Gingka's image in me has worn down and changed over time, but I've always had strong impression with his character development in Fusion. Almost literal embodiment of the wind (in my tween/teen's vision). the whole thing in pjo is that for demigods fighting = autonomy and independence (which is why percy screams at the begging IT SUCKS TO BE A DEMIGOD) the idea is that the camp makes demigods safe (by teaching them how to fight) and any other type of labour isn’t that much valuable because they > don’t teach them that it is < / > they don’t live enough to need them <

The Harpies are the ones cleaning instead of themselves, the Ambrosia will heal instead of actual doctors (which puts a hell of pressure on Will when the ambrosia is not enough because he needs to treat those who are severely injured AND the light injured who already took way too much Ambrosia)

I think the camp should have an equilibrium going on like teach those kids valuable life skills (what is safe to eat in a forest how do I cook make themselves clean the dishes how do I treat an injurie without ambrosia ((this one for wills sake too)) how do I guide myself without a gps) and also what kind of fighting suits you because yeah in a world where monsters want to kick your ass you need to know how to defend yourself not because this is what makes you valuable but because it what makes you SURVIVE

I don't guys but I've been thinking. Like there is a universe in which Zelda didn't get her GED and just- continued highschool. And- like then she gets caught up in Porter's "I'm-gonna-kill-and-become-a-god" plot bc- she's a zealot barbarian. AND follows the god of wine and ecstacy. She's already like... Halfway there y'know. And I really think that there is a story there where she and Gorgug are still together and we find out the master evil plot through thst betrayal? Y'know?

Like Porter gets Zelda to multiclass junior year into paladin (zealot barbarian!! Half way there!!) and then she finds out their plot Lucy Frostblade -style and then gets killed and shatterstared. Or maybe she just stays dead like Lucy and it's a more emotional moment for the whole party?

And it would give Porter just one more thing on Thistlespring, y'know? Get 'im Angry bc his girlfriend is doing so much better than him "She knows how to multiclass, Thistlespring. None 'o that artificing crap."

FINALLY finished this big hand-stitched intellect devourer after about 2 weeks! Little guy's SUPER huggable, stands at about 1.5ft tall & has poseable tendrils.

i'm slightly bitter we can't keep Us as a campsite pet so I figured this was the next best option :P
