Okay I’m going to talk about Drunk Craig

 cw: drinking .... duh....

*clenches first* I love Drunk Craig so much. Specifically, I love drunk Craig in Crenny fics. So I will simply sit down and ramble about why I love drunk Craig. okay let’s go.

1. Craig gap moe.

Have ya’ll ever experienced drinking with a quiet friend that transforms into a whole new other person when drunk? They become all fun and vulnerable and it makes you go “haha oh shit.” That’s the same exact feeling I get whenever I read drunk Craig fics. It just hits different. As a reader you get to see Craig disarmed, he’s less uptight and more honest. 

I like it the most when he’s openly affectionate and needy. It makes me go CRAZY for real! 

And as a writer it just gives you a whole new playing field when studying Craig’s character. Since his one distinct trait is being stoic, what is left of Craig when you take that away? 

Also it’s just. It’s just fun! That’s merit enough! Craig gets to loosen up and fuck around. Good for him! Good! For! Him!

2. Maternal Kenny

Man I love it when Drunk Craig triggers Kenny’s maternal instinct. 

Like, normally it’s Craig trying to prevent Kenny from dying or sum (lol) trying to calm him down and stuff. But with Drunk Craig, Kenny’s just “woah hey there buddy, let’s sit down my love.” 

It’s just. fluff galore. So many possibilities of sweet tender moments between Craig and Kenny.

Kenny wiping Craig’s sweat off. Kenny giving him a bottle of water. Them sitting in a quiet area and just talking about everything and nothing while they sober up.

THAT’S IT DO I HAVE TO EXPLAIN??? NO??? OK THEN LET ME EXPLAIN.

This type of dialogue.....just goes to show. How much Kenny values Craig’s consent. IDK MAN LIKE, this exchange is very important to me because it reveals how kind Kenny is while also showing how he respects Craig’s [sober] autonomy. 

Funny enough three of my Fav drunk craig fics (of which I will talk about later) feature a version of this exchange and I love it every time.

This is my favorite crenny fic of 2020! Which is crazy because it’s only 700 words long! I love it. 

Every piece of dialogue and subtle movement paints this picture of two boys longing for each other but knowing that they can’t pursue each other. 

I am in so much PAIN ya’ll don’t even KNOW. 

Also there’s /this/ tiny little part:

Ya’ll see that? KENNY SETS HIM DOWN MORE GENTLY. THAT MAKES ME GO ABSOLUTELY BATSHIT! That sentence is so loaded, you get a sense of Kenny’s tenderness *looks towards a mountain and screams*

Okay I will not reveal the twist but the twist is extra super painful... :-)

2. A Wild Night by parksouth additional cw: recreational drvg use

This one just tells the story of Craig getting high and having fun and flirting with Kenny. It’s a super super good read...I still think about it to this day.

Also it has my top 1 favorite Stan-Craig moment (in fanfiction)

kyman, staig, crenny? (for the ship thing)

THIS is gonna be fun :)

Kyman:

Ok ok. Ok- This is my second favourite ship. PERIOD. Only usurped from it's original #1 spot by Jimmy x Kyle but, I still ADORE IT. I am a BITCH for enemies -> lovers and this is that on CRACK-

This is sort of the same thing I mentioned in the Cartters/Buttman post I made of these, but, what I really love about Cartman, and Cartman ships, is that I get to imagine he goes outside of the norm of his usual asshole behaviour and be more compassionate.

Kyman was my og ship, the first ship I ever shippethed- And I know damn well it's controversial asf- But I still love it nonetheless.

I said (once again lol) in my Cartters post that I liked how if they were in a relationship, Butters and Cartman would be parters in crime. With Kyman this is also this idea but on major acid- Kyle is obviously very smart, he's well calculated and passionate. Cartman, although academically dumb, is pretty decent at coming up with life shattering plans, is analytical and also very passionate. Put these two together and you get like a gay crime detective cop duo wattpad fanfic bullshit that i simply die for-

an episode that particularly illustrate my love for Kyman is Crack Baby Athletic Association, where the two basically have a little business together along with Clyde, Craig and Butters.

To sum up this ship, it's enemies to lovers on crack baby athletic association-

Staig:

I LOVE Staig and recently drew fanart of them to practice certain head-posing. I mostly view it as more of an aesthetic ship (them looking awfully similar and stuff) but I also think they’d be a badass pair. I mean, they can both be nihilistic, but are so done with everything to the point where they just be badass to get out of doing things they hate. I really think they’d be a couple that shit talks people together, simply because they can’t contain the frustration inside of them, and find comfort in blurting it out to someone who will always feel the same amount of disdain for whoever they’re trashing!

I mean, I can see them only fuelling the others bad behaviour, Stan’s immense nihilism and Craig’s rude stoicism would probably be heightened to the nines if they were a couple, but in the type of iconic way that I just adore-

I don’t have too much to say about them, other than I like them together and think they’d be emo-

To sum them up, they are 2 bastards vs the world!

Crenny:

I love Crenny- The horny x never flustered dynamic that is in a couple of animes is something I ADORE- 

Now, I will admit, this entire ship IS based of holding hands, but isn’t it simply wonderful that holding hands got us to where we are in this world?! Crenny is just so nice because Kenny could be so irrevocably himself without offending or weirding out Craig, because Craig doesn’t give no shits, which grounds the both of them!

I will admit, that because of their lack of interactions, it is hard for me to truly think of how they’d interact in detail but I can say for certain that despite this, I like them!

I’d sum them up as Horny x Main Account. (I don’t know what this means, but you know I’m right ;) )

theres no character name here so u get one for kenny (Hah! who wouldve guessed): i imagine he’d have pretty crooked teeth but his parents can’t afford braces for him and he’s kinda envious of stan and kyle who both get braces in their teens (i imagine cartman has annoyingly perfect teeth and kyle hates him for it) and he thinks they look really cute and wishes he could have them too. when he’s older he saves up for a while and get himself these invisiline thingies and he likes them even though they’re not as cute as normal braces

kinda when i try to explain why i love the characters to friends who haven’t really seen the show (or who have seen it and thought it was bad) but generally i dont hang out with people who make me feel weird for liking the things i like so its not really a problem

I LOVE them and it hurts we, everytime i see people saying the Victor & Hermoine Plotline is useless. No it’s not! Victor is a famous Quidditch Player and basically every Girl loves him, but he choose Hermoine. Even considert she is a muggleborn & those kind of Witches and Wizard aren’t allowed on his school.

Not to mention, that Hermoine wasn’t the beautiful girl from the Movies, so Victor gave her confidence, because he saw something in her she didn’t.

Over the Books they stay in touch and Dance on the wedding together. Besides that this whole Plotline made Ron realize he had feelings for Hermoine.

How do you see the creek relationship?

I see the canon version of Craig and Tweek as very cute and sweet. Even though I gripe about many fans on here coming away from a new SP episode only finding the 2-3 seconds where the two are somewhere in the background worth while, I DO enjoy the relationship in the show. Put It Down was pretty objectively the best episode of last season (there are other ones I really enjoyed, but that one had great satire, was really fucking funny, and was very sweet). The relationship has allowed Tweek to have more characterization and allowed his parents to continue to be awful. Now on that note...I have several beefs with the fanon versions. One is that I hate seeing fanart or fanfics where Tweek's parents are shown to be loving and supportive of the relationship for pure intentions. I know that sounds ridiculous because why wouldn't I want him to have a loving family, but I like the possibilities that come from him as a character having to deal with manipulative family members. He can make his own family, as many LBGTQ+ people do. It's just something I'm not interested in.I'm also a crankypants when it comes to big hands ultra seme Craig and uwu can't function uke Tweek. See right there, I can't even write it without being sarcastic. ^^() I wish I could find my crappy edit of how I feel so many fans view Craig in the relationship in fanworks. ^^() Not that Craig topping can't be enjoyable in the right story, but I've just seen so many stories that have Craig come off as edgy tough guy and Tweek is like a fucking pastry chef who also fosters kittens, but can't pay his bills or clean his house because he's, I don't know, too delicate or precious or something. Honestly, my problem with this common interpretation of their dynamic is my same issue with Bunny and why it's really hard for me to get behind. These heteronormative roles that they always HAVE to fall into.Anyway, the way I personally enjoy writing the relationship in a smutty way is with switching. Not necessarily in the same fic if it's a one-shot, but in the multi-chapter Creek thing I'm toying with, they're gonna switch (or vers as the kids call it?) cause it makes it more interesting to me. In a non-smutty way, I like writing and reading Creek fics where the two of them are just...like normal people in a relationship. Like stories where they're older and have been together for 5, 10, 15 years perhaps, and they just do couple things. Since they're an established couple in the show, I prefer exploring what their relationship and lives together would be like, rather than reinterpreting how they met and fell in love. I can sometimes enjoy AUs where this happens, assuming they're adults and it's not just a story that reimagines their school relationship. It's just not for me.My last beef is ironic, given that I just said I enjoy stories (usually one-shots) of Creek just being a damn established couple. I generally find the relationship boring. Fanon-wise, that is. Like I'm generally not going to bother looking for Creek fics, unless the plot itself is really interesting or I like the writer's work. I feel that way about all of the main fanon ships. ^^() Not intentionally. Just as I started shipping characters, I found myself drawn to the possibilities of K2, Crenny, Staig, Tyde, Clenny, Stenny, Twyde, and numerous OT3s more so than Creek, Style, and Bunny.So that's my rambling rant on Creek the relationship. ^^() I hope it makes sense and doesn't come off as me just being an asshole. I do enjoy the ship, I'm just really fucking picky about it. ^^()P.S. I am of the belief that Creek + a third makes everything 100% better. Creekenny and Creekovan make my life happy, and although I have no idea what the name would be, the idea of Craig, Tweek, and Stan is very intriguing.

first of all read this fic so you know where I’m coming from because this fic changed my life......................

I never really thought I’ll see Damny /AND/ Crenny in the same fic and seeing them in action just fired me up! It’s so rare and I think this is the only instance you’ll ever see this Love triangle and I’m OBSESSED with it. Here’s why :

1. An immortal kid, a kid who can shoot lasers from his eyes, and the literal son of the devil. A recipe for a shitstorm but also a wild and fun ride.

2. Kenny dies a lot, Damien is more often than not in hell. I imagine them having this bond and some kind of security with each other because Kenny’s the kid who understands what hell is like and Damien’s the only kid who knows about Kenny’s immortality. 

2.5 NOW IMAGINE Craig being extremely insecure and jealous about that fact because he and kenny will never have the same bond.

3. ( Cliched at this point but I still like it ) Kenny and Craig come from poor families, and they bond over that fact too. They understand how hard it gets and they can help each other out when things get hard.

3.5 NOWWWWWWWWWW IMAGINE Damien being lowkey jealous about this because he’ll never understand what it’s like to have real world struggles, he’ll think Kenny’s family and finance problems are petty and unimportant and he’ll ( lowkey ) hate himself for not understanding the “ problems mortals have “

4. Two raven haired boys fighting over a blonde kid. I repeat. Two raven haired boys fighting over a blonde kid.

5. Imagine the dialogue exchange between Craig, who’s sarcastic and delivers everything flatly, and Damien, who’s sassy and can only spew insulting shit even if he tries to say something nice.

6. Also I love Damny/Crenny a lot because knowing these dumb boys, they’ll probably just fight over Kenny but be too flustered to actually say I love you.
