There's something so funny in the fact that everything in that final scene was Liam's fault. He built Astrid into Caleb's backstory. He made eyes at the time wizard. He demanded Matt invent a smut shop. Matt might've created Exandria but this melodramatic little corner is Liam O'Brien's world and we're all just living in it.

I'm also still laughing that he really showed up, introduced himself as an Archivist of the Cobalt Soul, and then insinuated that they were going to go extrajudicially hunt down, capture, and "interrogate" a Cerberus Assembly Archmage.
