Daniel was practically the catalyst to everything that happened to the world. I mean, Thornheart and Goldman would probably find some other way to fulfill their plans regardless, but had he not gotten sick it wouldn’t have happened like this. So quickly. So intensely. The world in tatters. I bet it weighs on him.

But he was just a kid who got sick. How is he supposed to apologize for being sick?

Quick Reviews: House of the Dead 3 (PS NOW) and Alien Shooter (PS4) House of the Dead 3 played on Playstation Now Alien Shooter played on PS4 PRO Reviews by TheAutisticGamer (Michael) Since these games were completed or played in under a hour, I decided to go through Alien Shooter and House of the Dead 3 mainly because I don't think I can do them justice by giving them full length reviews. So basically, I will talk about Alien Shooter first then HOTD3. Pros and Cons will be at the bottom of the short review! Alien Shooter (PS4) This was a game I was super curious about. Being a Isometric Twin Stick shooter, this game looked interesting for it's alien shooting gameplay. The graphics are okay, being excusable for early 2000's and being ported to PS4. That's where everything nice I say about the game ends here. This game is god damn awful. Lets just start by saying I'm shocked how this was play tested (if at all) because nothing really works as it should. There are so many typos and grammar errors that it actually reminded me of those shitty translated NES Games like Ghostbusters and Ghosts and Goblin. But that's the least of our problems. The shooting is bad. Very bad. The way you aim doesn't make sense for a game like this especially if you're playing on PS4. The accuracy is fuck all but useful unless you put points into it which costs money. Thankfully, a good thing I can say is that after completing a level, it gives you a shit ton of money but it won't be enough to fool the game that you bought every important weapon for the next level. The casual difficulty (The easiest) is beyond ridiculous. It's hard as shit in the later levels and you lose health at a Wall Street Economy Crashing rate. The shooting is bad, the gameplay is horrid, the enemies are ridiculously hard and the programming is beyond shit. This is by far one of the worst and most inexcusable games I have ever played. It doesn't give me much hope for Zombie Shooter at all. Bottom line, just stay away from this god damn game and never play it. 3/10 PROS: -Completing levels gives you shit tons of money. NEUTRALS: -Okay Graphics for early 2000's. CONS: -The game is programmed like dog shit. -Typos and grammar errors everywhere. -Casual Difficulty is ridiculously hard. -Aiming doesn't make sense on a controller. -Game is always one step ahead of you by giving you ammo to guns you don't have. -Accuracy for all guns are shit especially the minigun. House of the Dead III (Playstation Now) This is a game that I didn't know much about. I played House of the Dead 2 many times at the arcades but HOTD 3 is something else. The characters are not that memorable (With the exception of Daniel Curien) and the story and their character arcs are muddled and odd. However, this is a pretty good light gun game that you can play on a controller. The variety of options is a big plus for me as you can tune the game however you wish. The gameplay is good and the graphics are true to House of the Dead's style. I really enjoyed most of it with the exception of the trigger slamming final boss which made me think my fingers were going to fall off by repeatedly pressing my finger fast against the R2 button. Not much to say, it's good and I got the best ending possible on my first playthrough. I just wish there was a way to insert credits instead of adding them at the beginning in the menus. 8/10 PROS: -Game is Controller Compatible -Graphics are true to the HOTD Style -Gameplay is simple but nicely executed. -Funny character lines -Multiple Endings -Interesting Flashbacks to Daniel's past with his father -Good variety of options for gameplay. NEUTRALS: NONE CONS: -Mind Numbingly bad final boss that will hurt your trigger finger. -None of the characters are that memorable -Muddled Story and Character Development.

tbh I'd rather see lisa and daniel in a more of a siblings dynamic than romance bc its hella overrated and i dont see it work either AND theyre like.... 9 years away?? idc if lisa is already 19 i just feel its little bit off???? maybe they're sharing some stories about parental issues and all those things, maybe they make silly jokes and play some video games (or atleast, board games) these are just my thoughts you can go whatever on them just don't shove that ship up into my face as i am sorta uncomfortable with it

CASE FILE #1: First Mission in 2020-Current Timeline

It's my first time I've come back from the timeline in future where I presumed to be dead. The agency was flourished into a non-government military organization instead of disbanding it, from a paranormal agency to Rogan Commandos. My friends of AMS never cease to fail me after they'd decided to be a squadron of military men who only fight the apocalypse to survive.

There were no leaders at AMS except Rogan and G, they rebuilt it in order to strengthen defenses against the remaining zombies even Dr. Roy Curien and Caleb Goldman is gone yet the only mastermind remaining in their charge was none other than a man named "Thornheart", my brother Ryan didn't knew he was alive hiding somewhere discreet to make a plan reopening Noah's Ark Project.

That project seemed familliar to The Watchers, curiouser and curiouser...

It seems I had to ask Lea about that if she was familiar to it, the Noah's Ark Project was strictly classified to The Watcher case files and I'm sure of it that project can risk humankind's lives.

Aside that, while Harris decided to tour the organization following a new-bred agent named Lottie. I've saw Rogan's daughter, Lisa, grew up like an independent soldier instead of a mischievous kid running around the base to discover a new beginning of life.

She's with some man in brown hair who wears circular-shaped glasses, both the two wearing AMS-issued military suits. This man seemed familliar somewhere.

Not to mention he resembled an old enemy back at 1998, but I'll never discuss his identity so far. To Rogan he said "He's Daniel, another new-bred agent and don't mention about his surname or his life and it's classified."

Hm. Classified huh, Rogan? Must been too suspicious to tell.

I have doubts on this "Daniel" person, he might been a liable from the agency although he's new to AMS and people never suspected it.

If Rogan hides Daniel's personal information, who are you?

(Sad and Disturbing Headcanons)

- Dr. Curien got a few dogs for Daniel to keep him company while he went off to work. When Daniel didn’t “wake up”, the dogs were depressed and didn’t leave his side…until Dr. Curien lost his morality marbles and…got a twisted idea about making guard dogs. A pack of Kenfis was the result.

- Goldman and “Thornheart” had a very flimsy partnership and respect towards each other due to morality differences. The last straw that made Goldman lost all respect to Thornheart was dragging Dr. Curien into their mess while he was having “severe family matters”. That drained his spirit and pushed his sanity off the edge. The events of 2 (and 4) was Goldman’s giving Thorny the middle finger way to prove Thornheart wrong about humanity that not all of them are beyond saving and there are actually good people out there who have to strength to survive and hope for better future.

- Lisa has a habit of staring at doors, even the sliding ones. It was her deep desire throughout her childhood to see her father come home more often and walk through the door to greet her and mom.

- Amy became claustrophobic after the events of 2.

- Sometimes Daniel called the Wheel of Fate “father” and when he did, Daniel got mad at himself for saying it. It didn’t help at all when the accursed thing can imitate his father’s voice.

- Hangedman dropped those 2 researchers/scientists out of spite. To be fair, they experimented on his flock of bats.

- Thornheart didn’t make those monuments of his two associates out of respect. He sees them as nothing more but ‘stepping stones’ that lead him to power and a step closer to his personal goal.

- Sophie was so traumatized by the incident that she developed an alternate persona named “Carole”…who pretty much can handle herself with firearms and isn’t afraid to fight dirty. Lisa learns a few “fighting tips” from her. Rogan…didn’t take this new development well.

- G eventually had to…“off”…Varla when he came to a conclusion that keeping her in that state would be a torturous existence.

- He never realized it but Daniel’s scleras became completely black when he became too emotional. Stupid side effects…

- Almost every night, Rogan has nightmares about that same incident and it always ended with him shooting Sophie in the head. Sophie never know why Rogan seems sad when he looks at her.

- Wheel of Fate made use of the Sun’s mutated pheromones to control every specimens in the facility, thanks to the air vents. He can make them docile for a moment and hostile a second later. Daniel sometimes get affected by it, much to Wheel of Fate’s dismay.

I think it’d lessen 3’s impact if Curien came back but I do wanna see what would happen if he (as wof) reunited with magician,, I wonder if he’d show any forgiveness or whatever towards magician or if he’d take some merit of revenge first

I don’t know if the transformation would take away the attachment he holds for magician? But if he was fine with attacking Daniel, then… if he felt provoked or angry towards Magician…
