Happy June 21st, it's Go Skateboarding Day!
Tumblr media
A yearly event to promote skateboarding and to encourage the accessibility of skateboarding -- oh, heck. You're here to see the Barbies.
Tumblr media
Barbie's younger sister Stacie, conceived as a more tomboyish and athletic member of the Roberts family, was skateboarding back in 1999 with Awesome Skateboard Barbie. Her friends Whitney and Janet could join her too.
But skateboarding isn't just for kids, is it? Barbie herself can get in on the sport.
That was true at least from 2001 onwards, with Coca Cola Skateboard Fun.
Tumblr media
Actually there might be an earlier one -- I'm not 100% sure. This was the earliest one I could find for definite, but I feel like I must be wrong because surely there was an earlier one?
As the years go on, Barbie has been skateboarding more and more, including at the Tokyo Olympics.
Tumblr media
Where she was a gold medalist.
And of course, one of the more popular skateboarding Barbies...
Tumblr media
Okay, the Made to Move skateboarding Barbie is a little less popular because of the raw power of her skateboarding, and more because all made to move dolls are extremely popular among people who want to rebody other dolls onto these more dynamic bodies.

Really blessed that the winter blizzard was not in Atlanta and South Carolina when we were there. A little beef brisket from Saltwater Cowboys ain't that bad to end the land excursion part of the journey.

Can't You Feel It? The Feeling is Everywhere!
Those are some of the words to David Foster’s theme song of the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Alberta. We were there and we felt it from our vantage point at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies where our daughter was a soloist and member of the Coca Cola World Chorus. Indeed we were inspired in that vast audience from around the world — all ready to cheer for their Olympic athlete who would…

What was the first Barbie doll you remember owning?
I am sure neither of these were my first Barbie but the two that I remember most vividly as being barbies I owned were these two.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These are Olympic Gymnast Barbie (for the 1996 Atlanta games) and Coca-Cola Picnic Barbie from 1997.
I’m sure I had a collection that was already impressive by 1996, but I genuinely don’t recall any specific dolls. I think Olympic Gymnast Barbie stuck out in my mind because it had articulated limbs and flat feet, which was pretty unusual in that era.

The Great Atlanta fire of 1917 (21st May) caused $5.5 million in damages, destroying some 300 acres including 2,000 homes, businesses and churches, displacing about 10,000 people but leading to only one fatality (due to heart attack).

Here are some companies that strongly support Israel (but are not Boycott targets). There is no ethical consumption under capitalism and boycotting is a political strategy - not a moral one. If you did try to boycott every supporter of Israel you would struggle to survive because every major company supports Israel (as a result of attempting to keep the US economy afloat), that being said, the ones that are being boycotted by masses and not already on the organic boycott list are coloured red.

Ahead of the 1984 Olympics, McDonald's handed out scratch-off cards that could be redeemed for a specific food item if the American Olympic Team won a medal at the event revealed. A gold medal was worth a Big Mac, silver an order of french fries, and bronze a Coca-Cola. McDonald's had made their cost estimates for the promotion based on the American medal count at the 1976 Montreal Olympics, which was 94 medals, including 34 gold medals. However, the Soviet-led boycott soon made those estimates useless. With several of the Olympic powerhouse teams absent, the U.S. easily dominated the Olympic Games and walked away with 174 medals, 83 of them gold. As the Games started and the American teams conquered podiums, customers were enthusiastic about exchanging their cards for free food. More cards were being handed out with each new order, offering more giveaway opportunities. Some 6,600 outlets reportedly faced shortages of the promoted items, especially the Big Macs. Experts estimate that the promotion cost McDonald's millions of dollars.
Before the opening ceremony, the delegations of Haiti and Liechtenstein noticed that the civil flag of Haiti was identical to that of the flag of Liechtenstein. As a result, both nations agreed to carry different flags during the ceremony. Liechtenstein received approval from their government to carry the flag upside-down and add a "Prince's Hat" crown in the corner, while Haiti added the national crest in order to make it into the state flag instead. This directly led to Liechtenstein adding the crown to their flag. This modified design was adopted on 24 June 1937.

Remember, we are boycotting Disney and the Olympics
As I see, GF ships are coming back… In 2024, bruh
Tumblr media
Marble Hornets? Jeez, I haven't heard that name in years, and I haven't even watched the series (Or that type, because it was more of an ARG before the term ARG)
Well, thanks to them, Slenderman was who he was (Tia… And then this situation with 12-year-olds and this movie from 2018)
Now that I have your attention:
Unfortunately, the biggest problem with sharing links to collections or fundraising posts is that you don't know whether they will be shared or not, which means that the collections don't reach people who could help, which sucks :/
It doesn't help that Tumblr has shadowbanned the Palestine/Gaza tags, which means they don't show up in trends (Although they're in purple, so they're there, but they don't show up, but what can you expect from a site run by Zionists?)
If it was possible to predict whether a post with collections would be shared, it would be a miracle, but unfortunately it is not and it sucks :/
By the way, fuck Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga because they are silent about Gaza
And yes, I know that by sharing links to my fundraising posts and doing the same thing every new post, a chain is being created, but yes, there are also collections from Congo and Sudan (However, there are a lot of collections, and this is the only way to reach people)
There will probably be a lot of tags under this post, because when I talk about many topics in one post, there are usually many tags (Which has its pros and cons, but unfortunately, as I mentioned, otherwise the collections come to a halt)
List of corporations that support Israel:
Disney
Nestle
Microsoft
Intel
Google
Puma
Nike
Amazon
Axa
Booking.com
Burger King
McDonald
KFC
Kinder (It's not written down, but I found the information)
Zott
Coca-cola/Monster
Snicers/Sky milk
Lion
Oreo
Pizza Hut
Papa John's
Starbucks
Volvo
Wendy
Domino's pizza
Tic tac
Pepsi
Lipton
Dove
Nestcafe
Danone (Actimel)
Doritos
Leys
Fanta
MIrinda
Lego
Walls's
Carrefour
Ariel
Orakl-B
Nokia
Xiaomi
Marvel/Fox/Pixar (Disney)
Mattel
Hewlett Pacaro (HP)
Motorola
National Geographic
Tide
There is more, but finding all the companies is a nightmare, so I gave as much as I could
By the way, boycott "Stranger Things" because it is a series created mainly by Zionists, many actors and the scriptwriter revealed their support for Israel
Fuck Rowling too because she liked a Zionist tweet and showed neutrality towards genocide (And the creator of Winx often supports what she says, so yes, we have a chain)
