You know what would be great? What if the big guys of LBP decided to make a spin off show that stars Herbert Higginbotham as the main protagonist, like maybe we can see Herbert’s perspective on things or what he is like back in the past, or what is life like through the eyes of Herbert, the greatest inventor of all? In other words, a show where Herbert Higginbotham is more fleshed out in general.

It’s something to think about. Anyways, that’s all I have to say, thanks for coming to my ted talk.

the best part about Dr. Herbert Higginbotham is that he might be using media references

For example, I see this as a sort of reference to I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream by Harlan Ellison. This might just be a coincidence, but there are too many similarities for this to not be certainly possible.

In Ellison's short story, an evil ai called A.M. has taken over the world and has killed all but a select few humans to torture for the rest of existence.

I think it's safe to say that this is referenced because of the very threat to Craftworld that AM- I mean, The Negativatron has posed thus far.

On another note, I am personally glad that LBP2 ended on a happier note than Ellison's short story. I don't know how I would've been affected if I had seen the deaths of each alliance member.
