"2,000,000 PLANT FOR PT. COLBORNE," St. Catharines Standard. June 19, 1912. Page 1.

Three Big Manufacturing Concerns Are Looking for Factories in This District---Would Like to Secure Standing Structures.
----
A large iron works corporation, with a capitalization of $2,000,000, is to be established at Port Colborne, Ont, and threes manufacturing concerns are to be erected in Central Ontario, satisfactory arrangements can be made in Toronto.
Wm. P. Fitzsimons, commissioner of industries for the Grand Trunk Railway System, who accompanying the British Manufacturers' Canadian tour, made this statement to the Toronto World yesterday afternoon.
The establishment of the $2,000,000 plant in Ontario is considered as a triumph due to the Borden anti-reciprocity policy. It will be headed by Frank B. Baird, president of the Buffalo Union Furnace Company, and will be known as the Canadian Union Furnace Company. The new plant, while affiliated with the Buffalo concern, is subscribed to a great extent by Canadian capital. The $2,000,-000 capitalization is not something to be obtained, but has already been subscribed.
This concern will not cut into the already established pig iron plants, as, instead of going in for the manfacture of one particular line, it will manufacture all lines. "A sort of a prescription plant," remarked Mr. Fitzsimons.
The plant will have a capacity of 100 tons daily to start and this will be increased to a 300 ton capacity. To begin with, about two hundred men will be employed.
The plant will be built at the end of the Port Colborne piers and will extend out into the lake, Construction of the plant is to be commenced immediately.
This, will give Port Colborne three monster industries, the government freight elevator and the Maple Leaf Milling Company, which is alongside the Government elevator, already being located there.
To accommodate the great increase in business to be brought about by the erection of the new plant, the Grand Trunk Railway will at once commence work on enlarging its freight yards there and a greatly increased freight service is now being planned.
The three other industries, which will locate either in Toronto or in this section of the province, consist of two embroidery manufacturing plants, and a concern for the handling of coarse seed. It is the desire of these firms to obtain already constructed modern factory buildings, as they wish to avoid a wait for the erection of buildings.
Mr, Fitzsimons said that although it is causing him trouble trying to locate firms desiring buildings, it is a fact that this section of Ontario can at the present time boast of not having a modern factory building lying vacant.

When I actually was exposed to shit Andrew T*te says against my will i was mad at first but then it became funny to me because what he calls 'the matrix' is basically capitalism with some vague qanon bullshit added, but he says in order to 'escape' capitalism you need to parttake in it by joining his pyramid scheme and 'being on your grindset' and you are an idiot subhuman if u ever went to a concert because 'its a waste of money' (unlike buying 300 buggatis) and the only thing tjat matters in life is buggatis, pateks and having a harem of virgin sugarbabies

im so mad that this is a side blog account and not a main account. i started this blog when i was still relatively new to tumblr and i think i was… like. fourteen years old or something. i never thought i would continue for this long, and i never knew so many people would like the content i put out here (i have over 9k followers which is literally mind-blowing, like wow….).
because this isnt a main account, i cant respond to replies left on my posts, i cant really reply to anyone unless i reblog !! i cant even follow people with this blog, it just comes up as my main blog (which is not pjo-related… rip my failed attempts at organising my fandoms to different blogs). so my avenues of interaction with a lot of you are seriously impeded.
so i just want to say i am so thankful for all of you, i read every single person’s tags who reblog my stuff, i read all of your replies and every time im crying screaming rolling around on the ground in agony over the fact i CANT REPLY!!
i know my posts are super inconsistent these days, im glad so many are still here! i think i may change some of my content eventually (never gonna get rid of the incorrect quote stuff, i’ll just be adding some other things like pjo headcanons or analyses or something), just to spice some stuff up on here.

Feel like I shouldn't have to say this and I'm mostly just preaching to the choir but housing should not be an investment opportunity. Living, breathing humans reside in that house. You're disgusting if you're a landlord, even more so if you have your tenants live in dangerous conditions. If you're gonna own the property, it's your responsibility for maintenance. Point-blank and I don't wanna hear anyone tell me otherwise.

Honestly, this translation of SCUM Manifesto I found was about 4€. I think when I'll be able to have a full wage again, I'll allocate a part of it to by like 4-5 of them a month and then "forget" them in strategical areas. This postface is still kinda weird being now by someone talking about non-binary stuff in relation to SCUM and calling Solanas "queer", but at least it isn't the condescending bs written by a scrote like before and the postface author does take Solanas seriously and not as a joke.
Also I'll have to catch up with the haters and support more Terves.
I'm just hesitant on whether I should start going back to work progressively in a factory for disabled people or impulsively shove as many anxiolytics and codein as I can down my throat and go back in retails until I have another breakdown and take guesses at whether I will collapse physically or mentally first. ...The answer is kinda obvious but I swear the latter somehow seems reasonable and dare I say quite tempting. I have big projects but I need so much money for them if I want to reach out more people. And I need it kinda quickly since next year all of my financial aids will be frozen and I'll be kicked out of the Mission Locale.
How lovely to be under the poverty line and know you can't escape it ever.
...if any of y'all happen to know some billionaire in his 80s in the Morbihan, Brittany, you know who to reach out to...
