My take on famous Break-up robe from marvelous Our Flag Means Death. Made as private commission. Custom printed plush fabric, lining from fuchsia satin hand stitched at sleeves edges and hem. Screen accurate design.
I made this for public use for the fandom. Image is a JPG. Use the links below to access transparent PNGs. If you're interested in a larger, higher resolution file, message me and I can send it to you via email.
Handicraft palace is selling finished robes now for around $150. I'm guessing they won't be as high quality as what you could commission from a costumer, since they're essentially charging what I paid for fabric alone. But I know a few of you have mentioned budget issues, so I thought I'd share. Keep in mind that shipping times from India are varying greatly right now, so even if you're buying a finished robe you should order earlier than you need it.
I have a dilemma... Do I make a OFMD depression robe that is a kimono/banyon style like the show or so I do a cocoon coat. Because I just bought both folkwear patterns and have six yards of the fabric(but with a plum violet instead of magenta background cuz I liked it better) in my possession and six yard of sage silk for lining coming...and tassels... And I am obsessed... And have wine... But that's not the point... OKAY BYEEEEEEEE!
