No planet B?? 😵 Well, that's just great! So you're telling me that we've only got one planet to work with? 🤷 I guess we better take really good care of it, or else we're all screwed! I mean, we can't just go out and buy a new planet, can we? No Amazon Prime shipping for that one! I guess we'll have to settle for fixing up this old planet and hope it lasts us a while. Who knows, maybe we can give it a fresh coat of paint or some new appliances and it'll be good as new! 😆✌️💚

Two climate protesters have been arrested after throwing soup on a Van Gogh painting in London.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed to The Associated Press they’ve arrested two suspects for criminal damage and aggravated trespass. The protesters, who had been with the climate group Just Stop Oil, threw cans of tomato soup onto Gogh’s “Sunflowers” painting at the National Gallery in London.
A video released by Just Stop Oil confirmed the 2 protesters proceeding to glue themselves to the wall, shouting, “What is worth more, art or life? Is it worth more than food? Worth more than justice? Are you more concerned about the protection of a painting or the protection of a planet and people?”
The protester continued that “fuel is unaffordable to millions of cold, hungry families,” who “can’t even afford to heat a tin of soup,” holding up the can. A press release from Just Stop Oil stated the protesters are “demanding that the U.K. government halts all new oil and gas projects.” A spokesperson for Just Stop Oil additionally told The New York Times the group decided to target Gogh’s “Sunflowers” solely because it is “an iconic painting, by an iconic painter” and an attack on it would make headlines.
The National Gallery confirmed that the painting, which is covered in glass, was unharmed, although there was “some minor damage to the frame.”

On Friday, September 20th 2019, college and high school students rallied for action on climate change (some terming the immediate pending situation as a ‘climate crisis’) on top of Tijuana’s busy intersection at the roundabout of Monument Las Tijeras located in the city’s business district of Zona Rio. Approximately 100 people showed up to protest the Mexican government’s inaction in dealing with the effects of climate change which will impact their generation the hardest. The protest, which many participated in by the hundredths and thousands around the globe, is now a worldwide movement in solidarity with a community organization started in the United States. The movement is credited to Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg whom started protesting her government first by herself and then later gaining the attention of others, along with the media to call international governments to act on their inaction to the climate crisis. — #onassignment #everydayclimatechange #everydayeverywhere #everydaymexico #everydaylafrontera #everydaylatinamerica #Tijuana #tijuanamexico #mexico #dailylife #dailymexico #photojournalism #fotoperiodismo #retrato #reportagespotlight #environmentalportrait #portrait #portraitphotography #climateprotest #fridaysforfuture #documentaryphotography #myfeatureshoot #climatecrisis #climatechange (at Glorieta Las Tijeras) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2qHfk2lUiV/?igshid=961v55ea67c8
When will the news become more useful? As humanity hurtles toward the apocalypse, news will become less relevant and storytelling will become more meaningful. We all know the awful truth. But how much of it will we be able to consume as stress levels, depression and anxiety increase? Storytelling, however gives us purpose and hope, and could help us create what we miss - a sense of connection, comfort and community. . . . #climatechange #climatechange #climateprotest #apocalypse (at South Africa Cape Town) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2Yfg0ADLBk/?igshid=14stbubp35mak
‘The End Of All', the final song of my EP 'Where The Line Is Drawn' from 2020, speaks of reaching the end of the line for humanity, our final defeat 🖤 A feeling of wanting to say "hell no!" A feeling of disbelief 🌑🔥 It seems certain that we will reach that point, but when? Soon? How soon? ⌛️ Experts and career politicians don't often see eye to eye about this and we will all pay the price for global inactions and selfish short-sighted endeavours 😤 I believe that we can do better. Do you? 🤠✌️
