Doc just came by, surgery went very well, my entire bitchy thyroid is OUT, they could see the nerves and vocal cords and stuff very well and nothing got damaged in the process 🥳

The only thing that hurts is my throat because I was intubated…is my name TK?!

This flu might actually be an abscessed wisdom tooth and I tried calling an emergency hotline to get an ok to go the er to get it checked out urgently (despite being absolutely terrified of dentists, but this is serious with the fever and everything), but haha, there is no emergency dentist in this city during the weekends :))) I’d need to go to another city for it tomorrow, but man, it’s difficult to get there without a car and I don’t even have that kind of money for a taxi to there and back… I could take a train and bus there, but with this stupid ass fever it feels impossible.

”Funnily” the website of the local hospital says that they have emergency dentists available, so wtf??? No mention of there not being such service during the weekends??

Booking a private dentist appointment for tomorrow is an option, but then again… money…

I think I’m gonna cry some more and eat a banana and go back to sleep if I can.

Since I’m running out of stories to fabricate in my mind when I wake up at 4am every night due to my insomnia, I have decided to do something useful with that time which will either be reading a book or study. Both will probably make me very tired within minutes so hopefully no more lying there for like 2 hours

@helpful-writing-tips has been stealing people’s posts, including posts from the whump community, and posting them without consent (sometimes with credit but often without).

I’ve tried to reach out to them directly and discuss how what they’re doing goes against tumblr etiquette and isn’t acceptable but I’ve received no response and I feel like people should be able to prevent their work being stolen for notes.

here is kankri and his baby brother…. they don’t get along!! i wish they did though id love to see these two go on an adventure together where they look out each other. since kankri is a beforus troll and a vegan, his shell is pretty thin because he’s not getting enough iron. on the other hand, karkat’s shell is heavier then it should be due to stress. thanks for the RQ!! im soooo glad ppl like my sillies :D
