books come to life → The Raven Cycle
He was so real. When it finally happened, when she finally saw him, it didn’t feel like magic at all. It felt like looking into the grave and seeing it look back at her.
“Is that all?” she whispered.
Gansey closed his eyes. “That’s all there is.”
― Maggie Stiefvater, Chapter 1, The Raven Boys

#currentlybingewatching Locke & Key on #Netflix I read the graphic as they came out and loved them. Mr. Hill’s story was quite an intriguing tale, but it was Mr. Rodriguez’s graphics that really pulled me especially the page where they use the head key as seen in the poster. I am 2 episodes in and am loving seeing the story come to life. #bookstagram #booktoscreen #graphicnovels #lockeandkey #joehill #robertrodriguez #booknerd #bookworm #bookgeek #booklove #bibliophile #bookish #bookaddict #bookaholic #bookaholicsanonymous #bibliotherapy #readmorebooks #bookscometolife #reading #watching #currentlywatching #lockeandkeynetflix https://www.instagram.com/p/B8ac7oLguqQ/?igshid=qy881isslje5

The film: rocky horror picture show
never seen | want to see | terrible | boring | okay | good | great | a favorite
It’s done it’s job and such but it is quite updated now. Either way, still fun and good songs.

. Current Day • • 📚#BookstagramReadsJune : #OverhypedBooks : Yes. I’m going THERE... I LOVED #RedQueen and made the decision to read #GlassSword - but I have to say, @victoriaaveyard lost me in the process of writing this book... I’ve tried, but no matter how hard - I just can’t get back into that world... I felt lost at not just one, but MANY points in these books • • In the risk of going “political” and no matter how many followers I may “loose” SHE WENT political. I read to get lost and away from the fucked up world that we live in, no matter what your views, morals or values are... but I have to be honest with myself, I can’t appreciate how “political” she got... it’s just not me... if I can separate that from my many aspects of life, then so can many... • • Be what it may, I’m here for ME, and my love for books, reading and this beautiful magical community that can give me that freedom... not to hear many harp of bitch and complain... • • AGAIN, that’s MY opinion -and thoughts, and it’s just what I feel... • • #booknerd #booklife #bookmagic #bookworm #booksaremagic #bookscometolife

This is one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever seen. It also happens to be the room that inspired a scene in #BetweenWorlds, the second book in the #CemeteryTours series. The woman who decorated it is the woman is who inspired Kate Avery and her passion for interior decorating. And yes, I am absolutely convinced that it is haunted.💜 #RealLifeFiction #BooksComeToLife #Bookstagram #AuthorLife #Christmas

bookscometolife ha risposto al tuo post “ok but lesbians saying they are tops or bottoms don’t make any sense...”
Its just more popular than saying dom or sub
umh but dom and sub are used in bdsm relationships and make no sense outside bdsm and i’m pretty sure that not everyone that use the bottom and top definition is into it.
like, i can understand gay guys using the top and bottom definition but with girls it just makes no sense imho

books come to life → The Lunar Chronicles
THUD.
Cinder jerked, her head smacking the underside of the table. She shoved back from the desk, her scowl landing first on a lifeless android that sat squat on her worktable and then on the man behind it. She was met with startled copper-brown eyes and black hair that hung past his ears and lips that every girl in the country had admired a thousand times.
Her scowl vanished.
His own surprise was short-lived, melting into an apology. “I’m sorry,” he said. “I didn’t realize anyone was back there.”
― Marissa Meyer, Chapter One, Cinder
