Yeah. Many.

Most of the fics I wrote last June/July/August, when I was getting into DSMP, I’ve just… forgotten about lol. I look back and think a lot of them are cringe, and they’re obviously OOC because I was so new to the fandom!

In addition, I tend to be real good about starting projects (I have over 100 WIPs) but really bad about finishing those projects (I have over 100 WIPs).

To name some particular examples of fics I’ve abandoned, at least for the time being…

Phil and Techno sneaking into a restaurant wearing terrible disguises (this was inspired by The Emperor’s New Groove)

Ghostbur writing his Things I Remember book, with flashbacks to every single memory on the list

Clingy Duo right after The Festival. Tubbo is kinda traumatized

Beeduo attempting to make up a bedtime story for Michael (it goes in many weird directions)

One thing I wished I spent more time on was Sam’s struggle parenting and taking care of little Tommy. Looking back at the previous parts of the AU, I felt like Tommy’s bond with Dream was more developed than with Sam’s, which is kinda unfortunate since this was initially an Awesamdad and Childinnit centered AU. Nonetheless, here’s the extra scenes to compensate for that 😆

The “take your child to work day” scene was supposed to take place before Sam hired Tubbo, Ranboo, and Foolish to babysit Tommy (which was in part 2). I initially cut this part out because I felt like it would interfere with Dream not knowing Tommy was de-aged (since he’s still in prison at this point) and that this would’ve raised some suspicion. But I found this scenario too hilarious not to share :3

There’s the sbi (Phil, Wilbur, Techno, Tommy) And there’s the EXTENDED sbi (the same four but also Tubbo, Fundy, Ranboo, and sometimes Quackity/Eret)

Phil: Dad 

Techno: Oldest(??) Son

c!Tommy S//H during pogtobia and all the way to the bedrock bros arc, c!Techno helped a lot. And once Bedrock bros ended, he started again.

c!Tommy is always so anxious he can’t eat often. Also, when he’s angry at himself, he feels the need to punish himself the way dream did, starving himself, making himself go down to half a heart etc. Just abusing himself.

c!Tommy is a raccoon hybrid obvi. It represses their instincts, but the most they indulged in his instincts was when she was a kid, and during bedrock bros.

She knits and crochets, things like sweaters, or stuffed animals.

c!Tommy shows affection through physical contact and knitting and/or crochets things for people :)

They came out to c!Techno first, He defense accepted her :D

He’s living every cottagecore girls dream lol

She’s autistic, because I have symptoms and I said so. They also stim a lot :)

c!Tommy regresses, usually ages 5-3 but sometimes they drop to 2-babyspace. c!Techno used to be their Caregiver, but now it’s Wilbur. She misses c!Techno though.

I have to talk about this rando au I came up with a long time ago because I know I'm not gonna have time to write it lol.

Purpled angst anyone?

Purpled and Punz grew up in a really crumby neighborhood. One day Punz ditches their duo mercenary job, abandons Purpled, and joins a cult. To get revenge, and make money obvi, Purpled turns to working for Quackity; the big tycoon who runs the local casino.

Purpled doesn't really recognize the mistake he's made until Quackity blows up his and Punz home. Aka, his only real shelter, and the only thing left to remind him of his stupid big bro. Worse still, when he finally gives into Quackity's offer and comes to live at the casino he immediately gets put on babysitting duty.

Enter Tubbo. The five year old shapeshifter Quackity found in some backwoods. Why does he keep the kid around? I don't actually know. Maybe he wants to utilize his abilities when he gets older, or maybe he was crazy lonely and recognized Tubbo was also crazy lonely and felt kinda bad. Either way he still ain't a great parent.

In this au the syndicate includes the entire SBI, except Tommy who is a random four/five year old they adopted/kidnapped from a bad home. They're currently working on taking down Quackity who is holding Techno and Dream in prison.

The story happens when Purpled (who has by this point come to care for his babysitee) and Tubbo (who thinks Purpled is the only nice "grownup" he's ever met) meet Tommy (who ran away to look for Techno himself) on the street and safely return him to Wilbur and Ranboo.

Tubbo originally has ram horns but shifts to look more like an alien.

The egg is some kind of weird virus that took over a couple of brains. No this idea does not have a consistent theme.

I don't have anything else really. I literally came up with this for BadDadQuackity, and Purpled centric content.

How much older is Purpled than the others? Is Ranboo also older? If Purpled’s the only nice ‘adult’ Tubbo’s ever met, are the other members of Laz Nevadas not so great to them either?

Does Schlatt have any role in this? What’s Dream’s position here? I’m assuming Tommy either doesn’t like him or doesn’t know him, as he was only searching for Techno, but seeing as you did include him, is he being broken out as well?

How do Tubbo and Purpled bond? What’s life like for them in Las Nevadas? Do we get Dogchamp?

Presumably they run into the Syndicate later on, so what happens then? Do they ever realize that they’re the Syndicate/from Las Nevadas?

Where does the egg come into play? What are the effects of the virus-can it be cured? Where are the Fiancees?

Oh now that's interesting- perhaps not roomates in the traditional sense, but maybe like- Dream babysits for Tubbo because his parents travel a ton? Lets go with that. Its still basically roommat dynamic but also with a splash of older brother

Dream only took the job at first bc it payed pretty well

Now Dream actively sabotages anyone who tries to apply for the job as well because he likes Tubbo so much

Tubbo will come home from school and shout at the top of his lungs some nonesense- its a different thing every day

They play video games together and are really good at beating each other at different ones

Tubbo's a god at mario cart and Dream's unbeatable in smash bros

Sometimes Dream wakes up and Tommy or Ranboo- once or twice it was Wilbur/techno- will just....be there.

Tubbo just likes to invite random friends over whenever and sometimes that whenever is midnight

Dream has occasionally had Sapnap or George come over for work or to hang out.

George and Tubbo have a heated Mario cart rivalry.

Sometimes they get a whole bunch of both Tubbo and Dream's friends and play epic long board games

Once Dream couldn't watch Tubbo for a month and when he got back, the first thing Tubbo did was hug him for like five minutes

Tubbo: They didn't tell me anything and i was really upset because i thought they just fucking fired you!!!

Dream: aww you missed me?

Tubbo: YEAH I MISSED YOU DAMMIT YOUR THE ONLY ONE I CAN TRUST TO PLAY OVERCOOKED WITH ME

Some nights they both fall asleep on the couch watching movies. Tubbo always mysteriously wakes up back in his bed though.

Tubbo got Dream a mug with a smiley face on it and the words "be happy" on it, but Tubbo had crossed out happy and wrote "glad i tolerate you" instead.

it's Dreams favorite thing he owns

He got Tubbo a matching mug with bees on it and similar graffiti of the words "bee happy" to now "bee glad i haven't snapped yet"

They love their mugs

Tubbo's parents don't

They don't care as long as Dream keeps the job.

Once Dream actually did get replaced only for Tubbo's parents to call him two weeks later saying that they needed him back

Tubbo had appently been such menace to every other sitter they called that they couldn't even leave their home to work anymore because sitters would back out so fast

Dream: so....fire ants under-

Tubbo: fire ants under the toilet seat, yes.

Thats all i got for now but this was a fun idea i liked it :)

We talked about giant Technoblade before, (After festival) but what about Giant Techno babysitting his tiny brothers. (He seems like the type to pretend to lose them and just makes sure their safe as he pretends to look for them. (Giant Philza was not amused)

As a teenager Techno was trusted to babysit his little (literally) brothers and Tubbo whenever Philza had to go do something.

Whenever anyone would hear of this they'd be amazed by how one piglin could take care of so many chaotic tinies at once-

Really the tinies are just chill when hanging out with their big bro

Of course they still pull pranks on Techno (most notebly the the time they try to make it seem like they were missing) but the piglin is always 5 steps ahead of them so no one can get hurt- he still let's them have their fun though

Although Philza may not agree with all of Techno's babysitting "tactics" he trusts them to always keep the tiny bois safe

Cuddles- so many cuddles- Philza can not COUNT the times he has returned only to find everyone cuddling on Techno's chest with all of them being asleep

Techno pulls pranks on people with the help of the tinies- Philza is not pleased

It’s the next Wednesday when the Foster Bitch climbed the stairs up to Techno’s room. Knocking on the doorframe twice, she entered without waiting for an answer.

“Tommy hasn’t been to school all week, and the school called about unexcused absences.” She frowned at him. “You share a room with him, and don’t you drive him to school? Where is he?”

Techno threw his earbuds on his bedside table. “No idea Ma’am. I haven’t seen him since you sent him to pick me up from the station last Thursday. He woke up early and took the bus. I figured he was mad at me and at Tubbo’s. Dream’s been suspended for the incident, so I couldn’t exactly ask him.”

“Don’t you have his number?” she asked in an accusatory tone.

“Yes. But you confiscated his phone two weeks ago.”

“Oh.” She seemed to be taken aback for a second. “Shouldn’t you have Dream’s?”

“That’s for work. Like I said, I thought Tommy was at Tubbo’s. I didn’t think anything was wrong.”

“Mr. Richmon is in the kitchen.”

Ranboo’s dad. “Oh fuck.” Techno rolled out of his bed. He honestly would rather stay on his phone, but she was clearly offloading this on him, and Techno was going to make sure Tommy still had friends. Going to Ranboo’s was the best dinner Tommy ever gets. He doesn’t eat that much when he’s over, because he’ll just vomit it up, but the leftovers he takes back last the two of them a good week. Tommy may not want to be a bother and use up their resources, but Techno knows that he thinks of those leftovers as paying Techno back for everything he does.

Techno rushed down the stairs, jumping two at a time. The old stairs creaked as his feet hit their tops, the planks bending under his weight. In a moment of hesitation Techno stopped suddenly, sliding a little on his socks. He took a moment to collect himself, before making his way into the kitchen.

“Mr. Richmon,” greeted the Foster Bitch appearing next to him. “This is Techno, he’s probably the closest person to your son as Tommy hasn’t been around lately.”

“We’ve crossed paths,” Techno said, straightening his tee-shirt collar.

“Parent teacher interviews, was it?” Mr. Richmon asked, sending a little glare to the Foster Bitch and offering Techno his hand.

His grip was firm, but Techno’s was comparable. “What brings you here?”

“I haven’t seen my son since Friday.”

“Oh.”

“I’ve been calling him in absent for a prolonged family issue, but I am well aware of the company he keeps.” Mr. Richmon kept his tone light, but the accusation is heard loud and clear as he pulls out a chair for himself.

Techno tips his head in understanding. “His friends aren’t that bad,” he defends. “But I understand your concern with Tubbo and Purpled’s brothers.”

Mr. Richmon gestures to Techno, “And Tommy’s.”

“I’m not Tommy’s brother. This is a group home. We aren’t related,” he dismissed immediately. “The other guys are blood though.”

Both the Foster Bitch and Mr. Richmon gave him weird looks at his comment.

Techno took them in stride. So what? He knows he’s lying to himself more than he’s trying to convince them. “I can ask Dream and Punz if they know anything,” Techno suggested. “I assume you don’t want to be seen with them?”

Mr. Richmon nodded. “Of course not. This place is dingy enough.”

The Foster Bitch looks affronted, but Techno shushed her with a look. “I’ll try to find your son, but might I recommend going to the police.”

“The less the police know the better,” Mr. Richmon said like it was a mantra of his.

Techno nodded, already trying to figure out how he was going to deal with this. He was the getaway driver who did his homework. Sure he knew a few things, but he didn’t have any street skills. He remembered the purple hoodie at the gas station; he might have wanted to stay oblivious, but he knew who he saw.

Techno and Mr. Richmon left the house at the same time. They got into their respective cars and they drove in opposite directions. Techno headed to Punz’s place--might as well check if they were there. Techno honestly doesn’t know why he had Punz’s key on his lanyard, but due to it he didn’t bother needing to knock.

“Techno’s here!” he shouted; can’t ever be too careful at the mercenary’s house. He doesn’t hear anything back, and since anyone who could possibly be here would shout back in greeting, he assumed that the place was empty. But it doesn’t hurt to check around.

The thing about Punz and his profession is that he had to keep tabs on his targets, and the way he practiced and kept his skills sharp was by keeping tabs on his close associates. Therefore, he normally knows when people plan to stop by.

Techno walked into the living room and found a sticky note on the family computer. “Initiation collateral. Alive,” he reads.

Techno moved the mouse and the screen opened up to an article on one of the dark web sites. “New Las Nevadas Member: Merc. Punz’s Baby Bro.” He quickly scrolled down to the cover photo: open white van doors with Purpled and Tommy grappling on the ground, Ranboo and Tubbo nowhere to be seen. “Shit.”

As he skims the article he pulls out his phone and calls Dream.

He picked up on the second ring. “Hello?”

“Tommy’s for sure not sleeping at your place is he?” he asked, concern evident in his voice.

“For sure? Is everything okay?”

“No. Is Tommy there?” Techno pressed.

“No, and Tubbo hasn’t checked in with me for a while.”

“Shit. Shit. Shit.” Techno lifted his shoulder, trapping the phone there so that both of his hands were free. He scrolled back up to see the picture again, confirmation that it was, in fact, real. He let out an unsteady breath, and shook out his hands.

“Why? What happened?” Dream’s voice picked up anxiously. “Did you hear something?”

“Yeah. So did Punz.” Techno took a deep breath. “Did he tell you anything?”

“I haven’t spoken to Punz in about a month,” Dream said.

“Mr. Richmon came by the home asking for his son.”

“The kids aren’t at Ranboo’s?” Dream asked, concern hardening his tone.

“Nope. Purpled’s on the news. The way that you’re on the news.”

The line was silent. “Fuck.” The sound of something breaking echoed down the line. “That’s. Bad.”

“Hope its ransom.”

There was a rustle on Dream’s end of the line, as if he was moving something. “Fuck. I’ll look into it. What did Purp get into?”

“Las Nevadas.”

“Fuck. Purpled. Why? What did Mr. Richmon say?”

“That Ranboo was missing and that he came to me because you and Punz live in too much of a shithole for him to visit.”

“I don’t live in a shithole!”

“This place is dingy enough, were his exact words.”

“Ouch.”

It’s been a week. Tubbo, Ranboo, and Tommy were thrown into the same room. It’s objectively a nice room, but a prison is still a prison no matter how lavish the cell. The beds were really comfortable, but it was barren besides them.

They don’t see Purpled again, instead Fundy Soot is the one to bring them their three meals a day. You’d think that one could never get sick of pizza, but eventually--especially with the mood so sour--there comes a breaking point.

“Did someone order a meat-lovers?” The door opens and Fundy is inside the room with three cardboard plates, two slices on each. “Your dinner is here.”

“Shut the fuck up,” Tommy said digging into his slices.

“No, I don’t think I will.” Fundy smiles vindictively. Sue him, he hates babysitting duty. “Who’s gonna shut me up? Your brother?” he asks, looking at Tubbo. “That little amateur couldn’t do anything. Petty thieving is the highest form of sin you know?” Fundy said like he was reciting something.

“Shut the fuck up,” Tommy repeated, noticing how Tubbo froze.

“You too? What’s your brother going to do? He’s just the fucking getaway driver. He can’t help you. Big Brother Techno Blade isn’t as strong as you think he is, little Tommy.”

“Shut the fuck up!” Tommy shouted. “Techno may be friends with Dream, but he’s not doing that shit.”

“Didn’t you pick him up from the station? You’re lying to yourself. You know that Techno is in with Dream.”

“No he’s not! And don’t you have something better to do with your time? College or some shit?”

Fundy chuckled humourlessly. “The faster you eat, the faster I’m out of your room.”

Tommy glared and shoved a whole slice into his mouth.

“No one’s coming to save you,” he taunted.

“Shut up.”

“Don’t speak with your mouth full. We sent the ransom video,” he said moving onwards. “Instead Mr. Richmon hired Techno and Dream for free. Seems Daddy doesn’t care about his son enough to save you immediately.”

That’s the point that Tubbo broke. Tubbo could take a verbal bashing; Tommy would be pissed if he attacked on his behalf; but Ranboo? Ranboo was the most innocent here and didn’t need familial jabs.

Tubbo lurched from his bed and swung at Fundy Soot, sending him down to the floor. “Where the fuck is your big brother? He fucking failed you if you had to get dragged in the life style to survive.” Tubbo punched Fundy again after he was down. “Where is he huh? At least my brother managed to keep me out of this shit.”

Tommy rushes over to pull Tubbo back. “Shh. Shh. We can’t afford this. He's top dog here.”

Fundy laid on the floor, arms out and protecting his face.

“We’re done eating,” Tommy growls. “Get out.”

Ranboo, thoroughly shaken, picks up the plates and puts them in Fundy’s hands, standing in between the two groups so Fundy couldn’t retaliate. If any of them needed to come out of this looking pretty it’s him: the rich boy.

Chesitcuffs Au (MCYT?) (Sleepibois inc?) (DSMP?)

Chesticuffs AU:

Charlie, Tommy, and Wilbur are travelling the world in order to become better chesticuffs players.

Charlie and Wilbur are about equal levels, and take it more seriously.

Tommy is just along with Wilbur cause father Phil said to “watch your bro, Wil.” but doesn’t really take Chesticuffs seriously, and would rather be a Cuff (similar to a gladiator) like Techno.

Phil is a legendary Cuff, who encouraged his sons to go down the Chesticuffs route instead of the Cuff route. (Kristen was a legendary Chesticuff player, so it wasn’t that hard. But, Techno was persistent, and Tommy is just stubborn)

Tubbo is Tommy’s childhood best friend, who also got into Chesticuffs, and serves as a friendly rival to Tommy.

Bronze: Beginners, Novices, Where Most Hobbyists Are(Rank-Wise, not Skill-Wise)

Silver: Pretty Decent Players, Average.

Gold: Definitely Better Than Average, Gifted Players

Diamond: Competitive, Incredibly Talented, Has Some Of The Best Decks

Netherite: Legendaries, Undefeatable, Sometimes Referred To As “Gods”. (i.e Kristen, Foolish, DreamXD, even Phil and Techno can fall under these categories, but only skill-wise and not rank-wise).

You boost in rank by battles won, not skill

Bronze -> Silver: 50 won

Silver -> Gold: 100 won

Gold -> Diamond: 200 won

Netherite: 1,000 battles won in a row.

Maybe there are cute looking indicators of what players are what ranks.

Potential people(Cuff and Chesticuffs) the 3 can face/meet:

The Dream Team: A Cuff team that consists of Sapnap, George, and Dream, who also participates in Chesticuffs, being incredibly good at both. Sapnap is better at Cuffs, George is better at Chesticuffs, and Dream is pretty balanced.

You can barely tell they’re a team. The only way you can tell is because they wear bracelets/anklets of the other two’s colors (Dream has a red anklet and a blue anklet, George has a green bracelet and a red bracelet, and Sapnap has a blue bracelet and a green anklet)

Outside of their Cuff team:

Sapnap works at his dads (Bad and Skeppy) library, which doubles as his dads home. His dads are pretty religious, but don’t push it onto Sapnap.

George mostly stays at home - probably sleeping, probably cultivating mushrooms.

Nobody really knows where Dream goes during his time off, but he lives with Sapnap and George. And Patches.

The Syndicate: A Cuff team that Techno is in (includes Niki, Ranboo, and is sometimes monitored by Phil). Techno is the only one that doesn’t, publicly, play Chesticuffs. Niki does it as a hobby. Ranboo is on a team with Tubbo and balances being a Cuff and playing Chesticuffs.

Sometimes you can tell they’re a team, sometimes you can’t. They all wear Eyes of Ender in everyday wear and their Syndicate wear, which is the biggest identifier. There are also their code-names. Sometimes they wear face paint/makeup for fun.

Together, as a Cuff team, they are incredibly tough. Techno and Niki take the offensive, while Ranboo and Phil are more defensive.

Outside of their teams:

Techno is a writer, sometimes assists Niki at her bakery, sometimes just goes there to relax and hang out with his girl bud. Babysits for Ranboo sometimes.

Niki is at her bakery a lot, is also known as the “badass pink haired lady” by the local town kids and successfully is seen as intimidating and also mom shaped. Also babysits her grandsons for her step-son, Foolish. 

Ranboo mostly hands out with Tubbo, helping raise their beloved, adopted son, Michael. 

Phil stays at home: meditating, reading, waiting for Kristen to come home, waiting for his sons to come home, telling the local crows stories while feeding them, etc.

Schlatt: Doesn’t participate in Cuffs or Chesticuffs, finds both sports unappealing and rather tacky, however, he does gamble. He gambles on which Cuff team will win, on the Chesticuff team that will win. He’s also known for cheating allegations and… “boosting his odds” at winning. Nothing is proven.

Lowkey made his fortune so his son (*cough, cough* Tubbo *cough, cough*) could come home to something good or, if Schlatt died, Tubbo could receive a good amount of money - whatever happened first. Had to give up Tubbo when he was very young because they were “street rats” and Schlatt couldn’t bear to see his son suffer. Gave Tubbo up and alerted Phil where Tubbo was so at least Schlatt knew he was with someone safe - and could give Tubbo a good life.

Quackity: A person of many faces and talents, with even more connections. Need a new Chesticuffs deck? They’re your guy. Your armour is wrecked? He knows a gal. Need to find a Chesti/Cuff team/guild? They’ll give you directions to potential places. (Demiboy or Genderfluid Quackity, cause they’re a shapeshifter in this world)

Often, Quackity is just a wandering traveller, looking to charm some people, have some good food, good company, and a good day full of fun.

DreamXD: One of the best Chesticuff players, and an even better Cuff champion (albeit retired). Maybe Dream’s older brother - and they totally have a rivalry with nearly everything, competition once based on brotherly love and fun turned into something malicious. Practically everything Dream has done was to beat DreamXD, for once. The eldest brother.

Refuses to be on a team, even with other Netherites/legendaries.

Foolish: Awkward, retired Chesticuff Netherite player, dad, teaching his sons how to play Chesticuffs, hanging out with his mom on the weekend, trying to reconnect with an old friend (Eret), and doing his best to help his stepmom’s life be a bit easier (cause it’s probably not fun being surrounded by powerful people all the time), is trapped between his older and younger brother’s rivalry and has no idea what to do but distance himself.

Charlie and Wilbur are DEFINITELY for team clarity and will definitely suggest either uniforms or clear indicators that the three of them are a team. 

Maybe bandanas (a green one for Charlie, an orange or blue one for Wilbur, and a red one for Tommy).

I thought he dealt with it in a obliging but funny manner; he fielded their questions well. This gave me big bro!George vibes, like how he might be with younger siblings/cousins.

-Tommy only babysits Michael if literally everyone else on the server is busy. He 100% is trying to teach the kid to curse

-Tommy's first time meeting him: "Are you sure this isn't technoblade's kid? It's not that I don't see the resemblance but.."

-Tubbo sometimes just has bees sitting in his hair, no one questions it

-Alternatively what if they found out Michael had a bee allergy? The choas that would ensue

-Tommy got rid of Ranboos flower not because of Ranboo, but because it reminded him of exile

-They all have jam sessions to Mellohi when they finally get bro time

You know I don't watch Captain Puffy, but every clip of Dream following them around makes me feel like their the aunt to Tubbo and Dream. (Shifter AU possibly)

No one really knows that Dream is Tubbo's brother because they used to know him as "Clay", but now there's this dude with a mask named Dream that no one knows-

Dream just wants his baby bro back- but he does recognize his aunt Puffy, someone who used to babysit them when Schlatt was busy, someone who was always there for them, someone who actually fucking cared-

He can't just stay away from them, especially after they did so much for both him and Tubbo when they were kids (protecting them, standing up to Schlatt, ect.)

Plus, she was kinda the one who helped Dream learn how to control his shifting before he taught Tubbo

Dream owes alot to his aunt, she was a big part of his childhood that he wishes was never taken away...
