Hi! Happy to help distract ☺️. Which of the drarry fics you've written is YOUR personal favorite, and/or, what's one that you feel is underrated?

Also...do you have any in the works?

Excellent questions both. Let's see:

Personal favourite. It's always hard to name a favourite out of all my fics, and when I do it, I feel I slight my other stories. I imagine them arms crossed, frowning at me, grumpy and all "why wasn't I chosen??"

True, I love this one's premise, that one's humour, the other one's prose or voice. But, overall, the fic that captures my feelings of drarry after several years in the fandom and is a great example of my prose and my writing as a whole is 9 ½ Days. A close second is dirtynumbangelboy.

Underrated. There are several fics that I look at and think "I wish more people read you!" All authors have those, I suppose, and it's entirely subjective. It's also a matter of content, as, for instance, I think my last drarry fic, you to love me, is a particularly well-crafted piece. However, it's also a Dead Dove dark fic with a ton of warnings, so I didn't actually expect anyone to read it.

One fic I adore that I wish got more widely read is The Glass Hearts, which is about the Black sisters. It's not drarry, which is one reason for the lack of attention. I get a fair few readers daily but no one that seems to be willing to click on this, which is a shame, imo, because it's one of the best things I've written.

As far as drarry is concerned, then the fic that gives me this feeling is The Boy Who Died. I don't know why, but every comment or kudos on that fic makes me far happier than kudos on other fics. It's been years since it was posted and I'm still like this.

And, unfortunately, no: no plans for a new drarry at the moment. Of course, never say never, I wasn't planning on writing the Dead Dove last month but it happened. But my plans currently involve a few other WIPs, mostly original fiction.

I'm currently planning an arranged marriage fantasy romance. I call it Princes, in shorthand. Jeroen, one of the princes, is a warrior from a country which doesn't have sorcerers. He's faced them only in battle and despises them. He's very loyal and tries hard but his late father and the rest of the Council have demanded too many things from him and ignore his achievements. He feels he's constantly failing them and failing as a future king, and that he can never measure up to his glorious father's memory. A war is coming, an invasion is imminent, and he has no support in the Council. However, he has a close circle of guards, his Eleven, which have become his friends.
