Hermione

It all started with a kiss.

Hermione was at another of Theo’s famous Saturday night parties. She was never much for drinking or letting loose in school. She didn’t have the time with NEWTs and saving the world. Even during 8th year when she’d befriended the wild Slytherins she’d spent most of her time with them in study groups or eating meals. But now that she had graduated and was working with Theo in the Department of Mysteries. She had more free time and found that she excelled at partying just as she did all of her endeavors.

She was still learning all of the drinking games and what alcohols mixed well, but no one could deny she was the life of the party. She danced all night, was quick to laugh, and always had a witty comeback to whatever snarky remark the Slytherin crew threw at her.

Tonight they were introducing her to truth or dare. She thought the name seemed fairly self-explanatory but allowed Pansy to lay out the rules anyway.

They were all arranged in a circle, lounging on chairs, sitting on ottomans, propped up on pillows, while Pasny stood in the middle. She was wearing a scandalously short silver skirt and a black crop top. Hermione looked to her left and caught Harry staring at Pansy’s legs. She bumped her friend with her shoulder and he blushed adorably.

“Just like normal truth or dare,” Pasny began, “ one person asks you to choose truth or dare, then assigns you a question or dare. But what makes this Slytherin truth or dare is the potion of inhibitions everyone must drink from before we begin. It’s weaker than Veritaserum, you are not compelled to tell the truth, rather it just loosens you up. It lets you act without …overthinking.” Pansy shot a glance at Hermione as she spoke that last bit.

Hermione rolled her eyes but smiled at her beautiful friend.

A vial of a pearlescent blue potion was passed around and everyone took a sip. Hermione couldn’t help but stare as Draco threw his head back and took a large swig; his long neck exposed and his Adam's apple bobbing. When had it become so warm in here?

Pasny went first because, of course, she did. She sat down next to Neville on a green velvet settee but trained her eyes directly on Theo.

“Truth or Dare, Theodore?”

He was lounging, in a leather armchair, one leg draped over the armrest and a glass of firewhiskey in his hand.

“I have nothing to hide, Pans. Ask me your truth.”

Pansy nodded as though she’d expected this decision, her eyes glinted wickedly.

“What were you thinking about the last time you touched yourself?”

Theo stalled, sipping from his glass. Eventually, he shrugged, giving in to his fate.

“I thought about fucking a woman in the middle of the Ministry atrium, where everyone could see me claiming her as mine.” His eyes never left Pansy’s as he answered the question. Hermione thought she might have seen Pansy’s breath hitch at his answer.

“My turn,” Theo said with a smirk. He looked around the circle, taking in every member, Ginny, Blaise, Hermione, Harry, Draco, Pansy, and Neville. He lingered on Draco, giving him a suspicious glare before declaring “Neville!”

The once shy and fumbling man had grown quite a bit in recent years. He wore a plaid shirt that stretched wide across his broad shoulders. He had a dark brown beard that he kept neatly trimmed. It gave him a rugged look and It fit with his outdoorsman lifestyle. Hermione had to admit, she found him rather attractive.

“Dare,” Neville replied casually.

Theo smiled. “Kiss Granger...”

Neville stood and began to stride across the circle.

“Wait wait, I’m not done,” Theo called out, holding up his free hand. “Kiss Granger good and proper. Snog the fucking daylights out of her. No demure peck.”

Though Neville seemed quite confident a moment before, Theo’s words gave him pause.

He walked over to Hermione where she sat on the floor with a pile of pillows. Harry moved over making space for the large man.

Hermione was avoiding making eye contact. He was one of her oldest friends, and although she’d just been thinking about how fit he was, she’d never really thought she’d kiss him.

As her eyes flitted around the room, she spotted Draco staring intensely at her. His eyes were filled with fire, and his face was pulled tight. Hermione wasn’t sure what to make of that look. Had she done something to offend him?

Neville leaned in close to Hermione but instead of kissing her, he whispered, “Are you alright with this Hermione?”

His warm breath caressed the shell of her ear, she felt her whole body spark to life. She realized that she was very very much alright with this.

She turned her head meeting his green eyes, “I’m in,” she answered him, “but I need to know you want this too.” Hermione blushed, her words sounding more sexual than she had intended. “I just mean…”

He smiled down at her. “No need to worry, I definitely want this.” His voice was deep and rumbly. It did fantastic things to Hermione.

He made his way down the one one way street to the particular house where he could hear the booming of the music and see partygoers hanging around on the front porch. Dear journal,

Second day in a row I am able to follow the instructions.

Seems weird but working 10 hours daily and be a good Subbie is harder than it seems.

I got a weird dream tonight.

Throughout a month I usually got one weird dream.

This time we went on a vacation with friends of us.

Our little baby boy got some quality time with his grandparents.

We went in a wooden cabin in Norway. Glass roof. Polar lights and a big mass of snow.

We played and drank a lot in the whole time. From poker to stupid drinkinggames.

There was so much erotic atmosphere. It's was just a question of time beeing nasty...

I'll tell you more tomorrow. Gotta work now.

Ch. 21 Swimming and Scheming from Unity Pairing and Bed Sharing

HERMIONE

Hermione walked with Luna Neville and Pansy to the prefect's bathroom on the 5th floor as they had been instructed on their invitation to today's event.

"What was the password again?" Neville asked as they approached the door.

"Salt Air" Pansy called out and the door swung open.

Justin and Parvati had transformed the room. The first thing Hermione noticed was that someone had cast Lumos Maxima. The typically softly-lit room appeared to now have its own personal sun. The tile floor had been covered in sand and beach loungers with umbrellas. In the middle of the room, the pool-sized bathtub was filled with cool clear water and coconut-scented bubbles.

Many of their fellow eighth-years had already arrived. It seemed as though the pool party was in fact a surprise as most people's bathing suits were just transfigured versions of the clothes they typically wore. Seamus and Dean were both wearing red and gold joggers shortened into swim trunks as they built a sand castle on one side of the pool. It was strangely endearing.

Justin was standing at a table that was clearly a makeshift bar. He wore bright neon swim trunks and a Hawaiian shirt. He was serving Piña Coladas and Strawberry Daiquiris. The Purebloods looked astonished by the muggle drinks.

Parvati was in the water; her neon pink, yellow, and blue bikini a perfect match with Justin's. The high-cut bikini bottoms showed off her long legs and tan thighs. She was bouncing a beach ball around with Padma, Mandy, and Lisa.

Hermione had given her small group a heads-up about wearing a bathing suit at the last minute. Pansy quickly stripped off her dress. Underneath she was wearing a high-waisted black bikini with white polka dots. Neville was momentarily incapacitated at the sight of Pansy. Hermione tried her best not to laugh at her blushing friend. Luna patted Neville on the back before revealing that under her pants and shirt, she was wearing a full-body wetsuit.

"Keeps your skin protected from any grindylows," she explained.Pansy stared at Luna in disbelief, "We're swimming in a bathtub."

"Leave it, please," Neville begged before bending down to kiss Pansy sweetly. But it was too late, Luna had begun her speech on swimming safety and the need for vigilance around all bodies of water."
