All My Choices: 

It was the end of the night, that sweet spot during the evening where the breeze was cool enough to stifle the heat, but comfortable enough to be outside without a jacket on. The day was an easy one, just simple errands and household chores that needed to be checked off before the start of a new week.

You nudged the screen door open with your elbow as you held on to two mugs of tea, careful to not burn your hand as it curled around the handle of the mug (not everyone holds their teacups weird like Levi). The evening sky was gorgeous shades of blue, purple and pink, with streaks of yellow and orange shining just in the distance as the sun slowly gives way to the night.

You couldn’t help but curl your lips into a small smile when your eyes landed on the man you were looking for.

Levi.

He was sitting in his favourite patio chair, basking in the sunset with a thoughtful look on his face, staring into the distance. He blinked, coming back to reality as you nudged him gently with your knee and handing him his cup.

As you took a seat beside your him, Levi placed his hand gently over your knee and sighed.

“Penny for your thoughts dear?” You inquired, wondering what prompted your usually focused and straightforward partner to doze off into a daydream.

“Nothing.” Was the reply. Just as you expected.

“Oh?” You teased, “Tell me about nothing then, Levi.”

“I ran into an ex at the store today that’s all.” Was the reply after a short pause.

You murmured a soft ‘mhm’ as you slowly took a sip of your tea, giving Levi all the time he needed.

“I saw her at the store today and couldn’t help but feel happy.” He continued. “It made me so happy to see a part of my past, even though it didn’t work out between us.”

You felt his hand gently rubbing circles against your knee and you looked over at your husband, just over the rim of your mug.

“It made me happy because…all those failed relationships, all the choices that I had made in my past…they led me to you. In the end, all my choices led to you” Levi whispered as he leaned into you, his forehead pressed up against yours. You could see the love swirling in his eyes as he looked into yours. You could smell the tea on his breath, and most importantly, you could feel the warmth of his touch. You were his choice…just as he was yours.

So, it’s Fic Writer’s Appreciation Day...

I know this is coming in a little later, than other’s posts about it, but if we really take a step back - we should be appreciation fic writers all the time, not just on one day. 

Some people do whatever they can to support people like me - writers of fics that post and share their hobby with the world - and that takes a helluva lot of guts to do. The world’s a scary place, and the people in it can be hella nasty, but we keep posting anyway. 

So without further adieu, I’ll get started (’cause this could be a long list...)!

(Also, please take these lightly. I’m not great with words, and I can be awfully awkward, so bewarned~)  

First that comes to mind is @ellana-ravenwood. She’s an amazing writer, and I’m not going to lie by saying she wasn’t a huge inspiration for me to start writing and posting - because she was, and still is. So, Ella, if you’re reading this, I want you to know how much you mean to me - and no doubt others too. You’re awesome. Don’t ever doubt yourself. 

Next is @writefightandflightclub. My fellow Poe Hoe. My ride or die. I don’t care if you don’t see me the same, you’re a homie to me, and I would kill or be killed for you - I swear that. You always manage to say the best stuff, and I have no idea how you do it, but you better not stop.

@gingerwritess is my go-to for Loki fics. I will forever proclaim your talent, Theo, and how you always manage to write Loki so well. Honestly - did you sell your soul or something? If you did I wouldn’t be surprised. We love your work! 

Naturally @propertyofpoeandbucky is on this list, and not just because she’s an absolute doll. Both her and @whirlybirbs have this thing where they get into a new and almost completely unrelated fandom from the one I followed them for, and let’s just say - Lani - I have never felt such a pull to Spencer Reid in my whole damn life up until you started writing for him. I swear - 

@fizzyxcustard and @cassiabaggins both post some slapping Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit fics, and they both always manage to pull me into the void known as the Durin Hole, because damn - if somehow their writing doesn’t do that one day, that will be the day I am taken into the darkness and die. 

@sunmoonandbucky, @cake-writes, and @imanuglywombat - the Bucky Babes. All three of you are honestly such good writers, and even better people. I love you three so much, and you always deliver - not the content we want - but the content we deserve. I send my love to you, hang in there guys!

@haikyuudreaming. Kris. Sweetie. Your headcanons make my day. They always make me feel better, even if they’re filled with angst - and I can’t help it, they just do, so we’ll have to just put up with that fact. You write our volleyball boys so well, and I love you so for it. 

@quilledinkpen. The more I get to know you the more we have in common. I swear if we end up being seperated twins or something I wouldn’t even flinch at it. You’re writing is great, and you’re doing so well. 

@commanderserwin, @xxsmokeyy, and @attackonfics, you all feed my Attack on Titan thirst so well. You all write beautifully, and convey the feelings that would come with being in this anime so well that I often find myself cutting off from the real world and being right there - you know? Thank you, for being able to do that. 

@keiqos and @keilemlucent, you both are my go-to sin-bin bingers. I’m a Hawks gal through-and-through, but damn - when you write for others I read them too, and I love them just as much. I feel like I need to wash my eyes out, but I guess it’s my fault I can’t help going back for more, huh?

In short, I love all your writing so much. More than words can really say. So consider this me also sending you as much hugs and love as you need!

The Veterans Pocket Sized! AU Pt 3 (Attack on Titan)

You wipe the beads of sweat off your forehead as you carefully descend the stairs, mint green box in your hands

SOMEHOW you managed to sit all the vets down on their tiny bottoms, away from all the chaos, and play a nice little board game for a change

Oh if you just knew how wrong you were....

No way is MONOPOLY about to be a “nice little board game”

So anyways you start setting up the board on a large, terri coffee table, peaking the vets’ interest as they stand on they’re tippy toes to peek over your arm in curiosity

“M...o...n...o...p...o...l...y....” Erwin walks across the the lid of the box, finger on chin, in thought.

You sighed pointing towards Moblit

“You’re banker.”

And with that you headed off towards your bedroom, shutting the door, and hitting the sheets for a much needed nap.

Moblit’s just kinda like “m-m-me???” 😰

“Oi how do you even play this?” Levi kicked a game piece slightly, watching it roll to the other side of the board.

“You don’t know how to play?” Nanaba looked at him in surprise

“ATTENTION!”

Ladies and gents, our man ahem little man Erwin has taken the stand and is about to explain ALL the rules for the game

Good luck that’s gonna take awhile

So FINALLY after much questions and confusion, everyone has the gist of it and have begun to play.

I guess you can imagine how it goes...

Some of these vets are spending their cash like crazyyyy (it’s Nanaba) poor Moblit is having a hard time keeping track

Bro Hanji is on a fucking roll tho

Like surprisingly she keeps buying properties, and at first they were all getting onto her, saying she’ll go broke

But it all payed off because EVERYONE keeps landing on her properties WITH THE HOUSES TOO

And it’s poor Levi who’s the victim most of the time

He’s cussing everything out at this point

“This game it shit!”

Or like “fuck capitalism”

Erwin is on high alert tho, he’s guarding his ONE property with absolute devotion and dedication, in fact, he’s sat himself right dab smack in the middle of it.

Oh and that property he owns is Boardwalk

Yeah no way is he letting Hanji’s greedy little fingers get ahold of that even though she literally already owns Park Place

Anywaysssss look at Mike!

Everyone was so distracted by Hanji and Levi’s arguments, that they completely miss Mike!

This dude has hit the jackpot each and every time he’s landed on both chest and chance

He’s got that $$$ nose yk~

I feel like Moblit can’t even get chance to really concentrate on his turns he’s too busy handling all that money coming in and out 😭

But I feel like he’s actually smart and is investing in the utilities instead since no one else thinks they’re that important

Anyways Nanaba tries to invest in all the properties that are I color groups of her fav color lolololl

Ok so I haven’t even gotten to these auctions and bids yet

All I have to say is that they are HEATED and INTENSE

it’s Levi complaining about how Hanji and Mike have literally taken the entire board and how Erwin is still too stubborn to let go of his stupid boardwalk

They don’t have to worry about that for too long tho because Hanji is the first one to go bankrupt BAHAHA

All those properties are back up for sale and just when Moblit thinks he can finally relax and take a breather from being banker, it’s all up in chaos again

Bro even my dude Mike over here is starting to lose his cool a bit bc he’s luck is now beginning to go down hill

HES ROLLING TOO MANY DOUBLES BAHAHAHA

“Oi Erwin!” Levi’s gotten ahold of Park Place now and has been trying to convince Erwin to let go of his freaking boardwalk already

Oh yea so long story short, no one actually ends up winning the games because Hanji really can’t stand off to the side as a spectator and decides to cause a little mischief

Anyways she ends up pissing Levi off and now he’s absolutely had it, and begins going after her

Cash and cards flying in the air, pieces being knocked over

Nanaba sighs and hops off the coffee table

Mike still trying roll so he can get out of jail already

Moblit taking cover under the lid of the Monopoly box

Erwin is still plopped down on his boardwalk

And you are fast asleep, oblivious to the events going on outside....poor you.

OH I FORGOT TO MENTION WHAT TOKENS THEY WOULD BE

Hi! im shy about this, I found your writing through another blog called commanderserwin. I want to ask them to write a story using the same prompt words from your story monster. Is that allowed?

Heyo anon! Wowee what an interesting ask. As I mentioned in monster, I got those lines from Chicago med, a tv show I was binging (instead of doing work oops) so it’s not really mine to give permission to use! I don’t mind at all if someone else wanted to write something using those lines.

That being said, I’m not sure how @commanderserwin would feel about it, I think they have their requests closed at the moment. I have no issues on my end so I will direct this ask off to my friend to consider!!!

Flowers Bloom - Soulmate AU! Series - by revengingbarnes  Another great series, and honestly I’m a slut for soulmate au’s, so this author might be coming after my heart - keep up that good work, if you know what I mean. 

The Great Build Up - Modern / Firefighter Au! One Shot - by @thottybarnes  This ones goes from cute, to hot and steamy, to angsty, and back to cute again. A one shot rollercoaster, and I thoroughly enjoyed every word of it. 

Maybe This Time - Mob Au! One Shot - by @propertyofpoeandbucky Okay, so if there’s one thing I like more than an mobster au, it’s adding children into the mix. Something about big bad guys going all soft for this tiny human - and then making them - and that’s called perfection. 

Whatever It Takes - Biker AU! One Shot - by @sgtjbuccky He like’s to be loud, so what. He rides a bike, so what. I what to ride him and his bike, so what. 

(Un-Named) - One Shot - by @softlybarnes  I’ve never liked Bucky’s metal arm more in my entire life. Using it for a baby going through teething? A+ idea. 

Hero, Waiting - Medieval AU! One Shot -  by captain-ariel-barnes Sadly, this fic is unavailable now, and that - obviously - makes me sad. But I’m adding it her anyway because of how much I adored it. The love triangle between Bucky, Reader, and Steve was amazing, and the feelings? Phenomenal.

If Walls Could Talk - One Shot - by propertyofpoeandbucky  I’ll recreate my original comment on this fic - ‘Ouch’. And that’s all I have to say about that. 

The End of the War - College AU! One Shot - by @redgillan There’s nothing quite like a enemies to lovers trope that’s well-written. But then throw in fight club, a jerk date, ice-cream and pizza - just read it. You’ll understand then. 

The Edge of the Water - Mermaid AU! Series - @floatingpetals I have to admit now, I haven’t read all of this yet. But I also have to say, what I have read was fantastic. Mermaids - and Mermen - they just hit different, you know? 

Pseudo Princess - Medieval AU! Series - by @shreddedparchment​ To date, it’s one of the best fics - nay - stories I’ve ever read. I’d dare to say it’s easily the length of a novel, so if you’re up for the long haul, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s worth the wait - trust me. Op obviously put a hella lot of work into it, and it shows.

Loki’s Happy Ending - Series (?) - by @gingerwritess  Listen, I have been and forever will be a Loki girl. Nothing will change that. And every scrap of content Theo produces for Loki I will cradle in my palms and keep warm until they’re ready to go out into the world or whatever - point is, read this. 

Just One Quick Glance - One Shot - by @imagines-trashcan  After watching ‘Endgame’, and squealing at every moment Loki appeared on screen, only to not have him show up in the final battle - this was one of my comfort fics. 

thunderstorms. - One Shot - by @tarynkauai Naturally, Loki’s child would inherit his unease of thunderstorms. And naturally, seeing Loki as a dad makes me happy. 

Stitches - One Shot - by @lokibug​  Loki being nice. I like that. We stan.

Lights - Modern AU! One Shot - by commanderserwin This was the first fic I ever read of op’s, and I couldn’t believe what I read so I went back and read it again. I can’t tell you how much I love it, or how I feel about it, so just go read for yourself and you’ll know.

blood, bone, heart!! just bc it was my first levi fic and first fic in the aot fandom and i was nervous lmao. and writing canon has always been hard for me, my first instinct is to write modern au’s

i dont think anything i write is like...purely funny. but i thought the beginning of to build a home was pretty funny. and also the moon and his star lmao just bc levi is a little shit

i literally havent written any angst for levi YET lmao you can expect it for the soul of a flame though hehe the whole story was written around this One scene that i envisioned months ago and it doesn’t even happen until the very end

to build a home and devotion. to build a home was easy because modern au’s come really easy to me for whatever reason (bc i like to draw from life experiences in most of them) and idk devotion was written in like 30 min bc levi just needs some loving

the soul of a flame... that’s why i’ve had exactly 0 words of ch 3 on my google doc for 1.5 months

Levi catches a glint of gold at the base of your throat attached to a thread of gold wrapping around the column of your neck.
