At first I was going to say “babies :3″ but then I looked at the image better and what I really want to say is:
Where are Webby’s eyebrows?

Della: Hey, nobody's more worthy than my kids!
Selene: You're looking at them through a mother’s eyes.
Della: Well if I could gouge out somebody else's eyes and shove them into my sockets, I would, but to me they’re worthy!
Selene: That is so sweet

[ID: A digital drawing of Donald, Della, and Daisy Duck from DuckTales 2017. Donald stands in the right foreground wearing a blue suit and his usual sailor hat. He’s holding a microphone up to his mouth and singing with aggressive passion. A light purple light is cast on him from the right. Della and Daisy sit on a chair behind him, Della cheering and Daisy clasping her hands happily. Della has her hair tied back in a bun with twirly tendrils on either side of her face, her bangs are normal. She’s wearing a sparkly dark blue dress. Daisy is wearing her outfit from the episode New Gods On The Block, a pink dress with a darker pink waistband and a black bow and heels. She’s also wearing a simple black choker. Bright pink music noted float around the background, which only has the wall and floor defined and is purple. End ID.]
Week two of Duckverse June: Happy Birthday Daisy, Donald, and Della!
They had a nice dinner together and went to a karaoke bar to blow off some steam from their daily lives :3
I just pulled della’s outfit out of my brain, but i feel like it’s from somewhere,, so if someone’s drawn her similar my apologies! Donald’s suit is what he wore to his interview in Woo-oo!

8 for the love your fandom asks?
8. You hope more people will come to appreciate ___ (a ship, a trope, an episode, etc)
So I don't know what the general consensus on the DuckTales episode New Gods on the Block! is but I love it. I've seen some people say it was just okay (I think in youtube comments or something) so maybe its not the most popular. which is fine but I love this episode. this and Quack Pack! are probably the two episodes I've rewatched the most.
It has good mom Della the whole time and Donald x Daisy is cute. Just a solid episode.

Ducktales day. New Gods on the Block. How was seeing Zeus, Selene and Storkules again. And the kids getting God powers, which one do you think had the best idea for God powers How was seeing more of Della and her relationship with Donald. Scrooge not being up front with the kids. Like dude there kids.
For what I imagine will be their last appearance since we're nearing the end of the show, it was pretty good! It was nice to see Selene and Storkules finally fight back against their dad, even if it didn't really accomplish much in the end. Zeus, as far as I'm aware, is very accurate to the mythology XD.
Webby's powers over the weather seem like they could've been the most useful if she hadn't immediately gone mad with power. Huey's come in at second, but I feel like the power to know the future is just too dangerous for a normal person to have.
I'm assuming you meant Daisy and her relationship with Donald, since Della and Donald don't interact much here as far as I remember, so I'm gonna go with that. Poor Daisy has no idea what she's gotten herself into. Donald is a good guy, but his life tends to be a bit... complicated. Donald really should've put his foot down with Storkules and told him to leave, so I don't blame Daisy for bailing. What a bizarre situation to be put in for a date.
Scrooge in this episode was hit with that unfortunate trope of "character suddenly starts acting extremely insensitive to their friends/family in order to create conflict". Probably my least favorite part of the episode. It makes sense for him to recruit more people to find the missing mysteries, but he should've talked with the others about his plans first.

sorry took a nap
OKAY I've always lost my mind a bit at New Gods on the Block, but I could never put my finger exactly on what it was. Specifically this scene.
Tumblr media
First off, visually it's BRILLIANTLY laid out and dynamic, and I think that's a huge part of it, because it physicalizes the entire episode thesis.
It's about power dynamics.
We've talked about this before, but the kids have put Scrooge up on this towering pedestal. Della, who's been in their shoes before, spends the whole episode trying to get them to kick that image, because it's stupid, not healthy, whatever. But the point is, I think what's so intriguing about the adults in this episode is that they're ADULTS. Scrooge and Della have kicked the parent-kid dynamic for this one, the dust has settled, and they're on equal footing.
The episode lays that out as soon as they get home from their failed adventure. The kids are having their life crisis, we're worms, etc, and they have Della come in and de-mystify the scenario immediately. It's low stakes. Don't worry about it, look, here's the formula, it's happened before, it'll happen again.
So suddenly, she's coming in confidently and easily on the same plane as Scrooge. This is what happens, whatever. They're partners, she's not subservient or looking up to him. She spends the whole episode treating him like a peer, the adults and the kids, and she's pissed at him like a peer, so that when THIS scene comes around, you've got a great setup for a visual struggle, too.
There's all this discussion about an effective team, who's worthy, whatever, and the kids fall behind, and Della and Scrooge jump in. After all this talk about teamwork, a huge visual point is made about Scrooge and Della having silent, effective communication and team work, and I think the most important part is that Della goes first.
Tumblr media
This whole episode is a conversation about power dynamics, and Scrooge being this god-king, and Della pulls him up.
Now, you've got a fight scene happening in a fight scene, while their primary activity is climbing. Again, everything in this episode has been about team work, and this climb is old-hat enough for them together to weave in and out and still have it out, and the timing is EVERYTHING.
Tumblr media
Scrooge is critical of what they're doing, where are those kids, why aren't they helping, etc, and he's been placed higher than Della. Suddenly, though, when she turns it around on him:
Tumblr media
She climbs above him. They talked in the artbook about how she used to be in the kids' shoes and knows what it's like to hinge her worth on his opinion, and now, she's knocking HIM down a peg.
Tumblr media
Suddenly SHE'S in the position of power, where she's put herself, (and he's let her, long way from don't raise your voice at me) because pre-series, they (and Donald) were a team. That's the point that he has to take a look outside of himself and see that the kids aren't on the same page. He's thought of them as a team, but didn't vocalize it, didn't treat them fairly, etc, and the kids heard and that had consequences. He literally doesn't hear them, he's not listening, and it takes a smackdown from someone who's decided she's on the same plane to get through to him.
It's one of the few times Della's one of the adults and not one of the kids, and it's really brilliantly executed. It adds a lot of dynamic, and the implied history and experience together adds a really dynamic layer. She used to be Thee adventure team, and that's still true. Idk the silent teamwork got me.
Anyway, this episode is my fav and a lot more thought was put into this than it looks, thanks for coming to my ted talk.

5, 21, 22, 23 for asking and yes, what do you like to draw in terms of have you been passionate about ducks for a long time?
Oh, hi. Hmm…good questions, although you asked a little too much. Also, the questions have been changed under the ordinal letters of the alphabet rather than numbers, but never mind. I'm going!
5. (E) My blog started four and a half years ago (next year it will be five years since I've been on Tumblr), mostly out of dissatisfaction, and to join a new collective that has similar interests as me. Interestingly, I joined when it was Donald's 85th birthday. XD Yeah, I already enjoyed the Ducktales reboot back then (even though it disappointed me in a lot of things at the time), I was still sad that no one mentioned the other Duck media, especially when we talk about the comics, Quack Pack, The Legend of The Three Caballeros and I wanted to take that job into my own hands. So I posted various posts about other Donald Duck media and let me tell you, I succeeded in that. Unfortunately, due to numerous obligations related to the university and at home, there were times and often when I was away for a long time. Still, I'm grateful to the Ducktales reboot for reawakening my feelings of nostalgia and re-reading the Donald Duck comics I used to read when I was a little boy.
21. (U) Actually I am, but more that I am a Christian believer and that I believe in God the Creator, as well as in Jesus who saved us from our sins, as well as in the Holy Spirit. Sometimes I study and read the Bible and go to church. But I'm not a fanatical believer, plus I don't force anyone to believe what I believe. Everyone has the right to their own religion. But I don't like it when my faith is abused through bad mockery and attacks on being a believer.
22. (V) I don't know if you mean the person I love or me personally, but I will answer both. I like in a person who is very pleasant and kind, who likes to draw and respect others and someone who is close to me. And I like to draw, read, write, and sometimes ride my bike outside, when the weather is nice.
23. (W) I don't like it when someone copies me without asking me, without me being mentioned, I don't like it when they insult and when they lie, I especially don't like it when someone insults me in dirty ways, as well as abuses my name as something worst. And I don't like sweet-talking people, I don't like it when someone blocks me, just because we have different views, and I don't like it when someone breaks their promises (either mine or someone else's). And I don't like it when someone insults my religion.
And this particular question, to answer you, I've been drawing since I was young, certainly when I went to school, but I didn't like to draw and I often had terrible drawings. I'm talking about when I drew in the traditional way. I think I have the hardest time painting with water colors. As for drawing itself, and coming back to it, I started four years ago, unfortunately I drew mostly very badly, but over time I learned some methods (and now I practice) and perfected it. If you look at my first drawings and my current drawings, you will see a big difference. I try my best though. Now I need to practice drawing and coloring backgrounds as well as portraits. And as for the ducks, well, I've been watching the classic shorts and reading the comics since I was a kid, but when I was in my teens, I stopped. Yes, I watched a lot of cartoons. In return, the Ducktales reboot is ironically credited, and I've come to love the comics more than before, even collecting those comics. Either online or I buy them. However, I prefer the classics the most, because it is still the best that will always remain. The Legend of The Three Caballeros and re-watching Quack Pack and other cartoons made me even more devoted to ducks.
I hope I satisfied you with your answers. And yes, I tell others to feel free to ask me, if you are interested in something. And yes, those are my opinions and sorry if anyone is offended by this, it's not my intention, just stating my views.
And yes, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

For my very first poll I have decided to do something that requires more than 10 options/choices and because there can only be one poll per post there will be multiple posts that all have to do with the same poll. This poll will be about which DuckTales (2017) episode you consider to be the best in the entire series. So if the episode you consider the best isn’t on this particular poll, don’t worry because there will be multiple posts that may have the episode you’re looking for on there. All the episode polls will end around the exact same time. Even though there will multiple posts with a poll dealing with which DuckTales (2017) episode you consider to be the best, please treat this as a single poll and vote for one episode only. For example if the episode you’re looking for is here and you voted for it on this poll, please don’t go to the other posts to vote for an episode that’s on that poll. Have fun! 😊 ❤️ 🦆

Ducktales Rankings
So I realized that most of the things that I post or reblogged on here are about Rise of the TMNT and while I love that show to bits, I realized that I haven't talked nearly enough about my first love/obsession and that is Ducktales 2017.
Sadly as the show has been over for over a year now, I'm not into it as I used to be. Yet, I still read some fanfics and still love the characters, especially my boys: Huey, Dewey, and Louie.
I have decided to do a rankings list of the show. That being said, I haven't seen an episode in a while but my rankings are pretty much firmly in place. Also I won't rank every episode as that is too long so I am only doing the top 5 worst and top 5 best from every season and then taking those lists and doing a top 10 list of the whole show.
With that being said, let's Dew this!!!
Season 1 (Worst)
5. Terror of the Terra-Firmians
4. The House of the Lucky Gander

I am also planning on doing rankings of my other favorite shows, like ROTTMNT, Amphibia, The Owl House, and Gravity Falls so stay tuned for those.
