1- You get to marry one fictional character – who is it? Well I already answered this BUT if you INSIST I have to pick a different character I would probably pick spencer reid from criminal minds or raymond wadsworth from suburban gothic (a movie 2.5 people have seen and I’m 2 of them) orrrrr scout master randy ward from moonrise kingdom. teehee.

3- What was the last book that you got so absorbed in that you couldn’t put it down? Veronica we already know the answer is fight club 😔

7- Do you consider yourself a spiritual person? How about religious? I do actually consider myself relatively religious I definitely believe in A God but I’m not sure by which belief system I completely subscribe to I was raised Catholic and still kinda vibe with a decent chunk of some of it. Obviously not with all of it. But I will continue to dunk on Protestants until the day I die. I have a weird eugh bleh relationship with organized religion bc like. Obvious reasons but I’m also a religious studies major so I hesitate very strongly to sign off on a statement like All Organized Religion Is Terrible or similar sentiments. It’s a very complex issue. Anyway yeah I do consider myself religious.

Currently thinking about katya waiting for sofia in that cargo hold, dreaming a whole new life for them both to enjoy together, safely across the sea, while sofia lies in a pool of her own blood, bleeding out from where andrey shot her. That scene legitimately haunts me.

im a singer, right. mostly classical music. and sometimes in classical music, particularly stuff for choirs, you come across the WEIRDEST shit, right. generally it sounds absolutely fantastic when you get it right but BEFORE you get it right you have to learn it back and forth inside out plastered across the back of your eyelids appearing in your dreams showing up in the corner of your eye, right. and because it is way too obscene unnatural fucking ridiculous you cannot under any circumstances sightread you have to tear it into itty bitty pieces both metaphorically and literally with the extra copy you illegally printed so you dont ruin the copy you actually paid for, right. and naturally the sheer fucking insanity infects the people trying to perform until they become manic wrecks liable to beat up trees with baseball bats and break into hysterical frightening laugh-sobbing if they so much as hear the first three notes, right.

but.

there is not a single feeling in the whole range of human emotion that is capable of replacing the visceral seething satisfaction that comes from absolutely every-single-fucking-millisecond MASTERING a piece of music that leaves you a wide eyed shaky handed foaming-at-the-mouth Violent And Unreasonable Person.

you have a strong heart and a warmth which spills forth almost effortlessly. no one knows how hard it is for you to feel so much. no one knows how difficult it is to keep your heart open no matter how often it is broken. you're a romantic. it doesn't have to be sexual in nature. you appreciate connections of all kinds. but sometimes you feel like few people truly know you. there's more than meets the eye. when was the last time you allowed yourself to be angry? when was the last time you let your darkness show through. let people know what lies beyond the glitter and polish.
