What thoughts, feelings, and opinions do you think Stolas (and Octavia) would be having when reading this part?

Okay so actually had to do some googling for what Bisextile means, which is an old name for a leap day, meaning this is specifically happening on a full moon on Febuary 29th of that year, just found that intersting. Anyway, of course we know Stolas holds a Full Moon as a special event, which I feel was a thing even before his 'arrangement' with Blitz, so I'd think he'd find it very cool it's mentioned like this as the zenith of power for the Umbra. Maybe sprinkling a little bit of his own feelings on it to Octavia. Though I feel she'd be entranced by Morgana's brace just like Cereza. BTW thanks for the translation, I feel Stolas would at least know enough Enochian to recognize it, even though usually Enochian is just angellic unlike in Bayonetta, so I feel he'd appreciate an somewhat accurate incantation of magic even if he's not much of a summoner, maybe telling Octavia what it means before the dog shows up.

The first fact would certainly be tense as the Dog leaps at Cereza before vanishing, Stolas possibly inwardly chuckling in memory at how some who've summoned him panicked at not being able to control him, before Octavia looks up at him, asking if they'd also die by staying too long in the human realm, Stolas pulling her onto his lap before explaining it's not a concern for them, it's just storied intrepertation with no bearing to them which calms her down.

I think both would be upset at Morgana's reaction, Stolas probably more angrilly while Octavia just has second hand pain from Cereza clearly being hurt by the whole thing, overall a very emotional end to this part, Stolas pratically glaring Morgana's retreating image and Octavia twiddles her tiny claws awkwardly.

Amazon are pleased to announce that Meta’s large language model (LLM), Llama 2 Chat 13B, is now available on Amazon Bedrock. With this launch, Llama 2, Meta’s next-generation LLM, now has a fully managed API available for the first time through Amazon Bedrock, a public cloud service. All sizes of companies can now use Amazon Bedrock to access Llama 2 Chat models without having to worry about maintaining the underlying infrastructure. It’s a significant improvement in accessibility.

A fully managed service, Amazon Bedrock provides a wide range of capabilities to build generative AI applications, simplifying the process while preserving privacy and security. The service offers a selection of high-performing foundation models (FMs) from top AI companies, such as AI21 Labs, Anthropic, Cohere, Stability AI, Amazon, and now Meta.

The Llama 2 family of LLMs is made accessible to the public by Meta. Pre-training 2 trillion tokens from public internet data sources was done on the Llama 2 basic model. Meta claims that Llama 2 13B needed 184,320 GPUs per hour to train. Ignoring bissextile years, that is the equivalent of 21.04 years of a single GPU.

The Llama 2 Chat model, which is based on the base model, is tailored for dialog use cases.
