I think its a charger problem, ive had this one since I got the tablet so. might be time to replace it. the good news is that it uses a c charger and thats the same one my switch uses so im just using that one to charge it. and its working! verrry very slowly for some reason :')

AO3 probz

Ugh, I dunno what's going on with DropBox or AO3, but AO3's not showing any of the graphics for Under Virgin Circumstances for me. They were working earlier today. Thank the gods I have everything Alt text, I think. I haven't gone to 2 or 3 where the cuts are deeper.

I'll have to check in a bit to see what's going on, I thought it was affecting Satisfying Afterburn as well but nope, those are still working

I have no idea what the problem could be 😭

ETA: Dragged out the laptop and I've still got the problem, so I sent something to support about it. 🫤

It is so much easier to organize stuff on computer

But editing is easier and faster on the phone

Even if you try to use folders on phone some apps won't even show them and make you scroll through gallery instead anyway??

But for some fucking reason my gaming PC takes forever to launch an editor and even with hotkeys it is chunkier and slower not to mention I have to sit on the computer while phone editing I can do it anywhere

A few important notes:

To install the town, you’ll need all The Sims 3 expansion and stuff packs.

No Store content is required.

All necessary custom content (CC) is included in the archive.

Hello and welcome back to my blog!

It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? Life got in the way and honestly, I’ve been taking my sweet time with this new build. It also didn’t help that the Sim File Share site kept giving me errors whenever I tried to upload it and I was supposed to post this last month.

Even now, I’m still dealing with errors on the site and after some frustration, I’ve decided to look into alternative sites for uploading content in the future. But after all the setbacks, it’s finally ready!

This clinic is designed to give a real-life feeling of visiting a healthcare facility. Inside, you’ll find a: reception area, consultation/exam rooms, pharmacy, laboratory, x-ray/radiology, restroom, locker room, staff break room, doctors office and a large empty room for the rabbit hole rug/door. Now, a couple of things to keep in mind - the layout is designed with a small staff in mind but you can use the extra space in the second floor, where the rabbit hole rug/door is placed, if you want to add more offices or any other services. Just make sure that there is enough space for the rabbit hole rug/door to avoid routing issues. I had to get creative with the signs for this build as I couldn’t find anything that felt right or any CCs that matches the layout of the clinic so I made my own directory signs. It is included in the download file and I’ve posted the details along with this post as it is an add-on for the clinic. I’m using a font called Simlish Deja Vu by gazifu@MTS for the signs and I’ve also included translations in the picture above. It’s not perfect but you know what? It does the job! I have also placed a big sign shown on the clinic that translates to 'Pharmacy' and I know it might seem a bit out of place but honestly, it’s the only large sign I liked that fit the building aesthetic I was going for. 📣 Please note that the CC included in the lot are not included on the download file. I’ve compiled a list for those interested in downloading them separately (please click the links above or go to WCIF Navigation page) but those are not required and will be automatically replaced in the game. Any expansion packs with build items listed in the Details section above may be required for this lot to show up in your game. This clinic has been such a fun build to put together and I hope you all enjoy the build. This lot has been play-tested and let me know if you experience any problems on your end!

Sorry it's been so long, but I do come bearing gifts. Well, one anyway: I have overhauled my old Lighted Wall Signs. I've added a ton of recolours and updated a couple of the old ones. There are 40 swatches altogether. Please delete the old files or you'll end up with duplicates. Unfortunately this does mean you will need to place the signs again if you've been using the old ones.

You can find these signs in the Outdoor Lights and Wall Decoration categories for §135. The Get to Work expansion pack is required for the mesh. Thanks to all the creators of the Simlish fonts I used. Here's a list of some of them.

As always, please let me know if you spot any problems. I'm working on some more CC, so hopefully I'll get that finished up soon!

In honor of the Steven Universe 10-Year Anniversary . . . I finally made a cookbook. People have been asking for this for ages, and I never did it (for many reasons), but now . . . it is a reality.

This is a 118-page cookbook that was done in a scramble over the course of four days so please understand it's a draft and there may be errors, oversights, glitches, and (most notably) if you try to print it two-sided you'll have to do some fancy math to get it to work. I will make a better version later based on careful proofreads and feedback from you folks. Message me if there are problems with the links or if you have suggestions. I have no experience with layout of book pages so sorry for any amateurish nonsense.

4t3 Conversion of HLS' Rose's "Draw Me" Robe

A 4t3 conversion of a gorgeous 1910's robe, made originally by HappyLifeSims, now to TS3!

So first of all hellooo, I'm back with a little conversion I made, which may not seem like a lot, but it was a VERY complicated conversion lol. I'm not 100% back, I'm still re-organizing my life and setting the right priorities for me, but as I said before I really want to keep this hobby going because I love it so much!

In other news, my GPU BROKE lol. It was a veeery old gpu and I already bought it used (it was an AMD Radeon HD 6450 💀). But thankfully I had money to buy a new one, a GTX 1050 Ti (which is still a bit old but 1000x better than my old one). In the meantime tho, I'm using my CPU's internal graphics, and guess who didn't take screenshots of this robe on my old GPU in time? ☝️ So I asked the wonderful @deniisu-sims if she could take them for me, and she took the gorgeous pictures you see in the previews. Thank you sooooo much for helping me out!! 💖

Also, I hope Tumblr doesn't do anything about the "nudity", I censored everything after all lol!

Known Problems:

The robe may/will clip with the body that's underneath in some animations. Pretty much inevitable considering its transparency, and I didn't want to make the robe too large!

The sleeves were a headache for me, but I believe I did the best I could considering ts3's bones system. As you can see in the preview, if your sim moves their arms up, they fall to the ground, and if they're close to the body, they'll kinda fold. They'll definitely look off in some animations though!

they all have one everyday outfit, the rest is crafted by EA's brilliant sense of fashion, sorry in advance.

makeup, hair and accessories are applied to all outfits.

i use the color slider mod! so some skin details might not look the same if you don't have the mod installed - actually, i am not sure.

cc not included in the download but you will find links to all cc in a .rtf file for each sim included in the zip! except if the link is dead and/or was impossible to find, then it's included.

to have the cc in your game is optional but i highly recommend getting at least all the sliders, presets and skin details to make their "genetics" look like they do in the pictures. (i use a lot of skin details, but at least i re-use a lot of them)

my t.o.u: frankly, do what you want - use as base, change their name, pronouns, traits, alter them to your likings - i would love to see them in your game in the version you prefer! but yeah, like everyone else - maybe not re-upload and claim as you own? would be pretty awkward if i found out.
