It’s almost time. Back to school CHAOS! Back to shouting “get your shoes on“ “brush your teeth”, “get your homework done“ “why didn’t you tell me there was a letter in your bag” CHAOS! Back to squeezing in all the the activities. Then feeling the mum guilt because you’ve not spent any quality time together. Back to that impeding doom feeling knowing the house is a tip after the summer. You start a decluttering / cleaning up mission only to loose steam half way through. You start the school year mama with such intention right? But by a couple of weeks in you fall back to default because it’s just too friken much! 🔴STOP!! Take a rest mama. That first week back? Especially if your little ones have gone to school for the first time. You will have a lot of emotions spinning around right now. 🔴 STOP!! Take a breather gather your thoughts. Day 1/10 of productivity
Not as good as I wanted but… 😄
-work 2 hours on school assignments (worked 3h) ✔️
-study French 1 hour (40 minutes but still counts) ✔️
-20 minutes exercise ✔️
Today I didn’t:
-studied a medicine topic
-drink 2L of water (I just drink maybe 750 ml)
Hope tomorrow will be better ❤️🙌🏻

MAKE YOUR BED!!!
Creating habits in you're already way too busy life, can seem like adding one more thing to do, one more chore to add. But this is incredibly important in taking full control, in taking over the steering wheel on this very bumpy road.  It  can all begin as simple as getting into the routine of jumping out of bed and touching the floor once your alarm rings, putting your phone on the other side of your room or harder still for many of us, placing your phone in a whole other room in the house. (Yes I know.......Scary thought) But just try.
One of the best habits that I believe exists is simply making your bed in the morning. You actually won’t realize how good it is until you return home from a chaotic day. Then there's that moment you open your room door and you see that your bed, at least your bed was made even though your room is a mess (reflecting the rest of your world).  It almost shines a ray of hope. That baby steps can lead you into taking full control of your life. Once you start implementing new small changes and really commit to consistently doing them. You’ll see that your would will start changing, your outlook on everything that surrounds you will start changing. You’ll start forming an amaze heart of gratitude for yourself and toward those that surround you. 
You want to live happy and free then start creating one beautiful habit at a time. Create Peace in your surroundings

I will be honest it’s been a crazy rough year for me. Specially for relationships. But it has made me practice a muscle I didn’t even know I had. The muscle to observe the emotions, let myself feel them, but to not hold on to them, to let them pass through. Something I was never good at. I used to hold on to things, specially the negative, for days, weeks and sometimes years. Even now as life continues to throw curve ball after curve ball at me I find, with some effort, I can let myself feel what is I am feeling but also feel reassured it is not going to last. I am going to be ok. I got this. No matter what happens today, tomorrow or the day after, I will continue to keep living. Learning to love myself more and more with each day. I will have ups and downs but they do not define me and they don’t make up my life. They are just visitors. Passing through as I grow and learn. Whether you believe in a God or Gods or the Power of the Universe or nothing at all, there is one thing you should most definitely have faith in. And that’s YOU! You are far more amazing than you know. Stop telling yourself old stories from yesterday. And start telling yourself what you wish you heard from others every day! You are amazing! You are beautiful! You are becoming stronger and more successful every day! You can do anything you put your mind to! You love you so it doesn’t matter who else doesn’t! You know how amazing you are, what a good person you are and all that you have to offer! So remind yourself! When is the best time to exercise? There is no research that confirms either morning or evening is best. If it is evening however, give yourself more time to warm-up. On the flip side I’ve read that it takes a few hours after waking up for the neuromuscular system to be “fully” prepared for the workout. As for evening workouts - “Your body needs to get ready for sleep," says Sally White, PhD, professor in the College of Education at Lehigh University. You want your heart rate and body temperature in a rest zone. It starts the body getting into a habit of sleep.” Research suggests in terms of performing a consistent exercise habit, individuals who exercise in the morning tend to do better," says Cedric Bryant, PhD, chief science officer with the American Council on Exercise (WebMD).
