herself for being so stupid. but when you are there, she promises herself she won't stop visiting you at the gas station until you tell her to fuck off or she makes you hers.

she quickly becomes a familiar face for you.

you always smile when you see her, asking her how her route's going. she answers honestly, getting tiny giggles out of you when she starts cursing out stupid drivers and the rain.

sure she's ripped and handsome and looks like she could fuck you for days at a time, but she's always stuttering and cursing and stealing glances at you from the aisles of the gas station.

you offer to share your smoke with her and she takes you up on it. you guys sit on the bench for hours, chatting and giggling and getting to know one another.

at one point, sevika walks you to her rig to introduce you to little slayer. the dog absolutely loves you (she can tell her mama likes you so she's on her best behavior,) and you think little slayer curling up in sevika's big burly arms is about the cutest thing you've ever seen.

at some point, sevika's phone starts ringing-- she's running behind schedule for her shipment. she apologizes and waves goodbye to you, and as she goes, you call after her.

"come back soon!"

she grins the rest of her ride.

sevika finally works up the nerve to ask you out a few months later. you giggle when she does.

"don't you live like, ten hours away?" you ask. she shrugs.

"i could drive here, like in my car. or i could get a delivery here, spend a few days here before i gotta make another. up to you." she says. you giggle and agree.

but when the big day comes, a blizzard rolls through town. you text sevika asking if she'll be able to make it, but don't hear back. you spend your shift depressed and a little heartbroken, missing sevika and knowing you likely wont see her for another week or two.

but as you're wrapping yourself up in your layers getting ready to go home, sevika's rig comes pulling into the empty parking lot. you gasp.

sevika comes tumbling out of her truck, sprinting up to you with a wild look in her eye.

"you're still here!" she exclaims. you let out a disbelieving laugh.

"what are you doing here?!" you ask, wrapping sevika up in a hug. she's just in a wifepleaser and sweats-- she hadn't grabbed her coat before running out in the snow to greet you. she sighs against you.

"i'm sorry i missed your text. i had no signal with all the snow." she says, bashfully rubbing the back of her neck. you giggle.

"you're adorable." you say, shooting up to kiss her. sevika's shocked against you, sighing against your mouth and wrapping her arms around you.

you guys end up spending the night in her truck, talking over chips and sodas, watching the snow fall and cuddling together on the little twin bed in the back, slayer sleeping on top of you.

it becomes a pretty frequent occurrence, even without the snow.

sevika will come by to visit you while you're finishing up work, perfectly timing her mandatory 8 hour break so she can spend time with you.

sometimes you'll take her into town and show her around.

sometimes you guys just chat in her truck.

(sometimes you take her back to your place so you guys can fuck in a bigger bed.)

but eventually, you and sevika are going steady.

it's pretty hard, with only being able to see her once a week and the two of you living across the country from one another. but on your one year anniversary, sevika comes to visit you at work when you aren't expecting her.

she grins at the sight of you lighting up behind the counter, barely able to contain your excitement as you check out the guy in front of her. when it's her turn, you jump over the counter and into her arms.

"what're you doing here?!" you ask as you pepper her face with kisses. sevika giggles.

"i got a surprise for you." she says, shrugging. you pull away from her with a grin.

"well, show me!" you exclaim. sevika giggles as she presses a letter into your hands. the letterhead is from her company, and you furrow your brow as your eyes scan the text, then suddenly, you burst into tears.

sevika takes it the wrong way.

"i can reject it, you know." she says uncertainly. "i don't have to..."

it's a permission slip, allowing sevika to relocate her primary location to your town. you giggle at her words and wrap her up in a hug.

"don't you dare." you whimper against her. she melts in your arms, pressing kisses to your head. "will you move in with me?" you ask as you pull away. sevika grins.

"i was hoping you'd ask that. nobody's renting around here." she admits. you smile.

"my landlord doesn't like dogs, but slayer's not really a dog. she's like a fiesty gerbil." you say. sevika laughs.

"i'll just fight 'im if he gives us shit." she says. you grin.

there's a line forming behind sevika, and her truck is burning gas as it idles in the parking lot, but you don't care about either as you lean in to capture her lips in a kiss.

Okay here's a bit more of the Cosmic PT cast, introducing Cosmic Pepperman and Cosmic Vigilante.

One small thing before we start ☝️, these are what you can define as "beta" designs, as you can see by the fact it's neither colored or digital, I just want to share those to hear some feedback and possible fresh ideas to make those designs better. Also because I want to share what they do and what is specific about them story wise. Until I say explicitly that I'm done with the design, keep in mind that they might change overtime. With that being said let's get to it!

And here's Cosmic Pepperman,

currently at the very end of the minor cosmic stage and one of the most experienced cosmic entity of the PT cast who's still around. Phil mostly plays solo and loves to show off when he intervenes in a universe, when he's here you know you're about to see a performance of quality 👌. Although sometimes his attempt at throwing shades and look cool falls flat and he can make a fool out of himself... But no matter what happens he always manages to save the day before disappearing Meta Knight style using his long jacket as a cape.

Meanwhile in the cosmic realm, Phil still is a freelance artist, showing off his art in his own museum in Cosmopolis's center. Before Cosmic Noise appeared, Phil's museum was one of the most popular and visited place of the realm, after NNS took over the public, the museum lost of it's glory and became another building among others with very few visitors. Ever since that, Phil holds a pretty big grudge toward Cosmic Noise, boycotting his show and just being generally annoyed at C Noise's presence.

For Pepperman's design I got inspired by his costume of the Halloween update and slitly exaggerated it to make a long flowy jacket. Also I gave him small star shaped shades because shades and Pepperman are just MEANT to be together, the star shape is just to stay consistent with the Cosmic theme (very thought out eh 👁️👄👁️👍), and finally one of my favorite aspect of his design is his scar across his face of which he wears with style ✨✨✨.

Now beware, here comes Cosmic Vigilante

Also at the very end of the minor cosmic stage, one the most experienced of the cast and the most efficient at his job. Vigi really puts his heart when doing his tasks, being very serious and making sure that everything goes back to normal, as if nothing happened. He also is the stealthiest entity of the cast with very little people to have ever noticed him in his whole carrier.

In the Cosmic realm, Vigi doesn't really have a job, his only job is to fix any anomalies in the multiverse so he just uses his time in the realm to have a break, take a coffee, going for a stroll or hang out with friends.

For the Vigilante's design, I barely changed anything, his hat is different with the edge going slitly up in flames, the only note worthy detail is his left eye of course, his scar is hidden by a very bright star, a star with the very cool effect of giving it's owner future vision, it only predicts things 10 seconds max before they happen, but it is still a formidable advantage.

Together, Pepperman and The Vigilante are a very efficient cosmic duo, over time they grew a very good relationship and learn how to work with each other. When joined together, they're very professional (in most cases) and really forged a reputation among cosmic entities.

And now is time for :

Random trivia ✨✨✨

Because I don't know how to write a sentence

Very few people knows about Vigi's future vision, only some members of the PT cast does, if the court comes to know about it, Vigi WILL get in trouble.

Pepperman kept his ability to bring his art to life after becoming a cosmic entity, he might be the only being of the realm capable of breathing life into inanimate objects (assuming that his art are conscious beings with free will and not puppets Pepperman controls somehow)

Both Pepperman and Vigilante's memories degenerated to the point they can't remember the people they once knew, they only remember experiences of their past life but not the people that participated in those experience.

The Vigilante's mode of transport is his hat ! He gets inside of it and morphs it into an UFO (with a gyrophare occasionally when he's on the hunt for an outlaw) , the hat gets transparent and you can see him all squished up inside his hat.

Cosmic Vigilante is aware that he's a cheese slime, which was a huge shock when he figured it out

When disappearing "Meta Knight style" Phill doesn't actually disappears, he just trows his jacket in the air and spins it to get people's attention while he runs as far and fast as possible into the distance, he runs until he reaches the edge of the universe and only after that he gets back to the cosmic realm.

• Mars in Cancer and that theory about how passive-aggressive are they… I don’t want to be rude, but these guys are just aggressive. Really quick temper. Passive-aggressive is more prone when the native have Moon-Mars square, they are more indecisive when it comes to actions, that’s why their anger is not so explosive. Also i have noticed that Mars in Cancer many times have some strong Aries placement in their chart, like Sun. I will be glad if someone share their opinion on this one. ♋️☄️

• Venus ruled by Saturn (Capricorn and Aquarius) are late bloomers in love <at least that’s what people says>, but let me tell you something that i have observed. A big part of this Venusians fall for love real hard in their young ages, then get their heart broken and that can hurt them real bad, to the point they don’t even want to try again for a really long time. But days go by (sometimes years) and they start to think that relationships are not about love, but more about respect, friendship, compromises and etc. Which it’s absolutely true, one relationship wouldn’t be successful without this things, but it’s also sad, because this natives just don’t believe in the magic of love, that’s why people often times says “ugh, Capricorns are so cold hearted”. Well, they are not, they just don’t believe in fairytales anymore. So no, they are no late bloomers, they just start to want relationship with someone after a long time of not wanting it. ♑️♒️💙

• Uranus in the forth house it’s one of the bigest indicator for changing home more often than the others, or home life was unstable in some kind of way. 🌪️🏠

• Pluto asc or Pluto conjunct asc have always something dark when it comes to their appearance, most of times they have pigment shadows under their eyes or dark eyes. 👁️

• Moon in sixth house can be more prone to have insomnia or sleeping problems, also for them it is hard to follow some kind of schedule, a little bit lazy. 💤

• Why people keep trying to hide something from Scorpio Moon/Mercury?! I mean they just know when someone lies to them. Scorpio Moon have that strong gut feeling when there is something wrong, with Mercury all comes from their thoughts, their investigative mind works 10/10 times. 🕵🏻 Don’t lie to them, just don’t.

• If you want someone to love u unconditionally, you should look for a partner with fixed Moon and Venus sign, doesn’t matter if is fire or air sign. The father of two gives them both looks, his smile stretching maliciously at the wayward sinner begging him to save her.

After a long day of tormenting others and hurting everyone’s self-esteem, you can find them curled up in your lap reading a story for bedtime.

I fear the Kid loves cuddling. He's erring on the side of 'touch-starved', so when the two of you get more physically intimate, he'll have to have skin-to-skin contact as much as possible. I can see the two of you in bed, and he'd rather pick you up and take you with him than have to go do a random chore by himself.

I feel like he's not the type to fly off the handle unless he's been sitting on it for fifteen years, and he's planning to assassinate his mother's murderer, it's okay. Like anger really isn't in his daily range of emotion.

I suppose it depends on how chatty you are with him. I think if it's words you say- he might as well get it tattooed on his chest. We know that Kid has a sharp memory, and this applies to you, the same as everything else.

I think it's gotta be the time you formally asked him on a date. Once again, I think he maybe forgot he didn't say yes verbally. He just kind of stared at you, until you said "yes?" It was the first time in the long time he hadn't been stuck in his head in a long time.

Oh you guys are young and poor in a big bad city, he's so protective it's almost embarrassing if it wasn't warranted. I finished my project on time with no problem, but one person from my study group didn’t

They pretty much copied the sprites from an existing game (I believe they didn’t trace them, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did lmao)

Professor found out

and said “you either do an actual game in 3 days or you fail this class”

How take a guess who came to me after this pathetically sobbing and asking for help

And I, being a naive idiot, made them an entire game in 1 hour

Completely for free

Thinking they will change and they were probably just too busy to do this assignment

I’m incredibly angry at myself, bc the same person submitted an AI generated image as their art project next semester AND NOBODY CALLED THEM OUT ON IT
