let me firstly just put it out there how fucking ridiculous it is that i have to even address this discourse, and remind a fandom of, let's face it. fully grown adults. (or mostly fully grown adults) how to behave in a fandom. no one in the fandom should be seriously getting bullied over something as miniscule as a dating timeline that literally none of us can pinpoint, and i'm not the only one from the looks of it who is receiving this kind of backlash. all we know is that one of them said near the end of s5 (can't remember who) that they had been dating for "a few months". a relatively loose term that from my understanding means any number 3(to 7???) or higher, so you can interpret that number to fit your narrative any way you like, idgaf. but i am going to tell you this once and for all now....

grow... the fuck up. stop cowardly hiding behind anon calling people stupid for how they personally view the timeline. you do not know everything just because you have gone through a pregnancy, and have no right to belittle anyone who has not gone through a pregnancy. (because "oh they got together after angela got pregnant and she gave birth at the end of the season, and it takes 9 months to make a baby blah, blah, blah — god shut uppp!!!!!)

if it really matters that fucking much to you to go all sherlock holmes and go on do a deep dive to figure out the timeline, cool. you do you. i personally do not care to invest so much of my time hypothesizing on something so confusing that i can't confirm, and that you cannot confirm either.

february will come around the corner soon enough and we can all huddle around our tv's and wait for confirmation that again, let's face it! we're never likely to get. at least not in the first few eps anyway.

until then chenford fam... i want you to do better, and be kinder to people. i'm honestly so disappointed to see such a darkness come from this fandom.

Chenford Week 2022 - Wrap Up!

We did it, Chenford fam! Another amazing Chenford Week is in the books, and I’m so happy that so many people shared their talents a reveled in all things Chenford this week! You are all so incredibly talented and supportive.

I want to say something.

If you have felt angry, frustrated, or disappointed during season 4, I want you to know you are seen. You are heard. I have read every single post (not an exaggeration), and while I may not agree with all of it, I share many of your frustrations. Your feelings are valid. You have helped open my eyes to some different perspectives that have made me take a closer look.

If you are generally happy with season 4 and optimistic about its direction, you are also seen and heard. I love your optimism! Your feelings are valid. I still love to see Chenford interacting on my screen. I still get excited, even if I'm being baited, because it's just freaking fun to fangirl. I can always find things in every episode to be entertained by.

This chasm in the fandom is breaking my heart. It's like a genuine ache. And regardless of where your feelings land with season 4, I still love this fandom as a whole. It's full of incredibly smart, witty, kind, talented people.

I feel like some people just took things too literal with the last cameo that’s been circulating within the fandom. Eric didn’t say Chenford was never gonna happen guys - he just essentially was like, not now, not yet. And that’s okay.

Isn’t part of the slowburn wondering when it’s all gonna finally fall into place for the ship? That ‘will they, won’t they’....anticipation keeps it interesting IMO. I’m here for the Chenford crumbs or full scenes we get in episodes. I’m down for some drama, a little angst, and yes, happy moments between them. It’s all a part of building it up, y’know?

I’m not worried & I hope some people that were extremely concerned have maybe realized that they (Chenford) are gonna be just fine. And let’s not forget that actors do not have 100% complete creative control. Writers, producers, directors, etc. there’s a whole team involved in bringing Chenford & The Rookie to us fans every week.

We also have to remember that Eric’s been the best ship captain to us (idk any other celeb who interacts as much as he does!) and Melissa’s been super nice on socials as well. I think we’ll be okay Chenfords/Rookie fam. We got this. 🙂

Decided to watches "Witches of East End" on Hulu because I wanted something autumnal and spooky that wasn't heavy (and this is soapy af but I love it) and who shows up but TIM BRADFORD.

He plays a hot, rich doctor who is part of Doctors without Borders, and is engaged to one of the main characters. His hair is much longer and I didn't recognize him for a hot second. It's weird!

oh my god! i vaguely recall hearing that [probably here, via the chenford fandom fam], but never really felt inspired to check it out. should i change my stance? how is it so far?

oh my god, squared! not!tim bradford's fiancee is channing tatum's ex, aka nolan's towel-clad neighbor/wedding date! the rookie: keeping former costars in each other's professional orbit! and the other sister was jj’s fiancee on american dreams, which tiny e also watched!

i know eric winter because he guest-starred on wildfire, one of tinier e's tune-ins. anddddd he did a hallmark holiday movie once with jodie sweetin! [i tend to remember the ones starring mildly famous people - leann rimes, kellie pickler, stephanie tanner in real life - a little better ahahaha!]
