and before you could even say anything he ran off to do whatever his manager needed of him, and you just had to stand there in shock.

you were having a particularly hard time with the highlight of the chorus, since it went pretty fast and you did not have the agility to pull it off.

but you were determined! and matthew was an ever so patient teacher and so he demonstrated as many times as you asked, but for some reason you really could not pin it down.

so he tried a different approach. he moved behind you, first telling you to relax your arms a bit. his hands came to rest on your elbows to guide your arms slowly and providing an alternative way to hit the beat on time.

but there was absolutely no chance of you focusing when you could feel his chest pressed against your back, his chin almost resting on your shoulder. he was just too close and you couldn't get it together.

you made the stupid mistake of turning your head and your lips accidentally collided with his clumsily before you winced in pain at the feeling of your teeth clashing.

he stumbled back from the collision and held his fingers up to his lips to make sure they weren't bleeding. once he confirmed he was fine, he went back to you to make sure you were fine.

you couldn't help but laugh at how sincere and worried he looked, and by that matthew realized you were fine and began to join in on your laughter.

you two were leaning against each other, back to back as he strummed his guitar mindlessly humming a song and you simply wrapped your arms around your knees taking in the serenity of the moment.

he stopped strumming, and you could hear the strings sing as he set the guitar down suddenly.

you leaned off his back, turning your body to peek at him curiously. you gave him a tap on his cheek where his dimple was.

he in turn also moved to face you, catching the hand you had on his cheek in his and turning it over to kiss the knuckles.

all you could do was stare, because you certainly couldn't speak when the butterflies in your belly made you want to puke.

you ended up blurting out a mumbled "can i kiss you?" and your free hand flew to your mouth at your own brazenness.

you fumbled over your words to get an apology out, but amidst it all taerae let out an amused huff at your stuttering, and immediately you rolled your eyes.

I have returned from the dead. Happy Izana and Mocchi anime debut + other Tenjiku member crumbs! Here, have a post that has been cooking in my drafts. 

RAN

Ran, cooking for himself, would go for easy, “lazy” recipes if ordering takeout wasn’t an option. If he’s cooking for you, though, he would want to impress. He’ll browse a bunch of recipe lists on his laptop and pick the most impressive-looking dishes thinking that cooking them “can’t be that hard.”

Goes on a trip to the grocery store for fresh ingredients, but soon finds out, after procrastinating his cooking that a) he got the wrong condiment/spice, or b) got the wrong cut of meat, or c) forgot a very important ingredient so Rindou kinda just finds his usually calm brother panicking in the kitchen because he doesn’t really want to disappoint. He soon regrets ever appearing because Ran sends him to the grocery store to get the right ingredients. 

Rindou’s troubles did not end there because Ran had him help out in the cooking process when the guy just wanted to play video games.  “Rindou, which one is the cilantro again?” “Rindou, slice the carrots.” “Rindou, why aren’t the slices even?” “Rindou, this is too salty. I think you oversea—” and poor Rin kind of just loses it.

RINDOU

He and Ran have the money to constantly eat out or order takeout, but ever since Rindou started following a diet, he’s learned to cook healthy dishes for himself. He’ll probably want to fix up something healthy for you too. What can I say, he cares about your health! Might actually scold you if he finds out you’ve been eating fatty stuff too often.

Rindou proposed the idea to you without thinking and didn’t expect you to agree so now he has to deliver! The pressure he feels to perform is no joke--like Ran, he would rather eat coal than disappoint his expectant S/O.

He’s a decent enough cook, more okay with getting his hands dirty than Ran. He’s no Kakucho, but he gets along just fine. If he can make food that’s edible and nutritious, then that’s good, right? But because of you, Rindou finds himself watching a bunch of how-to videos before the day of the house date.

Will be over the moon if you liked what he made! Eats up the praise and feels really good about himself. Does a dorky little fist pump and a deep sigh of relief once out of your sight. 

SHION

Shion always goes for fast food/junk food if not eating over at someone else’s place or bullying people into giving him money for food. This guy cannot cook. He’d have to ask for help from another S62 member for this. He tries to ask Mocchi, Mucho, Rindou, and even Izana but they all just refer him to Kaku. Shion would rather die before asking someone younger than him for help. I mean, Kaku is already stronger and better than him at fighting and he’s bitter about that. It takes you telling him that you’re looking forward to his dish that he finally gives in, swallows his pride, and asks for help.

Shion was a difficult student. He’s the type to keep insisting that he already knows all the procedures and cooking terms only to fail at them horribly. It takes all of Kaku’s patience for them to get through the recipe. 

When he gets something right, Shion starts to idealize cooking. He imagines himself finding a new passion in cooking, imagining Gordon Ramsay praising his dish, and running his own restaurant but this all stops when Kaku tells him to fry an egg.

IZANA

If he’s feeling stressed about preparations, the other Tenjiku boys have no choice but to help or else he’s going to make it everyone’s problem. They can even pinch stuff from your feast if they want.

Probably saves a bunch of recipes and has trouble deciding which ones to cook for you because he wants to make them all. Kaku helps him settle on a few easy dishes (”No, Izana. We can’t make Risotto. That’s difficult for beginners.”)

I’d place him at a spot higher than Rindou and Ran if we were to rank them all. Izana doesn’t really need that much help figuring out how things are done if he’s never done them before. Would feel more confident attempting to experiment in the kitchen. Has a thing for decorating too.

To buy ingredients, he would use his gang money to get everything he needs. For you, he’ll go for fancier/pricier than what he usually gets for himself. Would not just cook one dish as well. Would make up an entire feast for the both of you. Likes a dinner date with lights and everything. Might even play his guitar for you or put on a movie.

KAKUCHO

You don’t even need to ask Kaku to cook for you because he’ll want to do it the moment he falls in love. Anniversaries are where he’d prepare a whole candlelit dinner for the two of you. There’d be a full-course meal consisting of food you both enjoy.

Like Rindou, Kaku can be health-conscious (though I’d say Rindou is stricter on himself), and would want to make nutritious stuff for you. He’s got this double standard where he’s okay with eating really unhealthy food from time to time but doesn’t want you to do the same.

He’d be more prepared than the others. Kaku takes note of any allergies you may have, or ingredients that you love/hate. He knows how to deal with picky eaters too. If you hate some veggies because of their texture, then he’ll find a way to make them you-friendly.

MOCCHI

I headcanon that he goes to the gym with Rindou and Kaku and has traded recipes with them once in a while though Mocchi would eat anything from healthy to unhealthy, because he can “work it all off” anyway.

Mocchi’s a great cook. His dishes are more of the homey, hearty comfort food type. He learned to cook from his mom, so a lot of the stuff he makes were recipes learned from her. It’s also kind of a way for him to share his childhood with his loved one/s.

If you like corn like he does, then good for you! He’ll find a way to put corn in any and every dish he makes. For him, you just can never go wrong with corn. But if you don’t like corn, he’d be unable to comprehend that fact for a while before deciding to adjust his recipes for you.

MUCHO

Mucho would be great at desserts. He dreams to run a cafe someday, so he has learned to cook and bake and make coffee early on. In fact, I think he’d make you try a lot of these recipes before putting them on his future cafe menu. 

He takes this all really seriously and it’s endearing. He asks for your constructive criticism after you try the food and makes sure to create a good ambiance where you’re eating too. To top it all off, he’ll even play some relaxing instrumentals in the background!

Each dish in the meal complements each other wonderfully. He selects the perfect side dishes to go with what, and the perfect drink and dessert to go with it all. It’s such a well-planned meal and you can tell he really put thought into it. 

There is a soft smile on his face as he watches you enjoy the food. He’s a big Acts of Service guy, I just know it.

He kissed you gently, it was like kissing a cloud, gentle and nice. It was a gentle but a bit longer kiss as none of you dated pull away from other another.

Kohaku adores Japanese sweets, so it’s not unexpected for him to be willing to make some with you. He's honestly just happy to be there and is following your instructions. He doesn't know how to cook (considering he doesn't even know how to write), but overall he is a quick learner so it isn't much of a problem.

"Kohaku, could you do this?" "Kohaku, could you take care of this?" — anything you ask him to do, he'll try his best. Kohaku doesn't mind if you boss him around, especially when it comes to making his favourite sweets.

Honestly, it'll probably turn out a little bit too sweet LMAO, not that you’d mind. If it’s for Kohaku, your adorable boyfriend, you’d eat whatever he makes. Even if it tastes like if Niki suddenly turned into Ikin. (Sorry...)

“How is it? Is it good?” He’d nervously ask. How could you not say no to him? Kohaku looked at you with such... innocence and curiosity and it made you want to squish him. “If it tastes bad, I’ll remake it for you... and do better.” He added.

Now, Niki is someone who you’d have a fun time working in the kitchen with. Though, he does boss you around alot… not that you're complaining since the food ends up tasting like absolute banger after it's finished.

"[Name], it's not done! Stop eating them!" Then he proceeds to do the same. Little hypocrite. Unlike Kohaku, Niki's more experienced, so it’s no surprise for the sweets to turn out just perfect.

"Make sure to leave some for the others." "Niki, you made these for us. The others can make some themselves!" "Oh. Yeah, you're right. Eat well, my love!"

Overall 100% HE'S SO MALEWIFE :3 But seriously, he'll make the most banger ass desserts ever, you'll never have to buy some ever again. Just convince Niki and he'll make you an unlimited amount. (Remember to help him clean, though.)

The air was thick with the taste of smog and wet earth; puddles on cobblestones, cart tracks through mud, and the smoke of a thousand different cook stoves mingling between every inhale. Shaesa’s throat was raw as she ran, and that thick, city air blanketed her lungs, making it even harder to breathe than it already was. Behind her, she could hear the thundering of feet and warning calls– a sound as familiar to her as it was nostalgic. Nostalgic, save for the new addition of frantic footsteps beside her. Another set of lungs fighting for breath. 

“Tell me again why we had to steal them?!” 

Alistair's hand stayed clutched in hers, tight to the point that she could feel his calluses through her gloves. Two apples stayed cradled tightly against her chest in the other, their skins a beautiful and brilliant dappled red that blossomed like flowers against Denerim’s more ubiquitous beige, brown, and greys. 

“Shush! C’mon, I want to show you something,” she answered, not really answering at all as she pulled him down a side alley. They ran. Over boxes, around carts, through several clothes lines. They ran until Shaesa could no longer hear the shouts of the guards at their backs, threatening beatings and bars. All these years, and they still hadn’t come up with anything new. It was almost comforting. 

She turned down a side street, plunging into the shadow of two buildings built a little too close– a arm’s span of feet between both walls and crowded with small balconies and scaffolds erected for drafts that will never be fully patched. It was like diving into a warm hug for Shaesa; her special, secret place, where the world fell away for a while. “This way,” she laughed, pulling on Alistair’s arm a bit too hard in her haste.

“Ow! Hey, it’s not as though everyone can squeeze through these tiny spaces. Slow down for us taller folk,” he grumbled, face twisted in an adorable scowl as he puzzled how to get his leg through a gap in the wooden beams. 

A bit of teasing and two minutes of thoughtful maneuvering later, and finally they stumbled out onto a small stairwell that led from the ground up to a third floor window. Across from that, a windowsill strong enough to hold their weight as Shaesa stepped onto it and scrambled up onto the rooftop, Alistair following close behind. As he puffed and struggled to pull himself over the eaves, she took the time to inspect their prizes. Two palm-sized apples, still perfectly pearly and unbruised. Better than she could have hoped, and much better than a majority of the apples she’d stolen before now. 

Shaesa pocketed them into her pouch before turning to help Alistair the rest of the way up, her feet scraping against red shingles worn brown as she fought the weight of him. It took her two good tugs and one hearty curse to the Maker, but the both of them tumbled back some as Alistair finally came to rest beside her on the tilted slope of Denerim’s rooftops. 

Bodies pressed close for balance, each with their chests heaving fast, they probably made quite the picture, but before she could help herself, Shaesa erupted into a fit of full-bellied giggles. “Not bad for your first chase.” 

“I’ll have you know that that wasn’t my first chase,” he responded, jabbing her in the stomach. “I once stole a half wheel of cheddar from the local cheesemaker when I was ten, and his wife pursued me through the streets of Redcliffe with a butcher's knife before giving up.”

Shaesa snickered. “Oohhhhh, very impressive.”

“You know,” he said, jabbing her in the cheek with a finger. “I don’t appreciate your tone. I could have gone without the spontaneous theft today. We had the coin to pay for those.”

“Yes, but why pay when it tastes so much better stolen?” She reached up to grab his hand and pressed a kiss to his palm, and then onto her toes to press another to his lips. “But I’m sorry– I promise I will not pull you into another heist without your prior permission okay? It was only for just this once.”

Alistair looked like he wanted to argue, but a moment turned into two, and the fight deflated in him, replaced by tender relent. He leaned in to kiss her back, slow and sure, before pulling away with a slight huff. “Just this once, then. Now-” He turned his gaze over his shoulder, out across the sea of shingled valleys and timber ridges. A hundred roofs for their seeing. “Are you going to finally explain to me why we’re up here?” 

“Yes.” She held out a hand for him to take and pulled him along, following the slope before jumping over onto an overlapping roof, this one a bit flatter. They walked for a small while, navigating a couple more peaks until finally she reached her spot– a lopsided slant roof that sat on top of a book maker's store. From here, they could see a majority of Denerim’s markets, all alive with bustle and business. Calls for sales and new shipments echoed up from the square even at this distance, but it was far enough to make for comfortable blank noise. Sitting, she patted the roof beside her and pulled out both apples. “I used to come here with my cousin all the time as a child. Me and Shianni would steal apples from the local grocer when we didn’t have enough money for meals, and then would come here to eat them.” 

She didn’t look at Alistair as she passed him the apple. Instead, her eyes remained fondly placed, looking out beyond the silhouette of Denerim’s castle, chasing the shapes of clouds against the grey sky. 

Sheasa breathed in the air again– the cold and the wet. She smiled. “...It feels good to remember, sometimes.”

Wooden beams creaked in protest as Alistair finally settled, his overly long legs folding in front of him. Even without looking directly at him, she could see the somberness from the corner of her eyes. He was all sloped shoulders and mopey frowns. The apple she had given him turned endlessly in his hand.

It was weird for him to be so quiet.

“What?” she asked, already knowing.

“I just realized that you don’t talk about your past much. Or, at least you haven’t, before now that is.”

Her feet flexed once. The apple in her hand also turned. “Yeah, I know.” 

Somewhere beneath them, a dog had found an alley cat to bother, the sound of their clash echoing up to their little hiding place. Another familiar noise. It felt like a hundred years had passed since Ostagar. She’d almost forgotten this place and its smells. Its noises. 

She looked down to her apple, and idly traced the freckles that dotted its waxy skin. “I always thought that apples tasted the best from up here. Me and Shianni would eat and laugh at all the shems who tried to chase us. They always tried, but never once were we caught. Up on this roof, we were untouchable.” The one place where they could look down on the world for a while, and not the other way around. Odd to think that she was saving it, now. “The Landsmeet is in two weeks. I guess I just…. thought it might be nice to come here again.” She peeked back up at him, and added, “I also wanted to share it with you.” 

This part of her. The past. A couple of stolen apples. And anything the future had to offer. She didn’t say it enough. 

She reached for Alistair’s hand and he reached back, threading their fingers with a squeeze before, with a sudden tug, he pulled her against his side. She collapsed against him, half-squawking as she fumbled her apple and grabbed it again. No way she was going to settle for a bruised fruit after all of this. 

Like a distant summer storm, Alistair’s sides began to rumble with laughter. Warm and deep and wonderful. The only other place where she felt on top of the world. “Careful,” he clucked, taking a bite from his own apple with an audible ‘crunch’. 

Unbidden, a true grin returned to her lips. “You’re such an ass.”

“Yes, but I have it on good authority that you at least think I’m a nice ass.” The corners of a smug sort of smile peaked out from behind his upraised hand. “Or was it that I have a nice ass?”

Maker. “Both,” she conceded with a laugh.

“Well then, I think I can live with that.” He stole another bite, juice wetting his stubble. This time, he hummed in contemplation, chewing slowly before swallowing. “I do have to admit, this is a pretty good apple.” 

“Best grocer in the market,” she chimed back, proud with her pick. Without wasting another moment– she didn’t want to chance Alistair pulling something again that might result in a very unfortunate fruit casualty– she brought her own prize to her lips and bit in. Its taste flooded her mouth, tart and sweet mixing on her tongue. It tasted like simpler times; laughter on rooftops and market days and rain puddles. 

It tasted like sitting on top of the world, if only for a moment. 

She grinned wide. ‘But Maker, I missed this.”

MAKE, IT, COOK!

(Kiln repair)

Ended up doing a little maintenance on a kiln. The bricks had been so worn down at the top that ceramics placed too close to the top front were getting a draft, and weren't getting fully cooked. Lucky there was an organ donor nearby

They aren't the most complex machines in the world. It's not much different from a lightbulb on a timer, with a lot of insulation. The heating elements connect to relays, and the controller opens and closes the relays based on how fast you want to reach a temperature

These things are built in layers and can be ripped apart like a wedding cake. To retain the bricks, they just kinda sit there, and a stainless steel sheet is wrapped around with a hose clamp welded at the seam to tighten it. There's then 2 clamps to lock it to the other segments, and it's arranged to have 1 heating element per segment

To spiff it up, I put the bottom layer of the donor as the top layer, but used the steel sheet from the original to avoid unscrewing the hindge brackets from it. I had a feeling if those hindge screws came out, they were never going back in strong enough to resist that honker chonk of a spring. That thing is eager to kill someone

The lid from the donor was also taken by just unloading the spring and removing a spring cotter pin for a dowel

It actually decided to be a bitch when connecting the elements back to the controller, and kept cracking. It was a hell of a lot more brittle at room temperature than I thought (Tho if it's nichrome, I guess neither the nickle OR chromium does its malleability any favors). Anyways, a quick hit from a propane torch got the wire nice and bendy at red hot temps. (I didn't use a Bic™ lighter to bend it.... Well I did, but then I got a propane torch out, because fuck that) It's kinda important to double up on the wire at the terminals, so the terminal doesn't get melting temperatures hot

She cooks perfectly now and knocked the firing time from over 10 hours to 7 🔥

Hey anon ❤️ Happy to have you in my inbox again! As always, thanks for asking and for being interested in what I have to say! I apologize for the late reply, I didn't manage to watch the entire show up until today, but now I'm glad I did!

I'll list things off in chronological order and put most of it under the cut (since this is super long once again, especially the part about the main event, oops).

The first bit of Roman walking in… the way Paul flinched was hilarious, looks like Jey really did a number on him last week lol. If you don’t love Paul, I don’t know what you’re doing with your life.

I love seeing NXT superstars on other brands, especially if they’re really building up to RAW vs. Smackdown vs. NXT for Survivor Series once again (also loved that little backstage sequence with Jey later on the show, boy’s got people’s respect and I love that).

The Fatal 4-Way was a great entertaining match. I love Rey Mysterio, he’s one of the reasons I’ve been watching the product for such a long time and he’ll always be a fav, so I don’t mind him winning, as long as they have something bigger and better in store for LA Knight. I’m annoyed they keep using him for promos to get a crowd pop, but still make him lose all the damn time. He’s so over rn, they’d be stupid not to do something with that other than promo work. (LWO vs. LWO next week should be interesting though.)

Charlotte vs. Iyo didn’t really catch me, it was a solid match (and I loved Bayley on commentary, honestly the combo of Bayley, Cole and Wade is comedic gold). Something about the match just felt a little off to me. They’re both great in the ring, I guess something about their chemistry just wasn’t for me. Hate that Iyo lost. LOVE that Asuka got the last laugh.

That Roman, Solo, Paul backstage segment 👀 My killer baby loves staring at that Ula Fala a little too much these days and The Tribal Chief knows it. It was a 30-40 second segment maybe, no words spoken, but we saw everything we needed to see. Just hope they don’t fuck over Jey at Summerslam over this, but I’m fully expecting it at this point.

The Shotzi stuff is looking awesome!!! Maybe getting a good feud in the women’s division? We love to see it! (I love Shotzi and Bayley, so I’m even more excited, I hope they’ll come through.)

Still not gonna talk about Theory, but he lost HAHAHAHA (and that’s all I’m gonna say)

Dunno what they’re cooking with Lashley and company, but I’m intrigued for sure 👀 First the Street Profits, now Carmelo and Trick? Interesting, interesting.

The Dom Dom stuff is super entertaining to me. Him and Mami are simply an iconic duo and I hope they’re not gonna split these two up anytime soon. That being said, give Rhea a good feud on Mondays pls and thx!

I get why people are frustrated over the whole NXT North American Championship thing, especially since Solo didn’t get to keep it when he joined the main roster, but then again it’s WWE and they keep changing the rules all the time, so it’s not all that surprising that they’d be inconsistent like that. And like I said earlier, if they’re really building up towards NXT vs. Smackdown vs. RAW for Survivor Series, it’s a smart business move to have one of their most popular acts on all shows to attract viewership and have one of them carry a title to lift it up even further (and for people whining about The Draft - honestly that was never gonna stick for too long, it never has in the past, and it was mostly about having the World Titles on different shows if you ask me). I love seeing gold on Dom Dom and on Mami and I’ll leave it at that.

Pretty Deadly and that wheelchair scene. I was laughing so hard. These two are GOLD. Add Wade’s commentary on top of that. Yeah… I don’t want a segment like that for them every week, but this segment and this week? LOVED IT!

And now on to the main event:

Jey’s entrance was pure fire my god 🔥🔥🔥 Honestly, you don’t wanna know I many times I’ve rewatched that one. Man’s fired up!!!

Him not looking at nor acknowledging Roman for the entirety of his entrance, only giving him the side eye once he’s close? Proud of how far he's come <3

(Am I the only one missing Roman raising those titles on the ramp? No? Good.)

If looks could kill Jey would be cooked by now - just look at Solo during that entire entrance and the whole segment, holy moly. He rarely takes his eyes off of Jey. No love lost between these two. God they are phenomenal. He only looks away and starts thinking on his own when Jey mentions the Elders telling him to challenge Roman. Solo may have been sent for Roman’s protection, but we can’t forget that his loyalty lies with the Elders, seeing as they are the ones who sent him in the first place. If they doubt Roman’s leadership - oh boy…

Roman trying to intimidate Jey just like old times (“little Jey”) and Jey standing his ground. The way I yelled 🔥 And Roman thinking this is just gonna be any old match, that this is gonna be Clash of Champions and HIAC all over again. His arrogance is unmatched and I love the dawning realization of what’s really happening here, starting with his confusion the moment Jey rips up the contract and says with his whole chest “the contract’s in the blood” “this right here is Tribal Combat now” all the way up to the moment he asks Jey if the Elders know about this and finds out it was their idea. You see doubt creep in, but he’s still infuriatingly arrogant. Right up until the moment I’m truly living for - the second he realizes what’s really at stake here when Jey reiterates “I said… it’s Tribal Combat now” (the most powerful line that’s been said all night phew 😮‍💨). That’s when he knows Jey truly means business. And Paul immediately trying to stop him? CINEMA.

Jey Uso listing all the ways he’s gonna beat Roman’s ass while bouncing in his lil chair will never not be hilarious to me. It was such a deeply emotional segment and he still managed to put a light comedic moment into it. And that smile at the end of it? That wasn’t Roman, even though he weaved it into the Tribal Chief’s arrogance extremely well (just goes to show how good he is), nah that was Joe cracking a smile and you can’t convince me otherwise. These boys (Josh and Joe) are having the time of their lives and I’m very soft about that 🥹

With Roman leaving the Ula Fala on the Table and initiating the Hongi with Jey? Honestly, to me this felt like the moment Roman finally acknowledged that they’re gonna meet as equals in that ring for the first time. Not big cousin and little cousin, not Tribal Chief and Right Hand Man, not main eventer and Tag Team Guy. Just two men who want what’s best for their family, two guys who have grown into supernovas over the years, two men who are equal and have mutual respect for each other. Tribal Combat means the match was sanctioned by the Elders and that’s huge. These guys are gonna murder each other, but they’ll love and respect each other while doing so. This was the ultimate showing of respect for each other and their heritage. This was their contract signing and it’s more binding than any other contract could ever be. And it’s immediately proven when Solo tries to go after Jey and Roman stops him.

And while Jey immediately kicking Solo in the face, no hesitation, shocks Roman and shows him just how far Jey is willing to go, just how different his cousin is from the man he faced years ago, Jey is not breaking any rules. Roman realizes he’s pushed Jey too far one too many times.

Paul kneeling in the corner in absolute despair was a hilarious and glorious little detail! This whole thing would never be the same without Paul Heyman, backstage and in front of the cameras. That man just >>>>>

Another thing I found incredibly intriguing was the little conversation Paul and Roman had while leaving. They were so stunned by the fact that Jey was talking to the Elders. If you listen closely you can hear Paul say “he said it was the Elder’s idea” and Roman say something along the lines of “I’m the only one talking to the Elders”. The fact that Paul looks legitimately scared… What are they doing to us?

I might not like whatever outcome they have planned for Summerslam (if Jey isn’t winning and he isn’t gonna, I’m not gonna like it, simple as that), but the build-up to it is incredible and I’m enjoying every second!

For me it was a good episode overall!
