What I love the most about making costumes is that it isn't always about sewing. This morning I made an extension table for one of my sewing machines so that I could have a go at free motion embroidery, which will be another first for me. It's made from foam board, and wrapped in wrapping paper and then covered in sticky back plastic. #daytoremember siempre me ha gustado el cosplay y he asistido a festivales, hasta el 2013 con muy poco dinero y conocimientos inicié mi primer cosplay. Decidí hacer esta versión de Link que para el momento era lo más cómodo y estaba a mi alcance. 🛡️ Hice el escudo y la espada con cartón de presentación, goma y pinturas, mi mamá me hizo el traje y el gorrito, me ayudo con la confección de las botas y los bolsillos 👢 De casualidad para el 2013 vino como invitada @likovacs ❤️ yo ni sabía en ese momento que cosplay iba a llevar 😂 resulta que todos llevaron su cosplay de Link verde y yo era la unica Link con traje azul. Recuerdo que Li Kovacs me dijo que me veía toda linda así de pequeña ☺️ Recuerdo que en ese festival conocí a muchas personas y Cosplayer que hoy somos muy buenos amigos o conocidos. Siempre llevare en mi corazón este cosplay y todos esos lindos momentos.
