Hopping off the last reblog bc I don't wanna fill OP's tags with this, I'll maintain forever that corporate meddling is the very thing that fucked over Steven Universe and caused the last season, and particularly last episode, to be rushed. People love to blame the SU crew for it but CN is the one that forced their hand and made them rush it. Cartoon Network fucked the show over because of it's LGBTQ+ representation.

Lucathy Exhibition at Kuaikan Convention

KKWorld2022, Kuaikan Manhua's convention, is currently underway. WMMAP has its own exhibitions, and of course they include lucathy! Attendees can participate in the attraction shown above, where multiple popular ships are featured (claudiana is there as well!). In the exhibition, reminiscent of a chapel, you can get marriage licenses for the pairs and write your best wishes for them. The chapel also features prominent WMMAP fanartist Juan捲's lucathy artwork. On top of that, you can connect Lucas and Athy using the red string of fate.

I wonder what the deal was with this cartoon. It was really hyped up on cn's social media, there were creator interviews, it seemingly did okay in the ratings, then I heard I heard a rumor the creator left, the show ended with sixteen episodes and a cliffhanger and was never mentioned again even to announce cancellation or anything. I don't get strongly invested in kid shows these days but I feel like something happened here on the industry side of things.
