Since I mentioned it in the tags of the last chapter, hello! Would you be able to explain how the Nessari calendars work, if possible? What do days/months/years look like? How do they count the years (specifically, which event marked where the start and/or end is)? I know they mention summer (or the Nessari equivalent which I forgot how to spell), so do seasons play a big part in their calendar?

No pressure to answer if you haven’t completely finalized the concept.

Hi! I actually have the whole calendar completely set up. The funny thing was that first I had to come up with an entire pantheon because I wanted to name the months after the gods. I can share that too! I really, really appreciate you reading and all the comments you leave. It means so, so much to me.

Here are my notes about the calendar!

Story begins in the year 2356

360 days in a year

8 months in a year

45 days in a month

9 days in a week

Year starts in the summer

Svoron (Light) - First month - beginning of summer

Unlon (Summer) - Second month

Elon (Sun) - Third month - beginning of autumn

Furon (Flight) - Fourth month

Yiavon (Winter) - Fifth month - beginning of winter

Inlegon (Magic) - Six month 

Elesson (Moon) - Seventh month - beginning of spring

Zaelon (Darkness) - Eighth month

I have yet to really decide where they started with their calendar, like, what marked the event that began the counting of years, but I'll figure it out.

As for the pantheon, I'll put that under a cut because it's longer:

Goddess of Light and Valor - Svoria (she/they)

Black skin with golden eyes, long black dreadlocks, tall, white wings

Moon Goddess - Elessa (she/her)

Copper skin like the moon, purple eyes, black and copper wings

Sun God - Elent (he/him)

Brown skin, dark red, long curly hair, pure white glowing eyes, no pupils (can’t look into his eyes like you can’t look into the sun), golden wings

Brother of Elessa (maybe also lover???)

God of Summer and Fire - Unlae (he/him)

Black with blond hair, orange eyes, pale yellow wings

Goddess of Winter and Ice - Yiavor (she/her)

Pale white skin, long white hair, blue eyes, pale blue wings

God of Wind and Flight - Furan (he/they)

White, dark brown hair, cerulean eyes, white iridescent wings

God/Goddess of Magic - Inlego (they/them)

Shifting, unfixed skin tones, long black hair, shifting eye colors, gray wings

Ruler of Desolation, God of Darkness - Zaelar (he/him)

Pale white skin, black eyes, black hair, no wings

Tá tão difícil encontrar alguém massa nesse mundo... as vezes parece que super quero um amor, mas as vezes o ser solteira parece ser uma boa opção. O pequeno príncipe disse uma vez, que “nos tornamos responsáveis por aqui que cativamos”. Parece ser bem clichê essa frase, mas por ora eu ouso acreditar que ela cai bem para o momento em que me encontro. Conheci um cara há umas semanas atrás, em um app de paqueras, ele foi bem bacana, um papo legal, bem inteligente... as vezes faltava assunto e td bem, afinal, o não conhecer pessoalmente é difícil manter papo né... mas mesmo assim ele pareceu bem interessado e bem comunicativo, mesmo com as nossas “faltas”.

Aí eu por burrice confessei pra ele sobre minhas preferência e que eu tinha me interessado por ele, mesmo ele não sendo quem eu buscava encontrar... e eu acho que aí se encontra o tcham das coisas, ele não era quem eu buscava, mas talvez fosse quem eu quisesse encontrar... mas acho que na minha ânsia de acelerar as coisas, de tornar as coisas mais sólidas, devo ter espanado ele... e acho que eu tenho essa tendência... afasto as vezes as pessoas, talvez seja o que Freud diz sobre o desejo... de que buscamos ele na dor, ou algo do tipo. Percebo que eu talvez seja exatamente essa pessoa, a que busca na insatisfação a satisfação. Talvez eu só busque encontrar o toco na próxima esquina, ou, caso não o encontre, desça mais uma quadra pra confirmar que ele estava lá de algum modo... pra confirmar minhas inseguranças e insatisfações.

Confesso que ele não era o meu tipo de cara... e tá td bem!! Eu sei que tenho um perfil bem pouco definido, mas tem uns clichês que as vezes se enquadram perfeitamente no padrão, não muito definido!! Tem uns que tbm são o oposto desse padrão e eu que acabo me diminuindo ou me adaptando para que eles me façam caber tbm!

Confesso que ando bem cansada com essas buscas, confesso que as vezes tá me faltando saco... tenho tido um pouco de preguiça!!

Tenho ligado literalmente muitas vezes o FODA-se.

Ualll eu falando essa palavra... sim... pq parece que ela é a que se encaixa melhor para o texto.

Tá fácil não gente... encontrar e ser encontrado... ooooo tarefa difícil!!

A impressão que eu tenho é que brincamos de esconde esconde na arte da paquera... e nesse caso, talvez a música da Marília daria certinho “quem eu quero não me quer, quem me quer não vou querer!!”

Mano, existem sim pessoas que se interessam, ou pessoas que me querem... mas pessoas que eu não quereria me relacionar... ou que me querem por um momento...sendo assim, devo baixar meus valores ainda mais? Ou será que isso não passa de uma autosabotagem contínua?! Ou será que é pra ser como é? Enfim...

I’ve started one on one adult online lessons since March but many people aren’t feeling comfortable with video lessons so I’m pretty much on technical unemployment for almost two months now, its bad... So it took more time to arrange kids classes. it‘s great to be able to teach them like that too. Everyone can stay safe and confortable at home and we can still study and have fun ^^ I enjoyed the youngsters lesson the most, they’re just funny and enjoying the camera thing so much, with their mommy ^^ 3 lessons in a row this afternoon, I’m a bit beaten I must say Ahahah ^^ but teaching with my cat on my laps ?
