How to Create an Effective Exercise Routine with Fitness Equipment
Tumblr media
In today's fast-paced world, maintaining a healthy lifestyle has become more important than ever. One of the key components of a healthy lifestyle is regular exercise. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, incorporating fitness equipment into your exercise routine can help you achieve your goals more effectively. In this blog post, we'll explore how you can create an effective exercise routine using fitness equipment, focusing on commercial fitness equipment, commercial gym suppliers, commercial gym machines, and commercial gym equipment.
Set Clear Goals:
Before you start using fitness equipment, it's essential to set clear and achievable goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness, having specific goals will help you stay motivated and track your progress.
Choose the Right Equipment:
When selecting fitness equipment for your routine, consider your goals, fitness level, and budget. Commercial fitness equipment, such as treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes, are great options for cardiovascular workouts. If you're looking to build muscle, consider incorporating weight machines, dumbbells, and kettlebells into your routine.
Start Slowly and Progress Gradually:
If you're new to exercise or have been inactive for a while, it's essential to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts. This will help prevent injuries and allow your body to adapt to the new routine.
Mix Cardiovascular and Strength Training:
A well-rounded exercise routine should include both cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Cardiovascular exercises, such as running or cycling, help improve your heart health and burn calories. Strength training exercises, such as lifting weights, help build muscle and increase your metabolism.
Incorporate Flexibility and Balance Exercises:
In addition to cardiovascular and strength training, it's essential to incorporate flexibility and balance exercises into your routine. These exercises help improve your flexibility, balance, and range of motion, reducing the risk of injury and improving your overall performance.
Listen to Your Body:
It's important to listen to your body and adjust your routine accordingly. If you experience pain or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Overtraining can lead to injuries and setbacks in your fitness journey.
Stay Consistent:
Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals. Try to exercise regularly, ideally at least 3-4 times per week, to see the best results. Remember that progress takes time, so be patient and stay motivated.
Conclusion
In conclusion, creating an effective exercise routine with fitness equipment requires setting clear goals, choosing the right gym equipment, starting slowly, mixing cardio and strength training, incorporating flexibility and balance exercises, listening to your body, and staying consistent. By following these tips, you can create a workout routine that helps you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall health and well-being.
FAQs
Q: What is the best commercial fitness equipment for beginners? A: For beginners, it's best to start with simple and easy-to-use equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes, or ellipticals. These machines provide a low-impact workout and are great for building cardiovascular endurance.
Q: How often should I change my commercial gym machines? A: The frequency of changing commercial gym machines depends on several factors, including the quality of the equipment, the usage intensity, and maintenance. Generally, high-quality machines can last for several years with regular maintenance and servicing.
Q: Are there any specific exercises I should avoid when using commercial fitness equipment? A: While commercial fitness equipment is generally safe to use, it's essential to use proper form and technique to avoid injury. Avoid using heavy weights or machines that you are not familiar with without proper supervision or instruction.

hey what are the best gym exercises to practice lifting up woman and make them feel safe
Hi Sei!
Carrying a person is an ambition that everyone seeks to achieve, and I agree, it's nice to make someone feel safe, but that includes even YOU. So we have to understand that carrying a person activates virtually all muscle parties in your body. The high amount of stress your body is taking can be reduced depending on the strength of eahc individual muscle -- one mistake and it could cause long-term injuries. Regardless, in this case, every muscle party complements each other and so we must focus on every individual muscle to maximize body strength.
Keep in mind! This is a schedule that is entirely adjusted to my workout routines, it may not work with everyone and it is not intended to be used by people as every workout routine should be set up accordingly to your goals. However, you're free to choose which workout that fits you best.
So here's my schedule:
Day A:
-Biceps- ZA Barbell Curls 4x Hammer curls 4x Reverse bicep pull-ups 4x The twentyone 4x
-Triceps- Pulldowns 4x Narrow Bench presses 4x Overhead Barbell extensions 4x Skullcrusher 4x
-Traps- Weighted shrugs 8x (can be done standing or seated)
Day B:
-Pecs- Bench press 4x One Arm Cable Crossover 4x (30 degree) reclined dumbell press 4x (30 degree) inclined dumbell press 4x
-Back- Pull downs 4x Rows 4x Barbell rows 4x -Calf- Calf raises 6x Calf raise with a leg press machine x3
Day C: Rest
Day D:
-Upper Legs- Bulgarian squats 4x Leg Press 4x Dead Lifts 4x Glut-ham raises 4x
Day E:
-Core- Crunches 4x Leg raises 4x Side crunches 4x Planks 4x
Day F: Rest
This is the schedule I've been going with. Once I finish the last day, I repeat the schedule.

Spontaneous crossover / au time with Spiderverse and Criminal minds about Spiderverse! Reader within Criminal minds ( feat a arcade themed stim board bc i wanted to make one <- TW bright colors & lights + flickering { Glowcore popping balloons } )
(( CW Sooo ~ Rather dark themes, mentions of being a lab rat, kidnapping, possible paranoia at some point even | mention of Jumping spiders ( due to the powers ) | You have been warned, approach at your own risk :3 ( probably didn't get all of it down these were the ones I thought off, if you find more please lemme know! )
Au/tropes — Crossover of Spiderverse × Criminal minds | Sci-fi | scientific super powers | found family (mention/hinted) | Angst(hinted)
Random – concept headcanons | Arcade theme in play
About reader — Masc! Aligned; trans, nonbinary & masc ambiguous friendly ! | He him pronouns used | R instead of y/n or m/n used | teen! reader around sixteen fifteen y.o ? | Hinted to have small amounts of background & a dog! | Tech savvy reader !!
Disclaimer – English is my second language and I'm Dyslexic, grammatical errors are more than going to happen. this is barely proof-read completely, it's just breezed through that's it lol.

What if spiderman! Au, masc!reader being something similiar to Spider-Man, a teenager and gets to work for the government when he's caught. Of course suffering through the court etc -> as in assault charges that can be linked to him even if it was against bad guys. Y'know lol .
Also bad guys just being criminals most of the time. And actually being normal people. Ofc there can be an alternative of serums etc etc.
If they were serumed up then there would be more chaos tbh.
But I'm still thinking wether or not it be the known sci-fi type with differences to the actual Spider-Man powers. Also bc i personally love jumping spiders, i think the powers will circle them specifically. ( So the suit design descriped wouldn't be the one Spider-Man actually wears bc originality if i ever continue on this concept lol )
R just swinging around and avoiding cops and agents as he starts to realise he's being chased / targeted.
His powers are seen as something pricy and unique, one could say people may be interested in seeing him fighting in a rink.
I think he would be a lab rat if caught by anybody who has the proper or improper equipment and skill(s) to be used.
I think the first time he'd use his powers would be after being attacked or scared and having the fight or flight response activated.
Most likely panicked and absolutely bat shit scared.
At some point may have had something to do with a murder or being an accessory in it. Koff Koff. Or maybe just do something with a murder of somebody in general bc of not knowing how much power he actually has.
:0 Vigilante good guy misinterpreted to be a bad guy bc his powers went haywire.
Oh yeah heh mentioned jumping spiders above, think about ultraviolet vision as something R would be able to access.
Also bc of 15-16 y.o R he would be in highschool during these times. ( Think about it being the present)
Getting a dog for his own protection, company and to combat the possible paranoia the shit underneath may have caused and is spoke of.
Yes I'm kinda just portraying this origin of Reader to be close to the original spider-man origin. Thinking of ways he could get his powers; i don't like the origin how that ended, bc angst i need angst and the Reader being a full lab rat by being kidnapped for tests with other people. Either they survived it or died during the testing. ( I think he could have been a bit younger when this happened. )
Also kinda wanna include Survivalist intuition(link) to the mix in a way, not only for thee possible danger intuition that will be part of the myriad of things the testing may have given him.
Having a friend group that somewhat knows what's up with the reader and tries to help him as much as they can. Which includes possible not talking to the cops or FBI if being questioned at one point bc the fbi found possible lead to the reader after seeing him appearing around newspapers and the streets of Virginia mainly.
If the reader does have parents they are spoken with aswell, if he does not then he's basically taken in as the shared child of the BAU team in time lmao .
If he does not have parents as in they aren't really there in his life that much.
Finding out he's a student, a minor in general surprises them a little, especially after connecting dots and finding out what may or may not have happened to him when he was younger.
After being caught he's held accountable for the crimes he's committed. And doesn't exactly deny them either. But he's also offered a possible job bc they could actually use someone like him in the forces due to his powers.
Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait what if more sci-fi type of shit is going on and the technology is a little more advanced from the 2000- 2018 (i think?) Technology evolution. And the reader was tech savvy and build his own equipment and instead of actual webs or chemically composed webs it's just wires?? Like grappling hooks but small and study as fuck ¿¿ Lmao
So like in a way he's not smart in chemistry way, but in technology & physics way if you will lol ??
And if the reader liked a more colorful arcade-ish designs ?? :0
The fanfiction would be a crossover obviously, but idk if there would a specific world to be put in. Bc spider verse! Reader sounds really cool. Especially arcade-aesthetic style/ tech savvy(kinda like Peni from Spiderverse, but not completely y'know?) version would be really cool.
AAAAAAAAAAA— just thinking about a case where spiderverse! Reader is already part of BAU and is sent to go undercover in a school campus bc there's a killer and nobody knows anything and he's the only one that could easily without raising any suspicious'
Also how he's secretive about being hurt and sucking it up to bandages himself home bc that's basically what he's been doing. The amount of scars and wounds he has and how's he not dead yet ?? The teams shook lol .
Oh also JJ's basic maternal instinct; he's basically if put to work with the BAU department under Hotch as a trainee also under her, Emily and Penny's gaze. Also Hotch and Derek lol imo would look after the reader a little if they're assigned with him.
Also Derek will absolutely if the Reader is energetic and speaks alot pretend to be annoyed before actually being annoyed bc he can't catch a break off of you ( in this situation he'd voice it out politely. Instead of ignoring R completely lol ) . Also teasing how much of a motor mouth R can be.
With Reid he can absolutely talk about the most random things that come to mind and if he doesn't know what R's on about R can actually educate him on it !
Also i actually think especially if the Reader is neurodivergent Reid would absolutely be the best person to talk about hyperfixations and specials interests. In other seriousness you could pour your interests and likes to him and you'd get a good conversation out of it :³ .
Also mama hen Rossi content. You cannot convince me this man does not hen over the team in general. I have seen too many headcanons and hints off of this, + the show let's it up as well in some episodes and I am headcanoning it myself lmao. He's really caring tbh.
Can you already tell I'm hip deep in found family trope content with the old BAU team lol ?
Absolutely think once Penny gets a sniff at something R's interested in she's going to get him something related to that to keep his mind off of the dark things the job forces him into. She's absolutely the one you could just pour out and she's ready to help, care and possible be doting ;; .
Also just randomly thinking about those roof-top chase scenes where reader would be the dominant one bc he could catch up faster with the target especially if it's jumping roof top to roof top. Bc naturally much stronger and longer leaps than a human can do and more stamina. ( Bc of having a jumping spider specific powers )

Whats your favorite Non-MLP Media?
Would it crossover well with MLP?
SPACE BATTLESHIP FUCKING YAMATO
Tumblr media
of course the horribly americanized version i watched was called “Star Blazers”. but as an adult i have watched a sub.
now i am not nearly that old. i had a very sheltered, homeschooled childhood. so most of the tv i watched was tv from my dad’s childhood that he burned onto dvds. which meant a lot of loonytoons and fucking gijoe. and the old astroboy. not the old old astroboy, just the old one. my favorite thing we were allowed to watch was star blazers.
it’s an old as balls scifi anime. the earth gets nuked by aliens until there’s only a few million humans living underground. some different alien sends down spaceship blueprints and says if you come pick it up, i have a cool machine that will turn your planet back to normal. so humans build a spaceship out of a sunken wwii ship and travel to the other side of the galaxy fighting aliens the whole way.
it’s full of a bunch of cool spaceship fights and military porn that kinda? counts as? dieselpunk? the whole story resonates with me so awesomely. and the characters are stuck in my brain. even tho it’s a bit misogynistic. i wanted to BE the female lead. long before i knew what that meant. and they went hard with the music.
sadly, fandom spaces for this show are full of military diehards, and the sort of people who collect figurines of the characters half naked. either that or they’re just super old. so i’ve pretty much given up on having any kind of fandom experience
i do not recommend this show lol. i’ve revisited it several times and it simply is not as good as i remembered. don’t get me wrong i still love it, but i love it the way i love an aging pet who sleeps most of the day
you know what is as good as i remember it being is THE REBOOT
Tumblr media
2199 is everything i remember the original being as a child. its so cool and fun and the characters are amazing and they fixed a lot of the misogyny. and its beautiful and the music is amazing and i love it so much and honestly yeah i do recommend this. if you like apocalypse scifi
my little pony might honestly be the first time my siblings and i were allowed to just watch tv. and of course i got a smart phone around that time too so that was the end of the TV famine. before that it really was just stuff that dad had burned on DVDs. There was like a year or two that we sort of watched Nickelodeon? But there were several shows we weren’t allowed to watch and we stopped getting cable after that year or two was over. also, there were several Disney TV shows that we could watch on the family computer like Zack and Cody and Kim Possible but I don’t think we were actually allowed to watch those? And they didn’t have all of the show online.
Space Battleship yamato is followed closely by Nichijou, and the Homestarrunner cartoons. to which i owe the majority of my sense of humor. i recommend nichijou to anyone. it’s only one season long and its non stop quality. it’s an absurdist comedy from japan. i recommend homestarrunner, but its much harder to get started on that. there’s just so much of it and im not even fully convinced ive managed to see all of it. various factors such as the death of flash have made it hard to access. kinda like homestuck
as for how well they would crossover with my little pony, I will MAKE them crossover with my little pony. I honestly want to do more crossovers. I’ve already done Star Wars and Star Trek, but I’d like to do some more of my favorites. And even more stuff that I like. Like let’s get some girly shows on there too. I really want to do strawberry shortcake. I also think it would be fun to do kim possible or Winx club. my sibling actually designed a bunch of ponified Percy Jackson characters, and I’ve been wanting to draw those. god if i weren’t about to head to work

Also, what about Davion! Do you have more intense wet dreams about him?
Jeez. These anons are freaking noisy. Rust sets his drink down on the table before groaning, "Listen man...are you really here to know about my love life or something? Like what the hell?" Rust doesn't want to say it. There were intense wet dreams that the knight had of Davion. The ones that keep occurring a few times were.
----
"Ha..ha...how does this help?"
"It helps with your muscle and increase your stamina, little knight."
"Nugh....yeah right." Rust doubts it.
The knight and the dragon were in the gym. They were exercising and training as usual. It starts off as tame at first. Like it's the usual workout but then it turns into teasing and then this.
It started out with Davion massaging his joints and his back to ease the nicks of his mucles. Then he went to his chest, and he felt him ghosting over his pecs before rubbing his pecs. Whenever he does this, he flushes his cheeks pink. Davion notices this and starts to tease his pecs further. Of course, Rust tells him to knock off and it leads to where the knight tells Davion that he can build up resistance to his touches.
To prove his point, Davion presents a challenge for the little knight that he can't say no to. A small bet. It starts off with using toys. A vibrator inside as he is using the exercise machines. Crazy bastard. He is sweating and heated, trying to focus on his sets. But he had to mess with him by adjusting the settings on this damn thing.
He is doing sets by lifting dumbbells in each arm. He focus on his sets but the toy is vibrating his spots, making his legs tremble a bit. He tries to steel his nerves as he continues his sets. "Seriously...how does this help?" "What's wrong, little knight? Are you tired already?" Davion teases as he is holding the remote in his hand. Rust huffs, "Faaar from it...hnng. I can still keep going." He said while his cheeks were flushed pink. He won't let Davion win. No way. However..things are getting harder from there.
He is doing sets on the leg press machine. He rests his back against the padded seat and presses his legs upwards against the pad that is attached to the weights. Davion said it helps with his legs. But he wants to see if he can handle the sensation in his ass while doing sets. He pushes his legs against the pad, doing his set. Every time he pushes, the vibrator touches his sensitive spots making him grit his teeth. After finishing his sets, he pants.
"Ha..ha...ha...."
"Was that hard for you?" Then Davion blinked, seeing the sweating Rust whose face heated and with his eyes half-lidded. Seeing him like this makes him tempting. He wants to take him right now.
"Fuck..." Rust uttered. And soon, they move away from the toys and go for the real thing. By the real thing, it means Davion is buried inside Rust while he is standing up, pulling the handles.
"Haaaa....haaa..."
Rust is using the cable crossover machine by pulling the handles while Davion is holding him steady. The blond gasped before growling a little. The dragon's hard girth is rubbing at the right spots making him gasp and drool a little.
"What's wrong? Are you doing alright?" Said the dragon, nibbling the lobe of his ear making the blond pant. "Mhmmm...I'm fine...you crazy dragon." He said with his cheeks heated. "A-almost done..." He pulls his head away from him.
"Good. Then can you help me with some sets. I need a spotter." Davion chuckled.
-----
The dream is visual and....damn....what would he call it? Kinky? What the fuck? What the hell is wrong with him?
----
He was helping Davion with the weights. He got on his lap while holding onto him. His bottom half is bare while straddling his lap. He panted. "How..how would this help?" Rust asked, wincing a bit.
"This is training for my cock and for your hips." Davion said at his ear while the blond is holding onto him. Davion is using the overhead press machine with Rust on his lap or rather on his hard girth, bouncing on it. While he is doing sets, Rust makes sure to hold on while counting. Seeing the look on the blond's face made the dragon hungrier and hungrier. He wants to eat him up.
"Ha...ha...damn." Rust said. "17....18...ah.....19....hrk...20." He said, uttering the counting wile closing his eyes. He keeps moving his hips down when Davion thrusts up when doing his sets.
After doing that...
----
Rust's cheeks flushed even redder, he hid his face in his hands before pulling his hoodie down. Darn it. Why does he keep remembering that dream?! He is getting aroused by this.
----
"Haahhh...fuck...hahhhahh...how much...longer?...oohhhhh" Rust whined as he is on his back with his hips lifted and being held by the dragon as the blond's legs were hooked under his arms. His lower back is off the mat and only his upper back is on the mat. Davion grunts as he keeps thrusting his hips forward making the knight moan and mewl.
"Ah...fuck....hnnng..." Rust panted as there is drool from the corner of his mouth.
The duo are on a gym mat that is being used for sit-ups, push-ups, and other exercise positions. And what they're doing is an exercise position. Or rather....Davion calls it that despite Rust knowing this is a sex position they're in.
The blond had his wrists tied up by jump rope, making this more hotter and dominant. He never thought that they would do this here in the gym!
The knight gasps and moans as the dragon keeps thrusting into him deeply. He also snaps his thrusts making him cry out loud. "Ah..AH! FUCK!"
"Hahaha...I won't be able to keep up this. How many sets are we in, little knight?"
"Is this for me or for you?" He complained but his rear got spanked making him yelp. "For both of us, my treasure." Davion chided him with a smirk making Rust flush redder. "now where were we?" Davion corrects him before giving another powerful thrust. The blond screams before he tries to remember where they are at.
"Um....um...20...20 more." The knight answers under him. "20 more sets to go." He said with his tongue out with half-lidded eyes. The blond isn't sure if he can withstand anymore of this. But he doesn't want this to stop. Damnit. It feels too good.
"Good boy." Daivon said, continue to thrust into him. Rust tightens up hearing that and looks up towards the ceiling. He can't even buck his hips since Davion has them in a tight grip. "Fuck...Davion...don't stop..."
"Don't worry...like you said...we got 20 sets to go!" Davion proceeds to increase the pace, hitting his prostrate dead-on making his knight moan loudly. "N-NOT THERE! DON'T HIT THERE!"
"You mean here???" Daivion delivers a precise pounding at the right spots, making the blond leak out as he throws his head back with a pleasurable scream. "Now keep track...little treasure."
"I-I will! I WILL!" Rust obeyed as he counted once more. The dragon chuckles and says, "I guess I win this bet, don't I?" He keeps on pounding.
"Y-yeah...you did!" Rust moaned. Davion keeps on going and it's hard to keep track. Rust cries and tightens up, he's getting close. Really close. Davion growls as he is getting close, not letting up as he keeps plowing and claiming his knight once more.
"Ah...I'm getting close. Are you close?" Davion asked, not stopping until his treasure cums.
"Y-yeah...I am. Need your heat! PLEASE! I want it!" Rust cried.
"Then let's come together!" Davion exclaimed before letting out a roar as both came.
------
In reality, Rust had to sit down and put his head in his hands. He tries to close his legs together. "Go away...anon. Not telling ya"

[Fanfic] Android and His Oseram - Chapter 1: The Android
Tumblr media
Decided to crosspost my fanfic on my sparkling new fanfic account! I'll post up the entire chapter if they can fit as well as the AO3 link.
---
Title: The Android and His Oseram
Chapter Title: The Android (Chapter 1) Summary: A thousand years since the world ended. A thousand years until Oseram delver Gildun accidentally stumbles upon a deactivated CyberLife RK800 android called "Connor", buried deep in the crumbling ruins of the Old Ones, in a discovery that'll send him into the Forbidden West. Together a man and a machine fail upward.
Crossover canons: Horizon games / Detroit: Become Human
Main characters: Connor (DBH) and Gildun (Horizon)
Chapter 1 - The Android
This Old Ones ruin looks like many of the others Gildun has already run across, with strange, often downright bizarre architecture accompanied with designs that he can only guess at their purpose. Cables and hard angles. Signs of metalwork that no Oseram forge can duplicate. The dull creaks of the ruins settling, days or years from finally collapsing on themselves. The steady, distant drip-drip-drip of water leaking somewhere from compromised hulls as the outside world creeps in, as vines and undergrowth venture deeper where even a delver can’t go.
The good news is this ruin doesn't have the immediate signs of machines prowling inside with their usual tell-tale blue gleam. Okay, so maybe there's a yet in there but Gildun's anything if not optimistic.
Incidentally he's also adept at running.
"You'll be fine!" Gildun mutters to himself. "Even checked the door was propped open this time!"
Aloy's been gone for a few weeks but the invaluable lessons she imparted remains, with Number 1 being Don't Lock Yourself In Again. It's a lesson that Gildun's taken to heart as he double and triple checked the door was propped up open by a rock large enough to work him into a sweaty, gasping mess by the time he finished shoving it into place.
All that noise and still no machines coming to investigate. No clicking or armor scraping or bouncing blue glows of metal eyes waiting to turn alert-yellow or danger-red.
In fact the only direct glow can be found at the very bottom of the ruins, after navigating shattered shafts and crumbling stairs, past a door with the faded all-caps print of STORAGE. Past crates of parts, weapons, and long-expired food stores, the source can be found in a corner. Half-hidden, covered in cobwebs, is what appears to be a man-sized object slumped on its side, the statue sprawled from a broken crate in a curious fetal position, and wearing a strange cut of clothes that almost looks like it's real.
Correction, he thought it was a statue at first, between the dust and the cobwebs and the fact that it's highly unlikely anyone could be living down here. But there's a - a light, small and red, a tiny thumb-sized, weakly pulsing circle that's just…just…
Well, it's just begging to be touched.
So he does. Gildun reaches out and presses a finger against the red mystery light.
The "statue" whirrs, twitches, and suddenly sits up in one smooth motion, still wearing a shroud of grim cobwebs thick as an Oseram funeral veil. Gildun isn't even aware that he's yelped - and yes, it's a full-on yelp, no two sparks about it - only that he's fallen back on his behind with a gloved hand clapped tight over his mouth as he peers at The Thing, wide-eyed, and trying desperately not to choke on his own spit.
The red light flickers from red to gold to the all-too familiar blue of a Machine as what appears to be the statue's head swivels toward Gildun. For a second he has the rare, maybe not so foolish thought that he should stop poking things.
That thought flies right out the window as The Thing speaks.
"Recalibrating visual and auditory sensors…complete."
- It-it speaks! It actually speaks!
"Unable to sync time/date. CyberLife servers unavailable for patching. Memory corrupted…checking partitions."
Not only does it speak, it sounds just like a man's voice!
Gildun's hand drops to reveal his gape as he watches The Thing miraculously reach up and begin to brush away cobwebs, feathery green-gray moss soft as silk, and ancient dust. The gape only gets bigger as a young man's face emerges from the veil of the Old Ones just as his - its? his? - voice did mere seconds ago.
"...Apologies for the delay in introducing myself. My name is Connor, I'm the andr - "
Gildun can't hold it back anymore, the words exploding out in a squeak. " - You have a name?!"
Connor, whatever or whoever he is, nods, his dark head still wreathed with debris that he's still combing out with long, elegant fingers that look like they belong on a Carja noble who hasn't worked a day in his life and has the missing calluses to show for it. His hair’s cropped too short, though, and there’s a total lack of decorative face paint or fancy-pants jewelry. The whole time that strange light throbs in a glowing circle stamped above his right brow and for a feverish second Gildun wonders if maybe Connor's Banuk. No, he doesn't look like any Banuk I've seen, he thinks, and he finds that the strange tattoo Connor wears is downright distracting now that he thinks about it.
Try as he might, his eyes keep darting up to the damned thing.
"Yes," says Connor, "unless you would prefer my serial number but I find most humans prefer vernacular names for convenience. What's yours?"
Before he can think better of it, "Gildun. …Wait, what?"
Connor only tilts his head, the gesture almost bird-like as he continues cleaning himself off with efficient swipes of his hands against his emerging shoulders and torso.
Gildun has to forcibly pull his eyes away from the hypnotic blue tattoo yet again.
"Let's wheel the cart around: what do you mean, humans? Serial number?"
The young man pauses in the middle of fussing with a curious strip of black cloth seemingly tied around his neck like a leash cut short. It doesn't appear to be tied to anything else, which turns the "maybe he's a captive?" thought to ash.
"Humans. Homo sapien. What you are," Connor adds like that clears it all up; there’s something vaguely patronizing in his unassuming voice. "All androids such as myself have manufacturing serial numbers, as you can see right here."
Now he taps himself and Gildun realizes with a start that even his strange clothes - tailored in ways he's never seen before, unidentifiable fabrics in grays and black - is glowing, too, this time with a bright aquamarine band looped around an upper arm, a matching triangle gleaming against his chest, and angular, boxy white glyphs scrawled across as well. These he recognizes: Aloy had breezily pointed them out before, said they were Old Ones numbers, and left it at that as if wasn't the most fascinating thing you could casually drop in a conversation.
"I'd like to look around if you don't mind, Gildun."
"Uh, sure, go ahead - h-hold on, wait just an honest minute now! What's an android?"
Connor stands to his full height, towers over the poor Oseram delver still sitting shell-shocked on his butt, and says, patiently, as if it should be perfectly obvious to all parties present:
"A humanoid robot, Gildun. In layman’s terms, I'm a machine."

Friends and Foes
I should find a proper name for this crossover AU, if only for tagging purposes... (Suggestions, and feedback in general, are never unwelcome.)
---
“Scrap,” Arcee cursed. “That might make things more difficult.”
Glitch was more than a little inclined to agree with her. The two femmes were surveying yet another Vehicon fossil hunt from a crevice in a rock formation some way above the dig, just big enough for the small, agile two-wheelers. That was the fact that the hunt was being supervised in person – for once – by the Decepticon second-in-command, Starscream, who was bad news in any reality.
“What’s your version like?” ‘Cee asked to pass the time as both ‘bots made a more thorough assessment of their situation.
“A bit less dangerous and a lot more colourful, but otherwise pretty similar. Treacherous, devious and too clever by three-quarters – often too clever for his own good. Whenever he’s in play, there are at least three sides to any conflict.” Glitch had never met her universe’s Starscream, but the rest of her team had, all too often.
“Sounds about right.” ‘Cee wasn’t paying much attention; her focus kept swinging back to the silver flier ordering his troops about. Glitch knew why, and that she couldn’t let her friend become too focused on that target. It was a good thing she was never short of distractions.
“A while back, he cloned himself in another attempt to take Megatron offline, but ended up with five aspects of his own personality to wrangle. A coward, an egomaniac, a pathological liar, a sycophant and a female.”
Arcee turned to stare at the younger ‘bot in disbelief – then clamped a servo over her speech synthesiser to stifle a fit of giggles. Mission accomplished, Glitch thought as the tension left her teammate’s frame (for the moment); laughter was a sovereign remedy for anger as well as fear.
If only her own problems were that easy to solve. She’d hidden it from ‘Cee – she hoped – but that day was shaping up to be a Bad Day for her, and the capital letters were merited. Her processor was killing her, her frame felt like so many cables and springs under almost too much tension and every small sensory input drove her further up the wall. Back in Detroit, her team would have seen the signs by then. Her training with Optimus, Jazz and Ratchet would have been adjusted – not cancelled, as a real enemy wouldn’t care what sort of day she was having, but altered to be constructive but not overwhelming – Elita would have left her alone and Bee would have been far quieter than usual, and maybe even offered to take her shift on monitor duty, his least favourite chore (especially since Optimus had put his ped down about using the alternate monitor for combat training, i.e. playing video games on the television). With luck and care, she could get through her patrols and other duties without incident.
But Team Prime didn’t officially know about that (although one could never be sure with Prime himself; being paired with laconic Arcee, rather than a chatty sports car or noisy Wrecker, might not have been a coincidence). Glitch hadn’t told them more than necessary about her… differences. That was probably hypocritical of her, after the audialful she’d given Prime on a similar subject, but old habits died hard. For centuries, she had had to pretend to be normal as best she could just to get where she felt she was meant to be, fighting through every Bad Day for as long as she could without breaking down. The “cog in a machine” mindset that was common on her Cybertron affected even those who, like her, considered it so much bauxite, and a cog that didn’t turn as it should was usually thrown away. Optimus had given her a chance to leave that system behind, but on finding herself transported to a strange new universe she had automatically fallen back on what she knew, whether or not that was a good idea.
“Female? Seriously?” ‘Cee asked once she could get herself back under control, drawing Glitch out of her thoughts, not a moment too soon.
“Deadly. Almost literally, worse luck. Slipstream’s the most dangerous of the lot. Gave me this.” The smaller fembot indicated the scar on her chestplate, right beside her spark chamber. “Well, half of it. Ambushed Bee and me; I saw her first, so I was the one she pinned to a wall. Had to pull myself free to protect him.” Two digits traced the band of yellow, interrupted by a black stripe, around her right wrist. She’d need to touch it up soon; it was starting to wear away. “Bee kept me online long enough for our Ratchet to get there and stabilise me. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be here.”
Arcee’s optics, which had been following Glitch’s servo, flicked up to her face and studied it for a moment. “Your Bumblebee – he’s not just your partner, is he?”
“No.” Glitch hadn’t wanted to discuss that topic too much with most of the team, especially the younger mechs, but ‘Cee was different. She’d understand, and wouldn’t tease.
“Bonded?” Another good thing about ‘Cee – she didn’t dance around the subject, but got straight to the point.
“Not yet, or engaged, but it’s a case of when, not if, I think. If he asked, I’d say yes in a sparkbeat, and as far as I can tell he feels the same way, but the time just – hasn’t been right yet.” And might never be.
Arcee smiled, but there was grief in her optics. “You’re lucky. Some ‘bots never find that special person. Whether you and your Bee do get bonded or not… hold on to him.” Her optics returned to Starscream as her expression hardened. “I’ve lost two partners now, and I don’t want you even to lose one.”
“I know.” Glitch had been fully briefed on ‘Cee’s recent history. “Which is why you’re not going anywhere near Starscream on my watch. I’ll pull medic rank on mental health grounds if I must. There’s needing closure and then there’s wanting revenge, and I’m pretty sure I know the difference.”
“What do you know about that?” The sudden anger in her friend’s tone was like a slap across the audial, but Glitch didn’t take it personally. She knew its real targets – Airachnid and Starscream. “When have you ever wanted to hurt someone as much as they hurt you?”
“Not recently, but I know a mech who has.” At least Arcee was still listening. “He was framed for espionage. Spent centuries in the cyber-stockade. Escaped and went after the ‘bot who reported him, not knowing that they’d both been set up. Tried to get even, but just made enemies of the only Autobots who knew he was innocent, other than the real spy. Eventually, he was so desperate for revenge that he let himself be used in an experiment that turned him into a techno-organic. There’s nothing wrong with being half-organic, but the transformation is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, even when it doesn’t end in a transwarp explosion.” She tilted her head as a thought struck her, and raced out of her synth before she could catch it. “Actually, one could say Wasp was my worst enemy back in boot camp. Resident bully, worse than Sentinel. At least drill sergeants are meant to be something like that.”
‘Cee stared at her again, then shook her head. “You’re unbelievable. First you go soft on Knock Out.”
“That’s not how he saw it.” In point of fact, the ‘Con medic had tried to kill the field-tech when she invaded his mind, despite the facts that he’d just done the same thing to her via cortical psychic patch and she hadn’t done anything but try to comfort him, realising that he was still grieving for his own partner. Glitch had filled Team Prime in on everything that had happened while she was in Decepticon servos, both for her own sake and to avoid anyone – especially a certain blue and yellow sports car – making up their own version of events.
Arcee carried on regardless. “Then you expect me to sympathise with a bully. And the craziest part is, it’s working.”
“Glad to hear it.” Glitch returned her attention to the scene below them. “I’ll draw Screamer away; you go after the bone. Sound like a plan?” It did – though Arcee agreed to it on one condition.
A few cycles later, as the silver Seeker commander wandered away from the tedious grubbing in the dirt he was expected to supervise (but not do, thank Primus), he caught sight of a distinctive bronze Earth motorcycle, the alt-mode of that new Autobot, trying to sneak around to the dig site. Even he couldn’t use his jet mode with so many rocks in the way, and by the time a Vehicon got there she’d have disappeared again, so he gave chase himself on foot (the terrain wasn’t ideal for her alt either), cornering her in a small box canyon. She transformed and activated her magnetic weapons, but didn’t have time to use them before his missile struck her in the chestplate.
And passed straight through, exploding against the rock wall behind her. Starscream had to shield his face from flying shards of stone, which hadn’t touched the accursed Autobot. Her wrists were bare - apart from a strip of yellow paint – but still… “Phase displacement armour?”
“No, hologram,” Glitch said, standing just behind him. She’d had that hologram projector for months, having inherited it from her predecessor Prowl, but had only used it to simulate a human rider or show movies – until recently. After her capture and rescue, she had started figuring out how to use it to create decoys, as Prowl had. It was remarkably intuitive, and extremely versatile. A copy of herself had been easy to make and control.
As Starscream spun round to face her, her laser scalpel sliced his other missile clean off his arm (the uneven terrain could be made to work in her favour); it clattered to the canyon floor, and was crushed under her ped before he could retrieve it. Vile thing. “Should have gone for the null-ray, or a sonic cannon. No need to reload after two shots.”
“Oh, they weren’t my only weapon.” Starscream’s razor-sharp claws swiped at Glitch’s neck, but she ducked the blow without really thinking. His actions were as loud as his voice to her, and much more truthful than his words. Her computational ability could give her a crucial advantage in combat – she could calculate, with a fair degree of accuracy, her opponent’s next move, often in plenty of time to block and counter it, and so fast and instinctively that it felt like an extension of her senses, as though she were “hearing” their intentions. Some people could “lie” – feint – very well; her sensei Jazz, straight as a spirit level in conversation, was an excellent liar in combat, when he “spoke” at all. Starscream, though, for all his deceptive ways, told the truth through his body language. And couldn’t shut up in either sense. “And I’m sure your friend Arcee told you how much I hate two-wheelers.”
“She did.” Glitch blocked an attempt to stab her in the chest, countering with a punch to the under-protected side of Starscream’s abdomen. “On the other hand, I’m none too fond of arrogant Decepticons without a shred of backstrut who can’t stop talking to save their sparks, so I suppose it balances out.”
“I’m surprised – what the spark was that?” “That” was a rapid-fire combination of kicks and punches that had left Starscream somewhat dented (he’d only intercepted a couple of strikes) and Glitch’s servos only a little more scuffed.
“Metallikato Sigma. I should’ve warned you, I trained under a cyber-ninja, as well as Sentinel Prime.”
“He’s still alive in your universe, then?” Blast. He knew where she was from, then. And she couldn’t use that line any more. Pity. It had been nice while it lasted. “As I was saying, I’m surprised she isn’t here, considering that I killed her partner.” He was altogether too pleased with himself about that.
“Which is exactly why I kept her away from you. For her sake, not yours. By the way, your counterpart was responsible for the death of Optimus Prime, so I’d say you’ve got some catching up to do.” The shocked look on his face was unsettlingly satisfying to see.
For the nanoklik before his previous anger returned. “Oh, do I? Well, I’d better start – with you!” She had made the mistake of taking her optics off him for just too long; three of his claws raked her left forearm, leaving three deep cuts from the servo-joint down to her shield, which they almost tore clean off. She managed to pull away before he could take one of her most useful mods, and her arm was still functional, but the cuts were sparking badly and hurt. He’d have been asking for it on a normal day, let alone a Bad Day.
For a few frantic cycles, she kept the upper servo as he struggled to adjust to her shifting from “calm and defensive” to “furious and half-feral”, but it quickly became clear that she had been right to keep ‘Cee away from him; despite having little to no history with the Decepticon SIC, too often her own rage led to carelessness that could have been fatal, as rash attacks left vital areas unguarded for almost too long. Pretty soon, they were back to stalemate; Glitch had acquired a few more superficial scrapes, while the tip of one of the spikes on Starscream’s knees had been sliced clean off, among other injuries – which didn’t hinder him nearly enough.
Commander Starscream! One of the Vehicons ‘Cee was fighting – the two Autobots had open comm lines to each other, so Glitch knew her friend was doing well – had finally managed to call his superior officer, not quite distracting him as he resisted his opponent’s attempt at a judo-style throw. We’re under attack by the Autobot Arcee. She’s destroyed the Predacon fossil. What are your orders, Commander?
“Retreat, you fool!” Starscream’s self-preservation instinct was strong in any universe, and he sometimes knew a lost cause when he saw one. “That Autobot isn’t going to be beaten by the likes of you. Transform and rise up, or whatever the stupid phrase is.” He took his own advice, shoving Glitch to the rock-strewn ground, shifting into a jet and soaring unsteadily away. The field-tech probably couldn’t have stopped him even had she not had other problems at that moment.
***
What’s he done to her? When Arcee finally tracked down her teammate – thank the Allspark the ground wasn’t all rock; tyre prints showed up well on grass and earth – she had curled up into a tight ball, eyes closed and hands pressed to her audials as though she were trying to shut out everything, and was rocking backwards and forwards slightly – completely out of character for the normally fierce, brave femme. If Starscream had caused that, he would pay.
Knowing the damage those hands could do, Arcee tried to pull them away from her friend’s head, but Glitch recoiled as though she’d been struck. “Don’t! – sorry.” Each word made her flinch, as though even the sound of her own voice was too much.
As gently as she could, Arcee asked, “What – how can I help?” She realised at the last moment that “what can I do to help?” was the wrong question. Sometimes, helping someone didn’t require doing anything – quite the reverse.
She was right. “Just – be.” Be there, Arcee filled in. “It’ll pass.” So Glitch had been expecting this. Which meant it wasn’t entirely Screamer’s fault.
She waited patiently with her comrade as seemingly endless minutes slipped by and the younger ‘bot slowly calmed herself and gradually uncurled – until, without warning, she practically threw herself at Arcee, wrapping her slender arms around her friend in an almost armour-denting hug. Arcee returned it, as for whatever reason Glitch now seemed to need to be touched and held, until the tiny medibot wriggled free to sit on the ground beside the taller warrior, looking much happier than she had all day.
“Better?” Arcee enquired.
“Much.” She sounded better, certainly. “Sorry you had to see that. It hasn’t been that bad for a long time.”
“That’s happened to you before?” Arcee had deduced that earlier, of course, but wanted to double-check. “So it wasn’t anything Starscream did?”
“Not exactly, and yes, now and then. My processor’s wired differently from most. Usually the main downside to that is only a bit of a problem with social things, optic contact, expressions and so on, but some days even simple tasks need all my focus, if I can do them at all – executive dysfunction, humans call it, I think. And some days, that happens.” Arcee waited again while Glitch lined her next thoughts up; without her realising it, that had become second nature. “There – isn’t much of a filter between my sensors and my CPU, and at times it breaks down completely and everything just becomes too much. I know the warning signs, and usually I can take it easy and get away with it – maybe space out for a bit, but that’s all. Today, though, I had to go on this mission and I had to fight Starscream. Result – worst meltdown in stellar-cycles. Worth it, I’d say.”
Arcee wasn’t so sure – though Starscream had been sent packing with his tailfin metaphorically between his legs, which might not have happened had Arcee, still furious with the ‘Con over her partner’s death, gone after him instead. She also decided to shelve her friend’s deeper issues until they could discuss them with Prime and Ratchet; they would know what to do about them. Besides, she was curious about something she’d heard over the comm. “Did your Starscream really kill your Optimus?”
“Technically, for the minute or two it took Sari to use the Allspark Key and the Allspark itself to revive him. He and Starscream were playing tug-of-war over the Allspark high above Detroit, and it got fed up and threw them both off. Damaged their systems, and Optimus fell pretty hard onto tarmac. Screamer, lucky beggar, ended up in the forest nearby – much softer landing – but stuck in stasis-lock, until a human girl found him.” Glitch’s familiar silly grin lit up her face for the first time that day. “He persuaded her to reboot his systems, but she insisted on fixing him up first – with makeup and a pink wig.” Arcee couldn’t help but burst out laughing, the image was so ridiculous – though another idea soon sobered her up. “I imagine he didn’t take that well.”
“He didn’t, but she countered his threats by promising to broadcast a picture of him “fixed up” all around the world, and possibly the galaxy, if he harmed her. Professor Princess might be about half Raf’s age, but she’s not to be taken lightly.” (Professor Princess? Half Raf’s age? The more Arcee heard about Glitch’s universe, the more bizarre it seemed.) Glitch tilted her head as another thought struck her. “I wonder when he found out she’d decorated his wings with rainbows?”
That, of course, set them both off again, dissipating any remaining tension nicely. Even when Arcee finally noticed the still-sparking cuts on Glitch’s arm, and insisted on calling for a groundbridge right away so that Ratchet could fix them, the two friends shared a good mood that no foe, however deadly, could altogether destroy.

Death Battle Heroes Team Up
I and my friend have been talking about this idea for a while.
Imagine all of the heroes/anti-heroes that have shown up in Death Battle
The candidates for this team are anyone who can be considered a full-on hero (fight bad guys and save the world), or even an anti-hero (same but maybe with darker/more brutal methods/motivations, Red Hood, Venom became bros with Spidey later on IIRC, etc.), and they must have appeared on Death Battle, but I am willing to extend it to characters who have appeared in the animation but aren't the advertised combatants (Trish and Jeanne) or are basically confirmed (Ruby Rose and Maka Albarn + Soul Eater), just to add some variety to their franchise reps b/c DB has a shit load of Marvel and DC and many franchises have like 1-2 reps with many of them not even having their main character yet.
I imagine this crossover taking place in some weird nexus outside of space-time so we don't have to deal with the complete consequences of their settings crossing over as well as to explain how canonically dead characters are here too.
All Pokemon who appear in DB will just be a part of Red's collection. Charizard has the Mega Stone and we've seen that Mewtwo can Mega Evolve under his own power.
Imagine the chaos of having Tatsumaki, the Reds and Blues (Xeno Trunks would have an aneurysm after hearing about their time travel BS), 3 My Little Ponies, A couple of Shonen Dumbass protagonists, and more all working together.
Ben has pretty good samples of badass new DNA to scan for cool new transformations: Goku, Superman, Optimus Prime, and Glacius for example. I wonder if he would get Chozo DNA from scanning Samus?
Imagine all of the technology/science-based heroes all bringing their heads together to make something badass (Give Genos a freaking Upgrade so he isn't reduced to scraps in most of his fights).
Goku and Zoro now have plenty of new martial artists/swordsmen to learn and grow from. Yes, Goku is like 50 billion times Universal now and could wipe out all of them in one move, but he can still hold back against a weaker opponent if he thinks he can learn something new from them. Or at the very least he'd be happy to help other martial artists grow, like Ryu (Street Fighter, not Hayabusa), Po, Guy, and Lee.
We recently talked about the possibility that The Seven from The Boys, specifically Homelander, would try to muscle in and lead this team, saying that they are totally awesome heroes, but with Op people like Goku and Superman or the 4 super wizards (Fate, Zatanna, Strange, and Scarlet Witch) they are gonna be put in their place eventually.
The main problem with some of the options for heroes is that they are a bit too dark/brutal. Like we have Guts as a possible hero, but the world of Berserk is super hardcore compared to a lot of these franchises. It feels like if you have the setting or something from Berserk, someone would basically need to have all sorts of horrible shit happen to them (Killed, Eaten, that third thing that Boomstick mentioned in Guts vs Nightmare, or all 3 at once). The tonal clash really messes with this.
This is just a fun idea my friend and I have been talking about that I thought I'd share. It'd be interesting to see if anyone else has any interesting possible interactions between the heroes.
I'll try to list who I have as options (see after read more)
Starwars: Luke, Obi-Wan, Yoda
Metroid: Samus Aran
Street Fighter/Final Fight: Mike Haggar, Zangief, Chun-Li, Blanka, Ryu, Dan Hibiki, Cammy, Ken Masters

DC: Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, Green Arrow, Barry Alan, Batman Beyond, Raven, Doctor Fate, Nightwing, Aquaman, Shazam, Green Lantern, Static, Black Canary, Booster Gold, Wally West, Red Hood, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Zatanna
Mario Bros: Yoshi, Mario, Peach, Luigi, Donkey Kong
TMNT (either the 2003 4Kids version or Rise): Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo
Battletoads: Zitz
Killer Instinct: Black Orchid, Fulgore (the version who is starting to gain Eagle's mind), Glacius, TJ Combo, Sabrewulf (if they can get him help w his Lycanthropy)
Darkstalkers: Felicia, Jon Talbain
Blazblue: Taokaka, Ragna the Bloodedge
God of War: Kratos
Spawn
Dragon Ball: Vegeta, Son Goku, Majin Buu, Hercule Satan, Android 18, Master Roshi, Beerus, Broly, Trunks (not Xeno version so he'll match and Xenoverse is its own complicated BS). Since Gogeta and Vegito are the same guys they'll just have a pair of Potara so other characters can fuse even though they lack DBZ powers
Sonic the Hedgehog: Shadow, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Silver (similar deal to Trunks)
Harry Potter
Fatal Fury: Mai Shiranui, Terry Bogard
Transformers: Optimus Prime
MLP: Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle
Halo/Red vs Blue (It's implied that they share a universe right?): Master Chief, Carolina, Sarge, Simmons, Griff, Donut, Lopez, Church, Tucker, Caboose, Tex (this one is subject to change with how they reference a lot of other media but it would mostly involve ignoring a joke or 3)
DOOM: Doomguy
Mega Man: Mega Man, Zero, Megaman X, Mega Man Trigger/Volnutt, Lan Hikari & MegaMan.EXE, Geo Stellar and Omega-Xis
Final Fantasy VII: Cloud Strife, Tifa Lockhart

He-Man and She-Ra
Thundercats: Lion-O
Ninja Gaiden: Ryu Hayabusa
Strider: Strider Hiryu
Fox MCloud, Bucky O'hare, Terminator, RoboCop, Godzilla (iteration where he is more of an ally), MechaGodzilla (with or without Akane), Gamera
Power Rangers: Tommy Oliver (Tigerzord and Dragonzord), Jason, Billy, Trini, Tack, Kimberly
Gundam: Zechs in the Epyon, Amuro in the RX-78-2
Kirby: Kirby, King Dedede
Guilty Gear: Sol Badguy
Naruto: Gaara, Naruto Uzumaki, Jiraiya, Sasuke Uchiha, Might Guy, Kakashi Hatake, Rock Lee
Avatar: Toph, Aang, Zuko, Korra
Guts, Goliath
Metal Gear, Solid Snake, Otacon (remember if they show up in the animation they count), Raiden
Splinter Cell: Sam Fisher, Grimm
RWBY: Yang, Weiss, Blake, you could possibly count Ruby since Ben Singer did say that that matchup WILL happen as it was Monty's Request
Astro Boy
Tai and Agumon, Renamon
Devil May Cry: Dante, Trish, Vergil
Bayonetta, Jeanne
Ratchet & Clank
Jak and Daxter
Tracer
One Piece: Zoro, Ace, Sanji
Fairy Tail: Erza, Natsu, Gray
Lara Croft, Nathan Drake, Scrooge McDuck (reboot version), Shovel Knight
Voltron: Keith, Lance, Hunk, Alura, Pidge
Ichigo Kurosaki
JJBA: Jotaro Kujo, Jonathan Joestar
Kenshiro, Crash Bandicoot + Aku Aku, Spyro the Dragon + Sparx
Sora, Donald, Goofy, and King Mickey
Pit, Leon Kennedy, Frank West (the last 2 were almost ignored but Marvel vs Capcom made me rethink it), Jin Kazama, Samurai Jack, Afro Samurai
MAYBE Lucy from Elfen Lied if some of the more paragon heroes manage to help get through to her, but she'd be a challenge
Ben Tennyson, Mitsuru Kirijo, Captain Falcon, Edward Elric, Hiei, Mob
One-Punch Man: Tatsumaki, Genos, Saitama
My Hero Academia: All Might, Shoto Todoroki, Deku
Danny Phantom, Jake Long
Like I said the Seven would try to join and take over but the super powerful characters can put them in their place: Homelander, Black Noir, Queen Maeve, A-Train, The Deep, and Starlight. Butcher might be brought in as well.
Soul Eater: Crona, and Maka + Soul Eater (similar logic to Ruby Rose up in the RWBy section)
Kill la Kill: Ryuko and Senketsu
Mikasa Ackerman, Po, Steven Universe, Star Butterfly, Alucard (the 4 super wizards putting a leash on him, some of the heroes' honorable nature, and DIO + Dracula being evil vampires might allow him to play nice for a time), Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado, Omni-Man, Excalibur
Bond and Wick are a bit too down to Earth to fit among all this fiction so either they'd be cut or they'd have to be handled very carefully
Spongebob and Asta
That is the total list of heroes that we've considered for this crossover.

Day 1: Push 1
Just got back from day 1 of my new workout routine! My workout split is going to be Push/Legs/Pull, so today was workout 1 for Push.
Here’s what I did today:
Flat Machine Press: 3 x 8-12
Smith Machine Shoulder Press: 2 x 12-16
Low-to-High Cable Crossover: 2 x 12-16
Behind-the-Back Cable Lateral Raise: 2 x 16-20
Triceps Pushdown: 3 x 16-20
I will go into more detail, including the actual reps & weights and some specific training techniques, later, but I wanted to give a general overview.
Today felt great! Got a solid chest and triceps pump. And, what I’m most excited about, is that I had no aggravation of my tennis elbow when doing the lateral raises. I LOVE training shoulders, so it’s so good to get back to actually doing some pain-free lateral raises.
Be back tomorrow with Legs tomorrow!
(Also, I’m giving myself a little pat on the back for posting two days in a row!)
