since @agentduckorico asked here are my eldritch horror ghouls

The ghouls have three forms in my brain fully glamoured where they basically look human it takes up a lot of energy so they only really use it when they have to go out someplace while they’re on tour

Their usual form which is just the standard demon look you know tails, horns, fangs, grey skin, and claws it doesn’t take a lot of energy to maintain so they use it most of the time to prevent clergy members from freaking out they also maintain pieces of their elements in these forms ie. Rain has gills, Aether’s eyes look like space, Dew’s tail has a little tuft of fire on the end, etc

And then just straight-up cosmic horror they only really use these forms with each other and Copia since they don't do great things to mortal brains

Sunshine: She’s usually an unknowable form of light with goop vaguely dripping on bones that sometimes make up the form of a four-limbed creature. She often has no mouth this does not stop her from talking or licking things for some reason.

Swiss: he's usually just a bit too long every time you look at him, you know something different from the last time you saw him but you don't really know what it is. he can also change into any other ghouls form given that he's a multi ghoul (same with sunshine she just doesn't do it as often) you still can’t tell what was different from the last time you saw him but you do know it's him.

Aether: He is just the shadow that lives in the corner of your eye never fully able to see him but you know he’s there. Even when he's right in front of you you don't really see him he's there you can reach out and touch him but for most people their eyes just sort of slide off of him like you can't focus on him. For the few people who can look at him he is just made up of the entirety of the cosmos it is both beautiful and horrifying in its complete entirety being far too much for most human minds to understand.

Rain: Your classic case of eldrich horrors brand of too many tentacles truly just a deep sea fishy monster man. I feel bad for not saying more but he's just a deep-sea fishy guy the top of his head is clear tho like a barreleye fish. He and Dew are the ones who look the closest to the standard ghoul form.

Dewdrop: Fire. Just fire if it had a contained physical form of a ghoul. He looks the most like the standard forms the ghouls use because he likes that shape. He can still change his form which has led to Copia finding fish monster rain cuddling with an actual just pile of fire. The first time it happened he blasted them with a fire extinguisher not realizing it was Dew. It didn’t do anything aside from pissing Dew off because you can't really put out hellfire and it's not like he was burning anything he knows how to keep it contained to himself.

Mountain: he has no end but you can hear his voice just fine as if he were standing right next to your ear. His form seems to just keep going never stopping in any place think long horse by Trevor Henderson you never know when he's around but also always know when he's there. He also feels like dirt, not someone covered in dirt he feels like dirt just ground.

cirrus and cumulus: they're the bones of giant bat-like creatures covered in goop. You can often find them in a pile on the ceiling they will drip down to say hi they also have no mouths similarly to sunshine does not stop them from talking. They live in the breeze and the wind they can hear whispers throughout the abbey they are made of clouds and the inky vast above them devoid of stars and light.

all of the ghouls can go between these different forms at will but they're usually somewhere between normal ghoul and eldritch horror also they all have multiple forms since cosmic monsters don't typically keep to one form but this is what they generally look like

more of this shit. I wish I could’ve caught more. And also the part where Dew had his hand on Rain’s neck and it was for a solid few seconds. That shit was lingering

Petition to rename the current fire ghoul

Apparently every name that floats around on this hellsite is a problem for some people.
