Small bios for the aliens :]

Fourarms: full of (unhealthy) optimism! Tries his best to be a good leader and friend. Loves to paint and do puzzles in his free time and is like a fun older brother.

Heatblast: quiet mostly, very much one of the therapist friends. Loves to take his time to enjoy things. Loves to meditate with Diamondhead and relax.

XLR8: child at heart (mainly cause he's the youngest). Loves to ramble about random facts he knows, and is very hyper. Loves to watch movies and shows with Stinkfly and talk about how unrealistic things are.

Diamondhead: tries to keep everyone calm, another therapist friend. Not much of a fighter, talk first, fight if needed.

Cannonbolt: short circuit and gets upset easily. Doesn't like much hanging out with the others besides XLR8. Fight first questions later.

Overflow: very emotional, but he just cares alot. Worries for his friends and wants everyone to be safe. Is fascinated by earth and its wildlife.

Greymatter: very confident but not to the point of being mean. Acts more of a parent figure to the others. Doesn't mind helping the others with things. Like to play games (mostly chess) with XLR8.

Upgrade: stern and serious. Would rather be alone, working on tech. Mostly hangs out with Stinkfly and XLR8. Taught everyone to "fight better".

Wildvine: has no shame, loves to be out there. He can be chill when he needs to, loves the plants on earth and knows many things about them. Doesn't really know what personal space is but he's learning.

Stinkfly: the "mom" of the group. Takes care of everyone, therapist friend. Loves to fly and explore the world, tries his best to make everyone happy. Pushes himself to much but he's working on relaxing more.

carrd update. nabooru's carrd has had a small makeover, & her biography has been rewritten ! ( again ! ) the broad strokes are still the same, but i’m giving her something of a soft reboot, mostly because it’s been a while since i’ve been here, & there’s some things i want to do differently. the blog has also been put into dash - only mode for now, just until i can find a theme.

her canon & canon – but – slightly – to – the – left verses are up, & so are her verses pertaining to the vast majority of the other games in the series, but these are subject to change, because i love to be indecisive. at the minute, i do not have a tears of the kingdom – specific verse for her, but it’s on its way ! i just want to give the game a chance to have been out there for a full month before i start adding it, & also i want time to think about her in regards to [ REDACTED. ]

also, i’ve got a proper mains page this time around, so, y’know. finger guns.

moving on to focus on the stuff in my inbox now, on here & on my other blogs, but starter call once they’re cleared, probably ! watch this space.

Test run

Ok so this was it, time to give this bad boy a test run, it had taken quite a bit to make this suit, mostly made by himself with of course a bit of help through 42. 

“Thanks for setting this place up for me so quickly, 42. oh i also installed something onto your computer, click on it we’ll talk there soon.” He says hanging up the phone before stepping forward before hearing the ping. “Ahhh there we go, installed it the other night, if i programmed it right then you should be seeing what im seeing. Was thinking long-term after i leave i might still need your experiences, advice, and well tech advice...and too be honest i just didnt want to leave without ever seeing or hearing from you again, after all were basically brothers. Family doesnt go out of contact. So tell me, what you got set up for me?”

It's such bullshit that phone manufacturers can make extraneous horseshit like YouTube and Facebook into "system apps" that you can't remove without connecting it to a computer and jumping through a bunch of hoops that may or may not permanently brick your phone

And we just think this is a normal way to behave

And now even Windows has taken notes. I woke up to an application that installed itself called "Bing Search." Fucking Bing. And Bing is a search engine that has no business being a piece of installed software on my computer.

in my ongoing efforts to find a way to write down fic information in a way my brain will agree with when I return to it, I've decided to just write down a raw list of events I want (and need) to happen in Kingsparrow in Libreoffice, then transfer that information over to Aeon Timeline and Scrivener when I'm ready to assign dates and chapter order.

I've started it as one big list, but I should probably divide it into some categories. partially because I think it would be a good idea to keep track of what I need to include because it's mentioned in-game (including little details like him mentioning having seen a fight go down in a brothel) vs what's purely headcanon (the jellyfish leg pissing incident. y'all will learn about that one)
