Request made by RonnieMidnight on Wattpad Caregiver Derek Werefox Little Stiles Also a reminder not all littles talk with a lisp or like a toddler. Even if they are mentally a toddler in that moment

Normally Stiles has an okay day , remarks from other teenagers and hanging out with Scott and their other friends. But today was a little different not by much though his day started with him taking his ADHD meds. Getting dressed in his usual choice of clothing denim jeans , black tank top and one of his flannels. Then having blueberry pancakes with his dad before they both had to leave for work and school.

His beloved jeep was in the shop so Erica and Boyd had so generously gave him a ride they of course had made a plan to do a, Batman marathon with both the classic cartoons and the movies next Friday night.(Erica actually likes DC like stiles does and Boyd can't say no to his girlfriend or Stiles's puppy eyes) But unfortunately halfway through the end of the school day he was shoved against the lockers by some one on the team (it was Gerrett) , most definitely bruising the side of his face.

And this is what he hated about high school the bullies that will bully anyone because they either want to for fun or , because their beaten at home and take their emotions out on other teenagers. Danny had Jackson deal with the other asshole while Danny had actually taken Stiles to the nurse to get the injury looked at , incase it was more then just bruising even if it was just going to heal in a few hours anyway. Surprisingly when the bell had rang and all the students were flooding the halls making their way outside and to their cars , the bus , bikes or some just walked home. Anyway when Stiles walked outside Derek's car was in the the parking lot a few cars away from Lydia's to be exact.

Derek was leaning against it with those stupid sunglasses he had worn a year or so ago when Erica was in the car. The Werewolf of course spots his boyfriend and waves him over making the fox less confused as he makes way to Derek. And to be honest he's had a day so as soon as he's in arms reach he gives the slightly taller(by like two inches)male a hug. Derek hums wrapping his own arms protectively over the younger stilinski , already sensing that Stiles has had a somewhat bad day.

"Bad day kit?"

"Mmhmm got pushed in the lockers , Jackson took care of the douchebag. Danny took me to the nurse even though it wasn't necessary"

"Oh I'm sorry that happened to you Mischief. You know he only took you to see the nurse's office , because he cares about you"

" yeah I know. "

"You wanna be little hu? I'd be more than happy to take care you , you know I don't mind "

"Please?"

And just like that Stiles gets a kisses to his forehead before his bag is taken off his shoulder and put in the back and he's buckled into the passenger seat. Derek rounds the other side to the driver's seat , getting in and opening the glovebox grabbing the plastic container and gives it to the other. Letting him choose what teether , chewelry , or even pacifier he might want while the older of the two pulls out of the parking lot and drives on to his own house.(the hale house had been rebuilt and it's Derek's now)

During the drive Stiles had chosen one of those clear colored teethers and had actually shifted into his slightly small fennec fox form when the light turned red. Thankfully no human saw because of Derek's tinted windows , he gently bit and chewed on the teether as he was given soft scratches to his ears for a few seconds. Another hour goes by and finally they are at the hale house , the car gets parked in front of the house. Stiles gets carried out of the car and into the house gently set on the couch in the living room as Derek gets Stiles's little stuff out. Stiles himself stayed a fox for a few more moments before he went up , the stairs and into the main bedroom. Where Derek is getting his stuff layed out on the bed and of course the fox shimmed under the covers and shifted back to normal making the other smile in amusement.

" Hello sweet pup , how old are we right now?

" Hm three"

" Such a small kit , wanna choose what you wear? "

And just like that the little looks at the layed out clothes, there's two choices layed out. A black snap crotch onesie with white lining on the collar and short sleeves , with fluffy white socks on top of them. The second choice is one of Derek's T-shirts and a pair of Stiles's sleep shorts. There's a pair of batman themed underwear and there's something next to it. A pull-up on the bed to, incase the werefox needs it or wants to wear it.

"Can I have the the shirt and um maybe the pull-up? "

"Of course honey. Do you want me to change you or would you like me to give you some privacy and you can change yourself? "

" Change by my self"

Derek kisses his forehead and gets up and slipping out of the bedroom giving his little one some privacy. So that's what Stiles does he moves the covers away from his frame. And puts the onesie and shorts away before getting dressed into the T-shirt , pull-up and the fluffy socks. Once dressed he finds his favorite stuffed animal "Sour-Apple" the stuffed turtle, Peter had actually gotten the plush. For him at a festival the pack had went to last summer , Stiles opens the door and makes grabby hands(well grabby hand more like cuz his stuffie is in his left hand) wanting to be held , in a split second he's hoisted up on to Derek's hip.

" Would you like a snack, jellybean?"

"May I have apples and peanut butter?

"Cut in slices right? "

" Yes please Der-Der"

"Such good manners my kit has. "

Giggles fill Derek's ears when Stiles gets kisses pressed all of his face as they make their way back down the stairs. Passing the photos of the pack and some of the Hale family members along on the walls. Stiles is set on the countertop and given a sippy cup full of his favorite juice.(it's just peach Snapple but stiles counts it has juice) While the other male peals and cuts up two apples , making a circle with them on a plate. And uses a silicone cupcake liner to put the peanut butter in and sets it in the middle of the circle of apples. Stiles slightly jumps off the counter and walks to the living room putting on Max and Rudy.(he's on Amazon) Derek follows him of course and sets their snack on the coffee table and sits on the couch, pulling his little one in his lap. Reserving a soft relaxed hum from said little as Stiles takes one the apple slices and munches on it as he and Derek watch cartoons and just relax.

Now, being in the pack (Especially with who else was in the pack) sometimes meant being made of tougher stuff.

There were multiple regressors and caregivers in the 'Mccall pack' and it meant that everyone tried their best to get on with each other, and just generally look after each other.

However that didnt stop the occasional fight.

Honestly Derek wasnt sure how it had got to this point. He had been watching Stiles and Isaac as they happily play with some small figures, in the corner of the room when Scott, Theo and Peter came into the room yelling at each other.

Isaac tensed up instantly, uncomfortable with the loud noise. Stiles had noticed and moved towards Isaac carefully, also uncomfortable with the noise.

Derek noticed the boys reactions and turned to the three men that had walked in.

He flashed his eyes at them, after turning away from Isaac and Stiles as to not scare them and spoke in a dangerously low tone.

"If you're going to keep fighting then. Get. Out. Now."

"Do not tell us what to do!"

"Go away!"

Theo and Peter half yelled, whilst Scott rolled his eyes.

Isaac flinched at the yelling and tucked himself into the corner more, Stiles instantly jumped back and stood protectively infront of him.

Scott noticed the boys and tapped Theos and Peters shoulders, pointing to Isaac who was now hiding behind Stiles.

"Lets take this elsewhere..." He mumbled, walking off.

The other two muttered apologies as they followed behind the alpha.

"...Boys are you okay?" Derek asked quietly, keeping his distance.

Stiles didn't budge, still standing as a shield to any danger for Isaac.

"You're safe, okay bud?" Derek spoke quietly again.

Stiles shook his head and slightly turned to Isaac.

"Isa? Okay??"

Isaac nodded his head, and held Stiles's hand.

Derek was happy that despite the interuption that had clearly brought unforgiving and negative memories to the surface for the youngest boy, that Stiles was able to comfort him, and just overall protect him.

When it comes down to it, the two boys would do anything to protect each other. Even if that meant standing in the way of danger or just someone yelling to protect the other from a potential threat. Even if they were scared themselves.

I have never watched the Teen Wolf movie. I don't know if I ever will, but I saw someone talking about how Eli, Derek's son, must've been born during season 3b/season 4 because the movie takes place thirteen years after season 6, and that reminds me of a really early theory I saw about Eli.

I don't remember who made the theory, or if maybe it was just a random post. Let's get that out of the way. And most of this is just me putting random thoughts down into writing.

But the idea basically was what if Eli is Cora and Stiles' kid but is being raised by Derek because something happened to Cora, and Stiles just doesn't know he has a kid.

I think I read somewhere that Cora and Stiles were meant to have a romance but the storyline was scrapped when the Actress had to the leave the show for another. And to be fair, Stiles and Cora have a few scenes in 3a where they seem to be completely, or almost completely, alone - and I don't just mean the ambulance scene.

Which brings me to this -> If it did happen, the timeline would kind of at up as to why (in-world) Cora didn't return to Beacon Hills after 3b and why she doesn't come back to the series at all. Cora returns to South America to the pack she'd been living with, has her kid, keeps the father a secret from everyone (including the father and her brother), but then maybe something tragic happens? Maybe she was attacked by the hunters from season 6?

There is a time skip in the last(?) episode of Season 6 where we meet Alec and it's two years after the Big Battle that happens in the same series finale episode. Maybe somewhere in those two years one of Cora's packmates from South America arrives on Derek's doorstep with this hyperactive kid whose a lot like Stiles but a LOT like Cora and explains something happened to Cora and Derek is the kid's only family.

Derek "I don't know how to do things like a normal person" Hale never has the heart to really explain to this kid who his mother is and what happened to her, especially because he couldn't give him an answer as to who his biological father is, so he planned to do it after the kid manifested his lycanthropy? Maybe... idk

BUT ALSO

There is another sad possibility. And a not-so-fun one either.

What if Eli is Kate's son? I mean, what if Eli instead of being born between seasons was conceived between season - with Kate and age-regressed-teenage-Derek? I mean, we don't really know all of what happened in the time she had Derek in Mexico. We also don't know if maybe she might've done something to the wolfsbane-knocked-out adult Derek as she brought him to Mexico. I mean, she had no problem grooming him and abusing him before - why would she now? Maybe she got off on the power trip? Or it was a manipulation tactic?

That could also explain why Kate didn't really show up again until season 6, then at the end of Season 6 she gets shot with Yellow wolfsbane and what if after she kills Gerard, she herself died? Leaving Eli behind. Maybe Eli was presented to Derek by someone who knew Kate, an old friend or something who didn't know the full story of everything.

Either way, I feel like something about Eli's birth is wrapped in tragedy.

my official teen wolf seasons ranking because i just finished the whole show and need to talk about it:

#1: season 3b (duh)

this is unanimous in the fandom, and i think it’s 90% to do with dylan o’brien getting the opportunity to be a great actor. everyone say “thank you dylan o’brien.”

also the only time teen wolf (the show) committed, grew some balls, and killed a main character off. good for them (until the movie, but let’s not talk about that yet!)

i have a lot of issues with it, as i do with every season— mostly having to do with the pacing and the poor foundation the villain of the season was set up on. teen wolf just kept throwing new bad guys and lore at us and expected the audience to not be confused as hell???

anyways…

#2: season 5a

i actually really liked the dread doctors! i think the first half of season 5 is stronger than the second half because the dread doctors are the main villains. the doctors have arguably the best character designs in the whole show. they looked cool and the way they moved was cool.

this season also gave us theo, which i love the idea of and somewhat liked the way they used him. could’ve done more with him as an antagonist, and also should have utilized scott and liam’s pack dynamics more.

#3: season 1

nostalgia, mostly.

no other notes.

#4: season 2

also here for nostalgia, but at least the plot of mostly coherent? that reason alone, and the addition of isaac lahey and cora hale <3, is why it’s placed above the others below.

but matt was a terrible character and his motivations were stupid. never should have existed. at least he died.

#5: season 6a

the cinematography was a big step up from every other season. making this season half easier on the eyes made the plot more palatable for me.

the wild hunt plot was… fine? i guess? was crammed in very clumsily, but all villains kind of are in teen wolf. the insane lore drops were especially diabolical this season though.

#6: season 3a

i liked that the villain of this half (the alpha pack) was set up prior to their appearance, making them one of the few villains that made sense… but even being coherent couldn’t save it from feeling rushed.

the alpha pack plot should have been its own season, not crammed into the first half to make room for a whole new plot in the second half. teen wolf just never knew when to let up on the gas pedal.

i liked the mystery sub-plot of the ritualistic murders, but its conclusion fell flat for me. didn’t care for jennifer’s storyline at all.

honestly? this half season and 6a were really close for me, but 6a’s cinematography just barely won it that #5 spot. kali’s feet claws didn’t help either.

#7: season 5b

the weak link of season 5. the dread doctors were more interesting without the beast of gevaudan and all that bullshit with eichen house.

the beasts’ design was ugly and is most of the reason why i don’t like it, but also because??? huh??? the dread doctors should’ve had a different reason for making the chimeras because that was dumb as hell. mason being the beast was also a horrible plot twist. didn’t vibe.

the saving grace was the chimeras. they were interesting. i liked their dynamic, and i generally enjoyed theo’s arc that season as a villain but felt they could’ve done more with him and his motivations.

LOVED to see pack drama. we needed more pack stuff in this show. watching the pack start to drift apart and break was really interesting to watch, but it would’ve been even better if the pack dynamics and relationships were more fleshed out prior to this. i would’ve felt their divide more if i was given more of them actually united.

felt more betrayed by 5b because 5a was as good as it was. the ending did not stick the landing for me.

#8: season 4a

why are we in mexico all of a sudden? how exactly did derek age regress? why is kate alive? and why is she a were-jaguar? why is the hale family vault hinder the high school— and yes i get that it was build before the school was made, but that doesn’t explain the secret passageways in the school—? how did peter’s coma genocidal thoughts reach meredith? why are we not addressing that kate is a pedophile?

most egregiously to me: they completely fumbled the idea of scott having a beta. liam being bitten on accident robbed scott of any agency as a character. furthermore, them neglecting the alpha and beta bond between scott and liam was really disappointing. scott should have been more of brother, maybe even parental, figure towards liam because of the alpha-beta dynamics at play.

i hated this season. it’s a miracle i even finished it at all. i wanted to repeatedly bash my head against a wall until i ended up in a coma where i telepathically influenced a mentally ill banshee teenager into making a hit list of the teen wolf writers room.

#9: season 6b

anticlimactic. incoherent. convoluted. impatient. unsatisfying. disappointing.

the anuk-ite was an unnecessary addition. this season should’ve been solely about the hunters and monroe.

i was initially excited for a human villain to be introduced, to see the wolf pack have to deal with more mundane horrors and play into the plethora of allegorical opportunities of lycanthropy… the 6b failed to deliver anything at all.

monroe’s motivation was idiotic and weak. gerard is a lazy bad guy to shoehorn in. the fight scenes, which should’ve been the highlight, were poorly choreographed. the makeup work was uninspired. the music was bad enough to break any immersion i might have had.

i was watching this half and got to the final episode and had to double check that it was, in fact, the series finale because it didn’t feel final. i didn’t feel that anything was being built up to. i felt like i got lost in the woods or something.

also the cinematography was weaker than the first half for some reason??? how did they manage that?

#10: season 4b

without the deadpool, season 4b was a miserable, frustrating, and boring experience. i have a headache just thinking about it.

hello!!! first off i am -so- sorry for the inconsistent posting on this blog 😭 college is making me a wreck and second of all, thank u!!! no matter how inactive i am i am quite literally never abandoning this blog so dw about me leaving any time soon

hmm I'm pretty rigid when it comes to who I see as cgs, regressors and flips but Peter to me is definitely a caregiver! here are some headcanons I have regarding that ^^

CG! Peter Hale Headcanons

- He's an absolute goofball, the goofiest of goofballs if you will

- If you're regressed around him he wants nothing but giggles and smiles coming from you!

- To no surprise he's still the biggest tease, that won't change whether youre regressed or not

- He'll make small things a big deal! Did you scrape your knee? He'll most likely panic with you or joke about needing to cut your whole leg off (he's a little evil like that too)

- He'll love to show you off when you're regressed as well. You're his baby and he wants everyone to know it!

- A big love language for him is cooking. If you're not picky he'll cook you the most extravagant meals but he would never shame you for being picky or wanting "basic" or "plain" foods. Peter will cook you whatever you'd like.

- Adding onto that Peter loves to carry his little one while he's cooking! Showing them everything that goes into the process and asking you to put in basic things like salt or pepper.

- (Jj and I have talked in depth about this but) Peter looooves to pull pranks on the pack, especially his nephew Derek and you'll likely be his second in command while executing said pranks. Derek hates it.

- While this may not be the best approach to looking after a regressor, he's a firm believer in letting a little one figure things out on their own (within reason of course). He'll give you a warning if you're about to do something questionable but if you go along with it - like putting a pen in your mouth - he'll let you figure out how awful it tastes and the potential mess you're about to make. Derek also hates this.

I enjoy Julia's cuddles. It's like having a baby kola on your back." He speaks up staring to walk with them.

"Huh?" Stiles looks at him feeling like he was going to have a stroke.

"Yeah but after certain things I'm always the big spoon." He adds smiling walking off then jogging towards Julia in the distance.

Scott stays silent looking at Stiles sensing everything he was going through, "Was he just saying that to piss me off because he knows I still can't stand him?" Stiles turns to Scott.

"I don't have an answer for that but I know he succeed at pissing you off. Which I don't understand."

"She's still my friend and I just don't care for Isaac." Stiles tells him as they walk to class.

Entering the classroom Stiles sees Julia in the back sitting next to Isaac. Hell, it was the almost the same for every class now that she no longer sat near him and Scott. Isaac ends up seeing him looking at them so he winks at him.

While Mr. Yukimura was teaching about how many great historic leaders have failed spectacularly before succeeding. He lays out the details of one such leader saying he failed at business, had a nervous breakdown, was defeated for both houses of congress and lost as a candidate for Vice President and then asks if anyone knows who he is describing. While many hands in the classroom go up, he calls on Malia who seems distracted with a highlighter in her mouth while furiously drawing red lines.

Scott's phone rings and is told to turn it off. Mr. Yukimura gives more clues saying, one of our greatest Presidents, Gettysburg Address, Malia still didn't have the answer while Kira was furiously waving her hand at her father.

Stiles' phone ends up beeping and Mr. Yukimura again admonishes everyone to turn their phones off. Malia was furiously looking in her text book when Mr. Yukimura opens the question up to the rest of the class, every hand goes up. Malia sinks down in her desk, embarrassed.

Another cellphone beeps and Mr. Yukimura shouts that he said phones off but Kira points out that it's his phone ringing this time. He picks it up and reads a text, "Scott call Lydia."

Later at the Animal Clinic, Lydia is just finishing putting bandages on Deaton's injured arm. Deaton theorizes that Derek's mind has been regressed along with his body. Lydia says he was scared out of his mind. They figure out that Derek would try to go home, to Hale House, because he wouldn't remember the fire because from his perspective it wouldn't have happened yet.

After checking the house they don't see him so Julia mentions the sheriff station so they head there. As they show up the Sheriff tells Parrish and Haigh that he will handle this case.

He motions for the three to follow him into his office, "I want you three be honest with me. Absolutely and completely honest. Have you been time traveling?" Noah asks them and Julia laughs, "Because if time traveling is real, you know what? I'm done. I'm out. You're going to be driving me to Eichen house."

"I wish but we found him like that." She tells him.

"Where, swimming in the fountain of youth?"

"No. We found him buried in a tomb of wolfsbane in an Aztec temple in Mexico underneath a church in the middle of a town that was destroyed by an earthquake." Stiles explains.

"You told me you were camping!"

"Yeah, we were... It was in Mexico." Stiles adds while Julia laughs.

"Hey, you lied to me too missy." Noah gives her a look so she stops.

Just because her and Stiles were having their moments, it didn't mean Julia spent less time around Noah. He was basically her dad at this point like Melissa was her mom.

Scott explains that Derek has been aged backwards and can't remember anything. So Noah agrees to let the three talk to him. Derek was wary of Scott and Stiles so Julia explains that there was an accident and Derek lost some memory but that they can help him get it back.

Scott ends up saying there was a fire then hesitates and then lies saying the Hale family is fine but had to move out of Beacon Hills. He promises to take Derek to them as soon as he gets his memory back. Derek agrees but Julia and Scott don't like lying to him. He explains to Stiles that things always go better when they tell the truth. Scott tells Stiles to take Derek to the McCall house and keep him there.

"Yeah, I hate that guy." Stiles meant Peter.

"And Derek, Isaac, the twins, Jackson, and Matt." Julia starts a list to be funny.

"Matt was a killer, the twins proved themselves, Derek is iffy, and Isaac is annoying. And you also hate Jackson." He looks at her.

As they walk into Scott's house they see Agent McCall there with take-out Chinese food. Stiles tries to rush Derek upstairs but Derek is hungry, and Scott's dad is offering food so they all end up at the table.

He asks for Derek's name and Stiles introduces Derek as his cousin Miguel making Julia laugh confusing Derek and Scott's dad. He starts to speak in Spanish making Stiles oh my god and them shock by Derek speaking Spanish too.

"Fantastic, egg roll." Stiles laughs.

While they all eat, Mr. McCall asks for Derek's last name and Stiles says Juarez Cinqua Tiago. Julia groans rolling her eyes as Mr. McCall asks how to spell that so Julia and Derek look at him.

Derek's eyes take notice that Mr. McCall is an FBI agent before asking him about the Hales. He tells him about the Hale fire making Derek glare at Stiles so Julia excuse the three of them.

"How about we go upstairs?" Julia suggests shoving both up the stairs. At Scott's door Derek smashes Stiles head into the door, "Okay, let's not do that. Please." Julia forces Derek to let go of Stiles.

Derek says he wants to talk to Scott so Stiles leaves to call Scoot and Julia follows after telling Derek to wait there and don't move.

Stiles tells Scott on the phone that Derek was fine in his room and that Kate isn't coming only to change it to he's right. Both Julia and Stiles watch her jump from the roof and look they each other before running out to get Lydia.

As they get to the school Lydia looks at Stiles holding his bat, "You seriously need to find something better than a baseball bat."

"At least it's not the wooden one. That one actually works." Julia tells her as they run to meet Peter at the vault.

He tells them they took it while he was blinded explaining that this whole thing was heist to steal $117 million in bearer bonds from his family's safe.

"117 million..." Julia looks at Peter.

"Are you really thinking about not playing lacrosse this year?" Julia asks Isaac as they look at others practicing.

"Why should I?" He makes a face.

"Because you're good at it and I need someone to cheer on. You could be my lucky number 14." She tugs on his arm and as she said that Stiles and Scott walked up.

"Oh my god..." Stiles says loudly so they look at him, "Umm Scotts worried about not being Captain." He covers his ass up, "We have 117 million problems, but our status on the lacrosse team isn't one of them."

Julia points over at the goalie not letting any balls pass him. "Sure about that?" All three boys stare at him. "Maybe you three should practice a little bit." She smiles at them and they all run off so Julia leaves the field.

Back in the locker room Stiles confronts Liam about his performance on the field at practice, "Yeah, but not a single shot got passed you." Stiles says.

"Yeah, I was the goalie. You guys played this game before?" He looks at the three older boys. Liam explains that he transferred from Devenford Prep and Scott is listens to his heartbeat and realizes he is lying.

"No, you got kicked out, didn't you." Scott corrects him.

"I came here to play lacrosse. The team could use a few good players right?" Liam says.

"No, we don't need any more good players."

"Actually we could use a couple." Isaac looks at him and Scott agree with a head nod.

Stiles goes on asked how did he get that good then ranting on about the woods and a full moon making Isaac backhand him. "Ouch." He stares at him.

Liam says he learned the game from his stepfather who apparently made Team Captain when he was a sophomore just like Scott. "And yeah, I guess I'm just that good." He grabs his stuff looking at Stiles leaving.

"I like that kid." Isaac smile crossing his arms while Scott tells him he wasn't lying that time as he walks off as well.

Stiles turns to Isaac, "What is going on with you and Julia?"

"Huh?"

"Y'all are cuddling, other stuff, you could be her lucky number 14." He laughs while Isaac stares at him.

"I don't really think it's your business. I don't ask Scott about him and Kira or you with Malia." Isaac leaves him alone.

As Julia walks to math she sees Malia turning to leave, "No no no." She grabs her walking back into class making her sit in front of Stiles. She protests that she doesn't understand why they have to take math. Stiles explains it's so they can figure out the right amount to tip in restaurants.

"And less important things like medicine, economics, engineering." Julia give better examples to her and Lydia agrees.

"Tipping." Stiles smiles.

As Lydia and Malia were at the board Stiles phone goes off and when he read it he looks over at Julia. "What?" She asks so he holds out his phone for her to see it and it read TRIPLE HOMICIDE, DEVELOPING.

After class Stiles tells Scott about the news alerts but Scott said he already knows because Melissa called him earlier. Stiles was ready to leave school to go investigate but Scott reminds him that they had Econ in five minutes.

"All right. Did you forget the part about the family-murdering axe murderer?"

Scott points out that their parents want them to stay out of it while Kira suggests they let the adults handle it.

"So the two of you, you just want to say here. School. Go to class?" Stiles looks at the two, "Never heard anything so irresponsible in my life. Let's go Julia." Stiles grabs her arm dragging her with him.

"See you at tryouts." Scott shouts.

"I don't remember me expressing that I wanted to tag along with you." Julia speaks up as he still drags her.

"Are you serious? You wanna be boring like them?" He turns to her.

"No but don't just assume things." She laughs.

"Oh, like you and Isaac hooking up. You don't want me to assume that as well I'm guessing?"

Julia rolls her eyes, "Why are you being such an asshole? Are you that scared?"

"Scared of what?"

"Getting close, remembering everything? You keep doing everything you can to distance yourself from me. We can try to ignore it but it's impossible. It's not going to get better if we don't work on it together." She tears up, "I just want my best friend back." She leaves him in standing alone in the empty hall alone.

He knew she was right about everything she said. He thought if he wasn't as close to her they would just forget about everything but that wasn't going to work for them. They need to help each other.
