Pizza Tower: The Series Fun Fact

Fake Peppino has a few names that the rest if the cast calls him.

Most of the cast calls him "Bruno", purely for the sake of convenience. The person behind Bruno Pizza mysteriously disappeared one day, and since Fake Peppino lived in his restaurant for a while following his disappearance, his friends have decided to call him after the restaurant's owner.

Peppino, however, started calling him "Fake" out of anger, but it quickly developed into an Affectionate Nickname for him, so that's what he calls him.

And then there's Noisette. She calls both Peppino and Fake Peppino just "Peppino", unless both are in the same room in which she will call one of them at random "Other Peppino". Noisette is just... like that.

Fake peppino ends up eating something that makes his stomach hurt, and goes to peppino's for help. Of course peppino just tells him to rest it off, rather irritated cause he was in the middle of working, and fake peppino does just that. But as fake peppino is resting, the noise decides to pull a prank, and puts some bombs near fake peppino that just so happen to look like frog eggs, and when he's about to explode the bombs with a remote control, it doesn't work cuz it doesn't have batteries. It then kicks off a B plot where the noise is looking for batteries, but he keeps having to go to extreme lengths just to get them, going from him just looking in the dirt, to just full on searching a factory.

In the main A plot, peppino walks in to check on fake peppino and sees the bombs, and since they look like frog eggs he just assumes fake peppino had eggs, and immediately starts to freak out. Fake peppino wakes up from peppino shouting and sees the eggs too, and somehow comes to the same conclusion of peppino. Rest of A plot consists of peppino trying to get advice from others to help with what to do to help with the eggs.

Then near the episode, peppino's just kinda accepted that fake peppino had eggs while fake peppino is just happily hugging the eggs, but then noise just so happens to get the batteries for the remote and bursts in, pressing the button and exploding the eggs revealing them to have been bombs. Peppino is just pissed at the noise for pulling a prank like that, but meanwhile fake peppino, having already been convinced those were eggs, immediately goes into rage mode and just starts beating the shit out of the noise thinking he just killed his eggs. One comedic fight later, and fake peppino finally realizes the bombs weren't eggs, and is just sad. Until dramatic reveal, one didn't explode so he assumes that one must be a real egg. Episode ends with peppino tired and fake peppino just happy watching the egg, and then cliffhanger reveal shows the egg just starting to hatch as the episode ends.

S1 E9 - Out of Order

A day after a big rainstorm, during which Peppino got absolutely soaked, he opens the pizzeria as usual. Gustavo realizes that Peppino caught a cold and ordered him to take it easy and rest. Peppino had no strength to argue, so he left the pizzeria to Gustavo. Unexpectedly, a large amount of customers seems to be trickling in as the day starts. Gustavo can't keep up with the orders, even with his friend Brick. He ends up calling up Fake Peppino and tries to "teach him" how to exactly act like Peppino, so nobody would notice that the real one is sick. It goes well, up until the Noise enters the pizzeria. With Noise's usual pranks, Fake Peppino acts the complete opposite to Peppino's reactions to each joke and Noise is getting annoyed. He takes each prank up a notch and ends up exposing Fake Peppino. The customers leave, disgusted. Gustavo explains the situation to Noise and he actually feels guilty. All of them end up cleaning up the pizzeria.

The next day, Peppino arrives to a completely, squeaky clean pizzeria, grease-free kitchen, fully stocked pantry and freezer. He finds a small unsigned note on the counter saying "Sorry!". Episode ends with mildly confused Peppino, sighing at the empty restaurant, as usual.
