HI!!! this blog is officially one year old!! what the fuck!!
I can [checks notes] eat honey now!!
Jokes aside, holy shit. This has been an amazing experience, and I want to thank my friends and everyone in this community for making this one of the best online groups i’ve been lucky enough to be part of. Genuinely
I hope to make more years of great memories here, and for now i think I might take a leaf out of Pichu’s ( @pokeglitchden mod) book and post one art from each month of this blog existing!
again thank you all for being part of this, and i can’t wait to come up with more silly shenanigans for my blorbos to broadcast!
Happy fourth anniversary to... well, me! It was four years ago that I signed up for tumblr under the now all-familiar StarDestroyer81 name, and to celebrate, I come bearing some particularly exciting news I've been waiting a few months to announce...
⭐I HAVE A REDBUBBLE STORE!!! ⭐
Shirts, stickers, pins— you want it? It's yours, my friend; as long as you check out the above link! If you've ever wanted to directly support me— or would just love to have select works of mine on merch of your choice— I highly suggest giving my store a look as I put so much work into prepping it for my blog's fourth anniversary! 💙🏳️⚧️✨
Congrats on sticking around for a year, and thanks for being the reason my middle finger is so jacked. Now, stand waaaaay back and shoot out your candle.
I remember exactly one year ago today, I decided to do something for myself that changed my life, and that was to post my first fic.
I didn't plan on sharing it with anyone. I was happy reading the many wonderful stories here on Tumblr and on AO3. I was happy just writing my daydreams out on paper.
But, it just so happened to be Mr. Tom Hiddleston's Birthday and I wanted to mark the occasion. So, I gathered my audacity, the little I had of it, and posted my first story, Mayari.
This will always have a special place in my heart. But you can see how much I've grown as a writer just by reading some of it's chapters. I find some of it cringy now...
I've had Tumblr for awhile, since before I posted. But I mark this date as the day my blog was born because it didn't really have life until I started posting and interacting with other bloggers.
It truly has changed my life. I have made lifelong friends along the way and I will never forget the many lessons I've learned from each and every friend.
Happy birthday to Mr. Hiddleston, sir 😏.
Happy birthday to my blog and Mayari; 1 year old today. 🥳
And a very special thank you to the friends and family I've made along the way that have made it so special.
Guess what, my lovelies- it's been 100 days of MagnoliasandArson!
Writing has always been something I have loved, but reading your comments, tags, and asks has been one of the greatest joys imaginable. That's why I have decided to offer you- my beloved readers- a little opportunity. I will continue to make Batfam content, but I will also start posting for one additional fandom.
The poll closes in one week, and the first new fandom post will be published in eight days. It's a brave new world, my friends.
Happy 1 year blogiversary to me!!! 🤍♡︎✰💕, December 9th 2022
I can’t express what this day means to me. It is not just the start of my blog, but the start of true happiness and friendships that will last a lifetime. I got to talk to people that loved history as much as me and who had true pure hearts. This past year has been one of my best ones yet and I would’ve NEVER been able to get through it without you guys. Thank YOU for everything and I love you all SO MUCH!!! 🫂🤍
As my tradition to celebrate the start of my blog, each year I redraw some old comics as requested by my friends. We begin with Celestia being silly in 2019.
Also, first digital comic drawn since... December? Mainly because I've been enjoying my pens, but also computer went kaput and I never reinstalled things until now.
Give or take a day, I started this blog fourteen years ago. Seems like it deserves a post. I still continue to think about writing and don’t write. I continue to have thoughts about Richard Armitage and his career and continue not to write them down. This state of affairs continues not to affect Armitage himself in the least, lol. I continue to be busy with work and the synagogue. My house…
This year has been awesome, and running this blog has been my most favorite thing to do. Whether I'm writing, drawing, character developing and designing, or just getting into some shenanigans, it's always a good time over here. I've met so many new friends, and am so grateful to be in the position I am. I love that I can tell my story here, and am looking forward to the future of this blog.
