Fanart of Broccoli Soup! , one of the most underrated comics on webtoon. It's very Good and Polite and exactly my flavor of sweet, heartwarming, surreal, and super funny with an undercurrent of mystery.

found out a webcomic i absolutely adore has original music to go along with it, including this really neat animated music video i’ve been trying to show to as many people as physically possible

the comic is Broccoli Soup! by SecretPie and its one of my fav comics i’ve ever read. the plot is really interesting as a surreal, and, as shown in the video, vaguely unsettling story (without ever being outright horror) following the adventures of Broccoli, who lives in a void with their best friend, Lady Doris, as they venture out of the void to several different worlds for adventures and lessons in being Polite And Good. the art is also really neat, often using slightly different styles for different arcs/locations

one of the biggest strengths/points of interest of the comic is scenes with super unique and engaging lettering. here’s an example of one of my personal favorite scenes from the comic, solely from how fun the lettering/panel layout was, from an arc about attempting to navigate an infinite grocery store

the comic is currently on break, as the story has just wrapped up a major arc and the author is taking some time to work on IRL stuff and the next arc. this makes it the perfect time to catch up! so, if the video or any of these panels catch your interest, please read Broccoli Soup!

Broccoli Soup! (Best Comic on WEBTOONs)

Basically this is a really good comic and I think it’s worth supporting! It’s on WEBTOONs and is currently in the “CALL TO ACTION” contest! Broccoli Soup is one of the best comic I’ve ever read and is enticing and a solid storyline that keeps you reading. I’ve never been so engaged to a comic like this before and spews so much questions! 

If you win the CALL TO ACTION contest, the winners gets to be on Originals (meaning, sponsored by WEBTOONs!) In my opinion, Broccoli Soup deserves to win, since the quality and storyline is worth exposing to more people and is exciting. Imagine it when it’s on Originals!

i don't really watch a lot of tv but i really love reading webcomics. i've been especially enjoying the greenhouse on webtoon (among many others) i've also been considering rereading power ballad which is very good. sunset phoenix by @neveromininart is another more recent fav. i also enjoyed asterion by them.

Would recommend reading this someday, it's genuinely very well made and I love it for what it is :3 (and while it has a few episodes, none are incredibly long and can be easily read through in about 2 days)
