Yall ever heard of the UTMV comic "Frans: The Multiverse Rescue"?

It is simultaneously the best and dumbest comic I have ever seen

I love it so much, some stuff is kinda stupid, but it's got it's own charm and story I hold close to my heart

The only downfall is that it's based around Sans x Frisk, you gotta deal with that, but it's actually not that bad to deal with because, while Sans x Frisk is the main ship, the story actually overflows it a bit, like you can still tell at times when they're getting shipped, but it really doesn't focus on the ship too much. You're able to focus on the story more.

This comic is literally the first and only Frans content I approve of, not because I like the ship(it's still weird af in the comic and kinda icky), but because you can pretty much avoid and overlook the ship.

I like to watch dubs on it but I also love nitpicking at it, because some of the stuff in it is low-key dumb or very.. Interesting. Like- Dust is so fucking off in this comic, like, what happened to my papa?? Also wtf happened to Aliza??? Who butchered her??? I get CV Aliza isn't the best at representing canon Aliza(though for lore reasons) BUT WTF HAPPENED HERE??? HEHEH-

I fucking love this comic so much, it's so good yet so stupid.

I recommend looking it up on Deviant Art for the original thing or looking it up on YouTube to listen to dubs.

I feel like the Bad Sanses working together could be possible in-character, they'd just need to keep so many secrets from eachother that from Nightmare's perspective it looks like he has put together an unstoppable and heartless team, but in reality the Murdertime Trio have been bonding and forming a triplet dynamic. Killer joined Nightmare's team for his own reasons, but the other two have been softening him up. Horror joined because it means he gets food and can sneak extra food back to Horrortale, as long as his triomates help him keep it a secret. And Dust only joined after months of Horror and Killer visiting him in his timeline (Horror thinking of what Aliza would do in the situation. Killer is mainly just tagging along cause he's bored, but he also grows slowly more fond of Dust as time goes on), the two failing their job completely and actually cheering up someone in the multiverse, but Nightmare can let it slide since at least they brought back a new member. And sure, things are bound to get dramatic once Dust learns about Killer's backstory, but as far as Killer's aware, that never needs to happen.

Error is an anomaly and should not be counted. He just opens a portal into Nightmare's kitchen sometimes and steals shit. And what's Nightmare supposed to do? Tell the Destroyer of Worlds "no"? That man is equal parts a menace and a raccoon.

And Cross just. Nightmare has learned after the X-Event that using Cross for anything is a horrible idea. So he's allowed to just,, vibe out in the castle, under the agreement that he doesn't join Ink or Dream. The other option Nightmare offered him was endless suffering, so.

TLDR: in my opinion, it could possibly work but only after a lot of character development and a lot of secret-keeping. And even then, Horror's the only one holding this family team together.

Not the Greatest First Impressions

Noelle stared at the group in front of her, confused yet somewhat excited actually. The tall skeleton stared down at her while the others stared from behind him. The staring was getting a bit worrying.. The small skeleton smiled more and crawled over to the tall skeleton, crawling on him until he reached the taller's shoulders.

"Who.. Are you guys?" Noelle asked, "I thought Sans said no one was left and.. Huh?" She glanced to the two human females of the group, monsters she would've expected but two more humans in the Underground was new, especially two at the same time. "Oh, we're from an alternate universe!" The small skeleton piped up simply.

"A what now..?" Noelle asked, her expression being one of utter confusion and slight concern, unsure if the small one was being serious or not, he sure seemed serious. The taller one sighed, "It's a lot to take in and explain, so just trust us on this." He said. Noelle just stood there, staring, unsure of what to say, she glanced to the other members of the group to see if they were just as confused as her, yet they were not. In fact, they looked like this was completely normal to them. "An.. Alternate Universe?" She asked. The smaller skeleton went to speak again before the uniformed human walked to Noelle, "Let's just take this one step at a time, okay? My name is Monika, it's nice to meet you!" She said, smiling kindly at Noelle, which snapped her out of her confused state. "O-oh! I'm Noelle, nice to meet you as well!" She smiled a bit, deciding to push her confusion back a bit to focus on her excitement. Monika looks towards the group, "These are my friends!" She began to say, she then gestured to the tall skeleton, "This is Mad!" Then to the short skeleton, "Ink!" Then to the blue scarfed skeleton, "Blue!" To the glitchy skeleton, "Error!" To the other human, "Aliza!" and finally to the most Sans-like skeleton, "And Dust!"

Noelle tilts her head, all of the names apart from Aliza stood out for her, "Those are... Interesting names?" She said, trying to make it sound like a compliment, which she did mean well. Monika nods and looks back to Noelle, "But Ink is right, we come from another universe, technically multiverse or omniverse." She said. Noelle goes back to confusion, "...Multiverse... Omniverse..?" She asked. Dust slides over to her, grinning playfully, "Yeah, kinda one big thing! It's grreeeaaaattttt!" He chuckles a bit, Noelle glances to him, "!!.. Is it weird that I'm inclined to try to believe you? It's just.. Really strange but some of you look like someone I know." She said, thinking on what any of what Monika or Ink said could even mean. "Sans?" Error asked, "Yeah, we get that a lot. Kinda because we are Sans technically." He admitted. Noelle looks to Error, a bit surprised by his glitchy voice but confused as hell, "Huh????" She blinked a bit, trying to process how that'd be. Monika sighs, "Noelle, would you like something to drink or eat?" She asked, once again snapping Noelle out of her confusion. "Oh um.. I.. Guess? Hot chocolate wouldn't hurt right about now.. But where-" She began to ask, however was caught off guard by Monika simply lifting her hand, causing red glitches to engulf it for a moment, once the glitches stopped however... Voila! There sat a steaming mug of hot chocolate! It even came in a winter themed mug! Monika went wide eyed for a second, as holding the cup full on, while in the cold and so suddenly, almost made her drop it, she quickly grabs the mug with two hands, one gripping the handle tightly as she gave an embarrassed giggle, handing the mug over to Noelle. Noelle took the mug hesitantly, a mixture of emotions clouding her brain, "Wh... I... How.. How did you..?" She began to ask, completely shocked. Monika pats her shoulder gently, "Don't worry, just have a seat and I'll explain it all to you."

Meanwhile...

Sans was still being held up in the air by this odd shadow thing, pissed off. "Who the hell are you guys? How do you.." He asked, fully noticing that their faces were somewhat similar to his own with slight changes, which confused him.

The bigger one rolled his eyes, "Oh, spare me the questions. It doesn't fuckin' matter who we are." He said before pulling out a hand gun and aiming it at Sans, "An' it won't matter who you were either." He stated. The yellow skeleton quickly looked to the bigger one as Sans went slightly wide eyed, quickly summoning bone attacks behind the both of the mysterious skeletons, ready to quickly attack. The yellow one beats his train of thought though by quickly reaching to grab the bigger one's arm, though sort of failing due to the height difference, "Whoa, whoa! Maf! You don't need to kill him!" He said quickly, trying to calm the edgy wannabe giant. 'Maf' looked at the smaller one, glaring a bit, "...'lright." Maf lowers his gun, "You kill him." He added. The yellow one goes a bit wide eyed, "No, he doesn't need to die at all!" He argued, though passively. Great. They're the standard nice guy-bad guy duo. Perfect. "Oh, that's rich comin' from you, Sunshine." Maf argued back, 'Sunshine' stood between Sans and Maf before looking at the shadow thing, who was also watching this interaction with the same amount of enthusiasm as Sans- Nevermind, it quickly changed to acting like it was going to eat Sans's shadow. "Facilier, put him down!" Sunshine ordered. The shadow, or Facilier as it was referred to, quickly acts innocent while straight up having an 'UwU' expression, simply letting go of Sans's shadow. Sans goes wide eyed for a moment before falling to the ground, his back colliding with the hard surface below him, "Eughhh.." He groaned in slight pain and annoyance, already getting a headache from this nonsense. As he was processing his thoughts, slowly sitting up, Facilier got close to him, now against the ground, and smiled playfully before slithering to the yellow one, where it became his normal shadow. Sans rubbed his back a bit before looking to the two skeletons as they had continued talking on their own.

"Sunshine, I ain't in the mood for this!" Maf grumbled. Neither was Sans. "Just kill him already!" He added. Sunshine gave Maf a look, "He didn't do anything, we were going to leave anyway!" Sunshine retorted, stomping his foot. Maf gave Sunshine a look of 'I'm done with your shit', "Funny." He said simply before getting closer to Sunshine and gripping the back of his neck, leaning down slightly to reach his level, "After all the shit ya did before, ya just decide that this one ain't worth killin'? You certainly had no regrets before, Sunny, shouldn't now. You ain't no lousy, merciful, piece of shit. I hired you for a damn reason, you will continue that damn reason! This is an order from ya fuckin' boss, Sunshine. Kill him. Simple as that." He said darkly and apathetic seeming. Sunshine went silent, looking at the ground with a guilty expression, "..."

Maybe this wasn't the stereotypical nice guy and bad guy routine after all. Maf glared down at Sunshine for a moment, Facilier slithering up the wall behind Maf to stick out his tongue at him, waving his hands by his skull in a mocking manner. Maf quickly looked to where Facilier was, causing Facilier to quickly zoom back to being Sunshine's normal shadow. Maf grumbled and glared back at Sunshine, "You ain't no saint, Sunshine." He said, with a slightly more calmer tone, he then let go of Sunshine, taking a puff of his cigar as he turned and began walking away, "Ya got ten minutes, finish up ya pity party and kill 'em." He then left. Well, Sans just watched that melodramatic conversation. Sunshine looked to Sans as he stood up completely, "Uh.. Hey. So um.." He began to say awkwardly, Sans just gave him a look of untrusting suspicion and annoyance, "You going to kill me?" Sans asked bluntly. Sunshine just hesitated for a moment before falling silent, looking to the ground. Sans stood there for a moment, still not in the mood for this bullshit, but at least he wasn't dangling in the air still... Now he had to worry about three things today though. The Core. This Sunshine guy and his sudden appearance. Not to mention, that Maf guy in general. If he got anywhere Noelle. . . .

Cut to Noelle, looking utterly baffled, interested, surprised, and slightly afraid all at the same time, sitting on a decently sized rock and holding her half empty mug of cold chocolate while staring at Monika with this very expression. "And that's the basics with a little detail!" Monika said happily before noticing Noelle's expression and becoming slightly sheepish and guilty, "Aha.. I may have been a little too casual about it.." She added, looking away. "Only a little detail?!" Noelle asked suddenly, "How much detail can there even be?! If it's even true?! I mean.. Alternate universes.. AUs.. Whatever! Whole other places with versions of everything and everyone I know?! Timelines?? I..." She trailed off, not knowing what to make of it. They all just stared at her with different emotions and expressions. Monika looking slightly nervous and guilty, Blue with a tired expression, Mad with a deadpanned yet soft expression, Ink with a simple happy smile, Error with a blank expression, Aliza with an annoyed expression as she crosses her arms, and Dust with a slightly goofy smug expression. Dust then slides over to Noelle, leaning towards her, "Don't worry, it'll only take a moment until the crrraazzzyyy sets in!" He said in a teasing and joking manner, snickering. "Dust, please. She's overwhelmed, not the time." Blue snapped, glaring at Dust. Dust just shrugs and slides back to his previous spot. Noelle slightly shook in her spot, staring at the ground as she processed things, "..."

Mad sighs, "Like I said, a lot to take in Noelle, are you alright?" He asked softly, walking to Noelle and crouching down beside her, Ink still on his shoulder. "I-i don't know..?? Worlds where there's different us with different outcomes and... Does that mean.. There's a world where things didn't end up like this..? Where.. Everyone in my world is alive and happy..? Is my world just the unlucky pick...?" She asked, letting her thoughts spill out. Monika sighs sadly, "Yes and no.. Like I said, there are better but worse AUs. I wouldn't say yours is.. Practically the worst.." She said, trailing off, causing Noelle to snap her gaze to Monika, "What worlds have it worse than this..? I don't.." She sighs a bit, her head hurt. Mad gently pats her shoulder to comfort her, "Things happen everywhere, Noelle, it's not really a matter on what is worse, it's a matter of possibilities." He says gently. "Yeah!" Ink said as he used Mad's arm as a bridge to crawl onto Noelle's shoulder, opposite from where Mad placed his hand, he smiles at her, "Like, it could've been worse here! You could've been dead and left Sans all alone!" He says, trying to comfort her, though that only increased her racing thoughts and shaking. At least he's got the spirit. Mad, Blue, Monika, and Error all facepalm from Ink's comment, Monika sighing sadly as Dust snickers a bit more, "Ink.." Monika mumbled, exasperated.

Horrortale: technically an alternate timeline instead of au. after a neutral run where undyne's queen the core malfunctions and food becomes scarce and people resort to eating humans because sans suggested it. Aliza is the protag. latest thing that happened in the ongoing comic was Aliza agreeing to go with Papyrus to solve his last puzzle. as for the appearance of sans he has a HUGE hole on his head and a red eye. he got the hole from undyne when she got his magic eye which was going to be used to power the core. sans didnt die tho and killed the guards holding him down and just took whatever eye was on the ground and used it as a replacement for his magic eye that's powering the core. i quote first words he said after putting the eye in his socket "who the fuck took my phone?". then the magic eye went apeshit and broke the core again. oh and also he made alphys braindead by quite literally scrambling her brain. yeah this au is rough sans hasn't really eaten anything since the core was destroyed since he decided not to eat any humans.

Dusttale: i think this was originally a korean au? basic rundown: too many genocide runs sans goes apeshit and tries to get his Lv up by killing monsters himself man went fuckin insane kills his brother blah blah blah edgy angsty au the ghost of papyrus haunts him n stuff. sans literally just looks the same except he has his hood on and sometimes artists draw him with papyrus's scarf. the cool artists draw him with his hood on and has the hood completely cover his face so u can only see his glowing pupils. although people call him dust sans he's actually named murder sans

Killer: so frickin similar to dusttale except sans goes apeshit because of the human being like "join me lmao". three different outcomes come from this. i think it was 1 sans joins human 2 sans joins human kills human later on 3 kills human or something. friends with color sans who is basically his impulse control. pretty sure his soul's fucked up and Color sans tries to make his soul un-fucked but Nightmare comes in and fucks up the progress. he has white shorts, his eye sockets are constantly pitch black and leaking tar or something also has a weird target thingy on his chest. OH YEAH ALSO HE HAS BEEF WITH UNDERSWAP SANS ALMOST FORGOT. basically swap sans tried to make killer good and then they had a fight, swap sans lost and was on the verge of dying thankfully swap papyrus was able to save him in time i think

Dreamtale: Dream isn't in the drawing but his brother, Nightmare is. Sooo he used to not look all goooy and have tentacles n stuff but then he ate a couple hundred apples and yeah. he's six years old apparently. Nightmare and Dream are supposed to be guardians of a tree that has 500 golden apples and 500 black n goopy apples. the golden aples are positive and the goop ones are negative. you're not supposed to eat either of them cus bad shit happens. Dream and Nightmare live in a village and for whatever reason they're all dicks to Nightmare because ooughh he's the guardian of negativity that's not baller. he also goes apeshit (do u see a pattern here) and eats a goopy apple n then becomes the goop man he is today. he fuckin eats 999 apples jesus christ. and the last one is eaten by Dream because if u eat all 1000 apples u become unstoppable and immortal. so that would be a bad thing if nightmare got the last one. wop wop wop these dude aren't sanses they only have the body of one if that makes sanse.

Error: manlet. he's literally an error and that's why he's like that. also he's technically not a sans now, the redesign for him was so that he could be in the creator's webcomic named Lucidia. Error sans, aka the destroyer of aus, finds aus to be mistakes so he tries to get rid of them. his process of doing this is simple: get the human soul to the void so that they can't reset, destroy the au. he primarily attacks using his strings which can wrap around one's soul and control them. he like some aus like outertale because of how open and empty it is. he likes to be alone and has haphephobia. if u touch him he'll glitch out and possibly crash. he crashes whenever gets overwhelmed. said crashing causes him to shut down and reboot and he's powerless while doing so. he's actually pretty easy to beat if you know how to push his buttons the right way. in the og ask error blog made by his creator Loverofpiggies he kidnaps Swap sans who tries to help Error become a better person. this ends horribly as error leaves Swap sans in the void who then becomes an error aswell due to being alone in the void too long. Error actually regrets doing that to swap sans

Aftertale: OK FUN FACT THE SANS OF THIS AU, WHO'S NICKNAMED "Geno" IS ERROR. aftertale is a comic made by LoverofPiggies it's been SOOOO long since i last read it so i cant really give a good summary. but anyways Geno is trapped in the loading screen with the human and will die if he leaves the loading screen. eventually from being in the loading screen for too long after the events of aftertale he becomes Error.

OOF WOWIE THERE'S SO MUCH TO GO

Underfresh: he's not even a sans either. "Fresh" is a parasite inhabiting a skeleton. his birthday is on 4/20 which is ironic cus he doesn't like drugs. he censors swears. he speaks 90's lingo and dresses like a neon sign. for some reason he has eyebrows and a gold tooth. the glasses he has can change text but normally defaults to "YOLO". he can't feel anything since he has no soul of his own and just latches onto the host's. instead he learns how to act from the people around him. not being able to feel actually bothers him a LOT

Echotale: Aka Gaster sans. uhhh this one was also a comic if i remember correctly. basically Frisk and G!Sans are the only ones in the au and they're trying to find the core to fix the fucked up timeline that they're in but the core keeps changing positions so that sucks.

Swapfell: originally made by Khhoppang who left social media. Started out as an Alphys x Undyne au so only those two were designed but Kh was planning to design more of the characters. before they could people had a field day with the idea of mashing two aus together and SO many people came up with their own designs for sans and papyrus. Khhoppang left social media because they got overwhelmed with all the art reposters and stuff, pretty sad. the appearance of the sans in that au is the purple one with a scythe (i dont think he has a scythe in the og design).

Swapfell Red: so basically this is the swapfell made by people that isn't Khhoppang. community made per se. Sans's appearance changes constantly because as said before many people made many different designs. typically he just looks like Swap sans but with red high heel boots and his color scheme fits underfell

Fellswap (gold): Au made by blackggggum. so swapfell is underswap turned fell, fell swap is underfell swapped it takes a bit to understand that. his appearance is somewhat similar to Swapfell red. He's kind to his friends but if ur his enemy he'll fucking deck you. he's blind in his left eye, the leader of the royal guard, and secretly into dressmaking. fun fact in this au Papyrus has autism

Xtale: uuuuhhhh so Cross is a complicated one. he's part of the royal guard along with papyrus. has beef with xgaster. responsible for the downfall of his au and then Underverse happens and Ink is all "oh cool someone to mess with" and they became friends for a bit then shit hit the fan

Underfell: OOOOO YES UNIRONICALLY ONE OF MY FAVORITES. So Underfell sans is actually a very powerful mf and constantly has his magic eye activated because he has so much magic. This au is also technically an alternate timeline where monsters "lost their humanity" as the creator put it. so basically trust in the underground is scarce. Sans and papyrus, contrary to many interpretations i fucking hate, are actually on good terms (and no sans doesn't call papyrus "boss" the creator said if he does he'd do it ironically and papyrus would hate it). Fun facts he pays Grillby in socks (grillby accepts the socks as payment and wears them), if u make grillby laugh he gives u a jacket that looks like his and it's heavily implied that sans made him laugh because their jackets are similar

Underswap: ah yes another classic that i love as well. originally made by PopcornPr1nce who fled social media because they hated how the majority fandom treated Underswap (Blueberry and Carrot were popular names for the fanon swap papyrus and sans). Swap sans is constantly infantilized by the community which sucks and i hate it so i draw my own very super cool version of him whom i kin because i am also very super cool.

Outertale: mainly an aesthetic au pretty sure there's no comic of it. basically, instead of underground they in space. outer sans dies in underverse after like minutes of screentime lmao

Epictale: a comic made by Yugogeer. the og comic was retconned and the creator loathes the original version and made a reboot that's much better. Sans actually dies very early in it because Yugo hates how Sans is almost always focused on in aus. also the creator hates how meme-y their sans has become (like him saying bruh every single sentence, using a rubber chicken as a weapon, cookies, etc.) he's friends with Cross but not in canon. He has a purple magic eye that makes him immortal and i think only epic gaster could remove it which is how sans was able to be killed when he fought gaster.

Temmietale: it's undertale but everyone is temmie, don't question it

Trainertale: it's undertale but it's Pokemon, don't question it

Dancetale: it's undertale but you dance instead of fight, don't

Mobtale/Mafiatale: im unsure if mobtale and mafiatale are separate or not but they are very similar. basically undertale but mafia it's self explanatory

Undertale: no clue which au is this one, nope not at all/j

Bittytale or whatever idk: so take sans, make him small. boom. never understood this au

He comes from an unfinished au and ripped his own soul to escape said au and became an outcode. for so long he was just a soulless husk until someone drew him and he got splashed with paint which let him feel. soon he learned to keep the paint in vials so that he can be able to feel 24/7. Contrary to popular belief he's not really considered "good" his alignment is officially "Chaotic neutral". I personally interpret him a lot more chaotic than in canon because it's fun but he's a pretty chill guy actually. he can just be a bit of an ass sometimes. According to the creator of Ink (who is Comyet) his interpretation in Underverse is not canon compliant. one of the biggest canon things that underverse contradicts is Ink deliberately not taking his vials. if he were to do that in canon he'd become a husk again which is the equivalent of him "dying". he was described as a walking corpse by Comyet, without the vials he can't function anymore. Like Error he's pretty easy to beat if you know his weaknesses. also he has fears of empty spaces and being alone

off topic kinda but i very much love how Error and Ink are opposites yet parallel even though they were completely written without the other in mind. Error believes getting rid of aus is getting rid of anomalies. Ink believes people interfering with aus are anomalies. Error loves emptiness, Ink hates emptiness. list goes on it's funky fresh.
