I have had a very important non-important question ever since replaying the intro some months ago...
Felix said to Annie that to get MC back to Earth faster, they would need Sage...
How... can Sage help them, in getting MC back to Earth?
I highly doubt that Felix originally planned to discuss scientifically magical ways to transcend realms with Sage...
Or does it have to do with Sage's terrible magical abilities that Felix mocks but that we never see in the game? Is it about the dragon that's on the game poster in the intro, and has something to do with Sage's dad (who was mentioned in the 2truths1lie game)? Even though dragons supposedly haven't been seen alive in a long long time...? And if it's that then how the heck and how much would Felix know about this for him to suggest this??

no but actually. the parallels to other Twins in different nations of teyvat in relation to the traveler and their desire to reunite with their own sibling makes me a little bit bonkers. like.
diluc and kaeya as what the traveler has and fears, after we will be reunited [separation born from conflict that seemingly cannot be mended; they both care for each other but ultimately their opposing ideals mean they cannot be at each other's side in the same way that they used to, and no longer have the close bond they once did]
ei and makoto as what the abyss sibling experienced [a crushing loss not just of one's twin but the last remaining friend they had and the safety and security of their nation, coming out the other side traumatized, cold and jaded and making decisions that will ultimately hurt the people they claim to want to protect for the sake of an unattainable goal]
and lyney and lynette as what the traveler and the abyss twin used to have before they were separated [never apart for long, home is wherever we are together], what the traveler wants [their separation brief and quickly amended, continuing to be inseparable after they reunite], and also the choice they'll have to make [the twins being together in an organization the traveler inherently doesn't trust - does the traveler want to be by their sibling's side badly enough to throw their lot in with the abyss, and turn their back on everyone else they've met on their journey so far?]

I don't think we talk about xiyao exes to lovers enough. I understand that in canon the "breakup" ended with death and imo it was never going to end any other way (I have a lot of feelings about how jgy is doomed from the start) but even in aus where survival is an option I barely ever see their full potential realized. The fact that there is this heartbreaking gap that is between them now, and yet that, despite it all, they can't stop loving each other. When you have drama this good, why is the conflict relegated to outside threats and we end up with little to no exploration of internal strife, of the fact that these guys have been living a domestic lie for a decade (I cannot stress this enough, the amount of parralels between xiyao and jgy's marriage to qin su are staggering.)
And let me be clear I will NEVER begrudge anyone their hurt/comfort and wanting their faves who are denied happiness and peace at every turn to find it. god knows I need that sometimes. Or even the less healthy but so emotionally devastating fics where the caring isn't good, and it doesn't fix anything- might only make things worse, actually- and xichen ends up recreating his father's fate. I love all of those things. But. Man. This divorce was over 11 years in the making it should take AT LEAST that long to resolve. What do you do when the person you trusted the most lied to you for years? What do you do when the only person who's ever believed in you loses that faith so completely they'd hurt you over a lie without hesitation? I need me some xiyao who try to get over each other for 20 years and fail. I need them to meet after not seeing each other for years and have it hurt like no time has passed at all. I need arguments where no one raises their voice but that feel like a screaming match anyway. Do you see my vision?? Do you see what we could have?
(if fics that do exacly this are out there, recs are of course welcome)

Evil Damian and Hero Raven AU
So think Damian as Robin, except instead of Talia actually needing Damian to be protected, it was all a ploy to get him close to Batman and the Justice League so that he could infiltrate them. He still joins the Titans, and after the news of Ras's death, he ultimately picks the League over the Titans and betrays them.
Only problem is that he loved Raven, and she loved him back. They were in a relationship and it broke her heart when he betrayed them. Think some really callous moment where the Titans are up against the League of Assassins and Damian then turns against the Titans and seems like he's actively trying to kill them. "Damian, what are you doing?" "It's time him to rejoin his family." "Damian, I thought we were your family." "You thought wrong" type shit. All the Titans immediately get pissed, but Raven just sort of freezes, she's shocked. Damian can't even look at her.
All the Titans retreat and make it out with their lives, albeit barely. Raven immediately goes and locks herself in her room. Damian is waiting for her. He holds up a detonator, telling her that if she alerts the other Titans he'll blow up half of Jump City. She's pissed, but isn't willing to call his bet. They fight about ideologies and the like, until he ultimately offers for her to join them. "I want you by my side." "Get the fuck out of my tower." "Just know, that all of it was real, Raven, everything with you, it was all real." "I know. And that is why I can never forgive you." Type beat.
SO THEN cue some epic moments such as:
-Damian being on the verge of death in battle and Raven healing him and then punching him square in the face, knocking him out and leaving before he wakes up.
-Raven getting captured by the League, Damian once again asking her to join him, her refusing by saying "I've had enough of demons trying to use me to take over the world". Her getting taken prisoner and begging him to quit the League, him refusing.
-Shiva bringing an injured/on the verge of death Damian into Raven's cell one day. "I should just let him die" "You should. But you won't." "And how do you know that?" "Because you love him. And part of you still hopes that he loves you enough to leave all this."
-SPARKS FLYING CRAZY BATTLE TENSION.
-Damian visiting Raven after a battle. "I hate you" "I know you do, Beloved." "Just for one night." "Only the one."

thinking about the way bbc ghosts handles repression once again... the captain is your classic case of "six feet in denial, cannot Show Emotions, etcetera etcetera," but basically all the other ghosts bar robin pull the exact same move, just in slightly less blatant ways (except for fanny, who is just as bad as the captain). thomas makes me feel painfully seen: he is six feet in denial (about his death and what people think of him), and he cannot Show Emotions, but because he specifically does not Show Emotions by very blatantly shoving what can't actually allow people to get close to him in other people's faces (whiny, annoying, loud, pathetic, constantly sad but in the shallowest way possible, and sometimes sarcastic), and uses this as both a cover and a desperate cry for help, nobody ever notices that he actually is hurting, to the point that the julian cries more freely than him! julian! seriously!

link click's new episode leaving us with more questions than answers as usual. 1) lu guang and qian jin kept looking at the clock for some reason which seems to indicate lu guang knows something would happen anytime. he either left by his own will or was forced by someone else. he also seems like he disappeared in thin air so, what's up with that? 2) cxs losing connection and transferring bodies temporarily before being forced out of the picture has to have an explanation. could there have been another ability user interfering with his ability? i'm not sure if the same happened during emma's fall or not because he also came back immediately and they didn't show him touch hands. the common factor between these two situations is red eyes, whatever that means 3) we are given the impression both cxs and the woman police officer leave the police station voluntarily with li tianxi at the end. were they controlled/manipulated? is this li tianxi's power? and, if not, what is "her" plan and why is cxs so ready to help? 4) qian jin put together an entire group of people that seem ready to attack someone. who is the person he apparently wants to get rid of or get? 5) who is the mysterious kid and is he working with li tianchen? 6) i still think li tianchen is the one able to control bodies and taking over his sister, it would make sense why li tianxi isn't mute anymore and even cxs was suspicious it wasn't her. but then, again, what does he want with cxs? is this part of qian jin's plan or personal reasonings? 7) and, finally, how does qian jin tie into all of this. this family's case seems to be the one that made him leave the police. i wonder what happened that made him turn sides and who is he trying to actually get to. is he really just a bad guy? each episode is more intriguing than the last!!!!
