Absolutely! I haven't seen much regressor content for the BSD fandom so I figured I'd make it myself since I'm hyperfixated on BSD and I've been regressing again lately and clown man and has somehow become one of my favorites.

Nikolai is calmer when regressed than when he's not.

He always shows up around someone in the DOA and the Rats.

Fyodor doesn't like babysitting? Too bad, he now has a clown child to look after.

If Sigma's busy but Nikolai's regressing at the Sky Casino, he follows him around and tries to help.

Fukuchi keeps him on a child harness attached to his desk with coloring books. He stays with him, of course, but he'd rather not lose him again.

Bram will tell him stories of his time in Europe. Nikolai loves all of his stories.

Ivan matches his energy so they tend to interact a lot while Nikolai's regressed.

Shibusawa treats him like proud father. Nikolai very much likes being referred to as 'little treasure'.

Mushitaro tried to babysit him once and both of them ended up crying. Nobody knows how it happened. Mushitaro is no longer allowed to babysit Nikolai without someone else with him.

Nikolai gets overly attached to things he's given when regressed because he never had many things of his own growing up and now he's trying to make up for it.

He once wouldn't give up a wrapper Fyodor gave him and cried until he had it back. He does get rid of them when he ages back up, though.

Mushitaro won him a bear at the carnival once and he never lets it go when he regresses, it's now a comfort item. If you take it away, he cries until he has it back.

Sigma spoils him. Why? Because he can. Nikolai has many regression items solely from Sigma due to this. It's also because Sigma gets not having a childhood and trying to make up for it.

Fukuchi gives him coloring books and markers and just lets him run wild. This is how Fukuchi ended up with a marker-colored mustache not once, but seven times. He still hasn't learned, but he can't punish Nikolai for it or the others will try to kill him.

Fyodor pretends to ignore him when he's around him while regressed, but he'll secretly slip him snacks and toys to keep him happy every so often.

Nikolai frequently coerces Shibusawa into showing him his horn because he thinks it's pretty. Shibusawa is incredibly fond of this tiny child calling his horn pretty.

Ivan takes him out places. He likes going places, Nikolai likes following him. Nikolai's favorite place to go is the park because he can 'force' Ivan to push him on the swings.

Nikolai usually can be found lulled to sleep by stories in the bottom half of Bram's coffin when he's regressed around him since he tends to fall asleep when Bram tells him stories.

Pushkin asked him exactly once if he was useful at all while he was regressed. He was in the hospital for six months afterwards. Nobody knows exactly who it was and none of Nikolai's caretakers will tell.

Everyone refers to regressed Nikolai as the 'communal child'.

Nikolai falls asleep on everyone, nobody minds. Except Fyodor, Fyodor loses his ability to move but it's a sacrifice he's willing to make for a sleeping clown child.

Nikolai hides a lot when he regresses. This has ended up with five people frantically playing an impromptu game of hide and seek for him only to find him sleeping in Bram's coffin or somewhere in the Sky Casino on multiple occasions.

Everyone fought over who got to babysit him at first, but Nikolai solved that by choosing for himself and completely disregarding them.

Fyodor teaches regressed Nikolai to curse at people he doesn't like.

Regressed Nikolai will call you a bitch if you mess with his caregivers. He has made Fukuchi cry before by doing this after Fukuchi called the others 'a bunch of mother hens'.

Nikolai will randomly burst out cursing while regressed. Nobody knows why. Nikolai doesn't even know why. It's a mystery. Everyone blames Fyodor.

It’s good writing not to just give away the punch line right from the start. I’ve tried to become a better blogger by reading a number of writing guides and essays for post format. They suggest vague titles that give you a good idea of the content but don’t give away too much. Your posts are supposed to build up to something then end on a punch. You want to give your readers a reason to keep on reading so the payoff has to come at the end.

Don’t just show your hand right off the bat. And all I have to say about My Ill Deeds Are the Work of God (the episode’s title in case you’re confused), is dayum….

I never learn

As has been pointed out by astute readers, so far I have had a marked weak sport for the episode arcs of Bungo Stray Dogs which are based on Light Novels rather than the manga proper. It’s not that I don’t like the main storyline, I obviously do, but the mini arcs have been more satisfying for me, so far. This is why I wanted that opener to last as long as possible. Nevertheless, I was looking forward to the main action of this season.

Not that many of you read these reviews, and I assume less bother to go through the comments, but those who have know that I was eagerly looking forward to Dostoyevsky’s grand entrance. This is not just some national kinship between russians and surprisingly it’s not entirely due to my appreciation of the character design either. Rather it has to do with the myriad of connections between Bungo Stray Dogs’ narrative and the real world counterparts of the characters.

I have no clue who Ace is suppose to be

This anime has led me down a rabbit hole of classical literature and authors biographies like no other. I thought for a while of creating a post entirely on the subject but instead, I’m going to pepper the easter eggs I particularly like in my reviews, whenever pertinent. And the reason I was looking forward to this season is because of the novel No Longer Human.

No longer Human is the name of Dazai’s ability. It is also the best known novel of the real world Osamu Dazai (although my favourite is Otogizōshi). In this book, which is widely acknowledged to be a lightly fictionalized autobiography, we follow the slow and seemingly inevitable decline of a young man called Ōba as he becomes increasingly disenchanted with people in general and himself in particular. Right before the last act, as Ōba seems to be slowly getting his life back together after a particularly dark period, he is visited by an old friend and bad influence that hammers the last nail in his coffin and sends him swan diving into oblivion.

The scene that marks the final and ultimate turn for Ōba shows him and Horiki (said old friend) discussing Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment. It is a pivotal moment in Ōba’s life and therefore Dazai’s, and Dostoevsky is a symbol of it.

Bringing the two together in the narrative of Bungo Stray Dogs was bound to be interesting as the story has been delightfully meticulous in integrating the real life events and works of the authors that serve as namesakes to the cast.

But we have not yet seen these two together. In fact, apart from a few brief glimpses (guest appearances really) of Mori and Koyo, all the characters in this episode were complete strangers to me. I had no connection or attachment to them, aside from my feelings for real world Dostoevsky, whose entire bibliography I had to read for school at one time or another. It was a simple establishing episode to introduce Fyodor’s character, ment as mostly informational. And I was mesmerised.

oh Karma…

I cared and feared for those people whose names I can’t tell you. I was a little nervous throughout those conversations. Ace, the Port Mafia executive vying to overthrow Mori was a decent enough bad guy, with an interesting design but an impractical power, while Karma (I had to look up his name) seemed like a promising conflicted villain. I can’t say that the characters themselves were all that special but something in the pacing and presentation made me constantly worry for them. Especially Karma.

And that something is Fyodor. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t exactly a one man show. Those two were fantastic foil that really brought out the potential of the character. But boy is Dostoevsky the antagonist I’ve been waiting for. He’s chilling and exhilarating at once. His presence is bound to revitalize this franchise. And his voice actor is tremendous. I don’t usually go for these lighter more sing songy voices but his delivery was spot on. How can such a pleasant tone be so scary? He might just be my favourite in the cast.

tell me more!

From the little we know he seems to be the disturbingly calm mastermind with a lighthearted attitude but deadly intent, type. That was a lot of words in a row. I do not know how to identify types properly. Basically, he falls into the exact same category as Dazai, Mori and to a lesser extent Ranpo. Maybe someday I’ll tell you about the real Dostoevsky he had quite a life, although nothing compared to those Japanese authors. Honestly, true to life biographies may have been more extravagant and difficult to believe than the show!

The other thing we know about Dostoevsky is that he is ruthless. Much more than is usual for this series and that explosive ending caught me by surprise. I wasn’t expecting things to be quite that intense in the main story. Suffice it to say that this season has my full attention right now. And after getting a bit of a better look at Fyodor, as much s I do want to see the confrontation with Dazai, I really want to see him take on Mori. So far, that does seem to be the plan!

I have some news for you…

Besides that, we got ur first look at the min OP and EDs. hat OP sure was fancy with all the CG and stuff. I actually liked it even though I sounded snippy just there. I did notice someone that looks a bit like Natsume Soseki (we saw him with Oda in season 2). Soseki is possibly one of the best known classical Japanese novelists and I’m surprised he hasn’t been ore present in the series so far.

Speaking of Oda, we also see him in the ED. Not sure if it’s just an image for fans of the show or whether we’re actually going to see him a bit again this season. Either way, I was glad he isn’t forgotten. I do have a soft spot for the man.

All in all this was a powerful start to the third season and I can’t wait to see more. I hope you’re all enjoying it as much as I am. Let’s share this ride!

Further Analysis (and more fan-theory type stuff) in chronological order, under this read more~~

I’m not sure there’s meant to be a single “correct” reading of the group’s narrative or story. Even in Wings, which drew its story fully from Demian, the ultimate narrative of the BST M/V is more vague. While there might be a complete and overarching narrative that Bighit is trying to create with Bangtan’s concepts/mvs, I think it’s more likely that there are a lot of narrative threads running through the story, and some are maintained longterm, some are relevant only to as specific chapter, while others are merely aesthetic/cosmetic. I have a feeling that even longterm narrative ideas are sometimes allowed to fade away for the benefit of moving the story forward at the pace they want.

Dark and Wild

Shim Cheong is just a throwaway simile on hip hop lover. I’m pretty sure it’s a reference to the idea that seeing Shim Cheong again allowed her blind father to gain the ability to see.

References like the one to Wild for the Night on hiphop lover (they also tweeted about the song back in 2013) don’t really do much except show that they genuinely like/listen to American rap and also it explains at least 66% of the dumb mistakes Rap Monster has made, probably, my poor problematic child. Hip Hop lover references a ton of artists, but I just included the ones that are mentioned by more than just name.

The Most Beautiful Moment In Life (pt.1/pt.2)

Zhou Xuan is the first media reference point for HYYH (花樣年華)(It’s what the Chinese title for In the Mood For Love is based on). The lyrics refer to forgotten dreams.

Wong Kar Wai’s In the Mood For Love (花樣年華) is not listed, as RM mentioned in the interview that this was not associated with their album.

Notes of a Desolate Man by Tianwen Shu is excerpted in a Taiwanese literary anthology by the name of 花樣年華, and I though think it relates thematically, it’s merely my own personal association~ There’s no indication that BTS or Bighit even knows it exists. Tianwen Shu is greatly influenced by Lu Xun, who wrote the anti-confucian societal norms novel, A Madman’s Diary.

Nirvana t-shirts are a go to for BTS’s stylists, probably MOSTLY because they fit their preferred grunge image, but the word “Nirvana” fits well into the ideas of tragedy/death, utopia/dystopia and idealism that BTS plays with, while Nirvana the band is obviously a good reference point for realistic portrayals of youth culture and music which speaks to young people, particularly the crazy popular Nevermind (ahem Yoongi’s intro song) with Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are. (further fan theory here)

It’s crazy to me that Bang PD found inspiration in a five minute anime about a cat, but read the wiki summary and you’ll believe him: “When it's over She cries and becomes depressed. Chobi does not understand what the conversation was about or what happened but concludes that it was not her fault. He stands by her and comforts her. Time goes on and it becomes winter. She continues going to work and moves on with her life. In the end Chobi and She are happy with their life together and say in unison, 'This world, I think we like it.’”

Fire (Young Forever)

Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here” thematically deals with youth/nostalgia (Shine On You Crazy Diamond: "Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun"). It includes critiques of the music industry and the cliches that the group had to deal with. The narrative of Wish You Were Here is very much in line with Bangtan’s overall group narrative.

Lost River (a phrase you can see on a wall in the Fire M/V) is a film about a poor community, and specifically a mother and her two sons, going through crisis. The film includes a scene of a party in an abandoned high school and ends with both a house and a car on fire. The film has an open ending which leaves room for an improved future, but the film is primarily about the limited possibilities and opportunities

As far as I can tell, the “Basquiat” paintings in the fire M/V are just imitations rather than references to specific paintings. They’re probably being used just as an aesthetic choice - Basquiat’s art was a synthesis of street art, outsider art, social commentary and post-expressionism. However, his life is also relevant narratively: he died young at 27 and he first gained fame as a graffiti artist.

I’m not putting it above because the film is super inappropriate, but the phrase “enter the void” is used in the Run M/V, and could refer to the Gaspar Noe film of the same name. The title of that film is, in fact, a reference to The Tibetan Book of the Dead. However, the term “void” (and the images of the void in the M/V) could just be a reference to five elements in Japanese Buddhism (including fire), particularly the Book of Five Rings. But this is me getting uber fan theory, lol.

Another graffitied phrase in the Run M/V is “wasted youth.” This could be one of three things; a reference to the hardcore punk band, Wasted Youth, an allusion to Fast Times at Ridgemont High which also includes a scene featuring “wasted youth” graffitied on a wall, or the phrase isn’t an allusion, but merely a description of the M/V concept.

Wings

The relationship to Demian needs its own post, so I won’t even go into it itself, but the tangential references it spawned are as follows:

The paintings in the Wings video are all in reference to Demian but are also all biblical/mythological in nature, based on the book of revelations, Ovid’s The Art of Love, and the crucifixion. The religious references, however, are dulled down -- Jesus is not fully sculpted, leaving him to be a vaguely carved form and allowing the image to stand more as an allegory for the relationship between mother and “son” in Demian. (some further fan analysis of the art here)(and more specifically on the use of icarus).

The Passacaglia is also a piece which is referred to in Demian in the part of the book where the narrator begins to find spiritual fulfillment through music and art, something BTS talks about a lot.

Demian draws lot from Carl Jung, particularly his ideas about symbolism, archetypes and psychoanalysis. The book specifically alludes to Jung’s Seven Sermons, and the idea that Abraxas is the ultimate being, uniting both god and the devil. Thematically, through Demian, this deals with themes of forming ones’ own moral code, and ideas of will and strength of character, with good and evil being both at odds but also simultaneously part of everything. This theory/concept in largely influenced by Nietzsche, most especially his Beyond Good and Evil. Together these are all philosophies which pull away from the ideas of societal norms or strict social structures and place a premium on personal/creative expression.

Thus Spoke Zarathustra (quoted in the Wings photobook and BST M/V) also furthers this idea that good and evil are “a wheel.” It posits that Truth (not morality) is the highest virtue and that idealists flee from reality (SEE: Icarus). The novel also introduces the idea of the overman, which is a gross idea and super problematic, but I can it being applied thematically to BTS as the idea of a ‘fully realized self.’ Zarathustra is a figure Nietzsche borrowed from Zoroastrianism. (this writer has more ideas on some connections to Nietzsche).

You Never Walk Alone

“Omelas” and the theme of walking obviously references the Le Guin story, which is inspired by the William James essay, which in turn borrows ideas from Dostoyevsky.

Namjoon’s reference Snowpiercer plays into the video’s visual narrative (an inescapable cycle, the train, the cyclical nature of seasons, laundry is a cycle [2mjjk theory speaks to all these, lol]) as the story is about a train which circles the globe, in a world stuck in perpetual winter. Unlike the more environmentally-focused graphic novel, Snowpiercer the (korean-directed) film is intensely focused on class inequality, a theme which runs through BTS’s albums (see particularly Baepsae, but it’s a concern relevant to their School series, since most pressures put on students are related to social class) and which is of incredible concern to Korean people, and therefore is a common concern of a lot of Korean art. Bong Joon Ho’s other film works are all very heavy on social commentary (the host deals with the american military and politics/activism, sea fog also talks about social inequality... etc...), so referencing one of his films is a pretty clear statement that you are making a critical commentary on something. Like the Le Guin short story The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas, the film is about a dystopia in which the upper class/middle class/general public is reliant on the continual suffering of another (in this class the lower class or last train) to survive. Trains provide a very easy metaphor for class given their class divisions into separate carriages. This was also applied in another Korean blockbuster from the last year, Train to Busan (dir Yeon Sang-ho), which included some pretty transparent commentary on the negative effect that an apathetic, self-serving, lazy (male) middle-aged, middle-class could have on the survival of families and younger generations.

Most fan theories agree that the clothes in the M/V are a reference to the sewol ferry disaster. Here is the fan explanation for how that connects to Boltanski’s Personnes.

BSD Little Oneshots: Chapter 6: Little!Nikolai x Caregivers!DOA & Rats

Stumbling upon it had initially been an accident. You see, you could argue the DOA and Rats meeting was going as planned. If you weren't a certain Nikolai Gogol, that is. He knew, of course, that everyone else would describe this meeting as normal, business, casual even. Even Sigma, who hated these meetings was perfectly fine today.

Unfortunately, he wasn't able to pay attention. He was busy bouncing between headspaces and trying to keep his mouth shut so nothing stupid came out, no babble, not a word. He refused to speak because he knew his voice would come out wrong, come out like a baby. He'd taken to nodding and shaking his head as a response.

And Fukuchi had taken to asking him things he just simply didn't answer once he'd caught on that he was being quiet today. But, even with his questions, Fukuchi breezed past him easily regardless of answer or not. Fukuchi always did like monologues.

"Can someone remind me again how he's useful? I mean, such a strong ability is wasted if he's so slow mentally." Pushkin remarked and Nikolai felt his adult headspace crash a bit.

He refused to look up, he knew he'd look too stupid if he did, too young. He didn't want them to see him like this, he didn't want to even be here but everyone insisted that everyone attend. Even Shibusawa had joined as a tagalong to Fyodor, like a thorn in his side.

"What the fuck, Pushkin?" Sigma snapped. He looked over at the two-tone in confusion, he felt tears on his face. He didn't know when they got there, he didn't know when Bram began growling at Pushkin, eyes flashing dangerously, either but he was. The whole room was tense and he heard hiccups. Was that him?

"Why's the baby crying, hmm? You know you aren't useful?" Pushkin continued.

"I am!" He hiccupped, he felt like he was shaking.

"He even sounds like a kid." Pushkin laughed.

"You need to leave, right now. Before you regret coming today." He could have sworn Fyodor was talking to him so that's just what he did, he ran out and home, hiding in his room, hiding in his closet with his pacifier because he knew it was the only thing that could calm him down.

"Kolya!" Came Ivan's voice eventually, he heard the others too. They were looking for him, he knew.

So he didn't make a sound from his place in the closet, hand over his mouth, breath shaking and he was scared. Did they come to kill him? He couldn't escape like this, he was too small to use his ability with any accuracy, he could end up in the middle of an ocean, or falling from the sky.

"I think he's in the closet." Shibusawa told Ivan, probably the others as well.

"Why would he be in the closet? Wouldn't he have left by now?" Fukuchi asked.

"His breathing, it's quiet, but he's there." He hated Shibusawa's senses, he did. He knew too much too often and this is the one time he didn't want to be found.

"Kolya." Fyodor opened the door, kneeling before the closet when he spotted him in the far corner. He would die here, Fyodor would kill him. He didn't want to die like this, his chest felt too tight, he wanted to hide, he needed to breathe but he couldn't.

"He's panicking." Shibusawa alerted them.

"Panicking? Kolya, we made Pushkin leave. You can calm down." Fyodor assured him.

"Here, move." Sigma shoved his way past the others and sat with him in the corner. "Deep breaths. Slowly." The two-tone assured him, hand on his arm softly to give him something to latch onto. He followed his instruction, mimicking the calm, slow deep breaths that the other was taking to guide him.

"See? You're okay." Sigma assured him. "Just relax, you're safe. Nobody will hurt you. You're not stupid, Pushkin is an asshole." He nodded, hands still over his mouth, now to hide his pacifier more than quiet his breathing.

"Nikolai, are you nauseous?" Ivan asked.

"Yeah, he's still holding his mouth." Mushitaro realized.

"Kolya, nausea's okay, just tell us. Are you sick?" Fyodor asked. He shook his head, that wasn't it. He didn't want to be made fun of again.

"Oh." Sigma hummed. He realized he'd seen it, he'd seen it and he was done for. They'd get rid of him, kill him so they didn't have a baby running around with their secrets. "It's cute, Kolya. Nobody will say anything or they'll deal with me." Sigma threatened. Slowly, hands shaking, he let his hands down and the others got to see his white pacifier.

"Aw." Ivan crooned.

"That's cute." Shibusawa admitted softly.

"See? No need to be scared." Sigma assured him. "Do you wanna sleep? Anxiety attacks can be exhausting." Sigma offered, getting up himself, expecting Nikolai to follow, obviously.

"Up." He quietly requested.

"Up we go then." Sigma crouched down and he latched on, unsure if they'd both tip over but he was a bit shocked when Sigma could easily lift him and carry him to bed. "Get some sleep, Kolya." Sigma was quiet whispering while he tucked him into the blankets, hushing the others and their bickering over who got to take care of the baby next.

Next time he regressed, he himself chose to latch onto Fyodor's arm, following him home from a restaurant that him, Sigma, and Fyodor had visited. Well, into a store and then home.

After the they got to Fyodor's apartment, he got handed a few jingly toys and he happily sat on the floor next to Fyodor's couch playing with said toys for hours, only occasionally sticking them into the other's face and making him look at the pretty, loud toys he'd been given.

He wouldn't complain if he was occasionally handed a kid's sized bag of fruit snacks or goldfish or a smaller toy. He did cry after Fyodor tossed out a wrapper he'd been given until the other had retrieved it, washed it, and given it back. He liked being around Fyodor, despite the other's adamance that he 'didn't care'.

Interrupting Sigma's day was a favorite pastime, he liked bothering him, Sigma had containments for him to not bother anyone else but him. So he followed him around with one of his toys Fyodor had given him, holding onto his arm and trailing along whilst the other man did his job.

Sigma made no complaint, so he just kept going, eventually leaving to go to sleep in Sigma's room. He woke up to quiet bickering and everyone telling him they'd been looking for him for three hours now. He did find that rather funny, the thought of six people frantically searching a casino for a baby who had been in one place the whole time.

Mushitaro got to babysit exactly once, through no fault of either him or Nikolai himself. But they were at the carnival and Mushitaro had won him a white bear with red eyes he'd named Katja.

However both of them ended up crying somehow. He didn't know how, neither did Mushitaro. But Ivan and Shibusawa had to go get them and bring them home. Mushitaro was no longer allowed to babysit him without someone else there.

Following Shibusawa home was odd. The man lived in some weird tower place, but he wanted to follow him around. Tatsuhiko didn't seem to mind, so he sat on a couch playing with his bear until Shibusawa got the bright idea to interact with him.

Said interaction was easy, Nikolai didn't really mind it, he patted where the other's horn would be and giggled claiming the horn was pretty. It was, after all. He liked it, at least. Shibusawa actually showed him the horn and he began sticking stickers and bows to it and into the other's hair.

Being called 'little treasure' made him giddy with joy, he liked it. So he called Tatsuhiko 'Dragon Dad' back, much to the other's already flared hoarding dragon instincts. And he didn't complain getting cuddled to sleep, hair being brushed through gently.

Ivan didn't quite bring him home when he chose him, he brought him to the park. Nikolai got to go on the swings so he was pleased. Ivan actually matched his attention so playing tag at the park was no problem for either of them.

And, certainly, having a platonic 'date' at a boba shop after was fun for them both, and certainly getting to go home and play hide and seek was also fun, thankfully Ivan was good at seeking.

Following Fukuchi home was an unfortunate side effect of Bram promising to tell him stories. He'd made Fukuchi cry earlier, calling him a bitch at their meeting when Fukuchi had called everyone 'mother hens'. At which, Fyodor had been outed as teaching him to curse while he was regressed.

Bram had actually laughed, which made him smile too while he watched the others argue over Fyodor and his teaching of swear words to a child. Fyodor was rather unphased, which was funny watching five others yell at him to stop teaching young children to curse.

So he'd determined he'd spend time with Bram, nobody ever really did. But Fukuchi had begun thinking it was him he was following as he stole a book from Fukuchi's bookshelf for them to read.

He snuck off to Bram's coffin after, sitting in the bottom to keep him company and he listened to Bram's stories of Europe until he fell asleep in the bottom half of the coffin with him, both settling on taking a nap before another story began.

He was once again woken up to quiet arguments about who had been watching him, to which he burst out with 'BRAM!', waking the other who simply sighed and smiled at him and urged him to read to him this time.

Fukuchi got him a child harness and had it on a leg of his desk. He'd been given markers, water, snacks, and coloring books he was occupied with. But then Fukuchi had fallen asleep and he decided coloring his mustache bright pink would be a good activity.

Bram was propped as an extra babysitter in his coffin against the wall, laughing at him and ended up waking Fukuchi up with his laughter. He continued coloring Fukuchi's mustache every time he was babysat by him from then on.

Regressing right before a meeting wasn't uncommon now, but he certainly didn't expect to end up being in a cuddle pile with everyone. Even Bram had been joined, he was hugging him in place of Katja, who Sigma was holding onto for him.

He was happy they'd figured it out. Giggling in the middle of a cuddle pile was the best way to spend an unproductive meeting.
