HAHGAHAHAHG FINALLY!!!

I used poster boards of different thickness and a LOT of yellow paint!!

#took me two weeks (he was supposed to be a weekend project) but finally!! FINALLY! HE'S DONE!! YAY #bill cipher #gravity falls #used an entire bottle of yellow paint plus almost another one of those big bottles of yellow paint #could still see the sharpie a little but its ok i don't care #the flame glows in the dark! yay!! might make it uv light reactive later because it looks like shit in thr dark fkwkkfkwjd #YAYAYAYYAYAYAYA!! Undertale yellow flowey embroidery

This took about 40 hours, give or take a few

#I can tell you one thing #Embroidering while having arthritis is really not a piece of cake. When you hand cramps just by holding it at an angle.#At least I can be grateful for my empty schedule #Makes embroidering till the sun rises back up so much easier #Insomnia also helps with this task #I was listening to the ost while working on it and… Live reaction #Occupied turf is so good actually !? Why wasn’t it shown more often !? IT’S FIRE !?#I forgot I only did a pacifist so I got so confused when neutral Flowey came out…#A mother’s love ? Should’ve called this “I’m gonna fuck you up”#The number of time I got my ass handed back to me in this fight is not even funny #The first time is great. The second I only discern my favorites and the sudden change in style. By the third loop I can’t recognize shit #my brain is melting and my eyes are on fire…#Advantages on doing it during daytime. Eyes hurt less. Good stupid tv to listen to in the background Disadvantages. People #Advantages on doing it at night. Alone. Personally work better at night #Disadvantages. No good TV. Time goes by slower…? I don’t know maybe I’m just loosing it with those freaking petals #For reference one petal took me about 3 and a half hours. So yeah… I thought it would never end… Took out almost all my yellow.#When the line tangles itself in the back and you realize only close to the end of it that half went missing #So you have to go backward to entangle it and loose 30 mins because damn it #Cats are not helpful in any of those scenarios #Why do I feel the need to make the back perfect when nobody else but me will know #This is the last time I do one so big without thinking it through #Note to self. Don’t do it standing up when the cats are awake. i'm in the middle of painting my bedroom, which is going Eh bc i want a very specific colour, but the lightbulb colour + basement darkness has made this an annoying trial and error in paint matching. however, i discovered only now in my life that plain ol' black + regular old yellow makes green.

i didn't know that??? i feel like... i shoudl've known that. was i not taught this when i was 8 or something?? it's making me feel 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ that i didn't know? it makes such a good green too

i hate this bc i feel like it was something that—now that i'm looking at it swatched out—i'm like "duh yeah, that's obvious, you knew that." but i just spent 4 days in a paint-fume-fuelled mania mixing greens, yellows, blues, reds, coppers, whites, blacks, etc to find a Perfect Green, and she was there in 2 colours all along...

#jj stuff #my issue is it's Dark as all fuck down here but i have those warm yellow edison bulbs and i'm not willing to compromise on them #so i've had to lighten the absolute fuck out of the deep green i wanted #and it looks 😬 to me in normal/white light #but under the yellow lights it makes it *chefs kiss* to me #this unfortunately has stalled me on a ceiling colour bc i had Plans #to do a rich green wall + a rich/dark blue and add metallic gold constellations to it #so it'd be like being cocooned in a leaf staring up at the stars #but now i'm worried a blue ceiling will change the wall colour Too Much #like how i painted my other room BRIGHT as fuck yellow walls + bright blue ceiling #and at the right time of day the whole thing turns a toxic green #(which i loooove)#ok i'm talking so much sorry if you read this far *gives you two dollars*

#oregon ultimatum #my art #i am drawing isometric views of these two rooms but naturally these doodles came out of that as i was trying to figure them out #yay finally interior views of focus labs so people can FINALLY know what it looks like instead of that just existing in my mind #but there are many rooms okay and they are a lot different #the general rooms are very white and dull but these two rooms are more colorful since they are KINDA themed off the characters's vibes #as seen up here with the first room being red (windows theme color lol)#and the second room being yellow and purple (treetop and cuautles theme colors lol)#basement and 3rd floor are very different #from the rest #and of course there is room 100 #you will see that soon #also the first room (windows room the nanotech room) isnt always so red because it is affected by light as it has many WINDOWS #which you will see once i finish the isometric view #but the biomed room (in the 2nd pic) is p much always these colors #becomes more purple when theres more blood. its homonculi blood.#theres no windows (meaning the glass things on the wall not the PERSON) in this room so its very dark usually. also bc treetop hates light

#im really going to miss this house #it is ultimately a shell of my mum though i haven’t lived properly in years #this is the house she died in now rather than a place of joy #i don’t know if ill ever feel a true sense of home ever again #im gonna miss these yellow walls and the way i felt when i painted them #we went from black to yellow teenage soph you didn’t realise how poetic that was at the time but it means the world now #i just wanna yell ‘you made it through kid it doesn’t stay dark forever’ but i don’t fully believe that right now #the through part isn’t over yet sorry love life has a way of reminding you #i feel like i don’t belong anywhere now #how do you move to live for yourself when you were the soul person reliable for a whole human for 6 straight years #i was literally 19 making medical decisions and dictating doctors notes into layman’s terms for mum to understand that’s a lot #i don’t know how to prioritise myself i haven’t been allowed to for nearly a decade #it’s 2am and im just staring at walls that won’t be mine for much longer #i think my brain thinks it can delay the moving date because maybe the time won’t pass if i stay awake

#i had the longest weekend on the planet #shitshow of a funeral with the most dysfunctional side of my family #and then my uncle never made it home and he's diabetic so we can't just wait for him to turn up again #i made a chain of logical leaps that felt right in the moment but are confusing even to me in hindsight #but with one phone call i found him in jail in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere and then drove two hours to bail him out #all this while I was badly sunburned on my period and covered in poison ivy blisters #did a kafkaesque little routine where every lobby we went into at the jail was empty and there was just a phone on the wall #and someone on the other end would say oh go into the next door down #and that would also be an empty dark room with a phone on the wall where they said to go one more door down #several times in a row #finally found an inhabited part of the building and talked to a sherriff while trying to hold all my arms and legs behind my back #to hide the horrible yellow crusty blisters all over my skin. look like an actual plague victim. feel worse.#keeping it together because i am Handling The Situation #my uncle was so happy to see us he cried #he'd been trying to call for help all day but the jail phone was showing up as Scam Call on everyone's cell #I was hailed by the family as Brilliant Detective: Finder and Rescuer #I went home and laid very still for many hours #anyway in between crises I got to spend a few hours at the beach and that was nice.
