I bet Miracle City has the sickest, most extravagant pride parade that lasts the whole damn month. I bet Timmy would get a kick out of the mischief that rears up in big festivals while Jenny, SpongeBob and Jimmy are enjoying the cultural diversity. And Danny is just in awe - Amity Park barely puts rainbow flags on light poles so seeing different flags and other queer people just embracing and being embraced by their community is amazing and also a little intimidating lol

Sam loves it, she lets Frida and Django drag her off to see the more alternative side and Tucker trails along because he heard about their cute bird based friend that looks like she’d eat him and not in the sexy way but he’s used to that. That leaves Danny with Manny who is so excited to show him everything. It’s a very eventful month.

Have a sneak peak of my TigerGhost West Side Story AU as a treat!

This is pretty much all El Tigre characters.

The mixer was a sham.

That was a fact that Manny fully believed. The new mayor was already eating out the Jets’ manicured hands.

Tonight the Sharks needed to make a showing. A presentation.

Manny grinned wolfishly at the mirror as he straightened his bolo tie. His gold capped canine shines under the bathroom light.

His suit was traditional. He had a slight poncho, some beading woven into the dark brown fabric. His belt was a centerpiece, the buckle glimmered.

His cowboy boots were definitely going to make his stick out, but that was the plan. He was going to shake up this mixer. And, well, he'll mix things up.

He was a Rivera and that name meant something.

He winked at his reflection before he wandered downstairs to where the other Sharks were waiting for him.

Django had dressed in a dark suit that was much more modern, polished shoes and a shined grin. His facial tattooed even blended in with his sharp dressed look. Zo, on his arm, was wearing a dark purple velvet dress. Her new ring sparkling even in the dim lights of Manny's living room.

Frida barely looked any different. Her dress was wild and short enough she could stop traffic. Her red goggles still on her head, but she had lipstick to match and black knee high boots that definitely went against the dress code.

Manny let out a long whistle, “damn, us Sharks clean up nice. Those Jets don't stand a chance.”

The group let out a series of cheerful and triumphant gritos.

Django chuckled, “we all know our girls knock those pasty Jet girls out of the water every time.”

Zo chuckled, “it's not our fault that our genetics are better.”

“Gotta say, it's almost unfair,” Frida chirped in agreement, “almost.”

“Of course,” Manny laughed, “let's get going. We can't show out if we don't show up.”

Then he turned around and snatched a bottle of tequila off the shelf. He displayed it like a prize.

They all whooped as they took a preparatory shot before they wandered out ready to go to this sham of a neutral ground mixer.

Not sure if I did it exactly how you asked but here's my fave couples off the top of my head! Jorge did confirm that Django and Zoe would've become a couple later on, so that's what got me to ship them lol

Alright, I been cooking this for YEARS, so I need to get it off my chest.

Manny has been away from Miracle City for years, going to India to learn more about the Ancient Tiger Spirit and where it came from. After learning more about the tiger spirit, he returns to Miracle City to see how much things have changed.

Frida, now in possession of Plata Peligrosa's glove, is a neutral hero/villian, much to the chagrin of her father.

Django, having found out about his relation to the Rivera family, has been spending time with them in disguise as 'D.J', much to the surprise of Manny who comes home to find a distant cousin.

Zoe is even dating DJ and Black Cuervo is dating Django of the Dead! And the two of them, along with Dr. Chipotle Jr. make a villiany group that the whole city fears.

Dr. Chipotle Jr. himself seems to have grown in power, now able to summon minions out of simple grocery-store produce. Diego, as well, no longer chases after Frida, instead seeming more invested in finding where Seirgo, who has been missing for months, has gone.

A darker shadow is casting over the city, as well. Will Manny team up with villians to be a hero when a new villian arrives? Or will unexpected turns be to much for him to take?

El Tigre/OC Crossover blabbering woohoo

I had a dream related to my OCs Laika and Jaime in El Tigre during my nap today. I love the idea of Laika and Frida being friends and Frida getting Laika into mischief and Jaime being a bad influence on Manny. Like Manny is the more wholesome of the two.

-Jaime: *is drawing stick figures with boobs* Manny: Whatcha drawing? Jaime: GAH!

-Frida and Laika up to shenanigans at night and Laika keeps falling asleep.

-Frida playing with leftover ink Laika shot.

-Frida throwing a hissy fit because Laika didn't invite her to see Gorillaz but then later breaking into the concert because of a supervillain fight and Manny has to save the band.

-Frida calling Laika a nerd for being good at school and Laika flipping Frida off only to later have to tutor Frida.

-Jaime showing Manny 2 Girls 1 Cup and scarring him.

-Laika asks about the video and they change the subject. Jaime would always get into trouble at Leone Middle School. “Yeah I beat up that ugly ass Bart Simpson looking kid. He made fun of Laika I had to.” At least once a day you hear in the hallways "Jaime Hildalgo-Alvarez" being shouted by the principal.

-Jaime is like “dude your grandpapi is literally like mine but less dirty and cussy and has a cool ass sombrero. I wish I had your dad, he’s so cool! My dad’s not in the picture and stepdad hates me.” “No he doesn’t!” “Yes he does. You haven’t met him.” “No he doesn’t! Isn’t it like illegal to hate your kids?” “I ain’t his fucking kid.” “Or step kids?”

They meet him and afterwards Manny looks at Jaime sadly while Jaime pouts angrily.

-Jaime would date Zoey Aves for a week not even and then dump her. “Frida’s right-she’s a whiny biiiitch. And definitely Black Cuervo.”

-Ainsley would be nicer to Laika and when she’s not around passive aggressive to the other three. When The Lab shit happens, they’re surprised but not surprised.

-Jaime loves Manny's house so much that he gives his mother and stepdad a hard time when he has to leave. After mouthing off to his stepdad he only stops when it makes Laika nervous.

-Jaime would talk to Manny Frida and Laika less after joining the soccer team because he goes through a phase of trying to be popular.

-Neri Laika Jaime Manny and Frida are all in the same resource classroom.

-Laika helping Manny's mom in the library.

-Jaime would be good friends with Django of the undead and Che but would not like The Golden Eagle Twins Chipotle Jr. Sergio or Zoey Aves.

-Zoey would be mean to Laika for no reason. Actually she would think Laika likes Manny romantically.

-Laika being diagnosed with autism and none of the crew are surprised. At all. Jaime's like "where's my diagnosis?!!"

-Laika coming out of the damn lab and the crew having a big group hug and crying.

-Ainsley would be more mean to the crew post events of The Lab.

-Kari Melba Soledad Ester and Frida would fuck shit uuuuup.

-Frida helping Laika with conversational Spanish.

-Frida having to put the police dogs in her parents' room because Laika's afraid.

-Kari Laika and Jaime helping save the day with their powers. Jaime has a harder time controlling them.

-Jaime loves messing around with Davi and telling him scary shit just to scare him.

-Jaime once calls Manny's mother hot and Manny smacks him upside the head.

-Laika and Neri go through a period of not seeing Manny and Frida in 9th grade due to not having classes together. Laika and her brothers are away for most of this summer at summer camp during that summer. They become friendlier in 10th grade.

-Laika tries to befriend Sophia. It does not go well.

-Frida and Manny are the first peer friend Laika comes out to. Frida blabs however and Manny has to keep Frida's mouth shut about it. Puts a rift in the squad dynamic.

-Kari calling Manny cute at a sleepover in front of Frida and getting the stink eye for it.

-Jaime and Kari singing Spoonman by Soundgarden at El Cucharon.

-Kari and Frida waking Laika and Manny up with guitars. Jaime jumping on the bed screaming at them to wake up.

-Frida's parents love Laika because they feel she is a good role model for their daughter.

-Laika would always be getting hurt or into trouble because of Frida. Part of the time she'd be getting her ass saved and the other part she'd save the day.

-Laika helps Frida get diagnosed with ADHD and accomodations.

-Jaime and Frida would stand up to assholes bullying Laika.

-Jaime convinces Manny and Frida to apologize to Sergio for being mean to him on his first day of school because Laika was bullied for being a Gorillaz fan in 6th and 7th grade and that story reminds him of that.

Using Disabled people to justify AI generators.

So I have seen this sooo many times on twitter, AI bros and pro AI people saying that "AI generators can help Disabled people be creative."

Just too tell you all my older sister whom I take care of along with my mother. Is mentally disabled and loves too paint and doesn't care for AI generated images. I even told her about it, how it works, everything and her comment was "isn't that cheating". Literally what she said.

Also back in California she went to an art class for DISABLED people and even too this day, none of them use AI generated images because they enjoy the process of making art or being creative. If you want to know the school it's called Claraty Arts . I also added the link if you want to check them out and maybe buy some art from their talented artist who didn't allow their disabilities to get in the way of them being creative.

This one kinda started it all. Their rivalry was funny and I kinda felt bad for Cindy because she is genuinely smart but what is it if your opponent is a genius  Also hey, blonde and bitchy, my type :) Won't say a lot about this one tho because with all my love for them - there's nothing much I can tell you if you watched the show

Manny and Zoe (El tigre: the adventures of Manny Rivera)

Ok, this one is weird because as a kid I just loved Zoe so much (Her Black Cuervo design, like c'mON LOOK SHES PURPLE) but also liked Manny and Frida together Idk, fandom skewed me later to Manny and Frida but hey, hero-boy/villain-girl dynamic is fun too and I still remember fondly how Manny was immediately smitten by her in "Enter the Cuervo" (Apparently Zoe would end up with Django and honestly? That pair is pure aesthetic, good for them good for them) (Also I'm so mad that I watched this show dubbed because I didn't know english at the time like THEY TOOK ALL CHARM. NO ACCENT, NO SPANISH WORDS IN CHARACTERS SPEECH AND SOME NAMES WERE TRANSLATED IN THE LAMEST WAY POSSIBLE)

Helga and Arnold (Hey Arnold) (can you tell I am a nickelodeon kid yet?)

Ok, this one is more of the one sided love/hate on Helga's side but if you watched the show then you know that she went all in with both love and hate.  Seriously, Helga is such an interesting character. She is amazing and I love her (another bitchy blonde to love yay) Can't say much from Arnold's side. He was oblivious to her crush for the most of the show. He is a kind and understanding boy so jgkkdjgkh I just really wanted Helga to be happy 🥺

Anya and Damian (Spy x Family)

New one and also kinda one sided on Damian's side  Listen These two?

Just plain funny

Anya punching him in the face and Damian falling for her for that? Hilarious Anya being oblivious to his crush despite being an esper because Damian is in denial? Amazing. Good stuff.  They are just so cute and funny, look at them!!!

Catra and Adora (She-ra and the princesses of power)

Ok, I wouldn't consider myself a catradora shipper anymore but God, their dynamic in the first seasons is everything. Like darn, they had drama. Actual enemies to lovers and THE TENSION

Aaaaand season 5 destroyed it all. (Spoilers for she ra ahead)

Some people dropped the ship after season 4 finale because Catra would rather destroy the world than let Adora win, but for me it was THE THING I LOVED LIKE YES, MORE DRAMA, MORE CONFLICT, NOW CATRA MUST TRY REAL HARD TO GET ON ADORAS GOOD SIDE AND THAT MEANS CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, I WONDER HOW IT WILL GO and they just??? Kinda forgive her??? I'm sorry, yes, Catra purring on Adora's lap? Sweet. The kiss was also dramatic. But it all felt so undeserved I guess it's because of the limited time the writers had. But damn, introducing a bigger threat in Hordak Prime and kinda handwaving her crimes isn't a redemption for Catra.  But again. First seasons? Good ass dynamic. 10/10

Knuckles and Rouge (Sonic the hedgehog franchise)

THIS ONE IS  AH NICE If you followed my kbsd art then you probably know that I also love Sonic (lil guy doing cool stuff - my weakness) Wouldn't call knuxouge love/hate ship at this point that much tho. They started as this but now they are more of a flirts-a-lot/flusters-a-lot type of pair. Also, we don't talk about "dumb" arc SEGA was putting Knux in 2010's Anyway funni echidna and funni bat my beloveds

Sanford and Deimos (Madness Combat)

Ok, so the series is about violence, fighting, and bloodshed, right? And then I saw these two in 0.5 episodes and my brain went "OK, but what if they kiss?" And I spend 2021 rotating these two in my head. Violently. (The way Deimos doesn't attack Sanford in "dedmos adventure" still makes me sad from time to time)

Dr. Fox and Hawkodile (Unikitty!)

I was in a weird place of mind when I was obsessed with this show. Looking back at it - its really silly.  I'm gonna be honest, the biggest reason I loved this ship is because it's a big warrior type of guy having a huge crush on a nerd girl and being really silly about it. After a few episodes with this topic I got kinda tired of it tho. 

Still, they are cute.

I might be forgetting some but honestly, if I was to list every ship I enjoy - we'll be here forever This also kinda made me realize that I haven't seen any proper love\hate pairs in recent media. Might be just me tho.

YOUR TIGRE ANALYSIS IS SO GOOD HONESTLY and it’s even richer imo because his family clearly does love him!! Like Rodolfo tries to be the best role model he can and is riddled with guilt when he makes the slightest mistake that can lead Manny down the wrong path, his grandpapi is always trying to include him in his villainy and help him have some fun with it, and Maria put her career on pause and even took on the glove again to help him fight crime!! But none of them recognize that their conflicting beliefs are pulling him in opposite directions all the time. He can’t be the hero, the villain, or the average kid that they each want him to be, yet he’s trying so hard to be all of them all of the time!!

Not to mention but he barely gets along with anyone outside of his family and Frida. Her family doesn’t like him, grandpapi’s friends at the retirement home don’t like him, other students in his school don’t really talk to him, he barely has any hero or villain friends he gets along with! The closest he’s got are his soccer team (who probably don’t like him for not cheating at the end of their game), Django (who was manipulating him and only would’ve remained a friend if he betrayed his family), and Zoe (and their relationship is so messy I’m not even getting into that). Maybe albino burrito/Davi, but he idolizes manny more than anything else, and even THEN manny can’t be the kind of hero Davi sees in him all the time. Nobody cares him unconditionally it’s so depressing.

Sorry for the yappachino I just love this show lol.

Okay, okay. I'm still on hiatus but my brain never lets me rest so I'm writing this out for later.

I was listening to the west side story album, the new one since they did Rachel Zeglar so dirty in snow white

And now. My demon that says make it worse smack me in the face.

So, I have created the worst thing ever with TigerGhost West Side Story (yes, I know it's complicated Romeo and Juliet but hear me out!)

Okay. So, I'm moving some characters around but the idea is the same but worse because Danny is a Jet and Manny is a Shark.

We've moved from like New York to probably like a more inland City where it would be Mexicans instead of Dominicans.

Manny would be the leader of the Sharks, and Django would be his right hand man. Frida and Zoe would be the shark girls.

And on the Jets side, Danny got out of jail from killing that guy by accident, hitting him so hard he never got back up. He's doing better trying to go clean, but Tucker is happy to have his right hand man back. The big jet is back and Tucker is glad to drag Danny back into the gang drama. Sam is a jets girl and is dating tucker.

But when Danny and Manny meet at the mixers sparks fly and it's not just forbidden it's treason.

Danny ends up dancing with Frida and Manny with Sam and the whole time, Manny and Danny are watching the other.

Oh and they're the two that get into the fight in the middle of the mixer. It's the only way they can deal with the tension. Manny decks him and the careful peace explodes and Manny and Danny are brawling.

Then after Django pulls Manny off and him and Tucker rips Danny away. They looks way too happy for two guys that just beat the shit out of each other.

Then later they meet up and sparks fly. It's head over heels and they began the most dangerous falling in love in the entire city. It's wild. But it's real and it's passionate. It's the most dangerous game they could ever play.

They kiss the world stops turning.

Danny feel like Manny is magic. He feels seen. It's amazing (his Maria moment. The song.)

Manny feels like he's the king of the world. He just kissed and boy and he's glowing. He feels like a boy in love (Mannys I feel pretty minute.)

And then it starts to fall apart. Django and Tucker learn the truth and the gang tension rise. It's a race to see if they can get away with their love or if it will cost them everything.
