Truly painful episode in every way...
I mean, all of them are, but... This one hits you differently. I'm glad that David is alive, his family is fine as it could be, I'm glad Frank is alive.
I think I'm glad Rawlins is dead. I don't... You know how it is, I don't approve Frank's methods, but. It's hard to imagine that this piece of...do I swear too much recently? Well. It's hard to imagine Rawlins wouldn't try to get out of wherever police could put him. And stuff he's done, everything... Holy cow, I'm glad he won't do that again, ever. Won't even try.
I feel like Russo is escaped from justice, though. It's a shame. But he set Frank free. I think Russo will return later. We'll see.
Anyways, this episode is wild and I honestly need time to work through all of that.
Great show, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, hahah :"D
But damn, how good it is.

Form of Address
CLYBOURNE PARK Crescent Theatre, Birmingham, Tuesday 12th July 2022 Bruce Norris’s award-winning piece is a play of two halves.  Set in the same house, acts one and two are fifty years apart, with two sets of characters.  We begin in 1959, and Russ and Bev are packing up to move out.  There is a kind of cosy sit-com banter between them, but soon a thread of darkness is revealed.  Their lives…

Fourth MLM Ship Bracket Propaganda Submissions
Below you will find all of the submitted and approved ships for the Fourth MLM Ship Bracket Tournament along with the form to submit further propaganda at the bottom
This is another opportunity to submit propaganda for your favorite ships. Wether you were unable to submit propaganda for them in the initial form or you spot your favorite ship who has no propaganda submitted. Ships with a strikethrough have propaganda submitted, I will continue to update this post as propaganda is submitted. I will accept further propaganda for ships with already submitted propaganda but please prioritize those with out.
The goal is to have propaganda for all ships but I understand that may not be possible. Therefore I will be leaving the form open for a few weeks to see if we receive propaganda for at least half the ships.
Note: Please reach out to me if you spot any mistakes in character or fandom names, even if it is only formatting or spelling issues.

As Reformation Day Approaches...
Many will wish to talk about Martin Luther. Which makes sense because he famously nailed the 95 theses to the church door at Wittenburg on October 31st.
But what better time to commemorate all of the OTHER important figures and reformers of the Protestant reformation? Of whom there were many.
Wikipedia lists 284 people burned in England under Queen Mary I, as she attempted to consolidate her power. Her new laws declared anyone teaching against Catholic doctrines to be guilty of heresy and subject to the death penalty. The Catholic church has never denounced these murders committed by its members on its behalf.
These laws affected famous and regular people alike. Over time I may make a series of posts with more detail about some of these persons.
Incomplete list of the protestant martyrs in England under the cut. Courtesy of Wikipedia.

This link was if anything confirmed, when on 1 April 1534 William Marshall wrote to tell Thomas Cromwell that Erasmus had just completed a new work on the Creed and the Ten Commandments, dedicated to Anne Boleyn's father, Thomas, earl of Wiltshire. Marshall noted that he would have the text from the printers 'as soon as God sends me money', and would send two bound copies to Cromwell. 'I hope you like the translation,' he added, 'it cost me labour and money.' The following year, the prior of Haversfordwest, William Barlow, in whose appointment Anne Boleyn herself had had a direct hand, wrote to Cromwell complaining about the abuse he had received at the hands of 'Antichrist and his confederate adherents' in attempting to 'sincerely preach the Gospel of Christ'. 'Antichrist' was personified in this particular instance by the aged and ailing Bishop of St David's, Richard Rawlins, whose agents confiscated from Barlow 'an English testament, the exposition of the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth chapters of Matthew, the Ten Commandments, and the Epistle of St John, with clamorous exclamations against heretics—as if to have the Testament in English were horrible heresy.'

Gonna Find You
Pairing: Billy Russo x Fem!Reader
Summary: Your husband has been kidnapped, and you plan to find him yourself.
Warnings: Billy and the reader are a morally grey power couple, small threats & language
A/N: this is an AU where Billy, Frank, and David are all partners at ANVIL (Billy worked with Frank & David to betray Rawlins, so Billy has a sketchy past but his family will always protect him from it)
My Masterlist
»»---------------------►
“I’ll say this once, and I will not be repeating myself, where is my husband?”
Each syllable is pronounced carefully, as you attempt to conceal the violent storm of fear and rage growing beneath your skin.
The two men sitting in front of the computers exchange fearful glances with one another. Then one of them speaks,
“I we don’t know, ma’am.” You raise a brow at him, waiting for them to elaborate, for them to tell you what they do know, or what they plan to do. Instead, one of them fiddles with the pen in his hand, while the other stares at you with wide eyes.
Inhaling slowly, you attempt to loosen your tense jaw. After looking between them both once again, you turn sharply towards the door.
“Fuck this.”
Your phone is against your ear as the door swings shut.
“David, I need a favour.”
His response, no doubt an instant offer of assistance, isn’t heard by you as Agent Madani speaks much louder than the volume of your phone speaker.
“May I remind you that Homeland Security is already working on the Russo case.” She gives you a small smile as she shuts the door to her office. “Though ANVIL’s resources have been useful in the past, I believe you should sit this one out.”
A startled scoff is the only noise that leaves your lips, and you stare at her as you both regard each other in the hallway. She shrugs lightly, before adding,
“Conflict of interest, you know how it is.” She turns away, and you can’t help call after her.
“Have you been taken off the case then?”
She pauses mid-step, and turns back to you. Her frown is fake, you can see through it within an instant.
“No. Why would I have been?” Great. With Madani looking for your husband you’ll likely be facing a few more complications.
“We all know how close you were to Billy.” The hint of a smirk touches her lips at your words, as if she knows something you don’t. But she doesn’t. Billy tells you everything.
You remember the night he had come home to you, after his date with Madani. You remember the two of you laughing as he told you how easily she had fallen for him. You remember Billy calling Frank to warn him about a Homeland agent looking into him. You also remember Billy pulling you into the bedroom, and spending the entire night assuring you that you were all he ever wanted.
Your own smirk widens.
“What bar was it, that he took you to?” You rub your thumb over the top of your forefinger, tilting your head as you feign trying to remember. “Oh, Dan’s Dive! That’s it.”
You smile brightly, and whatever smugness had been growing on Madani’s face soon fades. Sliding a hand into your pocket, you continue to talk casually,
“You know I’m still surprised you fell for all that.”
A faint laugh catches in your throat, and you lean closer, eyeing the confusion in her expression. Your smile drops suddenly, and you fix your eyes on hers.
“I will find who took my husband. I will exhaust every resource, devote my every waking moment, and I will bring him back to me.” You step even closer, and Madani raises her chin defensively. Your voice is low, but your words ring true, “If I find out that you are somehow responsible, there is not a corner of this Earth you can run to where you will be safe from me.”
Pulling away, a smirk on your face, you look Madani up and down before you take a step backwards.
“Have a nice day, Agent Madani. Happy hunting.”
Then you turn away, the image of her shocked eyes fuelling your every step.
She’s gone by the time you’ve stepped into the elevator, and turned around to select the lobby button. You bring your phone back to your ear,
“I’m back.”
“You enjoyed that didn’t you?” You sigh lightly as the elevator doors shut.
“My husband’s been kidnapped, David, it’s the little things keeping me going.”
“You really think she’s involved?”
“No. I just like seeing her sweat.”
“Well, while you were channeling your inner Billy Russo, I had a look through the security footage Homeland found.”
“And?”
“I got a reg number.”
“Fantastic.”
“It’s listed under an old associate of Billy’s.”
“Great.”
“I have the guy’s current address here.” Already, the weight in your chest has eased a little. A small smile flickers across your face.
“You’re now my favourite ANVIL partner.” There’s a pause, as David types something, then he remarks,
“Above Billy?”
“Don’t be stupid. He’s always top of the list, but don’t tell him that.”
“I’ve sent the address to you and Frank. He’s on his way to you now.”
“Thank you David.”
“Try not to get blood inside the van this time, will you?” A dark smirk pulls at your lips as the elevator doors open.
“No promises.”

For your blogiversary ask game, thoughts on what future projects you’d like to see the WIndy core cast in? (Besides WIndy season 2 of course 😔)
Mini series prequels for each of the WIndy characters. I need Tom Davidson in the asylum it's very important for my mental health
On a more realistic note, I'm very excited to see Justin as David Luna in season 4 and I look forward to more of Matt Barr through Hoyt Rawlins flashbacks. I'd love to see more of the WIndy cast on Walker as well, even just for an episode or two
I don't know what other things the WIndy cast have on the horizon but if anyone knows any upcoming projects I'd be happy to check them out

Oh, so no follow-up with the WIndy characters this season? Oh well. But, we get Justin as Detective Luna and Hoyt's coming back!
And Anna's keeping the dialogue positive for future seasons, which is good to hear!

Below the cut is a list of all my original characters, from every fandom, organized by such. I figured I would go ahead and put this up, as well as a canon muse one, for my oc and canon starters so that way it's easier for y'all to see who is included without going to every separate muse list.

N54 Flash News Update
Tumblr media
This is N54 News, I'm Rosco Rawlins.
Chaos erupted tonight in the EBM Stadium in Pacifica tonight, after a force of armed thugs hacked the concert's electronics, then ran down an NCPD barricade, driving an armoured vehicle straight into the arena and launching an armed assault on the stage as the main act, the band 'The Mordecaiders', began to perform their first song.
Two NCPD officers, Lieutenant Javier Martinez, age 30, and Staff Sergeant Mackenzie Stroud, 41, are dead, and numerous innocent bystanders have also been killed as NCPD forces and the band's security engaged the attackers.
The attacker, identified as 28-year-old Scarlet Johnson, a mercenary from the Watson district, has been wanted in connection with a series of threats made towards Mordecaiders member, David Davidson, 31, a former NUS Force Recon Marine. Sources close to both Davidson and Johnson report that the dispute may have been caused due to a relationship breakdown.
We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops...
My Cyberpunk RED party have been busy, and their first gig was not as simple as they were hoping. Chaos has erupted in the Petrochem EBM Stadium (yes, that Petrochem EBM Stadium) as a scorned ex-girlfriend (well, closer to a spurned groupie more than anything else) has launched an assault on the concert they were hired to pull security for.
First the speakers malfunctioned (actually a sign that their network was compromised by enemy netrunners), then the crew's netrunner Jonah was frozen in the net and a virus shut down all electronic equipment in the stadium subnet. The enemy crew ran down the NCPD blockade out the front of the stadium, killing a Lieutenant and Sergeant (leaving one of my player lawman characters as the senior officer on scene) and several innocent bystanders.
The fight continues when we meet again on Monday.

hi hi hi i’ve got some test muses i’d love to play w/ a lil more under the cut so pls like or dm me if interested !! i also posted some opens with a few of them here, here, here, here, and here xoxoxox
aaron goldman || david corenswet // 30 // line cook // v much golden retriever energy -- used to work in corp. america but got so burnt out he started over at 25 and went to culinary school ?? much to the chagrin of his fortune 500 daddy !! and now he just kinda works wherever the vibes feel right, even if it’s a shitty dinner
elias berggren || alexander skarsgard // 45 // retired tech developer just the most unserious man to ever walk the earth :’ ) made a social media start up into a multibillion dollar corporation and then sold it all at the age of 30 when he realized he actually ?? hated it ?? v much adrenaline junkie trying to find some sense of purpose/excitement -- absolutely would’ve been aboard the titan sub HE’S A SHELL OF A MAN !!!
fiona berne || daisy edgar jones // 26 // travel photographer actually allergic to staying in one place too long !! runs from anything that feels stable and prone to uprooting her life in a moment’s notice. v troubled childhood she doesn’t like to talk about, still calls people she’s been friends with since high school her ‘acquaintances’  rip just always waiting for the shoe to drop
jade khanna || megan suri // 25 // veterinary tech // foster kid who likes animals more than almost any human on earth, v pessimistic and generally unpleasant but she’s observant and nosy so she makes friends and enemies alike without really meaning to !! genuinely surprised whenever people are kind to her
joaquin santos || michael cimino // 23 // bartender // grew up the oldest of four in a parentless household -- dad had skipped out shortly after the baby of the bunch was born and mom isn’t sober long enough to tell a bedtime story so he’s !! mr. mom !! and mad abt it... v jaded, but v protective even if he’s mean when he gives advice :’ ) tough love bb thru and thru
maggie rawlins || laura harrier // 32 // prosecutor //  ironically so scary and cold at work but actually the biggest baby to ever exist like genuinely cries when she kills a bug !! has a v strong sense of justice and will absolutely throw hands if she thinks she can get away w/ out a charge -- unfortunately spineless when it comes to asking for or going after what she wants in her personal life c’est la vie
ruby perkins || natalia dyer // 28 // art teacher // nervous nelly homebody baby !! had big dreams of running off to nyc and becoming an artist but her dad got sick her junior year of hs and her bleeding heart absolutely wouldn’t let her leave him so she settled for community college & a masters in education and she’s ~ mostly ~ happy teaching kiddos how to shade but has a lot of !! regret !! she refuses to admit to
